And the quote he gave us was definitely on the lower end compared to others - some of the others were over 2x more expensive! He was very responsive over email and phone. Sometimes we had to wait a few days for a response over email (he always answered the phone promptly), but since the wedding was several months away, that was no big deal. When the wedding date got closer, he responded within hours. In terms of the food, we would probably give it a 4.5. The appetizers were incredible and perfectly executed. The entrees were very good, and the execution was almost perfect. The vegetables we got at the head table were only lukewarm, but we think that is because we were served first and they were still warming up - the guests later on said they were nice and hot. Our timeline was pretty tight. Kevin has a wonderful selection of food options and a beautiful website to display them all. We opted for corn cake and samosa appetizers, and tri-tip, jerk chicken, and a vegetarian pasta. We also had some gluten free folks so he helped make a special batch of pasta for them. Where Kevin REALLY excels though is customer service. He was amenable to all the changes and last minute changes we requested, and on the day of, had more service staff than we initially discussed and they stayed the entire time, from prep to handing out appetizers to going above and beyond with cleanup. We had a whole crew of family members ready to help take down the centerpieces and clear things up, but at the end all they were left doing was dusting a few crumbs off of tables because Kevin and staff took care of all the rest. And Kevin himself helped my uncle move some tables around before the reception began. He and his team came early, stayed late, and were working hard the entire time! So 4.5/5 on the food, 5 /5 on the price, and 6/5 on the service.

not a problem. He asked me what I envisioned and then asked about my budget. With that information, he sent me a detailed proposal that broke out every cost involved. That way I had somewhere to start. He sent this to me the day after we first spoke! He was wonderful with her suggestions and a lot of creative ways to keep costs down. The staff arrived on time and were professional, kind, and accommodating. We had 180+ guests but somehow Kevin and staff made it feel like an intimate gathering. After the reception, my uncle’s home was cleaner than when they arrived. There were no hidden costs and I know for a fact that they threw in an extra appetizer that I really wanted but did not fit into our budget. Thank you so much!

d I felt like he was really listening to my thoughts and expectations. We booked with him almost 4 months ago. He was extremely helpful with finding a photographer as well. Before we found him, we had already reserved our rentals. Pangea was able to use their industry discounts to save us a few hundred dollars. I’ll be sure to post an update after our reception.

time. Our only disappointment was a linen color change that we made a week before the reception. They were unable to accommodate us. Kevin said explained that I was asking for a special order item and his rental company couldn't provide it on such short notice. I was a little bummed but I guess I understand. The food was awesome! We had Hoisin-Ginger Chicken and Medditeranean Tri-Tip. Our guest raved about everything and were able to stay within our budget.
