Her knowledge and experience in wedding planning and coordination were key factors in our wedding being such an amazing experience. Working with Kimi for our wedding was the BEST planning choice we made. She is a WONDERFUL person and we are so unbelievably grateful to have worked with her. She also really, really helped me pin down the details of what I had in mind and make it better than I had hoped. More than once I went to her and said "I really wish we could do this thing, but for all these reasons it won't work" and she found a way to make it happen. We took a huge number of details and finishing touches to Kimi and she put it all together beautifully the day of. Her month of coordination was also unbelievable. I cannot wrap my head around how she was able to coordinate all those people and timelines so perfectly. I absolutely could not have done it without her help. We also had a really unexpected vendor change in the final few weeks before our wedding and Kimi made so many phone calls to help us get it fixed, and actually saved the day. Without her, I don't know how we would have had audio for our ceremony or afterparty. The day of, she helped us overcome so many little hiccups and it seriously made for the perfect day. Everyone says things go wrong on your wedding day and you need to be prepared, but thanks to Kimi, I don't even know what those things were. She handled everything flawlessly and we are so grateful. Kimi was incredibly professional and so kind hearted, even in the face of all the normal wedding planning drama that comes up. Kimi was the day-of coordinator for our wedding. She did an EXCELLENT job. From our first meeting, I was very impressed by her attention to detail. She worked closely with all our other vendors to ensure every aspect of the wedding went as smoothly as possible. She provided advice and best practices based on her experience with other weddings, which I found very helpful. While Kimi is detail-oriented and organized, she is also calm and understanding. She makes sure the timeline and details are accounted for in a way that is not pushy, which is a tough balance to find. She knows unexpected things will come up during a wedding, and rather than causing additional stress, she remains levelheaded and finds a resolution path. As the wedding party is usually stressed and busy the day of the wedding, it is so important to have someone on your team you can count on to quickly resolve issues while maintaining a positive attitude. There were a few things that were important to me and my husband as we were looking for a wedding planner: 1) Budget friendly 2) Detail oriented 3) Quick to respond. Thankfully we found Kimi and she met all three of those criteria for us. She shared with us the cost of her services and was honest about what would work best for our wedding. She has fair and reasonable prices. When we met with her, she came prepared with a list of detailed questions. It was an efficient and productive meeting with her. We emailed Kimi many times with a list of our questions and updates to our wedding. She was consistently quick to respond and accurately updated everything. I highly recommend Kimi as she helped coordinate and plan our wedding so seamlessly.

We booked Kimi as our wedding coordinator for our reception and my biggest regret is that we didn't book her for the ceremony also. Our wedding venue came with an outside coordinator for the ceremony for free already. I did consider adding on reception services with the wedding planning company that was through the venue but after talking with them I didn't feel that we connected, which should have probably been an indication to me on how I might feel about their ceremony coordinating services. In my search for a reception coordinator I found Kimi and she is fantastic! During our first initial call I knew I wanted to book with her. You can tell she is very organized and attentive to detail. The month before our wedding we met with Kimi to go over all the details of our wedding and she covered everything -- even things related to pre wedding and ceremony which technically she didn't have to, but we appreciated so much because it helped us start thinking about what we wanted. In the days leading up to the wedding she reached out to all our vendors and provided a detailed timeline. She was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The day of our wedding Kimi came early to help set up our decorations/welcome table and even helped cue me for my walk down the aisle. She kept things running smoothly during our reception and would periodically give us the rundown of what would be happening next. Even our guests noticed how on top of it she was. I had a friend comment to me about how she got people at the tables moving for photos with us at the sweetheart table. I would highly recommend booking with Kimi!

