Kristyn with Event Elements was an amazing addition to our wedding as our coordinator! She was warm and friendly, very personable, and she thought of every detail that we would have never thought of. Every point of contact and the actual day was professional and smooth because of her. My mother and I were able to relax on the day of while she coordinated everything with vendors and guests. I highly recommend!

Words cannot begin to describe ow incredible Kristyn was as our wedding planner. She helped my daughter and wife tremendously before the wedding with her recommendations for vendors, all of whom did their jobs perfectly. She was even better the day of the wedding as she handled everything, allowing us to sit back and enjoy our daughter’s wedding. Kristyn was absolutely amazing from beginning to end for us! She was with us throughout the entire journey, and I don't think we could have done it without her. She was incredibly helpful in finding some of our vendors, and she was always available to talk when I needed it. She made all of the planning stress-free since I was in school at the time, and my mom was out of town. Fast forward to the wedding weekend, and she was incredible! The absolute best wedding planner EVER. We were so overwhelmed with wedding planning and Kristyn went above and beyond in every single way possible. From pre-wedding meetings, venue walkthrough, to the day-of, I was in awe of her professionalism and genuine love for her job and those she helps. I could not recommend her enough!! I can't begin to say how amazing Kristyn Hall is with Event Elements. She not only is an amazingly sweet and charismatic, bubbly, and just fun to be around person - but she is also an amazing wedding planner. She worked her butt off for us as we were a COIVD couple that was engaged in 2019 - then after two rescheduled wedding dates, we finally tied the knot on 06/26/2021. She made everything seamless and made me feel not stressed and at ease even when it all hit the fan with COIVD. She handled everything with grace and poise and pazazz. Day of the wedding things went so smoothly, with genuinely nothing wrong at all it was PERFECT and I know I have Kristyn to thank for that as well. SHE is the BEST. Book her, you won't regret it. I not only had the best wedding planner on this Earth, but I also truly feel I gained a friend as well. She is amazing. I can't praise her enough for the amazing work she did and how much it meant to me.

SHE is the most important decision of your life. I cannot say enough about how amazing Kristyn is and how absolutely ESSENTIAL she and her team were in planning and executing my wedding. My wedding rescheduled several times due to covid, which presented its own ongoing challenges... I never knew what I wanted or how to start with the vendors AND our wedding reception venue was challenging since everyone was only allowed to begin SETTING UP TWO HOURS before guests arriveD... and Kristyn handled everything. from vendor suggestions, vendor contracts, event set up, making sure my must-haves were understood by the team, and most importantly she dealt (gracefully) with “and redirected a few of our “key” wedding guests so our wedding festivities could continue without a hitch or drama. Second to my husband, she was the most important relationship I’ve ever had.

I have only wonderful things to say about Kristyn Hall and her business "Event Elements". If you live in the Dallas, TX area and need an event planner, check her out! My daughter hired Kristyn to plan my granddaughter's wedding, and has had nothing but the highest praise from start to finish. As the grandmother, I experienced her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, total commitment to making the process as seamless as possible for the bride and all involved. When we first met Kristyn my now wife and I were immediately glad we chose her as our wedding planner. Her knowledge about the industry and willingness to help was key to what made our wedding so perfect. Anytime we were faced with a decision we weren't sure about, Kristyn was quick to show us the best options, but gave us the freedom to make the choice we wanted. She was extremely flexible, rolling with any unique thing we wanted to incorporate. Then when the day came, there were so many moving parts that she handled flawlessly. I cannot stress enough how priceless the peace of mind she provided was. Knowing she was working behind the scenes allowed me to fully enjoy the day, instead of being stressed out. If you are beginning your wedding planning process I cannot encourage you more to hire Event Elements. There were so many more things to plan than I ever imagined, and with each one Kristyn was our ace in the hole. I give her the credit every time we get complements on how wonderful our wedding was.

