DJ Russ and Event Concepts was such a great pleasure to work with. From the introduction call with Ashlie, she was able to really listen to what our style was and asked great discovery questions to learn our likes and dislikes. When we spoke with DJ Russ for the initial time it was a great conversation, and we felt a connection from the beginning. DJ Russ did a great job helping edit our first dance song and really helped keep the energy up during the entire reception. He was able to create a great atmosphere and helped with setting the tone the remainder of the event. We booked a photo booth with Event Concepts too and we were able to get all the photos digitally which allowed us to experience our wedding through the eyes of our Guests. We highly recommend Event Concepts and if you can get DJ Russ you will not be sorry. Our finale was so memorable and made possible by Event Concepts.

The whole Event Concepts team was awesome! DJ Greg was so much fun! He was great at leading dances & picking the right music to keep our guest dancing. We received so many compliments about him from our guest & he made the reception so much fun. The whole team made planning so easy & I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. The 360 video booth was a hit too!

We had DJ Russ and if I'm being honest, I was nervous. I had such a specific idea of how I wanted the music to be that I wasn't sure if it would be pulled off. DJ Russ brought the HEAT! Everyone was on the dance floor and busting a move. Everyone told us it was the most fun they had at a wedding. It was 100% club vibes which is what I was going for. Additionally, I had the photobooth and the pictures were such high quality! Overall, if you're looking to have a party, for a reception, hire DJ Russ from Event Concepts.

We had the privilege of having DJ Jesse at our wedding. He assisted with the ceremony and was super helpful. The timeline the company provides was key for the other vendors we had. Jesse saved the day when he helped with our first dance, my husband was running a few steps behind for our choreographed dance. He picked up on it, without us telling him and backed up the song- our guests had no idea. We are forever grateful for all of his help! It was a night to remember and we recommend this company to all couples who want a stress free day!

Working with Event Concepts and DJ Russ was a great experience!! They had us fill out a detailed questionnaire going over song choices, timeline, expectations, etc. a few weeks prior to our wedding day. The week of we had a phone call meeting with DJ Russ confirming everything and made us feel at ease. On the day of our wedding everything went so smoothly. The song selections we had discussed prior were played just as expected. DJ Russ had everyone instantly on the dance floor and kept playing great music throughout the night! Could not recommend DJ Russ enough along with Event Concepts!! Definitely book for your wedding or next event!

DJ Russ was incredible and we got so many compliments on how great he was. If I was rating solely on him, it would be 10 stars - he was SO great. The only downfall with Event Concepts was that they seem to be going through a transitional period as far as their management goes, so as we got close to the wedding, we kind of fell through the cracks for them it seemed like. My coordinator had thankfully worked with Russ before so she reached out to him directly since the office was dropping the ball and not responding. We had also spent hours working on a questionnaire, and we sent it to the email provided by them, but they never provided it to Russ. On our wedding day I had to give him a rundown of what we wanted, and he made it work fantastically, while calling around and getting someone to send our questionnaire so he could refer to it himself. DJ Russ was amazing, Event Concepts as a company was just okay, thus my 4 star review.

Honest to God, or who ever you do or don’t believe in Event Concepts is who you NEED to book with. We had almost booked with two other DJs before finding them, and i’m so glad we did. DJ Michael to be exact is the absolute best of the best. My husband and i are what we like to call cusp babies, right on the line of Gen Z and millennial so our music taste is every where. DJ Mike made it happen our day was truly so special. The vibes were immaculate, we told him we wanted $uicideboy$ to be played because that’s how we met, while other DJs flat out told us no DJ mike rose to the occasion. He kept the party alive all night! we had people in their 80s breaking it down on the dance floor, this man is gold. The price was too good to pass. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A BOOK THIS COMPANY, SPECIFICALLY DJ MICHAEL!!!!

I cannot tell you how many guests came up to me telling me how great our DJ was! We found DJ Russ at an expo and knew right away he would be perfect for our wedding, and wow did he deliver! He spoke with us about what we wanted about a week before and was so attentive during the wedding. If there was something we didn't want etc we just had to give him a look or a motion and he was on it! Honestly, we was just amazing! Everyone was on the dance floor having a great time.

DJ Russ was amazing and knew how to keep my guest on the dance floor!! My husband and I are country fans and i knew we needed a variety of music so I told Russ "this is your specialty and I trust you" and it was the best! Both sides of the family were having a great time and I've had multiple people tell me they loved the DJ. Cannot recommend Event Concepts and DJ Russ enough!!

