Sarah made my entire experience absolutely incredible from the moment she unlocked the door! With this being the first time I tried on wedding dresses, I was extremely nervous when arriving for my appointment and she relieved every worry that I had within 5 minutes of the appointment starting. She was extremely helpful, she helped me find not one but two dresses that are absolutely breathtaking and that fit me stunningly. I would recommend her as a stylist to anyone who is shopping for their perfect gown because she helps her brides find just that. 🤍

Sarah was beyond expectations! She made everything so easy, was quick to figure out my “vibe” and was right with my girls as a cheerleader! 10/10!

I had an apt with Sarah 1-9-22. She was amazing! I am not a person who’s comfortable with a lot of attention on me so I was dreading this abut. But Sarah made it such an amazing experience even when I changed my mind on the style dress multiple times! Just over all an incredible experience. She deserves a 20/10 rating! Thank you Sarah!

I’m so happy I found my dress at Believe Bride. Alexis helped me find my dream dress and she was so great to work with. I was clueless going in, and had no clue what type of dress I wanted. I previously visited another dress shop and left feeling unmotivated and blah about finding my wedding dress. When I stepped into Believe, Alexis was very welcoming and was getting down on her hands and knees, fluffing out each and every dress I tried on so I could get the full picture. I bought a dress off the floor and she did discount it a little bit due to button loops on the back that were warn out. I did the payment plan, which was a great option for me. Once I paid my dress in full a month later, I picked up my dress and realized I didn’t do a thorough look through on the condition of the dress. I picked an Allure dress with A LOT of beading and due to buying the in-store dress and many brides to be trying it on, there was some beading missing that I didn’t notice original. I convinced myself that it was fine and only I would notice the damage but was super embarrassed buying this dress (still loved it but my eyes kept going to the missing beading). I was so afraid to reach out to Believe due to the receipt stating I was signing off on the condition of the dress, as is, no refunds or returns. I didn’t want to say anything because Alexis truly made the experience great and it was my fault for not looking over the dress in more detail. I kept thinking about it for the next month and felt gut punched, and I finally decided to reach out to see if I could get it fixed or compensated for the damage. I emailed Believe not expecting much but within the same day the manager Valerie called and left me a message and emailed me saying it absolutely can be fixed, assured me they wanted me to love my dress so bring it in ASAP and they will take care of the beadwork on their dime. I felt an instant weight lifted off my shoulders. I brought the dress in and met Valerie. She took the time to go through the dress in detail and documented and took pictures of everything. She allowed me to keep my dress at the shop until my alterations appointment and passed along her notes to Leslie. Leslie, the alterations queen, called me shortly after my visit, eased my worries even more, told me she works with this dress all the time and the beading is not going to be a problem. My experience with the service at this bridal shop just kept shattering my expectations each and every interaction. Leslie was so nice, very experienced and she truly makes you feel so welcomed right when you walk through her doors. She fixed my beading and any other damage she saw, and made my dress fit like a glove. If I need any sort of formal wear, I would come back here in a heart beat. I absolutely loved the quality, care and service that Believe Bride provides. Thank you so much for making me feel so dang beautiful on my wedding day!!

Jaycee was my stylist and absolutely incredible at helping me find my dream dress. I truly had such an amazing experience for my first time shopping for a wedding dress and absolutely falling in love with my dress. Jaycee truly listened to me when I had explained what I loved and wanted. She was so genuine and sweet! Would give a 10/5 if I could for the amazing experience I had!

Sarah was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me with my mom and kept me calm, she helped me find my dream dress and was around the best person!

Taylor was our specialist and did an excellent job listening to our criteria and finding even more elements to help us fine tune what we were looking for. We started talking about alterations and she quickly grabbed someone onsite to help walk us through options and pricing. We walked away with a beautiful dress that day so obviously a recommend!

I had the BEST experience with Taylor at Believe Bride!!! She took the time to sit and chat with me to see my wedding vision and she pulled the PERFECT dress for me!! And way under my budget!! I had such an amazing time!!!