When planning our wedding I knew I wanted a day of coordinator to help make the day go smoothly, but Kristyn did so much more! First off, she is the kindest and warmest person you will meet. After our first meeting I felt like I had known her for years. She handled all our vendors questions and coordination the whole month leading up to the wedding which was such a huge help since I am a teacher and it was hard for me to answer calls throughout the day. We had a NYE wedding so the probability of it getting a little rowdy was high. We had a incident where one of the grooms men’s dates had too much to drink and unfortunately had to be removed from the venue. Kristyn handled the situation so discretely and politely I didn’t even know about it until a few days after the wedding. She truly made sure my husband and I did not have to worry about anything but enjoying our day. I cannot recommend Kristyn enough!

I give my highest recommendations for Event Elements wedding coordinator Kristyn Hall! Having her as our ‘month out’ planner made our daughter’s wedding day perfect! Her professional style coupled with personal care made us all feel at ease...we knew that every detail was covered thanks to Kristyn! She was there to answer all of our questions, and during our wedding weekend, she was the calm needed while directing all the moving parts. In fact, my husband said that our most effectively and efficiently spent dollars were for Kristyn’s expertise and assistance. We could not have done it without her!

I have always wanted to work with Kristyn Hall and finally had an opportunity with our sons wedding at the Nest. Kristyn made all of our meetings and discussions easy during planning and did an amazing job taking over on the day of the wedding. Holy cow Kristyn is incredible! We got married on 5/18/19 and it was absolutely perfect thanks to Kristyn! It down-poured all day and we had planned an outdoor ceremony. I'm not talking about sweet, pretty rain. I'm talking flash flood warnings, flights getting canceled, horrible rain. I didn't have to worry about switching to our plan B of an inside ceremony. I knew Kristyn had it fully covered. But an hour before the ceremony, it miraculously stopped raining and we were able to have the ceremony outside! Again, I didn't have to worry about telling any of the vendors that we had switched back to plan A. Everything was taken care of by Kristyn and her team. It was perfect and it would not have been possible without her! She's darling, kind, organized, quick to respond, has great suggestions, and made us feel confident and relaxed about our wedding! She not only took care of me and my husband during the wedding, but she also took care of my parents. It was a crazy and wonderful day, and could not have been possible without Kristyn and her team! Kristyn was with us early on to help cover the small things and as our wedding week approached she was fully prepared and ready to make our lives easy and everything run smoothly. She was always easy to get ahold of, very organized, and just really enjoyable to work with. She made sure the day of was flawless and even the little problems that invariably crop up she handled with no problem. Honestly, she did such a good job that we didn’t even know there were any problems until days later. She really was superb and helped us enjoy our special day without having to worry about a thing.

Having Kristyn coordinate our wedding was absolutely the smartest move we made. During the planning process she had so many wonderful tips, ideas, and vendor recommendations. She was very hands on and treated our wedding as if it were the most important event on the calendar. On the day of the wedding, Kristyn and her assistant, Nicole, left no stone unturned. From the event layout, centerpieces, and guest arrivals to hand-delivered cocktails for the bridal party, they certainly brought their ‘A’ game. They even made sure we were able to eat before diving into all of the night’s activities. No request was left unfulfilled as they allowed us to focus solely on the fun times at hand. The wedding day timeline was coordinated perfectly. It was nice to hand over the reins to Kristyn and Nicole and just enjoy every moment of our special day. We were so happy and grateful to have two wonderful professionals to ensure that our vision came to light and was executed flawlessly. Nicole and Kristyn were the icing on the proverbial cake.

