I had a wonderful experience working with Alex at 1423 events. I'm a planner who has been involved in many weddings and have planned many events so I was looking for an expert to help with my day of coordination. I didn't realize how much of a big help having a coordinator before the wedding would be. Alex was there for our venue walk through and was in touch with our caterer, photographer and DJ to make sure everything went smoothly.
The best vendor! Heather was amazing to work with and made our planning process stress-free. We loved working with her and our wedding day was perfect!
I do not know what we would have done without 1423 Events helping us leading up to and on the day of our wedding. From the day we started working with her, Erin helped us think through every single detail, so much of which I wouldn’t have even thought to consider on my own. Whenever we had any questions or needed a vendor recommendation, she was always quick to respond and all her recommendations were fantastic. On the day of our wedding, Erin and Alex did an incredible job of handling everything, making sure we never fell behind on our timeline, and allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding without any concerns. They also went above and beyond in helping us bring so many of our ideas to life and made sure everything looked exactly how it was supposed to. We cannot thank Erin and her team enough for the amazing job they did with our wedding.
As an anxious, type-A person (with a type-A MOH and MOB), I knew I needed a wedding planner so that my family and I could focus on enjoying the day and not running the show on the day. Heather facilitated this perfectly. The meetings we had with her were efficient and helpful. She perfectly balanced offering opinions when asked with letting us have specific details we wanted. She successfully led our off-site rehearsal and helped wrangle our 5 young flower girls and their parents and grandparents. I was able to ask her for favors on the day and she was so helpful. Having her there to cue us for the ceremony and walk us through parts of the reception was essential. I’m so glad I got to enjoy my wedding and stay present in the moment without worrying about keeping track of the schedule of the day. My family members kept coming up to me saying how “practically perfect” the wedding went. Thanks Heather for contributing to my dream wedding!
We worked with Heather at 1423 Events for day-of coordination services after being referred to her by our venue, and are so grateful that we did! She made sure that our September 2024 wedding was even better than we imagined- she supported us in creating a day-of timeline, managing personal items and vendor communications, and was everywhere throughout the event making sure that everything stayed on schedule. As the bride, there was not a single fire I had to worry about putting out on my wedding day- having Heather working with us meant that we were truly able to just enjoy our ceremony and reception with our guests!
We used 1423 Events for Day of Coordinating. Heather was so responsive leading up to the event and made our day run without a hitch. Every time we saw her (final walk through, meetings, wedding day), she immediately put us at ease!
We are so grateful and lucky to have had Alex with us on our wedding day! During our planning meetings and walk-through, her organization, advice, and precise questions assured us we were in good hands. Then on our wedding day itself, she flawlessly kept us on schedule and executed setup/cleanup while also being incredibly helpful throughout every moment in between. She not only made us feel at ease with her bubbly and fun personality, but also felt like a longtime friend. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator! Erin and her team were so easy to work with and we are so happy with our decision to have them as our month of coordinators! Erin is extremely organized and made it so that we could really just relax during the month leading up to and the day of our wedding. She coordinated with all of our vendors and the 1423 team set everything up exactly how we envisioned it. We really didn't have to think about anything other than enjoying our day, and that is all thanks to Erin and her team! She had great resources for us and was very responsive when we reached out with questions or asking about recommendations. We are so glad we got to work with 1423 Events and couldn't recommend them more!
Deciding to book 1423 Events as our wedding planner was the best decision we could have made! Erin was recommended to us by multiple people, so we knew we needed to book her for our wedding day. From the initial email communication and planning call to the wedding day, Erin and her team were literally on top of every single thing. Erin put us at ease, answered all of our questions, and was always one step ahead. Erin and Alex- Zach and I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! You rolled with the punches with us and were prepared for anything and everything (like my shoe breaking right before the reception LOL).
If you are overwhelmed with planning and want to book a planner or day of coordinator, do yourself a favor and reach out to 1423 Events- you will be so happy you did!
Heather did an awesome job as our DOC. She was a great communicator and helped me to stay on track as I did almost all of the planning for our wedding on my own. Closer to the wedding, she handled most of the communication with my vendors to make sure they were aware of set-up times, etc. She made sure our day went smoothly, which was a huge help!
Erin was an absolutely amazing day of wedding coordinator. She made everything run smoothly and go off without a hitch. She was also so easy to work with, and so helpful during the planning process. I had a friend serve as my officiant, and we weren’t totally sure about how to run the rehearsal. Erin stepped in and got us all into shape seamlessly. She went above and beyond and made everything so easy for me. She’s also incredibly personable and has great relationships and recommendations when it comes to local vendors. I can’t recommend her enough!!!