We had Event Concepts as the DJ and Photo Booth at our wedding and we were absolutely amazed with how wonderful this group was. We had Steve as our DJ and he truly brought the party to our reception. Everyone came up to us after the wedding sharing it was the best DJ they had ever seen and had never seen that many people on the dance floor. DJ Steve facilitated line dances and choreographed dances that had everyone on the dance floor. The highlight of our wedding was the lip sync battle between the girls and guys. Event Concepts also provided an amazing projection of our names on the wall as well as uplights to match the color scheme of our wedding. DJ Steve was incredibly kind to us from the start! He was recommended to us by my cousin and we were so happy to meet him and his team at a wedding expo. They provided fantastic communication and the meeting with Steve before our wedding proved that the team was going beyond our expectations to ensure our day was special. We did not have a specific wedding coordinator to ensure the schedule was kept on track, but Steve made sure that everything was on track throughout the reception and made announcements. We were blown away by how much fun we and everyone else had with Steve as our DJ. He had a great feel of the crowd and would play songs that everyone seemed to enjoy! He also honored our requests for certain songs not to be played. The photobooth was also an incredible addition to our reception. The team worked with us to design the border and even helped us create a memory book that we provided so that we would receive a copy of each of the photo booth strips that we could look back on. I cannot thank this group enough for making sure our reception was perfect - from the run of the show, to the lights, and the music. I have people to this day talking about the DJ from our reception. We were all smiles on the dance floor on our big day! I highly recommend this team as they bring great energy, professionalism, and fun to any occasion!

Just had my wedding on March 5, 2022 and it was absolutely amazing thanks to my amazing team of vendors which included Event Concepts. I'm so glad that we picked Event Concepts to DJ our wedding. When I initially spoke with Ashlie, I was impressed with the professionalism, transparency and quick communication. Ashlie was able to answer all my questions from the beginning up until the very last days before the wedding. A week before the wedding, we had our conversation with DJ Steve regarding the flow of the wedding and he absolutely killed it at ensuring my vision came to life. He had recommendations of his own, while also listening to my wishes. We had such a great time at the wedding. The music was on point and DJ Steve was able to keep all our guests moving and on the dance floor. We've gotten numerous compliments that everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Event Concepts was amazing regarding communication, assistance and understanding. They were excited to help me find the best package for my wedding size and budget and celebrate the event with me. They were very understanding when I needed to change my date and location due to issues with Covid and travel restrictions. DJ Russell was the MC in our wedding and he was more than amazing, he gave us a call a few days before to understand better what we wanted, we used our music list to create a great environment, he did an amazing job to hype up our guests and always had the most amazing attitude and respect. I have to admit I danced the night away in my wedding and couldn't have asked for a better DJ. I would absolutely recommend them for any wedding!

DJ Scott King was awesome. The dance floor was always packed and all were having a great time. I've been to many weddings and the DJs were always good but he was great. I am the mom who paid for everything and was very happy with their choice. We found this company at a wedding show we attended

Way above expectations!! My wife and I booked Event Concepts early in our planning process. Ashlie was reasonable and very helpful choosing the correct DJ for us. Originally, we had a different DJ, but he dropped out about 2 weeks prior to our date. She found us DJ Feenix as a replacement and he was one of the best DJs we had ever seen. Brought energy and played all the right songs with little direction. We fully trusted him with our entertainment and he went above and beyond. Could not be more thankful for DJ Feenix and Event Concepts. Highly recommend!

DJ Scott King was INCREDIBLE! We had very specific music and music cues from a video game soundtrack, and he made it happen FLAWLESSLY. He put pur minds at ease, and was one of our favorite vendors to work with. His personality, professionalism, and experience made it so once we booked and did our music outline, we had absolutely nothing to worry about. The reception never hit a low either! Scott kept a party of only 40 dancing all night!