Events Elements was excellent. Kristyn was there whenever we needed her. Kristyn did an excellent job she was very professional, dependable and helpful, she really knows what she is doing. Kristyn knows what's up. She is a fantastic person to work with, and has experience with all kinds of weddings (from $ to $$$$). Though we hired Event Elements just for "day-of" coordination services, we met with Kristyn multiple times leading up to the wedding and she was always available for questions and recommendations. I trust Kristyn completely, and appreciate all her hard work. The coolest thing was that she coordinated with all our vendors for the big day. Our DJ (who has 30+ years experience) even mentioned that Kristyn had sent him an info packet leading up to the wedding! I can’t speak highly enough about Kristyn. I would have given her 10 stars if it was possible! She was essential to my Wedding Day and invaluable during the planning process. I had the pleasure of working with her at another wedding as a bridesmaid and noticed she wasn’t “large and in charge” over-directing us and manipulating the event. She was very much a highly effective “invisible force” ensuring everything went smoothly in the most natural way. She was an obvious choice when I started planning my wedding. I enjoyed having her touch base a couple times the months leading up to the wedding, always willing to provide vendor recommendations or advice. All my vendors enjoyed working with her and most importantly my parents and in-laws loved her too. My husband and I loved that we were able to enjoy our reception and not think to much about where we needed to be at every moment - Kristyn had it covered! My daughter has been in many weddings and also helped coordinate several, and didn't feel we really needed a coordinator for her own wedding , as she had already decided on many of the details. However, as the date neared, and I started waking up with panic attacks, we decided to hire Kristyn as a "day/month of" coordinator...and what a great decision that was!! She was a wonderful resource for last minute vendors, questions, room planning, and the rehearsal walk through. She allowed my daughter and I to really enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything! She and her assistant took care of any problems that arose, and worked closely with all the vendors to make sure everything was perfect. We had to bring in a ton of stuff, and she stayed until the last box was packed up and loaded in the car! Planning a wedding is stressful, and if you want someone who is on top of everything, and will make sure the day runs smoothly, you can not go wrong with Kristyn!

I highly recommend Event Elements. Kristyn and her assistant know how to organize and made my stress level go down tremendously prior to the big day and the day of. We were able to relax and get ready without having to worry about the vendors or decorating. Kristyn and her assistant knew exactly where to put items and where they needed to go with out bothering me or husband. We met several times before the big day to go over every detail and every vendor. She lines out with the vendors what time they need to come to the venue and how long they have to set up. All the vendor that we worked with really enjoyed us having Event Elements to coordinator because it can get a little chaotic if all the vendors show up at once. A lot of my vendor have actual worked with her prior and were grateful when I mentioned her name. If you are getting overwhelmed, need help organizing or planning, and want to have your wedding day taken care of you must contact Event Elements.

