Dawn was simply the best to work with! She was always very helpful answering any questions I had regarding signature cocktails, quantities of alcohol to order, and how the process would work day of the wedding. The bartenders at the wedding had great drink-making skills, were friendly and engaging to our guests, and displayed professionalism from start to end. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a top-notch bartender for their special day.

We used 11th hour for a wedding December 16, 2023. We got married at The Brix on the Fox and they were on their preferred list. The price was very reasonable. I worked with Erin and she was amazing with selecting our signature drinks and getting everything prepared. They suggested working with prestige to get the alcohol and guess we were able to get a pretty hefty Return for all the alcohol we did not use. My guest said that bartenders were very sweet, fun and kind. I would highly recommend them.

We used 11th Hour for our bartending wedding service at The Brix venue in Carpentersville in December 2023. Can't recommend 11th Hour enough. We met Dawn at a vendor open house - she helped set up our "set drinks" menu and very responsive over email throughout. She shared a template for alcohol delivery with Prestige. Great service the night of! Seamless process and would recommend them to anyone.

Honestly, the best decision we made. They were so amazing from start to finish. One bar. But we’re so efficient that no one waited in our 200 person, 1 bar wedding. Money was well spent, and they were so nice. If you have the chance, book them!

We used True Cuisine at the Cedar Fox in Downtown St. Charles. Good drinks were always so important for us because we know that it's the true fuel to keep the party going at a wedding, and they could not have delivered better than they did on our wedding day! They are a preferred vendor for our venue, and we truly were so grateful we were led to them. Thank you guys for everything!

We used 11th Hour for our wedding at the Brix on the Fox - Industria. They were very responsive leading up to the wedding and their drink selection was great. We absolutely loved the drinks at our wedding, they were so good and well received by our guests. The bartenders were fast and efficient while also providing a personable experience. Highly recommend!

Our guests had a great time and enjoyed all the signature drinks especially the lavender and gin drink! 11th hour was easy to communicate with and their bartenders were on top of it all night. The shopping list made things easy for us to be ready for the day, but I caution that we had TONS of left overs and some things we couldn’t return (4 handles of vodka were opened somehow). Also our mistake to have lesser drank alcohols at both bars, not their fault but just somethings I would do differently in the future if we host a bigger event or in hindsight. The shopping list for dry goods (cups and napkins especially) was way far off so we had lots of stuff leftover. But aside from this, the service was great and we’d use them again!

11th Hour were great bartenders for our wedding. They had all of our specialty cocktails ready immediately after the ceremony, for the cocktail hour. All night, drinks were made quickly, and were delicious. They were also phenomenal at identifying those who needed to be cut back, and made drinks that were lighter on alcohol. All in all, we cannot wait to recommend 11th Hour to all friends and family that have impending weddings!

11th Hour Bartending worked our wedding in May and they were great! Super easy to work with from the beginning and made great drinks all night long for our 160 person wedding without any massive lines!

Dawn was very responsive and helped create a shopping list that made sure we had everything we needed! Her bartenders were polite, quick, and made sure our bar lines moved quickly. We never had huge queues, even during cocktail hour, and her specialty drink selection is amazing!

We hired them for our wedding and they were professional and quick at slingin' drinks for the whole event. I don't think anyone waited for more than 10 seconds for a drink the whole time.

We hired 11th hour for our October 2022 wedding. They were so easy to work with during the planning process, and everyone absolutely raved about our cocktails! We loved their long list of signature drink options- we went with four (classic G&T, a French 75, Blackberry bourbon smash, and country time lemonade). Our guests especially loved the country time lemonade- such a fun different option that doesn't usually show up at weddings. We had 1 bartender for our 60-person event, and everything was totally smooth. Dawn really knows her stuff! While we were advised to hire an alcohol delivery company, when pricing things out, we decided to head to Costco for most of our needs. I will say, the shopping list was a HUGE overestimate on the amount of alcohol our guests would drink, and we had tons leftover. However, our 'bar' in our house is now stocked for the foreseeable future :) 10/10 I would hire 11th hour again in a heartbeat.

11th hour bartending is such a great company to work with! They make it so easy to help with the shopping list and providing recommendations for signature drinks. We worked with Sean and Dawn during the planning process, and Sean and Julian bartended for us the night of the event. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and they make fantastic drinks!

Booking 11th hour bartending was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. We had a great experience working with Dawn and the 11th Hour team! They have awesome signature cocktails to choose from and on the wedding day they partially pre-made them to make the first round of drinks at cocktail hour go super quickly!! Dawn also provided a shopping list which made purchasing the alcohol so easy! The bartenders worked so quickly and there were basically no lines all evening!

