15 Acres is a charming and beautiful venue that my husband and I found a A WEEK before our wedding date. Our original venue left us with no options and we were on the verge of canceling our wedding all together until we found 15 acres. Stephanie took her weekend off and immediately did everything she could still make our special day happen and for that we are eternally grateful. If you are in the market for a beautiful all inclusive venue this will be the place to do. She does everything in her power to make your day stress free. She took my original vision of a holiday wedding and turned it into a beautiful, classy and timeless celebration. If i could give 10 stars I would. Seriously if you are interested in 15 acres please reach out to her, you will not be disappointed.

15 Acres single handedly made my wedding the experience that it was. I chose to do the all inclusive package, which made planning a breeze. Alisa was my day of coordinator and she is AMAZING. We started having planning meetings about 9 months out. In between those meetings, I knocked out the to-do list she asked me to do. She responded to all my questions very promptly… and there were a lot!! I’m not sure how she does it, but I have nothing but great things to say.
Dana worked with all outside vendors to make sure I was on the same page as them and helped introduce me to them. The month before my wedding was so hectic: I had to get all my dresses altered and cleaned, I had to finalize all the payments, write my vows, etc. Alisa took so much stress off of me for the day of, and the weeks before. She has lots of experience, so by the end of the planning process, I trusted her enough to say, “You got this!! Use your judgment!”, when she asked my opinion on something.
The venue itself is beautiful. You have a beautiful outside experience with the trees and the pond. The covered pavilion is good too, in case it might rain. The swing is a great spot to take pictures and my guests loved it. And the inside is a 5 star experience. It is very fancy and clean. It is big enough for guests to have a party on the dance floor.
I was so concerned about planning a wedding while working full time, but 15 Acres made it a breeze. Their entire staff is extremely professional and caring. You can also tell that the venue is more than a means of living for them. They legitimately enjoy helping couples plan and execute the happiest day of their lives. You can't say that about most venues!! My husband and I were very emotional for the big day, and Alisa and Stephanie handled it professionally and empathetically.
After planning my wedding for about 11 months and watching it come to life, I have nothing negative to say about my wedding experience with 15 Acres. You can’t go wrong by booking with them!

As father of the bride, I wanted everything perfect. And it was. From planning to the end of the wedding they made everything very smooth.
15 acres have listings of preferred vendors from catering to photographers/videographers. My daughter chose the vendors and Stephanie and Steve took care of the rest. The wedding planner was superb and very patient I’m sure.
I highly recommend 15 acres

Beautiful, Exceptional, Incredible ..... and any other positive words that may come to mind describes 15 Acres. Beautiful describes the venue and grounds. In addition to the bride and groom, the thought and details that went into designing this space lends itself to being an important participant of the wedding party. When I first visited 15 Acres during an Open House I was sold the moment I walked through the doors. Exceptional characterizes the staff. Stephanie and Alisa were always available to discuss any ideas I may have had and assist in any way they could, which during wedding planning is truly appreciated. They both made us feel so comfortable during this process that it felt like family. Incredible represents the service that we received before, during, and after the wedding. Everyone was so attentive and I can tell that it was as important to them as it was to us that everything went according to plan. There is so much more great things I can say, but if someone is ever looking for a great place to have a great wedding experience 15 Acres is it!! With the amazing venue and the help of everyone at 15 Acres my husband and I had the .... Perfect Wedding!!

The venue was beautiful, the team and their vendors really care about your event. We had some hiccups, but they handled everything with the utmost professionalism. And they definitely kept the drinks coming, like I asked. Thank you Stephanie and your team for making sure we had a blast!