Kristyn is amazing - not to mention one of the nicest people you will ever work with. We hired Kristyn for a month-of coordinator. With that said, we hired her the beginning of 2017 for an August wedding and she was more than happy to answer emails / questions even leading up to the "month of." She was a life saver on our wedding day with so many moving pieces - getting pictures / guest book to and from the chapel, making sure people knew where they were going from the parking garage to cocktail hour then the ballroom, passing out flutterfetti at the end of the night, getting the glow sticks out at the right time, the list goes on. She always made sure my Husband and I had a drink in our hands and were taken care of. Her assistant Lauren was a tremendous help as well - carrying dress tape on them, making sure we had food that we wanted or needed (especially the late night bites when we were busy dancing), etc. She kept us "on time / on track" throughout the entire wedding so that we could enjoy everything to it's fullest. Hiring a month of wedding planner, especially Kristyn, was well worth the investment and I would highly recommend it. There are so many "last minute" pieces / ideas that came up that we could send to Kristyn to talk through and she took care of getting everything in place so seamlessly so we could relax and enjoy our wedding day. I am the Mother of the Bride and I can't say enough about Kristyn! My daughter had been planning her dream wedding since October 2016. She had booked most of the vendors and had a vision for what she wanted their special day to be like. We hired Kristyn as a month of wedding planner but met her in January for an August wedding! She was very informative and personal when we met her. My daughter said "mom, we need to get her booked before someone else does". So we did. She was more than a month of planner for us. We met with her several times and she always had a smile on her face and was very helpful with any questions we had or even thought of things we hadn't! A month before the wedding we had a a meeting with her and she assured us not to worry about anything that she will take care of everything! She had a timeline that she had sent out for the day of the wedding with all the vendors and when they were supposed to be where. She assured us she would take care of everything and that she did! She was at the rehearsal to make sure everything went smoothly! The day of the wedding went as smoothly and flawlessly as possible! She and her assistant, Lauren, made sure the bride and groom were taken care of all night long! Whenever they needed anything Kristyn or Lauren were always there for them! I would recommend Kristyn to anyone who is looking for a planner! I have already told 2 of my mother of the bride friends about her! At then end of the evening she made sure everything was boxed up and helped us remove all of our belongings from the reception at 1:00 AM! I feel like I can call Kristyn a friend, not just a vendor! We emailed several times the week after the wedding and she was quick to respond and always answered any questions we had! I don't know what we would have done without her for the wedding! It was a great relief to know that I wasn't the one that had to make sure everything got taken care of on my daughter's special day, because Kristyn was there to make sure everything went smooth and for that I am thankful! I had several in-person meetings with her and with our reception venue coordinator. Kristyn is personable, kind, humble, and hilarious. She instantly made me feel comfortable and that I was in great hands. She often thought ahead and answered questions that I didn't know I even had. She had tons of great suggestions for how to organize our ceremony and reception and during both she was hands-on and made sure everything went smoothly. If there were any issues during our wedding, Kristyn must have made sure that I didn't know about them - which is exactly what you want in a coordinator! I do not even know where to begin! We hired Kristyn for the month of coordinator package and it was the best decision ever. She was SO helpful from the start. She was more than happy to meet and answer any questions I had prior to the month before the wedding and also attend meetings with our venue. She was always SO positive, a great energy to be around and gave her honest opinion to my questions. If you are debating getting a wedding coordinator, DO it. And Kristyn is the way to go! Before our wedding, she put together a timeline and confirmed all of the last minute details with all of our vendors. That could have been such an overwhelming task and it was a huge relief to give me the ability to focus on other things leading up to the wedding. Last minute, our “venue coordinator” (supposed to be the wedding coordinator supplied by the venue) was very sketchy and ended up that she didn’t even really stick around the day of. I was so thankful that we had Kristyn there to make sure the day ran smoothly and be the point of contact for the vendors. Also, since she attended meetings with me and the venue, she could ensure that everything the venue promised us was accounted for. On the day of, Kristyn and her assistant also set up the numerous items that we brought to the venue (set out menu cards, guest book, photos, votives, the list goes on), handed out the checks to vendors that we needed to pay day of, ensured that me and the wedding party were taken care of and answered on-the-spot questions from the vendors. Before the ceremony in the waiting room, Kristyn even came in prepared with snacks, waters and anything else we needed! Throughout the night, they made sure the band, caterers and all vendors were sticking to the timeline seamlessly. At the end of the night, she helped pass out our getaway items, pack my bags and put them in the car and stayed after until EVERYTHING was picked up. There are so many things around a wedding that you don’t think of and Kristyn was way ahead of it ALL! My family and I couldn’t stop talking afterwards about how great Kristyn was, and most importantly, we were all able to just sit back enjoy the day and night thanks to her! Best wedding decision!!

Kristyn. Goodness. She was truly our saving grace throughout the planning process and even MORE so on the day of our wedding. Kristyn came recommended to us by very dear friends, so we knew immediately we wanted to meet her. Lemme tell you - she is the kindest, most genuine, hardest working person. There was no discussion on it after we left our first meeting; we needed to book her FAST so no one else with our wedding date got to her first! Kristyn jumped to work right away, collecting any other contracts we had signed and continued to collect various items. Meeting with her closer to the wedding put my worries at ease every time. Whatever my husband and I had not thought of, she was there to remind us and walk us through figuring it out. Kristyn was always just a phone call away for those 10 months of planning, ready and willing to offer her advice or help on anything and everything. Fast forward to the day of our wedding. She ROCKED IT at a whopping 37(ish) weeks pregnant. Her energy never faded, and we (and our family and friends) were able to enjoy the day COMPLETELY WORRY FREE. I never imagined I would have been as calm as I was, and I know it was mostly my trust in her (and her assistants) to take care of every little detail possible. Following the wedding, Kristyn posted such great pictures she had taken of the day, and a few weeks later we received a disk of EVERY photo she had taken as well as the sweetest little gift, perfect for newlyweds. Her thoughtfulness is unparalleled, and I would recommend her to EVERY single one of my friends and family that are getting married in the DFW area. Thank you for making our day perfect, Kristyn!!!