We worked closely with Dawn Honrud who was super responsive and so helpful when it came to offering suggestions and providing drink ideas. I am so thankful that 11th Hour Bartending was recommended by my venue because they were great! Not only did they generate a complete grocery list of what we needed to get for the bar but they worked with us when our guest count changed. The wedding went so smoothly and there really was no line all night!

Efficient and so professional. We had a 130 guest wedding with a small cocktail menu. The bartending staff had premade cocktails ready to add ice per order. Water bottles were out in the open on the side of the bar for easy access. There was never a line allowing guests to mingle and dance all night. Highly recommend.

Dawn and Julian were amazing! After rescheduling our big day three times, Dawn was always there ready to answer questions & provide any feedback and was a great resource. All of the drinks were amazing, everything went fast nobody had to wait long to get a drink. We had four signature drinks one of them being the 11th hour old fashioned which my husband swears was one of the best he’s had. Amazing bartending service and hope we get to use them again!

Dawn and 11th Hour were amazing to work with for our wedding! Dawn was extremely responsive and professional and was super flexible when we had to postpone our wedding by a year due to COVID. 11th Hour has an impressive selection of signature cocktails which were super fun to try at one of our venue’s vendor open houses. Dawn made a shopping list for us that we were able to forward to our liquor distributor which made the entire ordering process super simple. We will definitely be keeping 11th Hour in mind for our future events and highly recommend them for anyone looking for bartending services!

11th Hour was recommended by our venue and working with them was super easy. They allowed us to pick a number of signature cocktails and other drinks and then provided a list of everything that would be needed for the wedding. All the bartenders were super friendly and made sure we had everything that we wanted throughout the night!

Great vendor to work with! We originally planned to have a reception in April of 2020 but we had to postpone. 11th was really understanding and willing to work with us throughout. Long story short we planned three receptions with them and celebrated one and it was great! everything went splendidly!

Dawn and Sean were easy to work with on our 10/9/21 wedding! The staff were so responsive to our emails/calls and laid out the grocery list of each item to buy based on our final count. We went with their signature drinks Country Time Lemonade, Tequila Sunrise, Bees Knees, Mojito, and 11th Hour Old Fashioned. We received many compliments from our guests on the signature drinks. Our bartenders were accommodating and efficient. They did great at a large wedding like ours.

We absolutely loved working with Dawn and her team at our wedding! 11th Hour Bartending worked with us to create an alcohol list for us to purchase based on the amount of guests at our wedding and what everyone likes to drink. They also are very conscious of only using open containers of alcohol to pour drinks instead of constantly opening new ones, so we were able to return any extra alcohol that wasn't used. Dawn and her team were very professional and efficient! We definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for bartenders for their wedding!

We were able to purchase the right amount of alcohol using their shopping list based on signature cocktails and guest cost. 11th Hour sends a whole list of signature cocktails to choose from. Additionally, the shopping list was perfect because we were able to to determine exactly what we should buy and how much of it.

Sean and Dawn were very helpful in any questions we had and making sure everything was running smoothly. Our wedding was 8/22/20 and the bartenders were amazing. At the end of the night they showed me where they put everything, very organized!

While we ended up having to change our wedding plans due to COVID and cancel with them, 11th Hour Bartending was amazing through the whole process! They really know what they are doing and make sure that you will have the best experience! If we decide to have a large event gathering again, we will definitely be using them!

The entire 11th Hour crew was great! They understood what we were looking for from our bartenders. We wanted champagne and a Belgium lager for our toast, and they made sure our guests knew the difference between the two and went into dinner toasting beverage in hand!

From the first phone call to cleaning up at the end of the wedding, everything was smooth and professional! 11th Hour's Sean and Dawn helped us put together a menu including signature cocktails and provided recommendations for quantities since our venue was BYOB. As far as I know, we didn't run out of any ingredients during the reception. I would definitely recommend 11th Hour!

I used 11th hour for my wedding, Friday, May 4, 2018, and they were fantastic! From start to finish they communicated with me to ensure I had everything needed to serve my 140 wedding guests. The mixed drinks were very good! Many guests raved about the mixed drink options. I would highly recommend them for any event and would absolutely use them again if I needed bartenders at another event. There are many things to worry about at your wedding and the bar should not be one of them. These folks were professional and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks again 11th hour!
