Ms. Mary and her team made this day special and perfect in every way! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything went smoothly. The DJ and the photographer were amazing and they all worked so well together. They made us feel like the most important people in the world! If you’re thinking about getting married and need the perfect venue, this is it! I am so beyond happy with how everything turned out! It really was the perfect day for me and my husband and all of our friends and family!

An Italian young man wanted the chandelier, The Southern Bride wanted a religious wedding. So, the search began. We searched all around the Lowcountry. I get a call from my daughter, and they found the place. Nestled in a small town outside of Charleston. She told me she had made an appointment for me and his family to come and see. I drove up and under the live oaks, there was a beautiful historic home, white columns on the large front porch, a two-story home that screamed come on in, you're more than welcome! Driving to the back parking lot, I see the garden, white fence, long white benches alone it stands, a large white cross, behind it a pergola. I was sold. Between the garden and the pavilion was a winding wooden walkway under beautiful natural greenery that led to the back of the home. We toured the very large pavilion. Looking up there was the huge chandelier he wanted for her! When touring the house, can’t say house because it didn’t feel that way. Mary, the owner and director, made us feel at home. Not to mention there were more chandeliers! Rooms for the groom and bride. A beautiful sitting room for immediate family and an upstairs porch. This was the venue! Then began our journey with Mary. Mary was there with every need, every call was answered, every emergency handled. She was even there to calm my daughter and me during our moments of stress. When we lost the Dj to an equipment problem, Mary’s reply was I got it, I’ll call in a favor. Mary was a dream for a mom who just wanted to really get it right for a first-born son of the Riccio family, and our middle daughter who never asked for much. The day of the wedding, Mary welcomed my photographer and hairdresser with her southern charm. The photographer left the wedding saying he had met a friend. The wedding was a fairytale come true. My new husband and I are so grateful and thankful to The Arch and everything they did to make our wedding absolutely beautiful. My husband and I had a vision in our heads of what we wanted our day to look like, and we told Mary, the owner, and she surpassed our expectations. Our decorations were beautiful, and the A-Team was very detail oriented. Our guests were telling us this was one of the best weddings they had been to in a while. She made it so we did not stress about our day, and were able to enjoy our time with friends and family. We were able to enjoy each other, and spend our first moments together alone, and that is a moment I will always treasure as a new bride. When things went slightly pear-shaped at our wedding, Mary did not skip a beat, and made sure our day went off without any issues. I literally do not have enough words to express how wonderful the owner Mary and her A-Team are. They made sure our day was about us, and for that Ryan and I are forever grateful. We had a beautiful wedding, and a perfect day, and we owe it all to Mary and her A-Team. From the perspective of the bride’s sister, The Arch was absolutely beautiful! The perfect venue for the wedding, from helping my sister get ready for the big day, walking down the aisle, and ending at the reception. The rooms upstairs, both for the bride and groom, afforded enough space for both parities to get ready before the wedding. The gorgeous porch outside of the bride’s room afforded a wonderful opportunity for both pictures and the first reveal for the family. The ceremony itself proved beautiful, partially due to the weather but all due to our wedding coordinators, Miss Mary and Miss Katrina, who prepared the beautiful setting and prevented any confusion by clearly conducting the groom, best men, bridesmaids, bride, and so many others. My family truly appreciated the help, direction, and snacks while taking pictures soon after the ceremony. The reception also proved wonderful, with many memories, laughs, and happy tears throughout. Wow, what a wonderful wedding we had at The Arch for our beautiful daughter and wonderful son-in-law this past Saturday!! The venue was perfect, gorgeous and met our wishes in many ways!! The garden is absolutely stunning and the reception area was perfect, not to mention the house where both parties were able to get ready and do their first looks!! We have amazing pictures because of how beautiful The Arch is!! Mary - Thank you for walking us through this entire process from beginning to end!! We have enjoyed each moment as we planned, whether in person or via phone!! Thank you for listening and making sure each detail was as we discussed especially all the flowers which were beautiful and met our wishes perfectly! Where do I even start this review? I started my journey with Mrs. Mary and The Arch almost 2 years ago. Yes, you read that right, TWO years ago. When we first started planning, I was still attending PT school in another state. We were looking for two things in a venue - to stay within budget and a very specific date. Mrs. Mary was so helpful with our first phone conversation and even offered to hold the date for me until I could get back to SC to look at the venue. In fact, she refused to take a deposit until I could get back and look at it myself because she said "I don't want you to book this venue and not love it, I'll hold your date until you can get down here and check it out don't worry about it," and if that doesn't speak volumes about her kindness and eagerness to help - I don't know what does. At this point, I am not even sure if Mrs. Mary remembers that conversation, but I knew right then I found our wedding venue. Over the planning process, Mrs. Mary was always available to lend a listening ear and offer support when I was feeling overwhelmed. She helped with decisions big and small when asked and without hesitation! She is super detail-oriented and a quick problem solver. We brought in our own photographer and videographer, and she was very kind and helpful with getting them set up as approved vendors. We used DJ Reggie Joyner per her recommendation and he was AWESOME. He had the dance floor packed all night long, which was something that was really important to us! Over the course of these last two years, I have come to call Mrs. Mary a dear friend. She and The A-Team were hired to ensure my day went my way and THEY DELIVERED. Of course, there were some sna-foos that were out of anyone's control, but when I tell you they handled all issues before I even know they existed - I mean it. They truly will make your day go your way. The Arch is truly a very versatile venue. We went for "upscale garden party" and it was perfect, but would also be perfect for a bunch of other themes. I am so glad we chose The Arch as our wedding venue, and the A-Team will forever hold a very special place in our hearts!!

