We booked Steve for our wedding DJ and all I can say is WOW. He was incredible. Our dance floor was packed all night and it was because of his high energy and song selection. We had so many compliments about the music and the experience. I don't think my husband and I stopped dancing most of the night. My 94 year old great-aunt was on the dance floor until 11p. You need Steve!!!

We had such a fun time with our photographers and everything came out perfect! Could not recommend more!

Ed H was our photographer and he did an amazing job. We loved how our photos came out. He was a fun person to work with on our wedding day. McMillen Photography did a great job keeping us informed and were very easy to communicate with. Loved them!

All we can say is wow! We were married July 8, 2023 at Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh. Picking a photographer was one of the things that as a bride, I stressed about the most. During our search, I turned up McMillen Photography and instantly knew that they were the answer. Their packages were reasonably priced and included a lot and their photographers came highly rated. We were lucky enough to have Ben and Ed as photographers on our big day. Both Ben and Ed were easy to work with, very respectful, and made the day stress free. Kailee in the office was always responsive and the individuals who completed the editing did such an amazing job. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Ed H & Amie we’re wonderful. They captured our big day perfectly. Kailee is also super responsive & helpful throughout the booking/keeping up to date process. 🙂

We had McMillen Photography for our wedding photos, and we could not have been happier with them!! We had Ben McMillen as our photographer for our free engagement session and for the day of our wedding and he is the definition of an ultimate professional! He kept things moving along so nicely and did not waste any time getting as many shots for us as he could. He was so efficient, but also kept it so fun for us and our families and friends making quick little jokes between shots! His photos are STUNNING and you can just tell he loves what he does. We found out about McMillen Photography from our venue Valley View Farm. McMillen works with Valley View very frequently so they are very familiar with the property and worked seamlessly with the Valley View team. They even gave us a free engagement session which we used for are save the dates. Ben was our main photographer he took all the pictures I was looking for and took us all around the property. He made sure to get the pictures in a timely manner because he knew how busy and excited we were. We got a ton of pictures and even got our pictures back in 3 weeks which is super quick for a summer wedding. You will not be disappointed if you use them!

McMillen Photography was nothing shy of absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding day!! When our photographer arrived at the hotel where we were getting ready at, I told her I wasn’t sure where she would hang my dress to take pictures of it because the doorways did not have a lip to hang the hanger on, but she figured it out and I would have never thought of it. She made sure to get pictures of the flower girls getting their hair done and got great candids of little moments in between! It is very nice for younger people who have Pinterest boards with ideas of pictures they want captured because there is an option to attach your Pinterest board when you do the questionnaire! Our photographer was Jen, and she made sure that she captured everything we wanted and more!! My husband’s family is huge, I’m talking 50 plus people were in the group photo at the end of the night, and she made sure that we all fit without looking smashed together!! Would HIGHLY recommend for all of their services!!

Bailey was phenomenal for capturing our special day. Every detail was turned into a magical reflection. Bailey was patient, understanding, and kind to our families and guests. We wish there were 6 stars to rate the quality and experience.

McMillen Photography has been wonderful to work with. I am notorious for talking through photos and Ben kept us on track and moving forward. Everytime I turned around I would find him capturing the most endearing moments through out the night. We are so excited to see the results of his hard work. McMillen Photography was absolutely wonderful. The team, from booking with Kailee to the wedding day with Ben and Ed, were all very professional and easy to work with. They were also affordable, which is huge! We especially appreciated Ben and Ed helping out with things they certainly did not need to, like finding the power outlet for the microphones at the ceremony site. The photos turned out amazing. Ben and Ed were personable, made me feel comfortable --which is not easy because I don't particularly like my photo being taken and I despise being the center of attention-- and were easy to work with. They also took our suggestions on locations to take photos we previously scouted out, even though they required quite a bit of walking up and down hills. I did not even notice the photographers around most of the reception, yet they captured all the right moments. We highly recommend McMillen Photography!