Wedding was on 09/18/22 and after a few months of settling in married life and reflecting on my wedding, my review for 15 acres is that though there were minor miscommunication during the planning period, the Sherri and Stephanie were always very responsive to every email, text, phone call to correct the confusion. The venue was accommodating to requests I had, and on my actual wedding day, I was stress free and it was perfect and that's really all that matters. I would recommend this venue to any bride if your vision is outdoors, garden, greenery and would like more guidance in your planning.
15 acres was an hour drive for my husband and I. We initially wanted a place closer to Houston for our guests and ruled it out but as I was visiting other venues, I still felt like 15 acres was the prettiest and checked more of my boxes. Though there is a signature package, Stephanie was willing to work with me on several vendors and allowed me to customize my package to include my own photographer (victorialiu photography), DJ (I won a package during a bridal extravaganza), and though they had a event coordinator, I was able to bring my own trusted friend and coordinator (Loveleeexperiences) as well. I kind of recommend this, as I felt like Vanessa was so vital to making everything go as smooth as it did. So the vendors part of my package initially was cake, food, bar, florals, linen. I didn't include photobooth or videographer initially because I thought I would find a better deal on my own but I ended up going back to Stephanie for recommendations anyway so you might as well just include them in the package. Due to an unfortunate circumstance, I booked Hai Le (JH films) 2 days before our wedding date, he came in clutch and produced a beautiful video for us. All my guests love the photobooth , the backdrop, props and picture quality was great!
I personally think this venue allows a great mix because it is all inclusive in a sense where you don't have to research all the different vendors yourself, but you are still able to communicate with the vendors to schedule tastings, choose your menu), design (you show them the inspo pics and they match it), florals etc. We did a mini chinese tea ceremony in the bridal suite, ordered boba tea for our boba bar, I brought my dog companion to walk as flower dog, invited worship leaders to lead in worship music during the ceremony etc. All of these made my day very special, and Stephanie was very understanding and accommodating.
The set up on day of was beautiful with all the linen, plate setting, centerpieces. Comparing to other wedding venues I've been to this year, I realize how much work Stephanie puts in to keep the place so beautiful with all the natural greenery and flowers. From the bride's and groom suite, the patio, ceremony, indoor reception etc. The background in all my photos are so pretty and I'm so pleased. All the vendors they work with are top notch, all showed up on time and delivered 5/5 results. My guests loved the food (Churrascos), cake was so pretty, open/unlimited bar was easily accessible. The vintage car was also a bonus! I'm thankful to the 15 acres team who all took part in helping us create such a beautiful forever memory. No regrets.

We are so happy we went with 15 Acres for our wedding day! We chose to go with the signature package to keep things as stress free as possible and I am very glad I did. All the vendors were great and it was reassuring knowing they had worked at the venue before. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything since our coordinator Mary and the owner Stephanie did a great job managing our timeline. All of our guests keep telling us how much fun they had and what a beautiful venue we chose!

Loved this venue and their people. Every detail was taken care of. As a bride, I thought I would have to worry about all the details for our wedding, but after talking to Stephanie, the owner of 15 Acres, she reassured me that all my worries and the things I wanted to include in the wedding were there. She was the most loving person to talk to as well, asking for my input and always understanding what my partner and I visualized for our wedding. Their food vendors were the most accommodating as well, they catered to our needs. The dj was awesome and the photographers top notch, they went straight to taking pictures once they saw me, and if there was a pose or something special I wanted to do, they would do so! Thank you all for making the perfect day happen so smoothly.

The venue is beautiful. That’s about the extent of it. I I recommend getting your own vendors and definitely staying away from their packages.
I am still waiting for my wedding album (got married in November 2021) and I was never delivered high-quality pictures when I was finally able to have access to them in mid-January.
The cake design and flavor that I thought I purchased was not what was delivered. I got a plain vanilla cake when I asked for almond flavor. The day of the wedding would’ve been twice as stressful had my best friend not intervened to coordinate last minute details & coordinate people around. The wedding coordinator that I had paid for as part of the package showed up around 2 PM when we were all supposed to be there at 10 AM to get things going. The main owner called Stephanie has to keep fixing everything for everyone of her employees because the coordinator never knew what was going on and would even no call no show to meetings last minute (no call no show to me the person paying for her services).
We went through all the details of the reception and ceremony various time as one does in person and via zoom call for months. The coordinators had things written down for months & kept asking me & my husband up to a few hours before ceremony started, which is very stressful. I had no confidence that my wedding I was going to turn out smoothly and beautifully as one hopes. Granted, it wasn’t awful and it was a pretty wedding although it wasn’t smooth. It was troublesome from the moment I signed the contract all the way to the reception.
The DJ was awful and although he try to follow the top 10 songs I listed, he failed to read the room all night. One of my husbands friends have to stand next to him and tell him what to play in order to fix the vibe of the reception.
Tammy Allen never responds her email or her callbacks. She is too busy with orders and has too many employees. Sometimes when you’re too busy you just don’t have the time to take care of clients properly. A lot of miscommunications could’ve been avoided if people had just answered an email or a phone call
I basically had to harass people for 10 months because things were just not getting done at all or getting done right.
The deposit for my catering was sent to the wrong person and I had to fix that for them by calling the catering company and have them refund the down payment so that 15 Acres could send it to the right catering company. Then later I was told that they had sent it like that on purpose because they just were not comfortable working with a vendor I chose. No one communicated with me prior to making that decision for me. They ghosted me through emails for a week before I intervened via phone call.
They are really good about making sure you sign contracts and making sure you are neck deep in to deposits to the point where you can’t cancel on them and just go somewhere else completely, which is what me and mine our husband wanted to do a few months in after we realize that this was a mistake. My poor mother spent almost 20 grand on 15 Acres and their ‘Signature Package’ for all this to happen.
I now understand that it is physically impossible for people that don’t know you and don’t care about you to plan your one special day no matter the budget and the hard work on one’s part.
I have email and text evidence of everything that is stated above, except the fact that the cake was the wrong flavor… at least it was good and everyone finished it.