Lily was so sweet and amazing! She found a veil that matches my dress PERFECTLY and my dress of very unique. I wasn’t even sure if I wanted a veil and I left with the longest most beautiful veil I’ve ever seen! I had my kiddos with me and she was very sweet, helpful, and understanding. So grateful for her help today I actually feel like a complete bride :)

10/10 recommend Believe Bride! If you go, ask to see Taylor! She's literally so amazing!! I myself, was scared & nervous going in. Taylor made me feel so welcomed & made the whole process fun & exciting! She made me see a whole different side of myself.. I walked out of there with more confidence because of Taylor. Believe Bride was my first stop. I had initially planned on trying on dresses to find the right fit and style for my body and our unique wedding locale. I am not a girly girl, have never dreamed of my wedding and will not have a wedding with frills. We are backpacking into our wedding! Darlene listened to my ideas on what I thought would look good. She also took into consideration the logistics of carrying a wedding dress on a hike, wrinkles, snags in the wild, etc. She was amazing to work with! I had more fun than I thought I would. We found the absolute most perfect dress that made me ready eyed. She was so thoughtful and considerate of my 2 guests as well. I’d recommend her and Believe Bride anytime!

Believe was my second stop and I got lucky enough to have Taylor as my stylist. She was so sweet and actually took the time to get to know me and my style. I recommend believe to anyone who asks, I’m so happy I found my perfect dress there.

Sarah was amazing! Believe Bride was my third stop of the day and I was already down from the previous two not having dresses I love in my budget. Sarah quickly turned my mood around as she let me browse the dresses and start trying on. She was so joyful and kind-hearted as she talked to me and gave me tips and tricks for the wedding day. Most of the dresses she brought to try on were way under budget and the only ones she brought that weren’t were because I requested it. Standing up in the mirrors, I felt like such a princess!! She dazzled me up with belts, veils and fake flower bouquets. She even had me walk around and sit in the dresses. Believe Bride had so many beautiful dresses, it was hard to pick one!! I ended up going to my fourth and final stop, not finding anything that compared and going back to Believe Bride right before they closed. Sarah was waiting with the dress I loved but in a size smaller (the one I tried on needed to be clipped but she found a smaller one hidden). It fit like a glove!! Sarah noticed there was a little fray in the corset string (I wouldn’t have even seen it) and talked to her manager to give me a discount! I was also able to get the belt and veil for 25% off. The whole experience was so perfect I started happy crying!!! It wouldn’t have been this way without her! Thank you Sarah!! 💕

Believe Bride exceeded my expectations. Going into my appointment I was very open to a myriad of silhouettes, as I had never tried on gowns before. Joanna sat down with me and got a feel for what was important to me in the dress, the vibe of the wedding, and my personal style. Joanna NAILED it! She introduced me to a dress I never envisioned for myself and it took the gold. She helped me pick an ethereal veil that complimented the dress and a headpiece that a goddess would die for!! I can’t thank Joanna enough for opening my eyes and making my dreams come true. My experience with Joanna and Believe Bride was truly amazing!

I don't even know where to start. This shop and everyone there were just wonderful! They seriously make you feel so special from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave! I went in to Believe Bridal just looking to find my style. I did not expect to find THE dress so easily. Then we met Taylor. She amazed me with every single dress she pulled. Every single dress was one I could see myself wearing for my wedding.Taylor was absolutely incredible! Taylor made my fiance and I even more excited through her upbeat, bubbly and so very kind personality. Not only did she help me find the dress I will be getting married in, but she gave my fiance and I an incredible experience all around. From the moment we walked in the door for our first appointment to the time we left, she made us feel like the center of the universe. They are willing to work with you to make your dress the very best it can be. Taylor gave us the chance to talk to one of the lovely ladies working in their alterations. She walked me through making all the changes I wanted to make my dress more perfect than imaginable. I remember buying my prom dress from Believe Prom many years ago and Taylor was also one of the girls who helped me during that as well, small world! Her being there for both occasions really is something special. I am so grateful for the incredible opportunity to have Taylor and the whole Believe Bride/Prom group along side me, ready to help make these big moments in my life as magical as possible. I will forever recommend the believe bride gang to anyone looking for a wedding dress, tux, alterations and prom attire! Today I met with Joanna at Believe Bridal and I’m dumbfounded I went anywhere else first! Being my third shop of the day, I was starting to feel exhausted. Joanna made it extremely clear from the first moment that she was there to celebrate me as if she was my second maid of honor rather than a dress consultant. I had no idea how much of a difference and impact the staff of a bridal salon can make on the actual dress buying experience. Joanna was everything! She helped me find the right dress for the perfect price. She talked me though everything when I struggled with decisions and she was excited to be a part of my day. Believe Bridal had the best dresses for the greatest prices that I’d seen all day. But I would have paid twice knowing the value of my experience dress shopping. Darlene did a fantastic job as our dress consultant. She was very patient and helped narrow down options until I found the perfect dress! She did not pressure the purchase and gave me the time and space to find my dress. The salon was spacious and had excellent selection. Wonderful experience!

