Uptown Valet & Transportation

Uptown valet and transportation was great. The driver was very friendly. The guests all arrived on time and were picked up on time. My only complaint was that when they guests arrived to the venue they said the shuttle bus was very warm. Thank goodness they were only going about 5 minutes away. I would have been a little more upset had the trip been longer. No one wants a ton of sweaty wedding guests. Other wise, I would recommend them. They were very easy to get into contact with and always helpful!

We used Uptown Valet & Transportation to shuttle our guests to and from our wedding venue, Camp Lucy. They were so responsive throughout the entire process, from making the reservation, to updating the times/location and finally to adding a getaway car for our exit. Our getaway car driver was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond as he took us back to our cottage. We weren’t exactly sure which cottage was ours and (in the rain) he helped us find the right one. Additionally we forgot my husband’s glasses back at the venue so he took us back and let us grab those and then dropped us off at our room. We couldn’t have had a more positive experience and the vehicles were impressive and impeccably clean.

Uptown Valet was great! They were prompt, professional, and friendly! They picked up and dropped off our wedding guests and left my husband and I with peace of mind! They allowed our guests to listen to their own music to and from the wedding! We would recommend them to all of our family and friends!

We used Uptown Valet for our getaway car at the end of our wedding. The booking process was quick and easy. The car was there on time, and got us to our destination with no problems. The car was clean and the driver was excellent! I would definitely recommend this company for wedding transportation.

We used Uptown Valet for our wedding in Austin this past October. We had three days of events for our wedding and Uptown Valet was a critical part of our entire weekend. This is a first class operation and we are so very thankful we chose to use them for our event. My husband and I loved Uptown Valet! We didn't have a lot of money to spend on a get away car, but still wanted to leave in style so Uptown was a great fit for us. We had a nice Cadillac sedan and they even had a bottle of champagne waiting on ice for us. Our driver was very courteous and professional.

Ontime, professional, clean cars. Perfect. I highly recommend these guys for weddings. We used them for transporting guests to and from the reception, our wedding party to and from the church and reception, and for our get-away car.

Uptown provided shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding reception. Arrington is excellent to work with & can help determine your needs. The shuttle driver was on-time, patient with our slow moving guests & went to great lengths to insure no one was left behind. We highly recomment Uptown Valet.

We used Uptown Valet & Transportation Feb. 11, 2012 for our daughter's wedding. We had a sedan pick up the bride and parents to take to the church, wait at the church during the ceremony and then drive bride and groom to the reception. The driver showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled staging time, neatly dressed and courteous. He returned at the end of the evening to transport bride and groom to local resort. At our reception of 260+ guests, we used 5 parking attendants for parking management. They were superb as well. Again, they were courteous and nicely dressed given the temperature was in the 30s. We did not have a glitch. Arrington Grawunder, Pres., offered great advice in our transportation needs and was responsive to emails and calls.

We really were so thankful and had peace of mind about our guests crossing a hazardous street. The guys were great. All my guests were happy. I asked them if they had been tipped enough--they said they had a good night. How awesome! They COULD have said...."Well...." but they assured me all was well. After having such a big event, they really made me happy. Thank you to our great valet guys!!!

They're quick! Very friendly to me and all of the guests - going above and beyond! And they dress and act very professional!

We got an estimate from the company, but didn't end up needing the trasportataion services. I would highly recommend these guys! :-)
