Let me just say, Kelli and her team were incredible. I literally cannot say enough about how thankful I am to her for how smooth our wedding went. I hired Kelli for day-of coordination but she provided assistance from the moment I signed the contract. She met with us prior to our wedding, was critical during the rehearsal and did an amazing job day of. It rained during our outdoor reception, I mean poured rain. She worked with my DJ and other vendors to bring our dance floor inside to one of the hotel ballrooms and made me feel completely at ease at all times. She executed the wedding timeline perfectly and I was able to enjoy every second of my wedding, despite the rain! Due to the rain, we ended up a lot of leftover centerpieces (which we thought family would take home), guest gifts, wine and many other items from the reception left over. Kelli boxed all the items and had it all waiting for us in our room. Her attention to detail in every regard cannot be overstated and her calm demeanor really set the tone for unexpected events. Kelli is a stellar professional and an incredibly sweet person who is easy to work with. I would recommend to her a million times over.

I am so glad that Kelli was my day-of coordinator for my wedding! From the start, Kelli showed great professionalism. During our meetings she would bring up potential issues that we didn't even think about. She is very calm yet confident, so that every time we met or emailed each other, I was at ease. She is very quick to respond and polite, despite the many emails I would send her. We also gave her a lot of things to set up before the wedding, and she set up everything perfectly. As for the wedding day, Kelli was prompt and knew the schedule inside and out. She took care of all the little problems during the wedding, that I wasn't even aware there were any problems until well after my honeymoon (ie. caterer not setting enough table settings at one table, and making room for an unexpected guest). Not only is she professional, but she is fun too! Laughing always helps lessen the stress of planning a wedding. Overall, I would highly recommend Kelli to any bride. She will not let you down! Kelly was a sweetheart to work with. She was always quick to reply via phone or email. She had great referrals that we used as well. Honestly not completely sure what she did day of other than some minimal set up at our venue but the fact that she was just available was nice. She did say it was not in her job description to pick our food up that we ordered day of but other than that she did everything that was asked of her.

Very understanding and communicative in all circumstances. She is able to meet with you to go over any questions beford signing and is reachable via text a lot of the time.

Kelli was fantastic! She is such a sweetheart & truly knows what she is doing! Her work ethic is amazing and her know how to make a wedding run smoothly is perfect. My husband and I hired Kelli as our wedding coordinator for our wedding held on a military base - Admiral Kidd Catering & Conference Center. She handled all of the vendor access paperwork & forms & made sure everything was turned in and processed on time. Kelli was also quick to help us handle a few situations that arose with a few different vendors and was able to quickly recommend a replacement DJ when I was about ready to freak out with the DJ we had originally hired. Our wedding was huge and we had about 215 guests at the ceremony and reception. She helped us create the timeline, made sure we were on time with everything and was super friendly with our guests as well. She made sure our venue had our room set up the way we wanted & the ceremony lawn chairs set correctly. PLUS, Kelli was on top of it when it came to emails & text messaging, meetings and decorating our venue - she is very professional! We highly recommend High Tides!!

Kelli was amazing! I wasn't planning on getting a coordinator until a few months before the wedding and what a difference it made, I cant imagine how my wedding would have gone without Kelli. My only thought at my wedding was my new husband, Kelli took care of everything. Her price was amazing as well, she was very professional but relax enough that I got along with her perfectly and felt super comfortable with her. I dont know what else to say but if you want a coordinator pick Kelli!

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT KELLI! My wedding planner/day of coordinator dropped out last minute (I mean like weeks before the wedding!) so needless to say; we were so lucky to find Kelli! She jumped right in and took over. I honestly feel like everything happens for a reason because she made me feel 10x more confident with her skills than I had with my other planner. Leading up to the event, she was always quick to respond to my e-mails (and there were A LOT of them!), She was there to help me coordinate the rehearsal which if you knew the groomsmen it was not easy!, and DAY OF went so smoothly! She was very calm and collected and if anything went wrong, I didn't know a thing! I would highly recommend her to anyone I know, and if you are reading this: DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER! :)
