Working with Ryan was one of the best parts of our wedding! He was so reassuring and helpful. He made everything go smoothly from beginning to end, even helping to coordinate our sparkler send-off. He let us make detailed playlists with multiple phases and executed them expertly... our guests were on the dance floor all night! He himself got on the dance floor to show people how to do line dances, and he helped accommodate several unforeseen last-minute changes. There is just no one better suited for DJing and MCing a wedding, and he is also just such a kind and high spirited person. He will go above and beyond to make sure your event is perfect!!

If you’re looking for a DJ, you should connect with Ryan, but if you’re getting married at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch, you should DEFINITELY reach out to him. Ryan was recommended to us by the ranch because he DJs weddings there a lot and we are so glad we hired him! Not only did he navigate the different ceremony/cocktail hour/reception sites with ease and speed, but he also was really great at matching the vibe and flow of our wedding. The dance floor had bursts and then quieter moments (when, for example, the ice cream truck arrived outside and there was a mass exodus) and Ryan was great about understanding when to kick it up or when to mellow it out. He announced the shuttle arrivals and kept everyone in the loop about what was going on. He’s a SUPER nice guy too so working with him was a blast - we had some unique music files (that we created) that we wanted him to play at certain times but also wanted him to just read the room and determine what to play and he nailed it. He was also there for our rehearsal (so nice) AND he stayed and hung out with some of our more musically-inclined guests until late in the evening (well past his contract) because we were just having a blast. He was extremely affordable and accommodated our requests (extra handheld mics for readers, lav mic for our officiant, etc.) with no problem. Ryan, thank you SO much for being a part of our wonderful day - hiring you was a great choice!

Ryan was wonderful through the whole experience. He put together a somewhat eclectic muscial taste with ease. We met at a wedding showcase and were drawn to him instantly because he directed the crowd into the show without being asked. This showed us that he cared more for the people than pushing for clients, like many other DJs. He was so genuine every time we met him. The wedding was flawless and he directed every moment of it. If you are looking for someone who is truly concerned with making the perfect day, this is your man. We never stressed that day knowing he would keep things moving, thank you!

Ryan is amazing!! He is very professional, friendly, thoughtful, super easy and wonderful to work with, and of course a fantastic DJ! He made our ceremony beautiful and our reception tons of fun! All our guests loved him and commented to us on how great he was. I highly recommend him to everyone getting married in Northern Colorado!

Ryan Haines made the whole wedding work! He had everything organized, and everyone met their "Q" without any problems. He was fun, organized and had everyone dancing, and even showed the crowd how to line dance while dancing with them. We would highly recommend Ryan for any fun occasion that needs to have a good leader who also takes direction well and coordinates his efforts with all of those involved!

Ryan Haines was our DJ for our wedding back in May. He was awesome!!! My new husband and I live in Alaska, so my mom did most of the legwork finding vendors as our wedding took place in Colorado (where I am originally from and where my parents live). Ryan was very prompt and kept up with communications via email. He even offered to Skype or FaceTime with us if needed. He joined my mom and wedding coordinator at the 2 week venue walk through and put all their worries to rest. He was on top of everything! My husband and I met Ryan for the first time at our rehearsal. He, along with our pastor, ran the show. It was perfect! Even when it snowed over a foot the day before our wedding, Ryan easily adjusted for the indoor wedding. The ceremony went off without a hitch! His music cues were perfect and he was able to obtain all the songs we requested. During the reception, he kept a good pace for the activities, but it never felt rushed. He even got down on the dance floor and taught some line dances to keep people dancing! His music selection was perfect and exactly in line with what we had requested. All in all it was a blast! Couldn't ask for a better DJ!

Ryan was awesome! We felt extremely comfortable with him starting with our initial meeting. He was very easy to work with, extremely flexible, and very quick to respond to our questions. He had great ideas and was very open to our ideas and helped us get the exact songs that we wanted for our ceremony and reception. On the day of the wedding things couldn't have gone more smoothly. Ryan had everyone on the floor dancing in no time and we received many comments from our guests about how great our DJ was. We can't recommend Ryan and Tri-City Mobile Music enough!

I was extremely pleased with Tri-City Mobile Music! Ryan Haines was our DJ and he was great! He arrived early, offered to help with all of our ceremony music and met with us several times before the wedding to discuss what we wanted and go over details. He listened to what we wanted and really gave our guests great night. He even got out on the dance floor and danced with our guests! He played everything that we asked and communicated with us regularly throughout the night to make sure we knew what was coming next. I would most certainly use Ryan again for any other DJ needs. Great company!
