Our driver was on time, friendly and professional. The bus was clean and pleasant. The only issue we had was that we couldn't get our phone to connect to the sound system, but the driver had a back up wireless speaker for us to use! I was impressed with the service and rates. I would definitley reccomend them!

A HORRIBLE experience on a special wedding day. I was a member of a bridal party using this limo service. We were supposed to have the limo from the house to the ceremony and from the ceremony to the reception. On the way to the ceremony the car was incredibly hot and the driver was dismissive to questions for assistance cooling it down. Once arriving at the church, our driver told us he was leaving for another event and would be back to pick us up so we could not keep any belongings in the car despite paying for this entire time period….this was told to multiple people in the bridal party, not just myself. After the ceremony, the driver was there to pick us up and refused to start the car one minute early to cool it down for us on a 90 degree day while we are all in gowns and suits. Before we had left the parking lot the car overheated (I completely understand this will happen in hot weather and do not hold the company accountable for a vehicle overheating) however, the company handled this very poorly. The driver never told us anything happened with the car. He simply turned off the car, made a phone call and got out leaving us sitting there without saying a single word to any of us. We all started to call family to pick us up as we had ZERO communication from the driver who was off by himself on the phone. We were NEVER told that a back up car would be coming for us. After 20 minutes of sitting in the grass waiting for family to pick us up, the driver finally said he was sorry that the car overheated and that he called his boss and that we should be refunded. The entire experience was disappointing. To make things worse, the owners of the company are denying that aspects of this happened despite not being present for it. It was completely unacceptable to be told the car was leaving for other people (even though this didn’t end up happening, we were fully under the assumption it was given the driver told us exactly this and to remove our belongings), and unacceptable to have a driver not inform the passengers of car trouble .

Everyone needs to run from this limo business! This place was a complete disaster from the start... they never send any kind of confirmation of arrival time although they did show up on time. We got in the limo right away and headed to church but it was super hot in the limo and we couldn’t get the radio turned on and when we asked the driver for help he ignored us and never responded until he finally said “there’s controls”. It was so hot in the limo my bridesmaid got really sick and almost didn’t make it to the church. But it got worse from there... when we got to the church he told us to take everything out because he had another wedding to pick up, we couldn’t believe we were paying for him to be there but that we was leaving still for another job! My mom & him (Pat) got in a argument about him leaving and he literally put his hand up in my moms face, walked away, and drove off! I was appalled but was trying to enjoy the moment as well. Pat drove off and was back by the end of the ceremony but as soon as we got in it was really hot in the back and could not get the air to blow cold air at all...the driver was not helping us either or responding which was frustrating. The driver waiters for everyone to leave the church and when we started to drive off the limo started to putter and eventually turned off; we sat in the back wondering what was happening but Pat was on the phone (I assume his boss) but I wish he would of told us something was wrong so we could of called someone right away! We ended up getting out of the limo since it was 92 degrees out and sat off in the shade waiting to hear if the limo would be able to drive us or not... after a full 20 minuets waiting outside we finally called family to come back and pick us up! I tried to make the most out of the whole thing but with the lack of communication from the driver it really dampened the whole experience! The company doesn’t give a hoot for the inconvenience they created and is refusing a refund, so my word to everyone is to avoid this company to the full extent!
