Gen G is one of the best bridal consultants here. She is very knowledgeable about the difference in styles and what matches with the specific dress. She is so patient with all of her customers and really takes a passion in trying to find the best dress for the individual to make them feel beautiful on their special day.

Gen was the best help for this experience! She was patient, listened, helpful, and very experienced. I would highly recommend this store and her as my stylist. Found the one and can’t wait for my special day.

I had such a great experience here! It took me two rounds of dress shopping to realize I found “my dress”, but Kali was so helpful and sweet. She listened to my wishes for a dress and pulled lots of great options, and also allowed me to look around in case we missed any dresses. There was no pressure to buy immediately and I would highly recommend this salon.

One word about the decor: insta-worthy One word about the dresses: amazing One word about the value (cost): reasonable (especially when on sale) The staff: professional, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable (I cannot describe them in one word). They have amazing dresses of high quality and it's an even better value when they have sample sales! I bought my sample dress at 50% off. Even better, they do repairs of the samples like replacing beads, fixing holes, and cutting loose threads for $200, a price worth it to get a dream dress! They also provide water during the session and champagne when you find the dress! Despite being busy, they also don't rush you or pressure you to make a decision (unless you count giving multiple discounts as pressure). Their veils are $150 off if bought with the dress, another $150 off a little white dress at a different appt (I forget if these was just a temporary promo), and another 10% off if you book the next appt after buying a dress.

Never again, no exchange possible, I now have a dress I paid $600 for in the wrong color, original packaging and I can't exchange it. The absolute impudence. What you do not know that 5 other friends wanted to order but they will not do so now.

Henri's provided an incredible experience for wedding dress shopping. They were flexible with my schedule to help me get an appointment quickly. The store was gorgeous and provided a private and unique experience for wedding shopping. Marissa was excellent in listening to my likes and dislikes and selecting dresses that I would love. I found my dress here - I am in love with it! I have recommended this location to several friends already!

I felt rushed, not giving correct information and severely pushed into a sale of address. I feel I was taking and can’t do anything about it and now I’m stuck with an overprice dress.

I worked with Marisa to find my perfect gown. She was wonderful and so patient the entire process, evening staying past the appointment time to make sure I got my dream gown. I could not have asked for a better experience. The weather was supposed to be bad and they worked with me to move my appointment up. Marisa was absolutely amazing!! She took the time to listen to me, and made amazing choices that were respectful of my budget. After having a poor experience at a different salon I was nervous about this appointment, but Marisa calmed my nerves instantly and made it a wonderful experience. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I loved that we had our own private area, really making the experience personal. She also offered us champagne to have a toast after I found my dress. Overall, I could not recommend Marisa and Henri’s enough!!

Ordered a dress that is now delayed. Have called multiple times to get a refund now that the dress won't be here in time. I've gotten at least 15 promises that someone will call me back. I just want a refund and they won't even call anyone back. Awful place

MARISA is AMAZING!! Not only was she incredibly professional and skilled, but she is fun and down to earth. Her expertise and diligence took care of every worry I had from past experiences, she calmed my nerves and was so easy to work with. Henri's is a great place to shop for a wedding dress! They have a large selection to choose from and the staff is very friendly. On arrival, you and your guests are offered mimosas and water. You are then taken to a private area for your appointment with couches for your guests in a viewing room with a changing area. Your guests can relax while you show them each dress without feeling like you are on display for the whole store. Additionally, the staff even took care to write "Future Mrs. (Fiance's Last Name)" on the mirror in the viewing area before we arrived as a nice personal touch. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a wedding dress try Henri's, especially those who are looking for a private, personalized experience!

I would recommend this bridal salon to anybody! I had a very terrible past experience at a different bridal salon a few weeks ago and was nervous about my next bridal fitting because I didn’t know what to expect. My bridal consultant was Mackenzie Martin and she was amazing. From the time she greeted my family and I to the time we left she was great. Mackenzie was very professional, friendly, and after awhile it didn’t even feel like she was an employee helping me find my wedding dress but more of a friend going dress shopping with me. All the dresses she picked for me was beautiful and she listened to everything I liked and disliked while trying on dresses and found more dresses to fit my expectations and more. I ended up saying yes to the dress and she brought my family and I champagne to celebrate. The manager of the store even came to congratulate me. MacKenzie then explained sizing, alterations, etc to us after and now I’m more than excited for my wedding day. I felt very welcomed and was treated the way any bride should feel while finding their wedding dress the entire time and I have Mackenzie to thank for that.