Hello Gabriela,
Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We are sorry to hea...
r that you had a frustrating experience. We pride ourselves on our services and the high quality standards we maintain so we do want to take some time to address the concerns listed in your review.
As explained by your photographer, there is a procedure for delivering the high quality wedding photographs and the album. In order to deliver high quality images, the couple must provide the photographer with an address as written on the email that was sent to you with all the digital images on January 15. From there, the couple must select the images for the album which takes anywhere between 3-4 weeks to design the album after the images are selected plus another 4-6 weeks for production. The album images were not selected until February and although the album did take a little longer than expected, the photographer was in constant communication with you during the whole process. As soon as the album was completed on May 9, it was hand delivered to you. From our conversation with your photographer, all high quality images have also been hand delivered to you.
The bakery reached out to introduce themselves months in advance but a cake consultation/tasting was not requested until October. Usually, any communication about cake flavors, details, etc. happen after the first consultation and tasting. Although the communication with the bakery was not sooner as expected, they did meet with you at the time the appointment was requested to discuss all the details of your cake. The cake design and flavor that was delivered was exactly what you had asked for and the bakery has documentation of everything that was delivered with your cake details.
The wedding coordinator was aware of your wedding details at all times during the planning process. There was only one occasion when your coordinator was not able to attend a planning meeting due to a last minute personal emergency but the owner was still able to meet with you and plan the wedding details scheduled for that specific meeting. We are very respectful of our couple’s times and that is why instead of cancelling or rescheduling, someone else is always available to help if needed. In regards to the day of coordination, we always have two coordinators on wedding days. The first coordinator is there from 10am-2pm to open the venue and assist with the venue set up while you do your hair and makeup. The main coordinator shows up at 2pm which is hours before the ceremony. The main coordinator stays until the rest of the night and to close the venue down completely. We do apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you in advance but that is the way we schedule our coordinators.
As far as the music, we appreciate any feedback from our clients about our preferred vendors. We take every vendor partnership very seriously at 15 Acres and even undergo a delicate interview process to make sure that each vendor’s values, morals and professionalism equal the high expectations that we seek for our clients. Please note that we have taken all feedback into consideration and we no longer partner with that specific DJ.
The catering deposit that you claim was “sent to the wrong caterer” is a false statement. We have a specific process when booking the caterer and can assure you that this process was followed with your wedding. First, we inform the couple of our preferred caterer and, at the same time, provide the caterer with the couple's contact information and their wedding specifics. Secondly, the caterer reaches out to the couple to set up a consultation and tasting with them. After the tasting, the couple makes their menu selection and it is then when we pay a deposit based on the menu selection and number of anticipated guests. In your situation, we offered one of our two caterers back in March, 2021. We did send your wedding details to the caterer and they did reach out to you to schedule a tasting but you expressed that you did not want to use this specific caterer and we respected your decision. That being the case, a consultation and tasting never happened with this caterer which means that there was never a confirmation nor a menu selection made. No invoice involving your event was ever presented to 15 Acres by this caterer as there was nothing to invoice for which obviously means that no deposit was ever sent to them either. We have all the documentation that shows all communication between you, our caterer and our staff. A tasting was scheduled with the caterer that you did want in October and we sent the deposit to this caterer on October 21st as soon as we received your menu selection.
Our venue takes great pride in our reputation of dealing honestly and with respect for all our clients. Therefore, we kindly ask you to please edit your review to remove the false accusations.
At 15 Acres we love what we do. Our entire staff dedicates plenty of time to make sure that each couple's special day is everything they dreamed of and we apologize if you felt this was not the case for your wedding. Once again, thank you for the feedback.
Yours sincerely,
15 Acres