I had the best experience here! I live out of town and I made two appointments in the Spokane area to try on dresses with my family. Sarah helped me try on every style of dress out there and was so amazing to me and my family. She listened to my family but you could tell she only truly cared about the subtle hits that I was telling her! She helped me find my dress and even did the dirty work and cancelled my other appointment for later that day at another store! She was AMAZING!

I had a great experience working with Believe Bride! I initially went for my first appointment with a larger group of people and felt pressured to get a dress even though I didn’t feel very confident with it. I was having second thoughts for a few days after that so I called the shop and they let me go back in again and try on more dresses. I ended up exchanging the first one I got and finding one that I just love! Petra was so patient and helpful in making sure I was confident in my final decision!

I loved the atmosphere of the place. Very elegant and nice seating for anyone you’re bringing with you for dress fittings. I was very pleasantly surprised with the wide array of dresses and they even had ones that were under 1,000 which, for a senior in college, was really nice. I loved Joanna, she did her best to try to give me a wide variety of options and see what I did and did not like. There was a push to buy on the spot, but I figure most places will do that.

I had my first appointment dress shopping ever with Taylor at Belive Bride and she made me feel so comfortable and excited and so beautiful!!! When i was on the hunt for my wedding dress I wanted to go to Believe Bridal, so i went in to their bridal fair in Spokane JUST to book an appointment with them. When on the way home i decided to stop in to a different one just to see and look because, wedding on the brain, and it was an absolute awful experience. I was pretty traumatized after that but was still looking forward to my appointment. I had Joanna as my lady and booked a VIP appointment with her and brought all the girls and my family. Let me tell you, Joanna is not only the sweetest person ever but she is so helpful and made me feel completely comfortable and like a million bucks. I found the dress of my dreams with Joanna's help and I would recommend her to EVERYONE.

I found my dress right before everything shut down due to Covid. Alexa is super sweet and knowledgeable. She helped me feel beautiful even during such a stressful time. Plus, they have an option for payments on your dress. You can also text them to correspond to them which is amazing if you are a busy person.

I had Taylor as my bridal specialist, and she was amazing! The entire day was phenomenal, I told her my budget and she didn’t push me to look at dresses over my budget one bit! Taylor looked at my Pinterest and went and grabbed dresses basses off of my saved pins, the girls were amazing there and made it so easy saying yes to my dream dress!

My name is Karly and I went to Believe Bride to find the perfect dress. I am one of those brides that had to go to every shop just in case there was one that outshines them all. Maybe some of you are the same. Taylor was my bridal consultant. She was amazing and took note of all of my requests. She was mindulful to not pull dresses that were either too small or out of my price range. English netting is my new favorite thing and a must-have for any boho bride. Although I didn't purchase my gown from BB, I did purchase a fancy elvish cape for ummm the wedding night. My favorite thing about BB is that they post awesome up to date videos of gowns that are new to the store or ones that are on sale and if you catch it just in time they can answer your questions in real time. Its great to have such an amazing bridal boutique in Spokane. Highly recommend them. Ask for Taylor! 💍👰💐

Literally the best place to go wedding dress shopping!! Everyone who works there is so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process, not just picking the dress. But special shoutout to Rene- she was amazing! She helped me step out of my comfort zone, trying different styles of dresses I never had pictured myself wearing on my wedding day before. I’m so thankful she did; my dress wasn’t one I would have picked out myself but once in it, I have never felt more beautiful❤️ They are truly there to help you! And Kami with the tuxes and Leslie with alterations- all so great! I’ll always recommend them!