My dress from Henri’s was so beautiful! Unfortunately, we were completely misled by our stylist. The day I said yes to the dress they told me they would alter it for me. However, when I was in another day they told me nobody put that in my account so they would not do the alterations for me. This was just weeks away from my wedding. I was sad, felt lied to, and stressed to find somewhere else that would have time to do my alterations! While I did not have a good experience and will not be going back, I did love my dress. Be sure to get anything they tell you verbally, in writing if you go through Henri’s.

What started out as an exciting day, quickly came to a halt when I started my bridal consultation. I had a terrible experience at Henri’s Cloud 9 in Columbus yesterday. My “bridal consultant’s” name was MacKenzie Martin. She was extremely unprofessional clear from the beginning of the appointment. First, she did not consult me in private regarding my budget. She continued to downgrade my budget in front of everyone saying I would be very limited in dresses in my price range. However, there were plenty of options I had tried on. Shopping for a wedding dress should be one of the most exciting things that you do and fun for everyone. However, around half way into the appointment, I was ready to just say forget it and leave because she had me so upset. She did not make myself, bridal party, and mother feel comfortable. I was in tears over how she treated my friends & mother. Anytime, anyone said something she did not agree on, she would immediately have something rude to say & shut them down. Yes I understand appointments are short & you have to hurry to try dresses on.. I’m not unrealistic, however, I also should’ve been able to enjoy the experience without her being rude to everyone included. This is the first time I tried on dresses and after driving 2.5 hours, she definitely ruined my whole experience. My mother barely said ANYTHING the whole appointment and when she would say something, MacKenzie would quickly have an unprofessional comment to come back with. How is this acceptable? She clearly should not be in sales at a wedding dress shop with her personality and social demeanor. I believe I had found the gown for my wedding at Henri’s but was so upset over the experience, I didn’t even want to be there anymore, let alone buy a gown from her. I have been to the Henri’s in Minerva in the past to buy prom gowns twice and had an amazing experience. I will not be coming to the Columbus location again. I do not recommend the Columbus location based on customer service!

Loved my experience at Henri's! My stylist was so kind and helpful. Easily found my dream dress there! My dress did take a lot longer than originally expected to come in, but that likely could be due to the COVID pandemic.

Found my dress at Henris bridal. Loved each individual suite that your group got to go in as you tried on. Mackenzie was my consultant, she was very knowledgeable. At times she was kinda rude to my group as they asked questions and gave suggestions, which we did not appreciate. Once you found the dress your whole group is given Champagne which was a nice touch! I feel they had a good selection of dresses to choose from and I can’t wait for my dress to be in!

I really enjoyed my experience at Henri's, I had previously went to Kuhn's Bridal and had a mediocre experience all around. As soon as I stepped into Henri's I new it would be different, it was luxurious, fun, and all the wedding dresses I tried on were beautiful. Elora S was my stylist and she has fantastic taste and was so helpful and nice. I definitely recommend going here for your wedding dress.

My experience at Henris was great! I was there to find that special wedding dress. I went not really knowing what to expect because I hadn’t been there before, only heard it was really nice. The feel of walking in was welcoming and was addressed right away by the girls at the front desk. After a few short minutes my team was walked back to our personal fitting room. It was so pretty and made me feel important. Elora, the girl that helped me was super nice and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and special. She took the descriptions of my ideal dress and made them come true! I walked out extremely happy because I said “Yes to the Dress”! I enjoyed my time there so much that I have already scheduled a visit for my bridesmaids to go dress shopping there. I recommend to any future girls looking for there special dress!

I absolutely loved my experience at Henri's! I got my prom dress there and knew one day I would go back for my wedding dress! When I walked I did not expect to have that bridal feeling in my stomach like "yes this my dress!" But the staff there did an amazing job! Elora was so good about making everything exactly how I wanted it, showing us what dresses could look like in other colors or with more tulle underneath and explaining how the alterations would help! I cannot recommend them enough!

I was nervous walking into Henri’s because I was very particular in what I wanted! But I ended up saying yes thanks to Alexis! She even went out of her way to message the designer to see if we could get extra fabric because I wanted more lace at the top! I left so happy!

