Sarah made my entire experience absolutely incredible from the moment she unlocked the door! With this being the first time I tried on wedding dresses, I was extremely nervous when arriving for my appointment and she relieved every worry that I had within 5 minutes of the appointment starting. She was extremely helpful, she helped me find not one but two dresses that are absolutely breathtaking and that fit me stunningly. I would recommend her as a stylist to anyone who is shopping for their perfect gown because she helps her brides find just that. 🤍

Sarah was beyond expectations! She made everything so easy, was quick to figure out my “vibe” and was right with my girls as a cheerleader! 10/10!

I had an apt with Sarah 1-9-22. She was amazing! I am not a person who’s comfortable with a lot of attention on me so I was dreading this abut. I love Believe Bridal! I really didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in, but I found the perfect dress! I love that Believe Bridal makes everyone feel beautiful and special, no matter what their size, age, style, or budget. My stylist helped me find a dress that is truly stunning on me. I had so much fun at the shop and would recommend it to anyone shopping for formal wear.

I’m so happy I found my dress at Believe Bride. Alexis helped me find my dream dress and she was so great to work with. I was clueless going in, and had no clue what type of dress I wanted. I previously visited another dress shop and left feeling unmotivated and blah about finding my wedding dress. When I stepped into Believe, Alexis was very welcoming and was getting down on her hands and knees, fluffing out each and every dress I tried on so I could get the full picture. I bought a dress off the floor and she did discount it a little bit due to button loops on the back that were warn out. I did the payment plan, which was a great option for me. Once I paid my dress in full a month later, I picked up my dress and realized I didn’t do a thorough look through on the condition of the dress. I picked an Allure dress with A LOT of beading and due to buying the in-store dress and many brides to be trying it on, there was some beading missing that I didn’t notice original. I convinced myself that it was fine and only I would notice the damage but was super embarrassed buying this dress (still loved it but my eyes kept going to the missing beading). I was so afraid to reach out to Believe due to the receipt stating I was signing off on the condition of the dress, as is, no refunds or returns. I didn’t want to say anything because Alexis truly made the experience great and it was my fault for not looking over the dress in more detail. I kept thinking about it for the next month and felt gut punched, and I finally decided to reach out to see if I could get it fixed or compensated for the damage. I emailed Believe not expecting much but within the same day the manager Valerie called and left me a message and emailed me saying it absolutely can be fixed, assured me they wanted me to love my dress so bring it in ASAP and they will take care of the beadwork on their dime. I felt an instant weight lifted off my shoulders. I brought the dress in and met Valerie. She took the time to go through the dress in detail and documented and took pictures of everything. She allowed me to keep my dress at the shop until my alterations appointment and passed along her notes to Leslie. Leslie, the alterations queen, called me shortly after my visit, eased my worries even more, told me she works with this dress all the time and the beading is not going to be a problem. My experience with the service at this bridal shop just kept shattering my expectations each and every interaction. Leslie was so nice, very experienced and she truly makes you feel so welcomed right when you walk through her doors. She fixed my beading and any other damage she saw, and made my dress fit like a glove. If I need any sort of formal wear, I would come back here in a heart beat. I absolutely loved the quality, care and service that Believe Bride provides. Thank you so much for making me feel so dang beautiful on my wedding day!!

Jaycee was my stylist and absolutely incredible at helping me find my dream dress. I truly had such an amazing experience for my first time shopping for a wedding dress and absolutely falling in love with my dress. Jaycee truly listened to me when I had explained what I loved and wanted. She was so genuine and sweet! Would give a 10/5 if I could for the amazing experience I had!

Sarah was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me with my mom and kept me calm, she helped me find my dream dress and was around the best person!

Taylor was our specialist and did an excellent job listening to our criteria and finding even more elements to help us fine tune what we were looking for. We started talking about alterations and she quickly grabbed someone onsite to help walk us through options and pricing. We walked away with a beautiful dress that day so obviously a recommend!

I had the BEST experience with Taylor at Believe Bride!!! She took the time to sit and chat with me to see my wedding vision and she pulled the PERFECT dress for me!! And way under my budget!! I had such an amazing time!!!