WHAT A LITERAL DREAM DAY!!! The Arch brought my childhood wedding dreams to life and I cannot thank their incredible staff and vendors for making it happen for me. Throughout the whole planning process, Mary made this day all about me and what I wanted. And she never let anything get in the way of that either. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy and enjoying my time. Any requests I had, Mary made it happen. She even let my reception last 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to because I didn’t want my dream day to end. From start to finish, everything at The Arch was perfect. I just got married here (like just - I’m just leaving my wedding) and I’m so happy I went with The Arch! The A-Team did my day of coordinating, set up & break down, and catering. All of my friends and family said it was the best wedding they’ve been to. The venue is gorgeous and the way the A-Team set it up made it breathtaking. I explained my vision and they made it even better. My original DJ had a health issue come up and Mary found me a new DJ before I even could worry. I left my veil at home and they had a bunch to pick from. The one I picked was even better than the one I had. The food was amazing - everyone was telling me how much they enjoyed it. I would highly recommend Mary and the A-Team for everything.

Hands down best all inclusive venue! Mrs.Mary is Fantastic and super personable and her staff is just as amazing! Our wedding day was definitely one to remember and so special thanks to these wonderful people! The day of my wedding everything was set for an outdoor ceremony and 30 mins prior to us walking down the aisle it started pouring… Let me tell you , I was reassured that it was still going to be beautiful and it was! They included so much detail and made it so special having less than an hour to pull together an indoor ceremony and it was jaw dropping ! I am so thankful for the Arch for making our day better than I was even imagining! Mrs. Mary was very quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns ! The A-team was amazing, they all made us feel at ease and all had the best attitudes! Also, the food was amazing as well!!

I did my 15 year renewal here and Mary and her team made sure my day went off without a hitch. I had several things try to come against me but Mary didn't let t happen. We were short on linen and she provided them. She helped to make sure my decor was in order, she even took photos!!!! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with top notch service to get married at look no further!!!!!

Had our wedding yesterday and everything was absolutely amazing! Mary and her A Team were on top of everything and I had the best day of my life so far marrying the man of my dreams! Attended a family friend's wedding here. This venue is beautiful. The gardens, the pavilion (didn't get to see in the house :( ) but was told by brides mom it was beautiful as well. The staff here was so nice, friendly, and you could tell they took pride in their work. The flowers and arrangements were made by the staff. I had to touch them to see if they were real. They were beautiful! I would recommend this venue any day!

I recently had my wedding on March 27th, and some of the most common advice that was given, was that nobody’s wedding is perfect so don’t sweat the small things when they don’t turn out the way you want. I can truly say that I am blessed to NOT be one of those people. Our day was ABSOLUTELY perfect!! A huge part of that goes to Mary and her team here at The Arch. They were always so willing to lend us an extra hand, even during the ceremony which was taken off-site, at Mepkin Abbey. Without the support and experience they brought to the table, I can honestly say my day wouldn’t of turned out as perfect as it did! I would recommend them a thousand times to anyone who is looking for the perfect location and the perfect team to make your day just as perfect as mine was❤️ A huge Thank You, a thousand times over, to The Arch!! Saturday was amazing. Katlyn and David had their dream wedding. This could not have happened without some wonderful, amazing and loving people. This wedding was a dream come true for them. The Arch, Ms. Mary, The A Team Katrina, Chelsea, Jenny, Deborah. These ladies made my babies dreams come true. Ms. Mary is nothing short of amazing. She took Katlyn's vision and turned into a reality. It was absolutely magical. Katlyn has dreamed of this day and talked about it since she was a child. And to see it all come together and her dreams come true, oh my cup runneth over. The thought and love these ladies all put into this was just amazing. The beautiful flowers , decorations, set up of everything. I will never be able to thank them enough for all their generosity, their kindness, their support from day one through the entire wedding. A great time was had by all. The food was fantastic from Artistic Catering, you can always tell when someone puts love into their cooking and this was filled with so much love. They were all so kind, made everyone feel so comfortable. They were tons of fun. Loved their interaction with the guest and wedding party.to capture the perfect moments. These people made Katlyn and David's dreams come true. We are so blessed because of them. Because they give back to our community. They give back to God. They all love what they do and you can tell it. Katrina, Chelsea, Jenny and Ms. Mary were on top of everything. We had a little rain delay but these ladies jumped into action and quickly turned everything inside the pavilion around with out missing a beat. It was absolutely wonderful, perfect in all ways.