McMIllen photography was an absolute joy to work with. We had shopped around for wedding photographers and could not find anyone with the experience and great reviews at a similar price point. We were thrilled to find that the photography package included no set time limit instead of the 4 to 6 hours that came with similarly priced packages. It also included a second photographer and free engagement session at their studio. Ben, the owner, did an amazing job with our engagement photos and left us feeling confident that we were getting high quality professional photos. On our wedding day, Bailey was our lead photographer and we had Travis as a wonderful bonus. They took nearly 10 hours of photos from getting ready in the morning until the end of the reception. We found both photographers to be friendly and dedicated to getting us pictures that we would treasure. I assume this experience has been shared by many as McMillen Photography is recognized in The Knot's Best of Weddings Hall of Fame.

McMillen Photography is amazing and can 100% be trusted to provide you with memories to last a lifetime! Always responsive, they took care of us during the height of Omicron fears. Ed Hughes was an amazing photographer, listened to our needs, and got incredible shots based on our requests. We highly recommend! Oh - and they're affordable!

McMillen Photography came as a recommendation from our venue and a friend I work with had used them for her wedding. I was very pleased as they had 2 photographers still available after we moved our wedding date due to COVID. We had Ed H and Ed J and are EXTREMELY pleased with them! They showed up early the day of the wedding which I always appreciate. They were both very laid back and casual which I appreciated because neither myself nor my husband are big "picture takers" and they made us feel much more comfortable. They worked to ensure that all the photos we wanted were taken and they also had several ideas themselves for cute photos. We have not gotten the photos back yet but I am sure they are going to be beautiful. Their coordinator, Kailee, was our correspondent and answered all of my e-mails very quickly.

McMillen did my brothers wedding in August of this year. We recently got the photos back and I cannot begin to describe how beautiful they all are. The variety of photos was astounding. HUGE shout out to Bailey, who was their lead photographer! I actually work in the wedding industry as a coordinator and have worked with many photographers. Bailey was so amazing to work with. She was assertive and kept us on track but was also laid back which put everyone else at ease and helped us to have a fun time while taking pictures. I would highly recommend McMillen to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. We had such a wonderful experience with everyone we delt with on their team. My brother and sister in law are so happy with their photos!

Terrible Terrible experience. McMillen did the video for our wedding in May 2021 and it has been nothing but a headache dealing with them. Upon receipt of our "highlight" video and raw footage of the wedding we found that they excluded the Groom / Mother dance, Bride / Daughter dance (which took the place of the Bride / Father dance)....When I called Kailee at McMillen I was told that the videographer was still eating and missed the dances. Also, the maid of honor speech was missing 45 second from the middle of the speech and they just spliced the speech together and acted like it was the whole speech. We never received the complete raw video package that we were supposed to receive. Camera work was terrible also. Ceremony was from one spot behind the groomsmen so the whole video you just see the back heads of the groomsmen. At the reception key moments were out of frame because the whole reception was filmed on a tripod and if you moved out of frame you are out of luck. The owner Ben and Kailee do not return any calls or emails. It has been nothing but a headache with them and we feel extremely cheated. Poor Quality, and certainly not professional on any level.

I am so happy we decided to go with McMillen for our wedding. We had Bailey as our photographer and she was amazing! I loved the energy that she brought to our wedding day. We had our wedding reception at valley view farm in Waynesburg and she had an incredible vision for the photos. It was about 90 F on our wedding and the heat was absolutely horrible, but Bailey got through the photos quickly and smoothly and I know they will look absolutely beautiful. If you go with McMillen you need to request Bailey! Kam with McMillen was also the videographer for our wedding and he did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

Mcmillen was great to work with. We had Sara and Ed at our wedding day and they were fantastic. One of the photographers was going to be late due to an accident and Sara made sure to inform me and let me know of the situation as soon as she knew. They were easy to contact and easy to talk to. Overall I would recommend them over and over again. They were awesome.