Lily was so sweet and amazing! She found a veil that matches my dress PERFECTLY and my dress of very unique. I wasn’t even sure if I wanted a veil and I left with the longest most beautiful veil I’ve ever seen! I had my kiddos with me and she was very sweet, helpful, and understanding. So grateful for her help today I actually feel like a complete bride :)

10/10 recommend Believe Bride! If you go, ask to see Taylor! She's literally so amazing!! I myself, was scared & nervous going in. Taylor made me feel so welcomed & made the whole process fun & exciting! She made me see a whole different side of myself.. I walked out of there with more confidence because of Taylor. I can't wait to go back to pick up my dress & look at bridesmaids dresses as well as some tuxes for the groomsmen & for my fiancé!! 🤍

Believe Bride was my first stop. I had initially planned on trying on dresses to find the right fit and style for my body and our unique wedding locale. I am not a girly girl, have never dreamed of my wedding and will not have a wedding with frills. We are backpacking into our wedding! Darlene listened to my ideas on what I thought would look good. She also took into consideration the logistics of carrying a wedding dress on a hike, wrinkles, snags in the wild, etc. She was amazing to work with! I had more fun than I thought I would. We found the absolute most perfect dress that made me ready eyed. She was so thoughtful and considerate of my 2 guests as well. I’d recommend her and Believe Bride anytime!

Taylor was so amazing to work with! My friends planned a day for me to try on and Believe Bride squeezed us in fairly last minute. I expected to be a little rushed or backburnered with our late reservation, but Taylor made me feel like the dang star of the universe. I told her I was looking for something unique and non-white, and she pulled out the most beautiful options. I loved every single dress I put on. And while I was nearly sold on a dress twice my budget, she showed me an option more affordable that I could have dreamed, and the minute I put it on it was meant to be! I never felt pressured to buy or pressure to be upsold, but she took the time to listen and give me options. I walked out that day feeling like a princess and I couldn’t thank Taylor more for her kindness, hospitality, and being a great hype-woman! Absolute 11/10.

Sarah was the absolute BEST! I described what I was imagining and the 4th dress I tried on (ever!) was the one. She was so great to work with and made me feel special and safe. She even found me a piece of material for some paneling that I wanted! I love believe bride, their inclusivity and body positive approach. Amazing. Believe was my second stop and I got lucky enough to have Taylor as my stylist. She was so sweet and actually took the time to get to know me and my style. I recommend believe to anyone who asks, I’m so happy I found my perfect dress there.

Sarah was amazing! Believe Bride was my third stop of the day and I was already down from the previous two not having dresses I love in my budget. Sarah quickly turned my mood around as she let me browse the dresses and start trying on. She was so joyful and kind-hearted as she talked to me and gave me tips and tricks for the wedding day. Most of the dresses she brought to try on were way under budget and the only ones she brought that weren’t were because I requested it. Standing up in the mirrors, I felt like such a princess!! She dazzled me up with belts, veils and fake flower bouquets. She even had me walk around and sit in the dresses. Believe Bride had so many beautiful dresses, it was hard to pick one!! I ended up going to my fourth and final stop, not finding anything that compared and going back to Believe Bride right before they closed. Sarah was waiting with the dress I loved but in a size smaller (the one I tried on needed to be clipped but she found a smaller one hidden). It fit like a glove!! Sarah noticed there was a little fray in the corset string (I wouldn’t have even seen it) and talked to her manager to give me a discount! I was also able to get the belt and veil for 25% off. The whole experience was so perfect I started happy crying!!! It wouldn’t have been this way without her! Thank you Sarah!! 💕

Believe Bride exceeded my expectations. Going into my appointment I was very open to a myriad of silhouettes, as I had never tried on gowns before. Joanna sat down with me and got a feel for what was important to me in the dress, the vibe of the wedding, and my personal style. Joanna NAILED it! She introduced me to a dress I never envisioned for myself and it took the gold. She helped me pick an ethereal veil that complimented the dress and a headpiece that a goddess would die for!! I can’t thank Joanna enough for opening my eyes and making my dreams come true. My experience with Joanna and Believe Bride was truly amazing!

I went in to Believe Bridal just looking to find my style. I did not expect to find THE dress so easily. Then we met Taylor. She amazed me with every single dress she pulled. Every single dress was one I could see myself wearing for my wedding.Taylor was absolutely incredible! Taylor made my fiance and I even more excited through her upbeat, bubbly and so very kind personality. Not only did she help me find the dress I will be getting married in, but she gave my fiance and I an incredible experience all around. From the moment we walked in the door for our first appointment to the time we left, she made us feel like the center of the universe. They are willing to work with you to make your dress the very best it can be. Taylor gave us the chance to talk to one of the lovely ladies working in their alterations. She walked me through making all the changes I wanted to make my dress more perfect than imaginable. I remember buying my prom dress from Believe Prom many years ago and Taylor was also one of the girls who helped me during that as well, small world! Her being there for both occasions really is something special. I am so grateful for the incredible opportunity to have Taylor and the whole Believe Bride/Prom group along side me, ready to help make these big moments in my life as magical as possible. I will forever recommend the believe bride gang to anyone looking for a wedding dress, tux, alterations and prom attire! (and if you are lucky enough to be there on a day that Taylor is in, I hope you thank your lucky stars for her like we do)