I did the vip appointment to find my dream dress. They made me feel so special and Rene helped me find the perfect dress. They were nice to my guest who were helping me. Truly the best place. I am also getting my dress altered through them and the seamstress is perfect at making my dress fit perfectly to me. The store has a wedding dress section with plus sized dresses. A prom store. A tux store. And a alterations store all at the location.

Taylor is the GIRL to go to!! Absolutely awesome and so nice. She knew I what I wanted and let me do my own thing without feeling any sort of pressure. She’s awesome and her style is amazing!

Joanna at Believe is AMAZING! She is so fun and easy to work with! She found all of the right dresses. I did not try on one dress that I hated. Other places I had gone I only found bits and pieces of dresses I liked. Joanna asked me a few questions about the wedding and what i was liking. Then BOOM, I found my dress! If you go here definitely ask for her!!

I had THE BEST experience here! I have never been the type to impulse buy, so I had my mind made up that today I was just exploring my options and would likely not find “the one”. I was so wrong! Joanna was my consultant and she made the experience so smooth. My mom and sisters were there with me and the day turned out to be one of the most specials days we have ever spent together. I told her what I thought I was looking for, and it turned out a different silhouette she suggested ended up looking WAY more flattering. I had an amazing experience at Believe Bride. It was my first time wedding dress shopping and I was a bit nervous that I wouldn’t find “the one” because I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. But Joanna immediately put me at ease. She took time to listen to what I was looking for, looked over photos that I brought, and asked about the wedding’s overall feel. During the experience, she was not pushy and was content with me simply saying I didn’t like something. Joanna pulled a ton of great dresses that I never would have considered on my own and is the one to thank for helping me find my dream dress.

A few months ago, my mother-in-law booked me a VIP bridal appointment with Joanna. It was my first time trying on dresses ever so I was a little nervous. Joanna made me feel so comfortable and made the process SO smooth. She even had a customized sign for me waiting outside the store, had champagne & treats ready and even a little gift for me to take home! It was such a memorable experience for my entire family & I highly recommend shopping at Believe bride.

Joanna is amazing! I am a very anxious person and was nervous about someone else helping me into the dresses and what not, especially being plus size. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and you can tell that she genuinely loves her job and cares about her brides. Joanna never made me feel pressured and just wanted me to really enjoy the moment. She also cried along with me and my maid of honor when I found my dress. I cannot recommend Believe Bride or Joanna as a consultant enough.

Joanna is a phenomenal stylist. She is kind and listens to what the BRIDE wants to wear on her wedding day. She makes you feel beautiful in every dress you put on. She is GREAT at her job. If you are looking for someone who will listen to you and wants your day to be perfect, Joanna is your girl!! I cannot say enough great things about her!

After multiple reschedulings of our 'big' wedding in Seattle, we decided to have a smaller ceremony in Vegas, but since we are still doing our big ceremony, I wanted a different dress. As a larger woman (std size 18, wedding dress 22) I didn't have a whole lot of faith that a) they would have anything on the floor and b) if they did have something on the floor that fit that I would end up looking like a tent. And then there was Joanna. Like an angel sent from above, I swear she brought me at least 10 dresses, we didn't even venture into the prom dress/evening gowns, that fit or could be quickly altered to fit in my *extremely* short timeline - less than 6 weeks. Joanna was amazing, and actually made finding the perfect dress fun. Dress is stunning and I'm looking forward to our big day.

I’m a little late on writing this review but I wanted everyone to know how great my experience was. I found my dream dress but Joanna really made the experience perfect! She listened to me and pulled the best dresses to fit my style. She was also very sweet and I felt very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her and Believe Bride!

I came in to Believe Bride a nervous wreck & very reluctant on trying anything on. I was paired with Alex, and after 15 minutes and one dress change she was able to evaluate the style I was going for before I even knew! She grabbed me dresses I wouldn’t have even picked for myself. I 100% believe that I would not have found my dream dress if it wasn’t for her! And at the end of my experience I was ready to make her a bridesmaid! If you go in, ask for Alex! She will not disappoint!