I genuinely could not have hoped for any more in a wedding venue and team. I would recommend this wedding venue to ANYONE and I love it so much I want them to still be around when my kids get married! I could write about them all day, but here are some of the reasons we adore the 15 acres venue and team.
Firstly, Stephanie. She is probably one of the first faces you will see. She is the heart and soul of 15 acres. We originally toured in March 2020 via Facetime, and from the first hello we could feel Stephanie’s genuine warmth. She was transparent, kind, and as excited for us as our own family. We booked, without an in person tour, because we knew she cared about our big day as much as we did. She fulfilled all her promises, and more!
Second, the venue itself. We did our first walkthrough of the location during our engagement photos. From the outdoor ceremony space to the covered space overlooking the lake, to the picturesque dock… we had tons of material to work with outdoors! I was pretty set on an outdoor ceremony, so I hadn’t put much thought into the indoor space other than it being open- but boy it blew me away. The chandeliers in the main space, the grooms cabin (with its own bathroom), the bridal suite (with its own bathroom) and the incredible open indoor space were GORGEOUS. As I’ll talk about later in the review, this was incredibly important, because we actually ended up having our ceremony indoors!
Thirdly, the vendors. The vendor recommendations were PHENOMENAL. They gave us recommendations I hadn’t seen elsewhere, and I especially received so many compliments about our food (Churrascos), our flowers (Hen House Florals), and our photographer (Audrey Lane Photo). They coordinated seamlessly with each of our vendors and made sure there were no hiccups or miscommunications along the way.
Fourth, the details! For me personally, I had some overall themes I wanted. I shared my Pinterest board and thoughts with the 15 acres team, and they made it happen. I didn’t have to worry about details like napkins, table placement, or if everyone would know when and where to be. I had the option to be as involved as I wanted- but they took all my dreams about our day and made them a reality.
Lastly… they were LIFESAVERS. We had SO many last minute changes. We found a perfect personalized sign with our dog as the art, so they made a signature drink happen. It POURED rain our wedding weekend, and they moved our ceremony space from outside, to covered, all the way to inside (and they made it more beautiful than I could’ve imagined). Our dog, Opal, was in the emergency room the morning of the wedding, and they were there for anything that I needed and were present without being overbearing. Even for our final sendoff, they surprised us by bringing the car around, even though we thought it wouldn’t be possible with the weather (Thank you Stephanie’s husband aka our chauffeur!).
John and I have been together for almost 5 years now and have been in/to a lot of weddings. We have seen so many stressed out couples and thought we would be able to relate when our time came around- but honestly every detail was made so easy by 15 acres. Every staff member was thoughtful, kind, and talented. They took care of us, and let us focus on enjoying our special day. Special thank you again to Stephanie, Mary, and Dana.
TLDR; Get married at 15 acres.

My wedding was a little over 2 weeks ago and
I cannot stop replaying the whole day in my head! Everything was PERFECT. Stephanie and Alisa made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. They were so organized and professional and this was awesome for us. I felt so stress free on the day of our wedding and this had a lot to do with the staff and our other amazing vendors. Definitely recommend this venue! We got so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the venue was!! The only downside is that it's kinda in the middle of nowhere but SO worth it for how beautiful it is.

My daughter had the time of her life on her wedding day! As soon as she saw the venue she knew it was it! I am a control freak but the day of the wedding they did not allow me to do anything! THANK YOU! I was able to enjoy my daughter and guests all day with out a worries in mind! I don't consider this venue a do it yourself kind of venue. You will spend twice as much. Allow them to cater to your needs and trust it will all turn out as amazing as ours did! From the dressing rooms to the attention to detail through out the day! My daughter was super happy!