My best friend won the dream wedding & got married yesterday. Mary and her team were phenomenal with hosting & seriously out did themselves. The DJ was bomb & food was AMAZING. The whole experience was truly beautiful. Even with the rain they accommodated & everything went smoothly. ONE stop shop. Wonder team. Made dreams come true. The staff and Mary were wonderful. Not one single detail overlooked. There were even extra touches we didn't order and added to our day. The ability to get ready, have the ceremony, and then the reception in one place made the day less stressful and to us more enjoyable. A day we all will remember

We are so glad that we chose to have our wedding at The Arch. The venue is beautiful and the staff was great. Everything was set up exactly the way we wanted, and the ceremony and reception went flawlessly. Mary, Katrina and Jenn did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken care of. We highly recommend going with the in house catering (shrimp and grits were awesome!). Reception area was nicely air conditioned and kept everyone cool during the heat of the summer.

We loved having our wedding at the Arch!! Everything was just how we wanted it and the coordinator Mary and her amazing team made it that way! They listened to every detail that we wanted and made it happen. They took all the stress away on my wedding day which allowed me to fully enjoy the day with my new husband, family, and friends. Just by luck, I came across The Arch when searching for a place to have our wedding. From the moment I met with Mary to the evening leaving the ceremony, it was the best experience. Mary was so helpful thru the entire process. Mary and her team did an awesome job decorating the pavilion. Mary had a couple of surprises that I loved. I also had Mary cater. Great job with the food. The Arch is a beautiful place to get married. Mary went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely amazing!

My wife and I had our wedding here last month. It rained ALL DAY... but that didn't take anything away from how our day turned out! Mary and her A Team went into superhero mode and put out all of our decor, flowers, and pumpkins (and a little extra stuff) just how we had envisioned it to be. It was perfect. If you have the chance to book this venue...DO IT! You won't be disappointed.

If you’re looking for an affordable venue complete with bride and grooms amenities as well as southern charm and an AWESOME team of coordinators, then I highly recommend The Arch. When I first met Mary Wilson while venue searching, the first thought I had was how kind and friendly she was. She was so helpful throughout the whole journey, from our initial meeting all the way until we left the venue as newlyweds! We got married here on 11/10/2019 and had everything came together so perfectly. Mary and the A-Team went above and beyond to give us the experience we wanted. Everything was amazing - the hospitality, the surprise decorations in the garden, the food - all of it. Mary helped with a lot of unexpected hiccups as well. She sewed up my garters so that they’d fit correctly, did a quick alteration on my sister’s dress, and she even quickly went from wedding coordinator to paramedic to help my best friend come down from an endometriosis attack - and all of this happened before the ceremony! With so many stressful things going on, Mary and the A-Team STILL managed to make everything come together perfectly! When Mary realized we didn’t have enough arrangements for the ceremony garden, she had her A-Team quickly decorate with some of her own arrangements so that we could have a beautiful ceremony. The reception pavilion was decorated absolutely splendidly and was so perfect! Also the food from Artistic Catering was AMAZING and the service was wonderful. Mary and her A-Team were so great with their quick thinking and and their hospitality. They made sure I had the beautiful wedding that many girls dream of. Love, love, love this venue and I highly recommend to anyone who is planning to be married in the Charleston area. Thank you Mary and the A-Team for all the help and hard work you put into making our day perfect!

My son got married at here 10 November, and it was beyond perfect! Mrs. Mary and the A Team made everything so easy, so beautiful, so amazing!! I was more involved than most mother's of the groom because the bride's family lived so far away, and it was an honor to be a part of this experience. My son asked me to help give his bride a fairy tale, and fairy tales start with the perfect couple (check), but they aren't possible without the perfect location. We had a couple of choices in our budget, and The Arch was quite a bit more expensive than the others, but the others did not have Mrs. Mary T. Wilson. From the first visit through the entire wedding, she was supporting us and providing suggestions to fulfill the bride's vision and made the day the fairy tale my son wanted for his bride. I cannot thank you enough Mary T. Wilson, Katrina, and the rest of the A Team. You guys are amazing!!!

