I met Jennifer and Carmen at a bridal expo. My husband (then fiance) and I met with Jennifer when we became more serious about hiring a coordinator. Jennifer was clearly very detail-oriented, responsive, organized, and experienced. We both felt at ease at once. She was available by phone or e-mail from the moment we hired Prodigy Events but our package really took effect a month before. Jenn went above and beyond and came with us to the venue months before the wedding for the food tasting and a walk through. As the wedding got closer, they took over things more and more. My grandmother passed away a couple weeks before the wedding and even though it wasn't in our contract, Jenn took over additional tasks to help me out. It was beyond generous. The day of the wedding was perfect as far as we know!! I'm sure issues came up but we knew nothing of them. Honestly, the only questions they asked on our wedding were, "How are you feeling?" and "Do you need anything?" Carmen spent the day with us in the bridal suite / grooms suite. She was attentive, engaging, and decisive. She was never shaken and kept me calm through it all. All our family members commented on how great she was. When my mother-in-law forgot the glass to break during our ceremony. Carmen told her not to worry and she would handle it. And she did! Jenn was behind the scenes with two staff members executing my dream that I meticulously planned for two years. I am a type-a, highly organized, and planned every small detail of my wedding. I would never hand my wedding over to just anyone. I would hire Prodigy Events again over and over!