I loved my dress! The girl who assisted me picking up my dress was wonderful. She was so friendly and patient. And the alternator was great too!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Not only is their selection incredible (and catering to all body types), their salon is beautiful & their staff is amazing. I felt like a princess the entire appointment. My stylist, Joanna, exceeded ALL expectations. She was genuinely excited for me & made me feel super comfortable - by the end of the appointment, I felt like I had made a new friend. The staff was welcoming, kind and fun! Their dresses were gorgeous too! 3 stars for a couple reasons: It felt like I was being pushed to buy what they were selling rather than feeling like they actually wanted to help me find my wedding dress, and I gave them a price cap that they seemed to ignore. Otherwise, they have a wide selection of quality dresses, a beautiful store, and they're a one stop shop.

We purchased the Groom's attire here. Absolutely loved the suit but we had to go in 3 times for sizing. The first time we went in we were advised to wait until about 1.5 months out versus the 3 months we were at so that was understandable. The 2nd time we went in to order the suit and the lady working with us was a sweetheart but was not completely sure what measurements we were needing for the particular suit we ordered. Once we thought we were good to go we were told the suit would be ready for pickup in about a week and a half. When my husband received the call for what we thought would be to pick up the suit actually ended up being to come in to be re-sized again! When we received the suit it was a bit snug but were told that is how it should fit. Once we took the suit to be tailored at another place we were told that the suit jacket should of gone up one size. What a bummer!

The staff here is wonderful! So helpful and the space was nice to have my big group all together but not feel squished. I found my dress here and got everything ordered and can’t wait to work with them once it comes in! I was in a smaller space but was able to go to the big mirror to look at my dress. I really appreciated that!

Worked with me every step of the way from finding a wedding gown to altering it. Everyone was wonderful to work with and I felt beautiful on my wedding day!

I had a very good experience at CS Bridal. I made a weekday appointment to avoid busy times and felt like I got all the time and attention I needed. My consultant was friendly and really listened to me. She was a trooper putting me in and out of so many corset dresses. I found an amazing dress I love. There are tons of options for all sizes and styles.

Celestial selections is awful. I have been here on multiple occasions as a bridesmaid, a bride, and prom and let me just say, you couldn't pay me to shop here, that is how terrible this place is. Yes, they are "affordable" if you don't care about quality and you're okay with your dress ripping and having to replace all the zippers as they break. The customer service is literally awful and they are so eager to make a sale that it doesn't matter if you like a dress or not, they will definitely take it out of your dressing room if someone else wants to try it on; because it isn't the bride or your big day they care about, it is obviously all about the money.

ATTENTION ALL PLUS SIZE BRIDES- Please do yourself a favor and skip David’s Bridal. I know, you’re probably thinking, “but where else will I find a gown that fits me!?” Trust me, go to Celestial Selections. When I arrived at the salon I was discouraged. I was sure I would not be able to find a gown in my size that truly encompassed who I am as a size 28 bride. My stylist, Ali led me back to a room full of gowns for bigger women. Yes, you read that right. A mother freaking room FULL OF GOWNS for bigger women. I found the most amazing blush lace gown that fit me absolutely perfect. Ali was so accommodating and energetic. She truly made my whole experience the absolute best. I will recommend all friends, acquaintances, and strangers to Celestial Selections for long as have breath in my lungs.

I absolutely loved my dress and the people at Celestial were wonderful to deal with. Even though there were problems with my dress from the designer (they added extra length to my dress instead of taking off length like I requested, twice), the people at Celestial worked hard to fix the situation and make everything right for me. Everything ended up perfect and my dress was exquisite.