Highly recommended!! Kristyn was amazing & I can not imagine how things would have gone had we not had her. Living in Houston & planning a wedding in Dallas could have been super stressful, but Kristyn was so helpful. She had great contacts & vendor recommendations. If I wasn't available to go to Dallas on a weekend she would go look at things for me. She has great insight & taste! Due to the weather (ice storm) we were not able to have a rehearsal, but everything went off without a hitch!

It was such a relief having her to answer any questions that came up, and coordinate all the other vendors so both my husband and I, plus our families, could relax and enjoy the day. She quickly felt like a friend and we are so grateful for her!

I am so glad we chose Kristyn as our wedding coordinator! She was honest and enthusiast and reassuring throughout the whole planning process. She gave great advice and recommendations for vendors in our budget and made us feel proud and excited about the decisions we made! One of my favorite things about Kristyn is her amazing communication! She was always quick to answer emails and created a detailed wedding day timeline that was super impressive and helpful! Even my other vendors (who she shared the timeline with) raved about it! She has various planning and coordinating packages, so it was easy for me to find the one that fit my needs best. She listened to my ideas and helped me decide what roles I needed her to fill. Do yourself a favor and set up a meeting!

Kristyn is the BEST! We hired her as a day-of coordinator for our reception, but she earned her pay well before our wedding day. She was super quick and helpful answering all of our questions, suggested only the best vendors, and by the time our wedding was here I knew she'd have everything under control. On the day of, all of my requests were executed perfectly - from pinterest decoration ideas to making sure the 6 pieces of gluten free cake went to the right people! I'm so happy she was there so that I (and my mom) could just relax and celebrate! I do have one regret - our church assured us that we didn't need a planner for our ceremony, but man, did I wish Kristin was there! Our rehearsal was the most chaotic and stressful part of the whole weekend! So if you do hire her, do yourself a favor in include her in the ceremony as well!!!

Kristyn is amazing!!! We hired her for our wedding after a quick sit down meeting with her! She coordinated our day of but did so much more!! She was seriously so comforting to have because she was on top of everything!! I would recommend her ten times over to ANYONE!

Kristyn was everything we could have hoped for in a coordinator! I adore her! I did not worry even once on my wedding day because Kristyn had everything 100% under control. That is something completely priceless for a bride. She is so incredibly sweet and really understands the importance of your wedding day. Kristyn was absolutely amazing. We used her throughout the entire wedding planning process and she made it so much more pleasant of a process. She recommended vendors that worked well for us in terms of style and finances, and they all did an absolutely incredible job. She met with us several times, with the vendors, and was in constant communication with everyone as necessary. She had everything well organized, was open to my ideas but also contributed with hers. The day of the wedding -- she was amazing. She helped with set up, helped with making sure everything ran super smoothly, and was there until the very end. We used Kristyn as a "day of coordinator" but she was really so much more than that. She was always available via email to answer every question, even if it was something small. She worked with my Mom and I throughout the entire process. The weekend of she attended the rehearsal to make sure everyone knew what they were supposed to do and was there the whole day of the wedding to help with set up and take down. We would definately recommend Kristyn to anyone and couldn't have done it without her!

We hired Kristyn as a wedding planner for the day of our wedding and were so happy we did. She was professional, helpful, and fun to work with. She not only helped us make sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day, but also helped organize the rehearsal, coordinate with all the vendors, and answer questions for months leading up to the wedding. One example was one of our weekend planning meetings a couple of months before the wedding - my fiance and I were planning the wedding from out of state and were only in town that weekend. Kristyn was actually side swiped driving to meet us and still managed to show up to the meeting and run through everything with us! Another example is on the wedding day, my dress got caught on the edge of the dance floor and ripped out the bustle. Kristyn managed to find a sewing kit and someone to sew a new bustle. Kristyn was definitely worth every penny for my mother, fiance, and I to not feel like we had to stress about any of the details on the wedding day and just enjoy every second!

Kristyn is an amazing wedding planner. After several meetings she really understood the vision we had and made it into a reality. She ensures that everything runs smoothly the day of. Kristyn goes above and beyond for her clients. Her kind and professional attitude just adds to the experience. She truly made me feel like a queen on my wedding day.