Steph was so unprofessional to work with so much miscommunication it was pitiful. Her & Dana claimed to help out with wedding planning but were unhelpful. Putting too much faith & trust in them is my biggest regret. So many things were said that was later denied. Record EVERY convo. Here’s a list:
*We tried negotiating champagne toast costs which would cut our price in half but Steph was consumed with her image & insisted to pay double for glass vs plastic flutes so we went with noisemakers which were passed out prematurely. Since this issue we were treated as problem clients.
*Cake vendor went MIA 2 days B4 the wedding. Steph rudely told me to go with whatever someone else could make. Dana sent me a text message saying “Could not get Monique to call back do had to resort to texting. I am forwarding screen shots of our exchanges. What a piece of work.” I couldn't answer her calls bc I had multiple Dr. appts that she was aware of. When I confronted her she claimed to refer to the cake vendor. BS. Steph also said the wedding cake was NOT listed as part of the package. We had to send her papers of her own handwriting proving this was included. She agreed to eat the cost but made sure to recoup it at our expense.
*Centerpiece details were discussed months in advance. The day B4 the wedding my family & I came to decorate. She was buried in her phone and rude to all. We asked to borrow scissors that she denied having but when I went to her office I saw 2 pairs on her desk.
*Caterer dropped off food with servers provided by Steph. Instead of serving Mexican OR Venezuelan dishes people were given 1 of everything, food ran out & 3 tables were left unserved. She blamed the caterer but after speaking with him & guests, it was her fault. Caterer said instructions were given to ALL parties & not followed. People also went in line multiple times B4 everyone was served.Staff knew but didn't address & we paid $200 to feed the last 3 tables.
*Steph asked gratuity from us for servers the day before the wedding, requesting cash in an envelope even though they were paid well. People also complained their plates were taken up too soon. We didn't even get to taste our own cake bc of this.
*We were called to cut the cake & upon arrival there were no plates, silverware or staff.
*We got pulled aside by Steph and Dana ALL DAY to confirm the schedule despite talking through this multiple times. Some things were still cut out.
*Chandelier was included in the package that broke beforehand and we were not notified.
*She ruined our sparkler exit pics with her stank face (pics on Yelp).
*We were never notified our security deposit will NOT be refunded. When we reached out she accused us of endangering wildlife for using colored smoke as props. She accused vendors of diffusing it in the lake & they denied it. We pleaded with her to provide security footage. She refused & didn’t want to be involved but lies & expects us to take her word for it. Despite explaining why we didn’t breach the contract she later added more ridiculous excuses & that's how she was able to recoup the cake cost, which is coincidentally the same price.
*I fell ill B4 & during the wedding from severe stress & sought medical care. We have plenty evidence to support how we did NOT breach the contract & wanted to take her to court for more than our deposit but we are now expecting & holding off. I would NOT recommend this venue to anyone. She puts up a nice façade but her drama isn't worth it.
response 02/11/2020
Monique,
As stated in Yelp, I would like to personally apologize for your unpleasant exp...
erience but feel the need to clarify all details mentioned in your review. Most of the items you listed relate back to having a customized wedding versus an all-inclusive package. Your customized package included 8 services provided by 15 Acres in total: a day of coordinator, table place settings, tablecloths, chargers, glass cylinders with mirrors on tables, draping ceremony arbor, cash bar and departure sparklers. Please reference our website for explanation on all-inclusive versus customized packages at https://15- acres.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Wedding-Packages-SneakPeak.pdf
Here is a list in order for clarification to each item you mentioned above:
1. Miscommunication: Please note that for all events a contract is written and agreed upon by both parties. An itemized invoice that clearly indicates all services included in their package is provided to all of our couples. We encourage couples to select an all-inclusive package, as this puts most of the responsibility and detailing on us.
2. Champagne Toast: As noted above, a customized package with a cash bar was chosen, therefore champagne was an additional cost. At 15 Acres, we require china and glassware be used for all of our events. This was clearly explained during one of our initial conversations with you and Jason. The $400 we were charging you included the cost of the champagne, the cost of a bartender to serve it and the use and washing of the champagne flutes.
3. Noisemakers were distributed while the toasts were ongoing with specific directions to the guests to use them after the toasts were finished. Unfortunately, we are unable to control children blaring them prior to the toast.
4. Cake: We do apologize for not adding the cost of the cake to the invoice at the time the request was made and for accidentally sending you a text message. We did notify you as soon as we realized that the cake was never added to your original invoice. Our itemized invoice clearly defines the inclusions for all events and although we did agree that this was a mistake from 15 Acres, we moved forward to provide your dream cake at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the originally selected cake vendor went out of business, and as you noted in your review, went MIA a few days before the wedding. We responded quickly by reaching out to other vendors and were able to secure your cake in just two days.