Today I met with Joanna at Believe Bridal and I’m dumbfounded I went anywhere else first! Being my third shop of the day, I was starting to feel exhausted. Joanna made it extremely clear from the first moment that she was there to celebrate me as if she was my second maid of honor rather than a dress consultant. I had no idea how much of a difference and impact the staff of a bridal salon can make on the actual dress buying experience. Joanna was everything! She helped me find the right dress for the perfect price. She talked me though everything when I struggled with decisions and she was excited to be a part of my day. Believe Bridal had the best dresses for the greatest prices that I’d seen all day. But I would have paid twice knowing the value of my experience dress shopping. These ladies were amazing in helping me find my dress! Taylor was so helpful and kind and took the time to make sure I was happy with the one. Darlene did a fantastic job as our dress consultant. She was very patient and helped narrow down options until I found the perfect dress! She did not pressure the purchase and gave me the time and space to find my dress. The salon was spacious and had excellent selection. Wonderful experience!

I had the best experience here! I live out of town and I made two appointments in the Spokane area to try on dresses with my family. Sarah helped me try on every style of dress out there and was so amazing to me and my family. She listened to my family but you could tell she only truly cared about the subtle hits that I was telling her! She helped me find my dress and even did the dirty work and cancelled my other appointment for later that day at another store! She was AMAZING!

I had a great experience working with Believe Bride! I initially went for my first appointment with a larger group of people and felt pressured to get a dress even though I didn’t feel very confident with it. I was having second thoughts for a few days after that so I called the shop and they let me go back in again and try on more dresses. I ended up exchanging the first one I got and finding one that I just love! Petra was so patient and helpful in making sure I was confident in my final decision!

I was very pleased with my dress search at Believe Bride. I was looking for something modest, and we were able to talk to alterations before I made my decision to make sure I could get the dress I was looking for! Sarah H was very supportive and kind. She worked with me as my friends video-called in order to be there for the appointment. She was great at helping me feel like a bride. I had my one and only dress trying on appointment here with Taylor and she honestly made the experience so memorable and she was so helpful. I loved the atmosphere of the place. Very elegant and nice seating for anyone you’re bringing with you for dress fittings. I was very pleasantly surprised with the wide array of dresses and they even had ones that were under 1,000 which, for a senior in college, was really nice. I loved Joanna, she did her best to try to give me a wide variety of options and see what I did and did not like. There was a push to buy on the spot, but I figure most places will do that.

I had my first appointment dress shopping ever with Taylor at Belive Bride and she made me feel so comfortable and excited and so beautiful!!! When i was on the hunt for my wedding dress I wanted to go to Believe Bridal, so i went in to their bridal fair in Spokane JUST to book an appointment with them. When on the way home i decided to stop in to a different one just to see and look because, wedding on the brain, and it was an absolute awful experience. I was pretty traumatized after that but was still looking forward to my appointment. I had Joanna as my lady and booked a VIP appointment with her and brought all the girls and my family. Let me tell you, Joanna is not only the sweetest person ever but she is so helpful and made me feel completely comfortable and like a million bucks. I found the dress of my dreams with Joanna's help and I would recommend her to EVERYONE.

Plus, they have an option for payments on your dress. You can also text them to correspond to them which is amazing if you are a busy person.

I had Taylor as my bridal specialist, and she was amazing! The entire day was phenomenal, I told her my budget and she didn’t push me to look at dresses over my budget one bit! Taylor looked at my Pinterest and went and grabbed dresses basses off of my saved pins, the girls were amazing there and made it so easy saying yes to my dream dress!

My name is Karly and I went to Believe Bride to find the perfect dress. I am one of those brides that had to go to every shop just in case there was one that outshines them all. Maybe some of you are the same. Taylor was my bridal consultant. She was amazing and took note of all of my requests. She was mindulful to not pull dresses that were either too small or out of my price range. English netting is my new favorite thing and a must-have for any boho bride. Although I didn't purchase my gown from BB, I did purchase a fancy elvish cape for ummm the wedding night. My favorite thing about BB is that they post awesome up to date videos of gowns that are new to the store or ones that are on sale and if you catch it just in time they can answer your questions in real time. Its great to have such an amazing bridal boutique in Spokane. Highly recommend them. Ask for Taylor! 💍👰💐