We hired event concepts for our wedding and our DJ was Sarah!!!! The entire experience was fantastic. The hiring process was easy. Ashlie made my experience fantastic when it came to picking the right DJ for my wedding & doing all of our contract process. Sarah our DJ was amazing! So energetic, got our quests up & dancing. She was so professional and so sweet. She was fantastic and I highly recommend using this company for your wedding :)

Could not have asked for a better DJ or company to work with! Ashlie was very easy to work with when we had questions and she was able to help us with any issues or wants/needs we requested. Russ was our DJ and he was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He called us a couple of days before the wedding to go over our vision and MAN did he perform! He was everything we could have asked for and more. He was enthusiastic and up-beat. Russ would analyze the audience participation level and he played songs in the genre that were the most popular on the dance floor to KEEP people out on the dance floor. He made it a priority to keep myself and the groom in the loop with time and activities during our reception so we were all on the same page, which was a HUGE help! Event Concepts will definitely do everything that they can to make your special day amazing!!!! (BTW, up-lights are a MUST HAVE!! Completely transformed our room into a beautiful one!!)

Russel was our Dj for our wedding on 4/11/21 and he was phenomenal! I don’t have enough good things to say about this company and their Dj’s. They were budget friendly and top notch! All communication was quick and efficient. Russel called several days before and we went over my timeline. He helped make adjustments to help the evening flow. Day of he kept everyone on the dance floor all night. He had amazing ideas like dancing through the decades. I love that He checked in multiple times throughout my wedding to make sure that we were on schedule and we knew what was happening next. He provided us cues to let him know when we were done with our first dances and even if we wanted to do a reverse garter toss. I cannot recommend this company enough and will be using them for future events.

From the beginning, Ashlie did a phenomenal job of communicating with us and helping us set up the details for our special day. Little did we know, 48 hours before our wedding, our day of wedding coordinator would be hospitalized and unable to move forward with our wedding. Our coordinator asked Ashlie to step in and step in she did. She was there from our rehearsal and through the entire wedding day working with us to make sure everything went off without a hitch! On top of that, DJ Russ did a phenomenal job keeping our guests entertained as well as accommodating to our requests to incorporate instrumental songs for our subtle Star Wars theme. Our guests raved about both Ashlie and Russ and we too could not be more grateful for them. This company is professional and affordable and we will continue to sing their praises!

Steve is the best!! Steve and his team was so responsive and always ready to make sure you are absolutely happy with your decisions. They provided all the details (uplighting, monogram in lights, cake spot, projector, DJ services, a Confetti cannon!!, etc.) we were looking for at our reception and it was beyond perfect! When they say a DJ can make or break your event it could not be more true. We were booked with DJ Steve from Event Concepts and he was truly phenomenal, to this day our guests rave about how fantastic he was and how other weddings couldn't compare to the entertainment he provided. My DJ, Scott, traveled from Orlando to Jupiter and was amazing! Everyone raved about how he was able to get almost every single person on the dance floor and keep them there! I had been in contact with the owners throughout wedding planning and they were extremely friendly and professional! Our photo booth was great and the attendant was super sweet! We chose DJ Steve Dunlap for our Disney World wedding in April and we were SO glad that we chose him. From the very beginning of working with him, everything was so easy and straightforward in the way of selecting songs. We were worried because our group was relatively small (30 people) and we didn't know how dance-y they would be, so Steve helped us with ideas for wedding games that he could facilitate during the reception which was fantastic. In the end, however, Steve was able to get pretty much all of our guests on the dance floor. We were amazed and so happy! All of our guests thought he was fantastic and we couldn't agree more. We highly recommend DJ Steve!

We recently got married at the Hilton Melbourne Beach on 3/30/19, we chose Event Concepts and DJ Luis through communication with Ryan their Event Manager - who was awesome as well. He was quick to get back, answer my random questions, and make changes as we wanted. They did our uplighting and I added the DJ Light Surround package last minute which I would highly recommend. DJ Luis was everything we wanted, he was personable, upbeat, he listened to all our requests. My husband is very into music and had a specific list of songs wanted for ceremony, rehearsal, reception, DJ Luis played these and also worked in similar music to keep the party going. We envisioned one big dance party and that's exactly what DJ Luis brought us. THANK YOU!