5. Centerpieces: Centerpiece options offered by 15 Acres were discussed in advance, with the final decision made to not include them in the customized package as a means to save money. Since the centerpieces were not provided by our team, we don’t hold responsibility to assemble the decorations. We are, however, more than happy to assist with things such as; adding water to vases, lighting candles, and placing finished centerpieces on the table before the event. The pieces of unassembled centerpieces that you brought in that day consisted of artificial flowers with wire stems. We mentioned that our scissors are for paper use only and are not meant to be used to cut wires.
6. Catering: You selected an outside vendor who had not previously worked at our venue. We did reach out to the caterer and even provided a walk through after hours at our venue to familiarize them with our kitchen and ballroom. Please understand that we are not aware of any prior agreements between you and any outside vendor. We only coordinate the time of arrival, set up and any special requests ahead of time. In this case, the caterer showed up extremely late (minutes before the ceremony), when we specifically asked him to be there at least 2 hours prior to the ceremony. He was unprepared, and did not have the proper equipment, such as chafing dishes and serving utensils, which 15 Acres had to provide. This was a buffet style meal with the guests requesting portions of both entrees and sides as they moved through the buffet line. Regardless, there was inadequate food provided by the caterer for the number of guests that were guaranteed. As soon as we realized that the caterer was running out of food, we had no other option but to reach out to you directly for authorization to purchase more food to feed the remaining guests.
7. Gratuity: The servers are paid an hourly rate, but it is encouraged that they also receive gratuity for their services (just like in a restaurant). This was only a suggestion and never mandatory. With that in mind, you elected to not provide any additional gratuity for the servers. The day of the event, we paid this gratuity for the servers out of pocket. The servers were hired to serve the food, which again, was a buffet style only, and not a plated event. Please note, that they did not have to serve the cake to the guests. 15 Acres staff, which includes bartenders, security and myself, served the cake to the guests.
8. Day of Coordination: Our goal for all couples is to have the least amount of interruptions as possible. A timeline is created a few days prior to the day of the event. In this case, additional activities were added to the discussed itinerary on the actual day of the event without informing the day of coordinator, which created the need to reach out to you directly.
9. Chandelier: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the chandelier being damaged a few days prior to the event. We were unable to make repairs in time for your wedding day.
10. Staff in Images: During the exit, we hand out and light the sparklers, coordinate guest line up, clear the pathway for your photographer to position themselves to capture the perfect exit for you and open the doors for you to make your grand departure. There is a high probability that some of our staff may appear in some of your exit photos and throughout the event. We do thank you for pointing this out and will make efforts to be more aware of this for future events.
11. Smoke Bombs: It is clearly defined in the contract agreement, that any violation to the terms and conditions will result in withholding of the security deposit. As previously discussed, the deposit cannot be released if any of the following terms are violated: The contract indicates no open flames outside on the property; all vendors must provide $1,000,000 in Commercial General Liability Insurance for Bodily Injury and Property Damage; the names and contact information for your vendors are to be given to us prior to the wedding. You and your vendors are required to do everything within your power to protect the property and wildlife on the property. We were never informed that you were planning on using smoke bombs on the dock and surrounding fields. Had we been told during any of the numerous face-to-face or email communications, we would have insisted on insurance to protect our property. Everything we have read indicate that smoke bombs pose a risk of explosion, burns, stains, and fire. Fortunately, we did not have these issues, but because they pose a risk, they are not permitted without insurance.
Additionally, you made a last minute, uninsured change from having your DJ provide “Dancing on the Cloud” effects to having your family members fog the room to the point that we had to immediately pull the machine out of the building before it set off the sprinkler system and created a disturbance.
Although the deposit cannot be refunded, you received a generous number of incentives and gifts such as a 25% discount on the venue rental, 25 free guests, a $250 certificate and your grand departure sendoff vehicle (all of which total over $2,500 off your wedding day invoice).
At 15 Acres, we work hard to coordinate with all outside vendors, and do our best to ultimately support all couples during their special day regardless of whether they select a customized or all-inclusive package. Once again, we apologize for any misunderstandings. We feel that we did everything we could to make this a special day for you and your guests, despite your feelings towards the outcome.
Best Wishes,
Stephanie Jacobson

