We were matched with Alexia through our caterer, Avalon Catering for day-of coordination for our wedding. Alexia was great to work with, and made the day-of seamless. Her main focus was on making our day as calm and fun as possible for us and our families. She and her team decorated our space working with our vision, and it turned out so beautifully! I could not ask for a better decorator for my wedding. From the very beginning during the interview/hiring process Alexia was professional and kind-hearted. She was very easy to get along with. Though I only hired Alexia for my wedding décor and not planning or coordinating, Alexia was very helpful throughout my entire wedding planning process. Being that she was always available and responsive at all times helped me be more at ease as a soon to be bride. I was confident in knowing my wedding would look fabulous in the hands of The Savvy Planner. I gave Alexia my vision and color scheme and she took off with it. Alexia was an instrumental angel during the wedding planning process. She listened to us, caught our vision for the big day and then elevated it. We would have been lost without her. She is a great communicator and her ideas are so fun and fresh. I cant tell you how much stress she took off me. When we postponed due to Covid in 2020 she was there to guide into moving the date and talked us through our options. When our big day finally came it was everything we wanted and more. We had a blast, it ran so smoothly and our families loved her and her team. I wish we could go back!!! Highly recommend

Savvy Planner, LLC will always be my go-to company for all the functions in my family. I knew it was important to have a planner from the beginning of our 2 day African wedding journey and Alexia was going to be apart of that ride. We explained our vision and she completed blew our minds away during our wedding weekend. All of the beautiful details, introducing us to amazing vendors and just overall being there every step on the way. Alexia was very attentive to what my Husband and I envisioned for our wedding. She provided great ideas and really brought our design together cohesively. She made sure to communicate with us on a regular basis and on the day of our wedding I couldn't have been happier. Her design was beautiful.

I could go on and on about her attention to detail, her ability take a brides vision and make it a reality (and keep you within budget), her passion for what she does, and her overall professionalism. She doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure the event goes as planned. She has an infectious smile and a calming demeanor that will easily put a stressed out bride at ease. My husband and I were nervous to hire someone with our budget but she made sure that we stuck with our budget and helped us decide on where we could cut back and still keep the look we were going for. I attended a wedding coordinated by The Savvy Planner, LLC in April, as a guest of the bride. Their staff was very friendly, approachable, courteous and highly knowledgeable about the event venue and the day's proceedings. The wedding hall was absolutely gorgeous; the decorations throughout were very creative, well-put together and utterly ethereal. The ambience they created for this special event left many of us breathless. The reception was equally as visually appealing, and the dinner was absolutely phenomenal, as their catering provided several delicious options to select from. Overall, I had a great time at the wedding and I have to thank The Savvy Planner for helping to create such a memorable event. Alexia far exceeded our expectations! We live in NY and thought that it would have been too far for her to come, but she came all the way from Georgia to help us on our day. She made our wedding day exceptional! I am not good at planning events but she made it so easy for me to get through it. She was very patient and accessible during the entire process. She will work with your budget and make it very classy, far more than you would expect. We were very happy with everything she did. She was truly happy for us and making our day special. There is not enough words to describe my gratitude for Alexia! She is heaven sent! I met her April 2017 and my Husband and I were married October 2017. From our very first meeting we JUST KNEW we had to work with her! Her vibe, her personality, her vision and everything you just love her! She takes her time to get to know you and your spouse and what you both want, she’s very detailed and organized. For her to have been in the Atlanta area for a few short years you would never know, she is so well connected to vendors and venues that when we came up short of our caterer 1 week prior to she was able to secure someone for us very last minute! Alexia made the planning of our wedding so easy and so fun that it all went by so fast. Now for our AMAZING DAY! Alexia made sure that our day was well planned and that everyone and everything was in its proper place and where it needed to be! There was nothing I needed to worry about she was up working before the sun rose our day was so smooth that if there were any hiccups we did not notice, she had it handled!