I got married at The Arch on November 2nd. I cannot praise this venue and Mary enough!!!! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the perfect setting for your wedding. From the very first visit at The Arch I was drawn in and just knew this was the place for my wedding. Even the groom approved and wanted The Arch as much as I did! Mary was amazing from the start with helping me plan and giving input to make my wedding day perfect. When the wedding day arrived Mary and her team went ABOVE & BEYOND to make my fairy tale wedding come true! I cannot thank her enough for all she has done. I don't write reviews on vendors or venues until I have worked with them or been there a few times. I have been at The Arch many times for hair and make up. Each time, me and my staff have been welcomed and treated professionally. Mary or one of the staff is always coming up checking on the bridal party and us. I listen to the brides and wedding party as they talk with Mary and they all love her and her staff. All of my clients have been extremely happy with The Arch. Also we got to try some of the catering by Mary and it was beautiful and tasted amazing!

If you’re looking for the best, look no further than the Arch! Mrs. Mary and her team are absolutely the best!! From planning, to decorations, food, and day of coordinating, everything was absolutely perfect! They made our special day even better than we would have ever imagined!! They listened to our requests and went above and beyond!! So glad we got to celebrate at this wonderful location!!!

I can not begin to explain how amazing our special day turned out to be! First let me say that the venue is absolutely stunning and so reasonably priced for everything that you get with it. This place literally does not have to be decorated and it still so elegant and beautiful. The owner and also the woman that helps you plan everything from your first meeting til the time you leave after the reception, Mary Wilson, will go above and beyond to make sure that you have anything and everything that you need! She has tons upon tons of things that you can rent for very reasonably pricing, not to mention she can make flower arrangements that will blow your mind! I truly could not have picked a better place to start the beginning of my happily ever after. The only thing I wish I could do is turn back time and do it all over again! Brandon and I had our DREAM wedding, at The Arch, on 9.21.19. Mary Wilson took our vison and made it a reality. Every single detail was perfect! We couldn’t be happier. The A-team did flowers, design and set up. Mary was even our day of coordinator. I wanted to have my Papa’s picture on my bouquet but I left it at home. Mary, without missing a beat, got to work and printed it out and made sure it was squared away. I told her the story that my Papa (who passed away) always said his life would not be complete until he got to dance at my wedding. Unfortunately, he didn’t make it. Mary, to my surprise, came up to me on the dance floor and tied that picture to my wrist. That way his dream could be fulfilled. It was the sweetest thing and meant the world to me! The Arch were very helpful in accommodating to our vendors: caterer (Braised In The South Food Truck), DJ(Reggie) and our photographer (Dennis Charleston Photo Art). We absolutely recommend The Arch! You will not be let down Thank you to all that made our special day possible.

Horrible owner!!! We had our wedding in March of 2018 here. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the only good thing about this place. After we signed our contract (which was the only thing Mary could provide in writing) everything started to go south! We attempted at having Mary cater the event, but she was unable to provide me anything in writing for the menu. In fact, she proceeded to send me a message on Facebook messager about the food items she had. She couldn’t settle on a price for catering. Everytime we talked about prices things changed. It got so out of hand that I finally made the decision to pull catering from her and had bessingers BBQ in Moncks corner cater, which she fought me on every step of the way. Also, when I went to bessingers and talked with the owner she was hesitate to even cater my wedding at the arch because she had had awful experiences there! I used DJ dragon as our DJ and again she fought us every step of the way. She made up licenses that he needed to obtain to the point that he had to show her Moncks corner town business regulations showing that no such license existed. When the day finally came I was so overwhelmed with everything and every fight I had with Mary I could barely enjoy the day! The day of she argued with many of my guests. I had a sparkler send off and she snatched sparklers out of my guests children hands stating they weren’t allowed to do it! I look back full of regret that I ever allowed this to happen and that my guests we not able to enjoy themselves the way I wanted! Please please take it from all of us, just run!!!!!!!

My husband, family, friends, and I all loved our experience at the Arch. When I started planning my wedding, I was incredibly nervous because I had little knowledge about good vendors in the area and what to expect as far as pricing, timelines, contracts, etc. Thankfully, a co-worker recommended that I check out the Arch, and the rest is history! Mary tolerated all of my many questions along the way, and she and her team planned out a day for us that I will never forget. Even without a huge budget, I was able to have a beautiful wedding. The house itself is gorgeous, but when all the flower arrangements and decor go up, it comes alive! Mary and I decided to use bright spring colors and bright white linens to make everything pop. The brick walkway, the draped Arch, the clean white benches, and the rustic feel of the trees all make for photos that are magazine worthy! If you are looking for a venue that has a perfect blend of southern charm and elegance, the Arch is the place to go!