Kimi was amazing and allowed my wedding day to go by smoothly and beautifully. She was contracted with my venue and I am forever grateful that I was able to upgrade her services for the month of coordination. Whenever my husband and I contacted her, she was professional, personable and so efficient! Her response to emails was very quick and timely. The day of the wedding actually changed to an indoor ceremony due to rain; despite last minute changes, I felt calm and assured since she was communicating what our options were and was in contact with the venue coordinator and myself. Throughout the ceremony and reception, I was able to fully enjoy the evening since kimi was guiding me through it all and also made sure all my gifts and supplies were in the designated car. I highly recommend this company and kimi for your big day! Kimi and her staff were absolutely amazing! We met with her a month before our wedding and she assured us that everything was going to be okay. She was on top of all our vendors and helped us schedule out the entire wedding. We appreciated her honest opinions since she has done tons of weddings. It was never difficult to reach her, so whatever questions we had she would quickly get back to us. Our wedding day turned out amazing because of her leadership. As a bride and groom, we were even given time to eat! That is unheard of! She kept us on schedule and made sure that everything was securely packed by the end of the night. We knew we should book a 'day of' coordinator but we dragged our feet until about 2.5 months out and we were beyond lucky to find Kimi!! Our first sit down meeting we went into feeling a tad behind the ball but she assured us we weren't far behind in planning and guided us through ALL of the questions we had. Anything we didn't have an answer for yet she made us feel totally relaxed about and was great with following up! Her coordination between all of our vendors and the detailed timeline truly made our day so easy breezy! She was so patient with my mom who has a million questions, and will ask them at least 2-3 times because she forgets that she has already asked them, and because of her patience and planning my mom and I were able to enjoy each other for the month leading up to the big day lol! The actual day of the wedding ran so smoothly and I know that without a doubt that is because Kimi and her team were making it all happen behind the scene. I cannot stress enough what a genuine pleasure it was to have her be apart of our day!

Wow. Just wow. Kimi knew everything. Wife and I did not have to lift a finger on wedding day, and in the face of a global pandemic and all of that uncertainty, Kimi kept us on track, kept us informed of our next steps and how prepared we were. When I first reached out and spoke with Kimi I knew she was the person we were looking for to help us in coordinating our wedding. Our venue required us to have a coordinator, but even if yours doesn't, trust me you need help! I am a pretty simple, go with the flow bride, but we still had a LOT of questions that Kimi always answered with her cheerful and professional demeanor. She is very organized and detailed down to the last bit and that is what made everything turn out so smooth day of! Kimi was on top of handling a few miscommunications with our venue due to event staff constantly changing throughout the last year and a half. Kimi was amazing! She was so organized and made my wedding day very clear before the day and during the day. She took charge when the bridal party needed direction and she was always very pleasant, patient, and calm. Having Kimi as my wedding planner was one of the best decisions I could have made in regards to my wedding. I was apprehensive of paying for a wedding planner because I felt super organized already, but hands down hiring her was something I am SO grateful I did. There were so many details she kept me on top of that I had no clue needed to be done! I loved how she also had great relationships with so many vendors in the area. Kimi handled everything! I had an intimate wedding of 30 guests at Orange Hill Restaurant. Kimi was my day of coordinator and I am so happy I met her. Kimi was amazing! We weren’t planning on getting a planner since we had a specific budget and only about 45 people. Our ceremony and reception were at Orange Hill and the venue recommended her as an option for day-of coordination. A few months went by and as we were starting to work with different vendors, we realized that we didn’t want any of our friends and family to miss out on different parts of the day to help out, so we reached out to Kimi to get some information. It was the best decision we could have made! Her communication was great, she made it very convenient for us to meet with her right down the way from the venue, and guided us through the options. We chose the month-of package, which again was the best decision we could have made because the last thing you want to worry about the few weeks before the wedding is any outstanding details with vendors. What’s even better is she’s beyond familiar with the venue which provided so much peace of mind. I had an idea of what a planner did, but until we sat down with her, I didn’t even think of all the timing and details that go into the day. She asked so many questions to get to know us and what was important to us. The day of, there was a hiccup with our dance floor and she was able to calmly and coolly handle it for us. I hired Perfect Planning for my day of coordinator and I would hire Kimi all over again and recommend her to any future bride. Kimi was AMAZING and I honestly don't think my wedding could've ran as smoothly and prefect as it did without her (and this is coming from someone who is extremely organized and detailed). Our wedding day was perfect, and it wouldn't have been so perfect without Kimi! She was a lifesaver. I know people say something goes wrong at every wedding, and honestly not a single thing went wrong at mine (at least not that I know of!). I chose to go with the Month-of/Day-of Package since I enjoyed choosing my vendors and doing some DIY stuff. Kimi was a pleasure to work with right from the start. During our first phone conversation, while I was deciding whether or not to go with a wedding coordinator, I had a chance to get her feedback on what time to start the reception if the ceremony starts at 3pm. I loved her way of asking what I was planning to do first, what my rationale was, and what extra things might be unique about my wedding. She then provided her feedback and experience. I interviewed another wedding coordinator in the meantime, who was way more traditional and took more of a right-or-wrong approach. I definitely loved Kimi’s approach of helping me weigh out my options rather than a “you can’t do that” attitude. During the month before, Kimi went through all our timelines and contracts. I’m a pretty detail-oriented person, and still I had accidentally asked the limo driver to arrive an hour too late for when we actually needed him. Kimi caught that and made sure it was corrected. Phew! At the rehearsal, she directed everything in a very kind and organized way; multiple people in the wedding party told me she was great. She took last-minute changes with ease during the rehearsal; for example, I had forgotten to mention to her that the flower girl does best if she goes down the aisle with her mom, one of my bridesmaids. No problem for Kimi! I love that she supports whatever will most likely work out best for us. (I’m sure that other coordinator would’ve told me “no”). During the wedding itself, Kimi and her assistant made everything go by so easily. Time flies during a wedding. There are so many things you don’t even think of when planning it, and I’m so glad Kimi was there to help everything along. My wedding party loved her, my mom loved her, I loved her. Highly recommend!!!