We absolutely LOVED working with McMillen Photography! Our photos were absolutely fabulous - and there were so many capturing every detail and so many precious moments! I was a Covid bride and McMillen Photography were an absolute dream to work with as I postponed my wedding 4 times... yes 4. Even though I had to changed photographers each time due to availability, I always got one that fit my style. Kailee is a dream to work with and always gets back to you with any questions you may have. When my big day finally arrived, Jen was my photographer. She fit in PERFECTLY!! She was easy to get along with and was basically part of the family within 20 minutes. She even clowned my husband any time he wouldn’t follow directions. We loved it! Amazing personality! Then as icing on top of the cake, we got our photo proofs in a week. A week. I have never been so happy with a vendor then McMillen photography! Thank you for making my day so wonderful! Used photography and DJ services - both were fantastic. The photographers made us feel very comfortable and got great shots. The DJ had excellent music choices and got everyone dancing.

I cannot speak highly enough of McMillen Photography! From the very beginning, they were so personable and went out of their way to find a package best suited to our budget. They were very forthcoming about all the different services they offered, but they never once made me feel pressured to utilize their other services. They allowed me to set up a payment plan to pay for their services, which I absolutely loved. Again, it just goes to show their flexibility and willingness to work with their clients. Our photographer was Ed Hughes. If you have the option to choose someone, MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE THIS GUY! Not only is he phenomenal at his job, but he is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and make you laugh. He is a character and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. He kept cracking jokes and was very engaging with the entire crowd, not just the bride/groom. He communicated with us through our planning process and let us know if he needed anything from us. I provided him with our ceremony outline, day-of timeline, and a list of photos we wanted on our big day to help communicate with him better. He was quite punctual, even arriving early to set up and photograph the space before focusing on the bride and groom. He knew exactly how to pose us as well as the bridal party and family to get the best shot. Plus, he repeatedly asked if we wanted any other photos throughout the night to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. It was also nice that he showed us the photos periodically to make sure we were happy with them, too. Like I said, McMillen Photography was our dream photography company. They lived up to their reputation. There is a reason they have won so many awards, and we are so excited to get our prints back soon!

Kimber was amazing! She paid attention to details and our interests. She even stayed a little longer to make sure we got any additional pictures with loved ones we may have missed at first. We also had our engagement pictures done with them and Ben was awesome. Will use mcmillen photography for anything else we need in the future and will definitely recommend!

Ben took our engagement photos earlier this year and they were phenomenal. Soon after, I booked Bailey to shoot our wedding! She was so much fun and took hundreds of amazing photos. I've gotten so many compliments! I also used DJ and photo booth services through McMillen which I highly recommend! Brett was our DJ and was amazing! He had the perfect mixture of music and the dance floor was packed the entire night. He helped us with last minute timeline changes and adapted quickly so everything ran smooth. Channon ran our photo booth and it was a hit, everyone had a blast and she put together an album with all of the photo strips and had people sign and gave it to us at the end of the night, I'm so glad we decided to do the photo booth!

I highly recommend Bailey Thorn - she was sharp, direct, fun, and tactful to work with, and our finished pictures were inspiring. We're so happy with our photos.

They are absolutely wonderful to work with, they are so knowledgeable and professional, also just fun to be around on an exciting day. I haven’t received all of my pictures yet (wedding just last week) but every one I have seen so far is Stunning!!!! I will never be able to thank Travis and Jason enough! They were AWESOME! It was like having two extra groomsmen! Seriously. They helped us with our cuff links, ties and pocket squares! BEN IS AMAAAAAZING!!!! seriously we look at our wedding photos at least once a day because we are still in awe. He keeps the ball rolling all night and is very helpful & makes sure you get every photo you want throughout the day!! Seriously, book him!!!

Absolutely amazing! Ed and Bailey did our wedding and I loved every second of it. Their pictures are beautiful and they captured so many special moments for us. The people in the office are very easy to coordinate with as well. And they work very quickly... we got our proofs back in 2 weeks!

Ben McMillen is McMillen Photography in Waynesburg. This guy is truly the best of the best. He’s been doing this for many years now and it certainly shows. Such short turn around time too, we got out proofs within ONE WEEK. So much fun to be around and always made me and Jake feel comfortable. We can both be very awkward people in front of the camera but you’d never know it with these shots and his creative mind shows up in the craziest scenarios he can make bare minimum into something so special. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