Taylor was my bridal consultant and she was extremely helpful. I just showed her a few ideas and she let me pull a few dresses. The one I ultimately chose she ended up picking out for me and it is absolutely perfect. It was nothing like I thought I wanted but she knew all of the stores dresses so well. She knew exactly what I wanted and I didn't even know what I wanted when I came in. They make you feel comfortable and don't pressure you into making a decision just to make a sale. We had such a great experience at Celestial Selections. Taylor was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. We were very impressed with the selection and pricing of dresses and accessories. I absolutely found my dream dress there! Compared to other bridal shops I visited, this was by far the most accommodating and kind. I'm one happy bride. :)

I had one of the best experiences at Celestial Selections. I was immediately greeted by Brittany and she was going to be working with me. She took time to hear about what I like and what I don't like. She then said for me to walk around and place clothespins on dresses that I would like to try. She also pulled several dresses that she felt that I may like. She was incredibly sweet and patient as she spent hours with me. I never felt rushed and she made a very overwhelming experience fun and relaxing. I am happy to say that I am deciding between two gorgeous dresses at Celestial Selections.

After a *terrible* experience at David's Bridal (I'll write my review for them later.) My mom and I decided not to end on a low note, having come from out of town to go wedding dress shopping. We googled the nearest wedding dress shop, and found ourselves headed to "Celestial Selections." Brittany, who helped us, was fantastic. The layout of the store was great, and the process of picking out dresses was stress free, and fun. I'm a plus-size bride, and was worried about finding dresses to try on, and body issues, and blah blah blah. Their plus size selection is awesome! And, I found my dream dress. (It was the first one I picked out, the third one I tried on.) Since then, my mom has taken my (now) sister in law, as well as two family friends there, and they have also found their dresses. Clearly, I hope I don't ever need to pick out another wedding dress. But, if I did, I'd go back here for sure.

I walked in to Celestial already having the dress that I wanted in mind. However, they did a great job of appeasing my mother and aunt who had a very different idea about what my wedding dress should look like. They also were incredibly flexible in dealing with my schedule and was able to get my dress steamed in under a day. I definitely suggest them!

I love this place! They are super friendly, very accommodating, and the best prices I had seen after looking at 3 previous bridal stores (David's included). My mom and I drove about 2.5 hours to get to their location. The whole clothespin on the dresses you like process that they have you do was awesome because I ended up picking my dress 3 or 4 times in different sizes without realizing it. They have the dresses arranged by size and price which was super helpful in finding what racks I needed to be looking at for my budget. They were very quick in getting my dress in once it was ordered. I would definitely recommend this vendor!

I had a difficult time finding my dream dress. My first experience at Marcella's Bridal in Spokane was rushed and uptight. Celestial Selections was a breath of fresh air. The consultant was calm, helpful, and reassuring. I found my dream dress that is unlike any other dress I have seen. I am going to recommend Celestial Selections to all my friends and family!

I was lucky and got my dress in the outlet portion of this shop! I got to take my beautiful dress home that day and I got a screaming deal on it. The girls who work there rocked it and really helped us decide on the perfect dress!

Celestial Selections has such a great selection and something for every price range. The service we received was excellent every time we went to the store. I bought my dress, veil and jewelry here and the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Could not ask for a better dress shopping experience!

My wedding dress was absolutely amazing! And Celestial Selections was so wonderful! They made my experience so great! And my dress was so unique and one of a kind! The only one they had and when it was on me, it was the first time they had seen it on a person! I felt like I was the only one trying on dresses and it was a much better experience than going to a place where you just feel like your in a cattle call! The prices were also very reasonable!

I am a size 2, the associate ordered a size 6. I was nervous about this, but decided to trust the "expert." When the dress came in, another associate helped me try it on. The dress was a lace-up and the associate laced up as tight as it could go. It felt a little loose at the store, but seemed like an easy alteration so I took it from the store. What I didn't realize at the time, is that the two sides aren't supposed to meet when laced. There should have been a gap. When I took it to be altered (Celestial Selections does not offer on site alterations), I was informed it was ordered entirely way too big and would cost $800 to alter down to my size (it is lace). Since I took it from the store before I realized that it was too big, the manager said that there was nothing they could do for me and it was not returnable. I originally wanted to spend $600 on my dress. I spent over $1000 on the dress alone and then had to shell out $800 to fix their mistake. They made NO attempt to correct this situation. Not even an offer of a discounted veil or anything. In the end, my dress turned out beautiful due to the amazing skill of my seamstress.