Oh shut the front door this DJ was the BEST! We jammed out, laughed, partied, and danced the night away. This DJ truly put in the effort, creativity, and energy into the night and we are forever grateful. We didn’t have to plan it tell him what to do because he just knew and took the lead. We want to have fun and celebrate with our loved ones without worry and they definitely provided that. Never in my life have I enjoyed a DJ as much as this guy. AWESOME DJ!! We had such a great time at our wedding thanks to Steve from Event Concepts. He did such a great job with the music and getting our guests engaged. We loved the unique interaction and guest participation he came up with; it really made the night memorable and kept everyone on the dance floor. Steve really took the time to understand what type of wedding we wanted and definitely delivered the high energy fun we requested. Everyone keeps telling us what a great time they had and how incredible our DJ was. We had so much fun dancing the night away and were happy to hear our guests did too. We also used Event Concepts for our photo booth, uplighting, cake pin spot, name in lights and dance floor. First, the photo booth was awesome. We opted for the giant white igloo and it was so cool looking and certainly made people want to check it out. They customized the photo strip for us and the prints turned out great! Very good quality. The hats and accessories they had for us to use were so much fun. You then get digital copies of all the photos your guests took which were so fun to look through afterwards. I also highly recommend adding the Starlight dance floor, we were so happy we did. It added an amazing ambiance to the room and the photos on the dance floor look incredible. I believe people were also drawn to it making them want to dance more. One other personal touch we selected was the name in lights. We wanted our monogram and were flexible on what they used. We sent them a picture of a monogram we had professionally designed and they were able to recreate this, which was a great day-of surprise. Event concepts really went above and beyond in ALL aspects, from the planning to the execution. The account manager, Adriana, was prompt to respond to all of my questions and she was so helpful in planning all of the details. They have a genuine interest in making your day perfect and personalized.

Your DJ can make or break your event and Event Concepts absolutely delivered on my event. Not only were they incredibly nice, but they ensured that my guests had an amazing time. From the very start the team listened to my ideas and helped formulate the plan for the event. It went perfectly. They are also reasonably priced. I knew my guests were going to have a great time and they did! Absolutely highly recommended.

Steve is wonderful, I highly recommend! He was the DJ at a friend's wedding and I knew I had to have him at ours. He created a father/daughter mix based on songs I sent him overnight and sent it back to me so we had plenty of time to practice with it and didn't even charge me extra for it! He perfectly nailed the playlist we would have picked our selves for dinner before getting the party started. A DJ makes sure music is playing the whole time, a good DJ interacts with the crowd, Steve takes it one step further making the garter removal a mission impossible themed attraction, has your guests dancing in conga lines all through the ballroom, and forming a dance off circle to make sure everyone is on the dance to close out the night. If you want to not have to worry about if your dancing machine guests are enjoying themselves just as much as the wallflowers at your wedding you should definitely book Event Concepts!

Being our event was for a vow renewal and a smaller group, we were concerned if having a DJ would be awkward. Steve vastly exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with him, his music selection and upbeat manner appealed to everyone at the event. Even days after the event people would mention to us how well he did and that they were amazed how he got everyone, and I mean everyone out on the dance floor for the last couple of songs! If we ever have an event in the area again he will be our first call. Our event was selected by Disney to be featured as one of their top events for their weddings blog and we believe in no small part this is owed to the success we had with Steve. Thank you!

Steve with Event Concepts is hands down the best wedding DJ! He is so knowledgeable, professional, and made our wedding so memorable. I can not even put into words how amazing both Steve and Adrianna Dunlap were not only during our wedding but throughout the whole planning process. I was directed to look into hiring Event Concepts by a venue that we were considering. I emailed the company and within five minutes, my phone rang. Steve ran through how he typically works, the pricing, and what else they offer. I was put right at ease. We booked Steve pretty early on in our planning process. Between he and Adrianna, we never had an unanswered question. They were so thorough on the playlist and song choices. On the day of our wedding, they were there early, setting up and both personally came up to me to introduce themselves and say some kind words. Steve did an AMAZING job at getting our guests up and dancing. He had people that we didn't think would even dream of dancing, dancing. He picked all the right songs and kept the beat going. We have had several people ask who our DJ was and I don't hesitate to direct them in Steve's direction. We will 100% be hiring him again if the opportunity for a DJ presents itself! The only complaint we have is that our wedding ended and he had to leave! :)

DJ Frankie kept the party going the whole night. When Mickey and Minnie entered he had everyone up on the dance floor and so excited. The music was perfect. I can't speak enough about the value of this DJ - we were able to have a DJ for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for less than we could have done for an iPhone plug in for the ceremony site.

I was married last weekend here in Orlando and used Event Concepts DJ Melody for our ceremony and reception MC and music. Melody did an excellent job and really made our event most memorable by getting all of our family and out on the dance floor...young and old ...the shy and not so shy she had everyone up and dancing and participating. Melody also delivered all of my "special requests" and dedications in a fun and timely manner. My husband and I both agreed that she did a fantastic job and our guests loved her as well !! Steve was absolutely amazing at our Fairy Tale Disney Wedding. We have gotten so many compliments on him. He kept the whole day going and we had the time of our lives. I was very nervous about my first dance with my Uncle and Steve did a 'bat signal' with me to cut it off when I was ready. When the crowd seemed to die down Steve realized it and put on a game of 'lip singing'. It was so fun. We will never ever forget his amazingness and making our day so so special!