Had an absolute blast trying on dresses. The consultant, Hannah, was so nice and made it a fun experience. She made it so personal! We tried on so many dresses and she made more time if we needed it. She also made a simple dress come to life with a belt and the veil. Cannot say anything better about this place!

Henri’s is a beautiful shop, and has a wonderful selection of bridal gowns. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice and helpful, and my daughter’s bridal consultant, Hannah, was THE BEST! Hannah pulled the perfect dresses based on my daughter’s idea of what she wanted, spent a lot of time with us, offered knowledgeable advice on each gown, accessory, and alterations, and was SO nice and accommodating to our party. Hannah made the whole process of picking out and trying on wedding dresses so easy, and was a complete joy to work with. With her help, my daughter found the perfect dress for her special day, and had fun doing so. 10/10 recommend Henri’s, and 20/10 recommend Hannah 😊

What an amazing experience! I certainly found my dream dress and it was the most enjoyable, stress free experience. Debbie was amazing! I showed her a few pictures and the very first dress she pulled was the one. She made me feel so special and beautiful. We had a huge suite with a couch and drinks, it was so spacious and it was not crowed and we were fighting for space like other dress shops. Highly recommended!

This was my first experience with Henri's. I absolutely loved my consultant, Debbie! She was very professional, respectful, and personal our entire visit. I only showed her 2 pictures of dresses I liked and every dress she pulled for me was something I loved. She was able to find me my dress dress and all the accessories without going over budget. Debbie made my visit to Henri's truly perfect. She really personalized our visit and made my family and I feel special. I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone who is looking for their dream dress at Henri's!

I loved my dress shopping experience at Henri's! All of the staff members were incredibly friendly. My consultant Hannah was wonderful to work with, she was personable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted and when I still hadn't found the perfect dress, she suggested something a little bit different, and it wound up being the most beautiful dress I'd ever seen. I'm so happy I was able to work with her.

While visiting the Columbus store on jan31 with my granddaughter for prom dresses a dog cane running out from the back and basically ran straight for my 4 year old granddaughter that was there with us. She was terrified, screaming and the dog jumped on her and knocked her into the dresses. I tried to get the dog off and was scratched on the leg from him. Finally someone came but all they did was get the dog and say has was nice. No one was concerned that she was scared to death or that I got scratched from him. My granddaughter wants nothing to do with dogs anymore. I would not recommend this place if they have a dog that runs around inside there store. Someone should have been more concerned about their customers. Poor customer service.

The store was beautifully laid out and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had a great selection and our consultant, Elora, captured the style we were after immediately. They were also careful to stay within our budget and did not have any salesman pushiness. Very laid back and excellent experience.

I do not recommend at all. When you first walk in it's all well and good with the bling and the grand entrance and the private room. My consultant Ashley asked me budget and what style I liked. I have a small budget as I am a fresh college graduate and haven't gotten a good paying job yet. So less than $1000. She didn't ask what size I was and brought in dresses that were way too small and then acted like it was such an inconvenience when they didn't fit. Not only that but none of them were anything like the style I told her and ALL of them were WAY over budget. Not only did I feel like I didn't matter but I felt because I could afford their top of the line dresses that I must not know what I am talking about. Do NOT go there.

I immediately felt welcomed. My consultant was incredibly knowledgeable and with her help I found my dress in the first 5 I tried on. I highly recommend. I felt beautiful the entire time.

At first , We were excited with the renovations and selections of Henri's. But honestly would not go back or recommend. The customer service was beyond bad. We were not treated by the salesman as valued customers. There were larger nicer rooms available and both of us asked to change to no response. We did not want to pass on the dress we wanted so we bought it anyway. The dress that arrived had a different bodice and the professional seamstress promised us was AWOL. The entire process with Henri's was stressful. We should have had our fitting in July when the dress arrived , not the month before the wedding when there was little time to make sufficient adjustments. No one seemed concerned with the unprofessional treatment we were faced with or made any effort to make amends. Both my daughter and myself are in P.R. and were shocked at the lack of concern to make the customer happy. Finally, I was disappointed the dress that arrived was not the same bodice, I wish I had taken a photo. Every part of our experience was stressful. I would never deal with Henri's again. Compared to other places we went that tried to make the entire process fun with champagne and pretty and comfortable seating areas Henri's was a bust. I am reluctant to write a review when it's bad but felt compelled to warn others.