I can’t say enough about Mary and her A-Team. From the very first phone call with Mary I knew this was someone I wanted to have on my big day. She called me while she was ON HER VACATION to make sure that someone reached out to me with my initial inquiry into the venue. On the phone and in person she was just always bursting with that classic southern sweetness. She was professional, knowledgeable, and was super excited and willing to incorporate my love of dinosaurs and animals into my wedding decor. They offer so many services onsite it’s so worth the price and are more than willing to work with outside vendors and accommodate their needs. Their prices are more than reasonable and they do everything, I mean EVERYTHING, to make sure your wedding day is nothing but perfect. She even went out of her way to dress up as a dinosaur and surprise me at the reception with a dance! These people are absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend them for ANY celebration, wedding or otherwise.

The Arch is all inclusive which makes this a perfect wedding venue! My husband and I were just married there and the night could not have been more beautiful or special. Working with Mary was a joy because she took all of our ideas and made them a reality. The Arch offers many services from The A-Team and Artistic Catering. She knows many vendors in the area and will set you up! We had Dj Sylvester Campbell and Portraits By Michele. Highly recommend Mary and her team at The Arch!

The Arch, words alone cannot express what it means to get married at The Arch. You can have a wedding at any Venue and I'm sure it will be a day to remember. My daughter was a misplaced bride due to Hurricane Matthew. At the time we were devastated but God had another plan. They say God puts people in your life when you need the most. Well I can't thank him enough for putting Mary Wilson in our life. Like I said you can have a wedding at any Venue however having your wedding at The Arch is a magical even. Mary Wilson is not only very professional but is one of the kindest people I have met in a long time. To Mary your day is not just special to you it's special to her. I never thought I would be thankful for a hurricane but I am. If it wasn't for Matthew we wouldn't have met Mary and my daughter would gotten married but due to Matthew we met Mary and a magical day no one will ever forget. Thank you my new friend.

From the first time we met with Mary and visited the venue, I knew this was the place for our wedding. We loved that we could have the ceremony and the reception at the same location. The garden creates an very intimate area for the ceremony and allows you to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. The house is beautifully decorated and the open pavilion with fireplace creates such a lovely location to celebrate. Mary was able to take my ideas and create the most beautiful decorations for the gardens and pavilion. Mary and her team went above and beyond to make our day the most wonderful day we could have imagined. Our friends and family were so impressed with the venue and catering by Artistic Catering. The food was absolutely delicious and the variety offered allowed us to accomodate all of our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and Mary and her team's dedication to their clients is amazing.

My husband and I were the 2018 winners for The Arch’s dream wedding giveaway. Before I start I just wanted to mention how humble and giving they are. Although they continue to grow as a business, they never forgot about their community. The Arch was also able to get other vendors from the community to participate in the wedding giveaway. It was great to have people beside us on our wedding day with the purest hearts. My husband and I will be forever grateful for turning our dream wedding into existence. You all are amazing 100%! Breath taking venue. The moment I stepped onto the property I knew I wanted to get married here. The venue is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers which felt very romantic to me. The backyard was big enough to host a wonderful cocktail hour for our guests. The pavilion had enough space for our guests to enjoy dinner and the dance floor. An open bar was available for us to provide for our guests as well. My husband and I had our sweet heart table right in front of a beautiful, rustic fire place. We got married in the garden in the back of the venue. It was very close and intimate. Our guests loved the fact that the ceremony and reception was in the same location. The upstairs rooms were so cute. There are antique items Mary kept upstairs for each room. My bridesmaids loved getting dressed in the spacey room and enjoyed their mimosas on the balcony. We got to watch the A-Team set up the wedding in the backyard from the balcony which was spectacular. The Venue is so gorgeous and authentic, there's not enough words to describe its beauty. Everything about this venue was sweet and made you feel in love. We are so blessed to have gotten married here and can't wait to tell our children of this beautiful place. She took her time with the details and incorporated everything I liked from colors to flowers.

The Arch is a beautiful venue that includes many unique spaces (a garden, pavilion, southern home, and courtyard) that can be utilized to bring your wedding vision to life! Mary, the owner, also is incredibly multi-talented... with the ability to provide coordination services, floral arranging, catering, and more! She consistently goes above & beyond for her clients.