Event Concepts was absolutely amazing. Melody was our DJ for the American Lung Association's LUNG FORCE Run Walk, and she did a great job. Everyone was really into the music, and she was a great MC. I would use them again, and am grateful for their awesome customer service, in the office and Event Day.

Steve was the best DJ that I have ever worked with. He listened to everything I asked. He was incredibly interactive. All the guests were up and dancing immediately. Everyone had the best time! He constantly communicated with me as well. The entire event was a blast! I would whole heartedly recommend him for any event.

When I asked some of my family what their favorite thing about my wedding was, many responded, THE DJ. Steve was absolutely wonderful. Many of the people at our reception were the older, no nonsense type, and even THEY were on the dance floor! Steve chose songs that totally fit with what I requested, which was a club dance atmosphere. I think the best part was how he made sure the party did not die at the end. It was a non-cheezy way of making sure all were singing, participating, and having fun! There were some awkward moments at our reception caused by overly enthusiastic guests…and like any good entertainer, Steve took those moments and worked around them. Steve is just a fun loving guy who wants people to party and have fun, and that is what he did at our wedding. Steve also did lighting and "dancing on a cloud" at our reception, which completely transformed our drab reception space into a glowing, dreamlike space. Our first dance was complemented so well with the dry ice machine. I didn’t notice, but someone told me he was following us around the dance floor with it as we danced, which added to the effect. Choosing Steve as our DJ was definitely one of the best wedding decisions we made. I want to host another party with him as DJ, I had that much fun!

I could possibly not say enough about Steve at Event Concepts, ever! As long as you are comfortable with your guests going on and on about how great the DJ is and was on your wedding and long after, hire Steve! It is all they will talk about from the old grannies to the young teenagers! Steve was the best DJ I could ever have hoped for and I believe the very best there ever is, was and will be! Amazing amazing time!! Don't look any further this is your man! Just hope I can hire Event Concepts for some event in the future, they were awesome! Great lighting too!

Steve did an amazing job at our wedding! He kept the energy up and the laughs coming. We loved how he joined us on the dance floor and taught us some new moves! He even had the guests in their 80's up on the dance floor! I can't imagine our reception without him!

I have worked with event concepts on several occasions and can honestly say that they have never disappointed. Their prices are beyond reasonable, they are very responsive to emails and phone calls, and every member of their team is great to work with. I'm not someone who ever writes reviews, but I just HAD to for Steve Dunlap. He honestly made my wedding reception at Disney Weddings an INCREDIBLE experience for myself and everyone at the wedding! People still are raving about it! He had every single person up dancing on the floor for the whole night! Make sure to choose for him to do his dance move medley for everyone to follow! It was JUST like a wedding movie-- it was so fun! We all followed his instruction on how to do easy and fun dance moves as a group to current and classic hits. This man has TALENT, he is so friendly, and he has the perfect DJ voice! He also was very keen to quickly get to know people in the wedding and would call them up to do solo funny dances that he could tell their personalities would match up with! Everyone had a BLAST and he is the reason that our wedding reception was PERFECT! Thank you Steve! PS. Remember to call HIM up to do breakdance moves on the floor! That will surprise him and impress everyone! He's amazing!!!

Steve Dunlap was the DJ for our Disney World wedding and he was beyond incredible. He was personable and wonderful to talk to. I was nervous for our reception because there were only about 50 people and took place in the afternoon. I was afraid no one would dance and that everyone would be bored. With Steve as my DJ though, I had nothing to worry about. He was enthusiastic, charming, and entertaining. He made everything flow beautifully and was accommodating with all of our requests. He made sure that as the bride and groom, we were the center of attention, unlike some DJs who think the show is about them. He understood the kind of music we wanted and made sure that everyone was having a good time. He was even able to get everyone on the dance floor at one time, and it was so much fun. My favorite part was that he led and taught a lot of dances, which made everyone feel comfortable dancing and made everything more fun. I can't rave enough about Steve, he truly made our wedding magical and every guest I've talked to has raved about him too. I highly recommend him for any wedding because my wedding was so, so much fun all because of him.