The wonderful Kimi Wislocki signed on to be our Day of Wedding Coordinator for our wedding at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach! She did a phenomenal job! Not only did she help us figure out how to pull together the many meaningful details of our special day, she also ensured everything was excellent throughout our celebration! She executed our plans exactly and on top of that handled little situations as they popped up throughout the day! She kept everything running smoothly and beautifully! My mother (mother of the bride) was unable to come last minute for medical reasons, Kimi did a fabulous job of working with my aunt on the day of so that everything came together perfectly and we were additionally able to Skype my mother in so she could be part of the celebration! Kimi is a truly excellent planner, asking all the right questions, and ensuring everything presents beautifully! I would highly recommend her services!

Our day was perfect and it wouldn't have been possible without Kimi. From our very first meeting with Kimi she saved our day. She found a mistake with our florist. If we wouldn't have had Kimi, we wouldn't have had flowers at our wedding. Kimi was extremely professional but also put us at ease when we felt overwhelmed. Kimi is easygoing, professional, easy to work with, very thorough and detail oriented, and most importantly flexible. At the beginning she pointed me in the right direction and let me run with it, then followed up frequently to make sure I was on the right track and that things were getting done. She has so many great contacts in the industry, no matter what type of wedding you are planning. It was especially helpful that she already knew a lot of my vendors and she has an amazing working relationship everywhere so it made things go all that much more smoothly. A few months before the wedding I moved out of state and Kimi transitioned to taking care of all the details, and I essentially just showed up and enjoyed my wedding day. My husband and I could not be happier with how the wedding turned out, and I could not have imagined a better planner at our side than Kimi!

My wife and I hired Kimi Wislocki, with Perfect Planning, as our coordinator for our wedding on Saturday, November 7, 2015. We had a fairly large wedding with around 250+ guests. We had many vendors and a very specific timeline to follow. From the pre-wedding meetings and planning process to the day of, Kimi’s expertise was more than we could ask for. I would not have been able to keep as calm as I did without Kimi. When we first met, I got a great vibe from her, and was very confident in my decision to hire her for month before/day of coordination for my wedding on the Queen Mary in Long Beach. She made everything so easy. I had only seen our reception hall 2-3 times, so the instructions I gave with the decorations probably didn't help much, but Kimi completely exceeded my expectations and our venue looked absolutely amazing. How everything turned out proved she really listened to what I envisioned. On top of that, her communication is excellent; every email or voicemail I left was answered quickly. Kimi Wislocki at Perfect Planning Events is the best wedding coordinator. My husband and I found Kimi at a wedding open house at our venue, Coyote Hills. She was so sweet and personable. We took her package and went home. On the drive home, my husband told me to call her tomorrow and book her. So, I did. We booked her for the “month of & the day of package.” She was fantastic. Kimi has amazing contacts and she is extremely organized. She always responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. It was so nice to enjoy our daughters wedding day. Kimi's great! She is super easy to work with and returns calls/emails quickly. She gave us great service even though we chose her lowest package.