We used 1423 Events for our wedding on 10/28 and had such a great experience working with them. Erin was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with us, and I don’t know how we would have made it through Wedding Day without her. We did the day of/month of package, and it made the final days leading up to our wedding and Wedding Day so seamless. Erin answered any questions we had and offered her experience and guidance. She helped bring our vision to life on Wedding Day and made everything so easy for us so we could relax and enjoy our special day. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I'm a wedding photographer and I've photographed hundreds of events. I first worked with Erin at a wedding in 2018, and immediately she became my favorite wedding coordinator. Rather than hovering with a clipboard all day trying to make her presence known, she was getting sh*t done. I never saw her unless I needed her for something and *poof* she just magically appeared.
When it was time to hire a coordinator for our wedding, I knew that 1423 Events was the only real option for me. I really wanted to be surrounded by people I love and trust (Erin and Heather being included in that!) but also, I had a very specific vision of how I wanted the wedding day to feel, and having someone ushering everything along while staring at their watch was not it.
We also had a logistically interesting day, and Erin and Heather executed our vision flawlessly. We got married in a pine forest near our home in a pop up guerrilla ceremony, with some guests arriving via shuttle, some parking on our street and walking a tenth of a mile to the spot. So logistically, ushering everyone to the right spot, having them stand in a way that worked for them to be able to see, while also not looking too spread out and weird in photos, etc. it was not the easiest. Erin executed this portion perfectly and it was absolutely magical walking into the woods with the light pouring in behind all of my favorite people. I cried the whole way down the aisle, it was so beautiful.
Meanwhile, Heather was back at our venue, 10 min away, making sure everything was perfect. We don't have photos of the reception space yet, but it all exceeded my expectations. I still can't believe our wedding was so lovely.
Leading up to the wedding I was burned out from working my ass off this fall as a wedding photographer, as well as overwhelmed with the final details of wedding planning. Heather and Erin stepped in so much in that last month to make sure things were taken care of without me needing to do it anymore, which was so appreciated.
I could go on and on, but I'll leave it here. I am so grateful that we had them by our side for the most special day.
I highly recommend 1423 Events! We very much enjoyed working with Heather! She helped us a lot leading up to and on our wedding day. She helped with finalizing our timeline, coordinating with vendors, and setting up and removing our items (signs, table cloths, etc.) for the cocktail hour and reception. She had great ideas and was always willing to answer our many questions throughout the weeks leading up to our wedding. She ensured everything was set up properly for our ceremony and reception, coordinated with our vendors, made sure we stuck to our timeline, and packed up items at the end of the night for us. We are so happy with our decision to add 1423 Events to our vendor team, and are so grateful to Heather for making our day go smoothly!!
Erin and her team were amazing to work with!! We hired them for month-of wedding planning, and I couldn’t recommend it more! In the months leading up to our wedding, they made sure they knew every wedding detail, created a perfect timeline for us, and made sure our rehearsal and wedding day went absolutely perfectly!! This could have been such a stressful process, but they handled all of the stress for us and made sure we just enjoyed our wedding day!
Erin from day 1 was so friendly and organized, we loved working with her! We had many check ins leading up to the big day getting more frequent as we got closer. The wedding week she made me feel so at ease knowing she and her team were there to take tasks and worries off my hands. Once the wedding day came I felt like I didn't even need to worry about a thing and was in such great hands with them. 100% recommend Erin and her team to anyone who needs support leading up to or on their wedding day!
If you are on the fence about getting a Day-of Coordinator, DO IT. I had planned my wedding myself, and already was super organized about it, but I knew I wanted to relax and enjoy my big day without having to problem solve if anything came up. Erin was recommended by my venue, and her pricing for her day-of coordinator services and what that plan entailed was very reasonable. Erin was always responsive to emails and answered every question I had. And day-of my wedding, if anything went wrong or not to plan, I literally still have NO IDEA. Everything went so smoothly and perfect, and Erin kept everything on track. And hiring a day-of coordinator was worth it just for being able to relax and not think or worry about anything the day of. So if you are on the fence about if you need a day-of coordinator, get off the fence and book Erin!
1423 Events was fantastic. Initial coordinating with Erin and Heather was easy, and they quickly made me feel comfortable and I knew they’d take care of everything for our day. We opted for the day-of planning and this was the perfect amount for me. I had already booked all the vendors and just needed a trusting source to make the final coordination between everyone and be there on the day of to make sure things ran smoothly. I had zero concerns going into the day and knew that Heather would take care of everything. Everything went perfect and I cannot thank them enough!
Wow! We could not have asked for a dream team better than Erin & Heather. From our first introductory call to cleanup at the end of the night, Erin & Heather were professional and on top of everything.
We booked the Wedding Day Management option, but they do so much more than day-of coordination. They gave us practical advice, vendor recommendations, and listened to us to implement our wedding vision to a T. Weddings are stressful on the couple and the family, and we were grateful to have them to mitigate some of our stress. We could not possibly recommend them more.