As I reflect back on my first wedding anniversary today, January 4th, it is absolutely impossible to pick a favorite moment from that magical day, but I do know that none of it would have been possible without the help of Stephanie and her team at 15 Acres.
From the moment we scheduled our first tour, I knew that I didn’t want to see any more venues. It was the perfect fit. I cannot begin to describe the subtle beauty and charm of this place. From the gorgeous windows surrounding the entire venue, to the elegant bridal suite, and of course my now-husbands favorite part, the scenic outdoor lake with a fishing pier. We knew this was the place for us.
Stephannie was so helpful in planning and understanding all of our wants and needs. She was always available for any questions I had at any hour. I was very thrilled that Stephanie and my mother hit it off right away. Stephanie is absolutely wonderful about making everyone feel important. Either of us could call, email or text her at any time, and she was always willing to go the extra mile.
I cannot tell you how many compliments I received on the day of my wedding, and for many weeks thereafter. It all went together seamlessly, because of Stephanie. She guided us every step of the way, from the pacing of the wedding, to the catering company we chose, to the picturesqe table settings and so much more! Stephanie and her team at 15 Acres will go above and beyond to make your vision come to life. Choose this venue. You won’t regret it!

What a great experience we had at 15 Acres! The grounds are beautiful, the bridal suite is spacious and elegant, and groom's cabin is so fun! The ballroom is what my daughter loved! Its bright and elegantly beautiful! Kind of a blank slate that will adapt to whatever color palette you choose.
Stephanie and her staff are all very professional. They step in and will help with everything! Stephanie and Mary helped my daughter's dream wedding happen. I can't say enough about how great our experience was! We highly recommend 15 Acres.

This is the place to have the best weeding! They work with you to make your day everything you could have dream. Stephanie was great and so were everyone else on her crew. They offer so much that most venues dont for an amazing price. The property is beautiful as well. " Its your day and its about what YOU want" was said over and over. They also came to the rescue to help pick up where another vendor had dropped the ball. They have so much to offer and were amazing we had a blast!

This venue is absolutely breath taking. It has a great atmosphere, and amazing staff that is very helpful. Stephanie is very helpful, and gave me some vendors that she had worked with at the venue. 15 Acres is very beautiful and makes for great pictures. I am so glad I was able to have my wedding at 15 acres. The day of my wedding went smoothly, and I didn't feel one bit stressed. I know the groomsmen and my now husband loved the groom's quarters being able to drink a beer play some pool, and watch T.V. while waiting for the ceremony time. The bridal quarters is amazing and was so fun to get ready in with my girls.

Excellent venue with an exceptional staff! I was so blessed to find this venue and especially Stephanie. She helped us every step of the way plan and pull off a wedding in 3 1/2 weeks for 100 people. We chose a Friday evening and it happened to be a rainy one but, they were prepared. The evening was flawless and beautiful.
We received several compliments from our guests as well. We highly recommend this venue.
Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough but, thank you to Stephanie and staff for helping my daughter have a dream wedding!

My now husband and I, absolutely loved this venue. From the time the broke ground until the grand opening- they were completely accommodating and helpful every step of the way. The total experience was worth every penny. The entire evening and afterwards, we were getting complements on the beautiful venue we had picked and how did we find it. The owners and staff there were accommodating to our guest as well as the wedding party. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! The surrounding area and pavilion where the ceremony took place were absolutely beautiful. The pictures the photographer took there were amazing. The grounds provided the perfect backdrop to the photos! If you are looking for a serene and scenic place for your marriage ceremony and reception, look no further! This is definitely the place. The lake looked beautiful in the photos, the surroundings provided a simple, yet elegant touch, and the customer service from the entire staff really made the difference to make this place a hidden gem. Just as they wished us nothing but happiness, sincerely, we wish them nothing but the best as they continue to make brides and grooms alike- feel out of this world on their special day. We can't thank Ari and Stephanie enough for making our dream wedding become a reality!

Absolutely fantastic!! We had a corporate anniversary party here, not a wedding, and the whole time I was imagining how amazing it would have been to have my wedding here. The place is beautiful----you feel like you are in your own secluded world without traffic and normal life distractions. The main building is gorgeous----2 walls of windows overlooking the pretty pond (filled with fish---we had several kids catch their first-ever fish!!!). We had room to comfortably put 150 guests AND the serving area AND a photo booth AND a DJ/award presentation area AND a coffee station with dessert presentation AND an entire casino party set-up (which alone took up 900 square feet) AND several tables of products , give-aways, and prizes. The owners were AMAZING---super willing to work with us on everything (they even helped us decorate, and they were invaluable helping strategize the layout and coordinating all the inside vendors!). The front area had plenty of room for a welcome table without interfering with the flow. The grounds are beautiful---tons of space surrounded by trees (perfect for the outdoor games and bounce houses!), with a cute gazebo (perfect photo backdrop for you brides!) and a HUGE open concrete porch with the biggest ceiling fan I have ever seen. The porch made the perfect spot for some high tables and overlooked the pond. It was a hot day but it stayed cool on the porch. I have never written a review about a parking area, ha ha, but they have the smartest area out front---I can see where it a would be a perfect for a picturesque carriage or getaway car. We had two giant event tents set up out there and it didn't take away from the access to the building or porch in any way. Something else we considered an unexpected bonus for our corporate event---they have a separate little cabin about 100 yards from the main building (not so far it isn't readily accessible for even the elderly guests , but far enough that you can feel like you have your own space). They had a big tv in there and we were able to play a popular football game in there----several of our employees spent some time there playing pool, watching the game, and relaxing on the back porch area. It felt like a retreat. Full kitchen and game tables---we didn't need it, but I could imagine some fun times for the guys. They even had a bunch of DVDs in there!
The bartenders were GREAT--- organized and friendly, nobody was ever left waiting.
Overall, this was an absolutely amazing spot for our company event and the owners were heaven-sent. I have had SO many happy comments from attendees and even kuddos from my boss! I am very jealous of the future brides that have their weddings here, ha ha.