Erin from 1423 Events was absolutely amazing to work with! We used “wedding day management” to make sure that all of the final details were coordinated but Erin really helped us with so much more than that! She was instrumental in making sure the last few weeks of planning went smoothly and that the wedding day was absolutely perfect. Erin was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She knew the venue and all the vendors well which made everything easier. We were so happy to work with Erin! We highly recommend 1423 events and thank Erin and the team for our perfect wedding!
I do not have enough great things to say about Erin and her team! Erin was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding! She is extremely thorough, responsive and friendly. If anything went "wrong" on the wedding day, we had absolutely no idea. Unfortunately, Erin was unable to be with us on the actual wedding day, but she made sure that Heather and Lynn knew all of the fine details. Lynn and Heather worked with us on the rehearsal and day of the wedding. They both were AMAZING! They were wonderful with set up, break down and making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. Hire this team!! You will not regret it!
We are so lucky to have incredible wedding planners. Erin, Heather, Alex and Sara were so wonderful to work with. They helped us create our timeline (which is incredibly stressful), they contacted our vendors and helped us at the rehearsal dinner and day of. We couldn't have done it without them. They really know what they're doing, we trusted them completely and they were so amazing. Thank you so much for everything!!! A Bride will never stress with this dream team.
Erin and her team were absolutely wonderful! With the rescheduling of the wedding, things could have gotten really stressful but with the help of Erin, everything went so smoothly. The week before the wedding I always imagined myself super stressed out but Erin dealt with everything perfectly to the point that that week and the day of was completely unstressful which always makes for a happy bride!
Erin was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We used her for wedding day management since our venue was mostly a blank canvas that required many outside vendors and day of coordination. Erin was available the few months before our wedding and helped us craft a comfortable timeline. The day of she was an absolute dream! We had walked through our vision and floor plan before the wedding, so that she was able to be on site as the vendors were setting up to ensure everything looked how we envisioned and was placed in the correct spots. I had no idea of any issues until they were already resolved, because Erin handled everything immediately before anyone knew something was wrong! At the end of our wedding reception, Erin had all of the items we needed to bring with us packaged and ready to go so we did not have to spend the time cleaning up and made it to our after party along with our guests! Throughout the whole process, Erin was extremely flexible and answered all questions and concerns timely! She was the BEST decision we made and we know our day would not have been as perfect as it was without her!! Thank you, Erin and 1423 Events!
We know it’s said often but we truly believe some of the best money we spent on wedding planning was on 1423 Events! We worked with Erin and Heather during the planning process, and had Heather as our day of coordinator. We don’t know what we would have done without her. She made sure everything ran like clockwork, helping us stay on track before the ceremony, helping with the train of the dress down the aisle, setting up and taking down our centerpieces, and coordinating the timeline and schedules for all of our other vendors. There was a small snafu with our venue not setting up the arbor for our florist and when Heather heard about it, she literally jumped into action. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of people helping us not need to worry about a thing on our wedding day.
We worked directly with Erin for our event. We used her "Day of Coordinator" package, but don't let the title fool you, she's way more involved than just the day of. Not only is she super sweet and accommodating, she is also a wealth of industry knowledge and resourceful. When we were thrown a couple curve balls in the planning process, she stepped right up to make the vision come to life. We are so thankful for Erin and would partner with her again in a heartbeat.
We cannot say enough about 1423, and Erin in particular. Erin was our day-of coordinator and was the best decision we made in regards to our wedding vendors. She handled everything on our big day with grace and ease and made sure to keep any unnecessary stress away from us! She made it clear from the beginning of the process that her goal was to make sure we felt taken care of and she accomplished that with flying colors. She came highly recommended to us with good reason: she will make sure everything goes according to plan on your big day.
My husband and I hired 1423 Events as our month and day-of wedding coordinator for our August 2018 wedding at the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House. We couldn’t have been more pleased! From our first interaction with Erin, we knew she was the perfect fit for us as a wedding coordinator.
I planned on doing most of the wedding planning myself but just wanted someone to be my plan implementor — and Erin was just that and more! Erin was always very prompt, professional and honest in all of our interactions and provided us with excellent advice and guidance throughout the whole process. I really enjoyed how our meetings with Erin always followed a structure, making them very productive and always very helpful and she was always very prompt with following up after meetings with promised information, documents, etc.
On the day of the wedding, Erin was excellent. She was on-time and helped coordinate the decor set up and vendor arrivals so my husband and I could focus on enjoying the day. Once we arrived on-site, Erin was a multitasking wizard, welcoming in guests, making sure the bridal party was in the proper location and order, making sure all the evenings events were on-time, helping with clean-up and any other little details/issues that popped up — we really couldn’t have asked for a better planner.
Do yourself a favor and hire this wonderfully talented and professional lady — she is excellent and really made us feel at ease on our big day. Thank you Erin!