We are so glad we chose 15 Acres for our daughter's wedding on September 30, 2017! Stephanie and Ari were so easy to work with, answered all my questions and helped us make decisions as we were planning. This is a brand new venue - it was still being built when we booked it. The setting in the country is so pretty and peaceful. We had the ceremony outside and the reception inside the beautiful building. Fortunately the weather was perfect for us but the venue has a huge covered porch where an outside wedding can be held if the weather is bad. The Bride's room is perfect, with huge mirrors, salon chairs for make-up and hair and comfy chairs and sofas. The Groom and his friends had a separate cabin where they played pool and video games before dressing for the wedding. The bar is handled through the venue so that was one less vendor we had to worry about. Our guests were all impressed with our venue! The venue is really beautiful, but the best part is working with Stephanie and Ari!

15 Acres was a dream of a venue. The staff was so helpful before and during the event. The interior is elegant modern since it is new construction. Also the exterior grounds are beautiful and served for our wedding pictures. I would highly recommend this venue. Ari thank you so much for helping us having a dream wedding.

I'll try to keep this short. My wife and I were excited about our daughter's Big Day. Being a professional in the industry, they both began to make plans 1 year in advance. Of course, 1st on the list was venue. They decided on 15 Acres bc the proposed vision fit her style. My daughter sent out Save the Date to guest list with Dec. 26th wedding date. This had to be changed bc Stephanie said building wouldn't be completed in time. We asked her for time-line to base new date. We agreed on Jan. 21st. New save the dates were sent out.
My wife and I visited with Stephanie 2 weeks prior to our daughter's Big Day. We walked the venue and it was obvious that it was still understand heavy construction. Stephanie said not to worry bc everything would be completed less a handful of minor items to which we agreed. I asked several times for a Plan B but she assured us none was needed. I told her my wife always has a backup plan.We went ahead and shared with her our backup plan in the event it rained. Anyways, we left the meeting that day with no Plan B and still worried.
The vendors, as usual, like to visit the venue in advance so they can prepare their game plan. My wife received a call from a vendor and suggested that we visit bc it still didn't look like it was close to completion. Right away we schedule an appt with Stephanie, to which she gladly welcomed it. On Friday morning, a day prior to the wedding day, we drove an hour to face, what turned out to be a wedding planners nightmare.
Stephanie welcomed us and walked us through the venue and said "it all looks great for tomorrow!"
She said how the walls, although not finished (not painted, only tape and float), looked like a "beautiful pattern." This was the entry. We walked inside and no ceiling tiles were installed only the ceiling grids. Her comment was, "your guests won't even notice bc they'll be looking at the beautiful chandeliers."
Long story short, we did not have our daughter's wedding here. Stephanie could not give us a solution while under pressure. My wife and I maintained our composure and kindly asked her to get on the phone and give us names of her competitors. It wasn't until 5 pm that we finalized on Agave Estates. Yes, we had to call EVERYONE with last minute change.
I can go on but the point is that with such a major event as this and with so much at stake, we could not rely on 15 Acres to put a smile on daughter's face. Instead, we had major help from friends in the industry.

I appreciate your feelings but you and I differ on the details of your story. When you cam...
e out to our venue two weeks before your daughter’s wedding, we were very open that we would not be complete by the wedding but we promised to do everything we could to be as ready as possible. You and your wife both responded that our commitment was all you could ask for; at no time did you ask for an alternative. We had workers working on the stone and landscaping in freezing temperatures and rain but unfortunately, they were not able to make enough progress.
When you came out at 9:00 am the Friday before your wedding, you asked for a plan B. We called at least 30 different venues and gave you five solid options including Agave Estates that fit in your budget (which we offered to cover). We gave you this list by 11:00 on Friday. You said you wanted a different venue which was three times your budget and asked for us to pay for this out of our own pocket. When this venue added on additional costs, you decided to go with Agave Estates, at 5:00 pm. We helped make that happen. We paid for your daughter’s wedding at Agave Estates, we reimbursed your Save the Dates which you had to change, and we reimbursed you for various expenses you incurred since you moved your wedding. We continue to apologize for the uncontrollable weather delays we experienced, but we moved your daughter's wedding at our expense to give her the best alternative solution at the time.

My daughter's wedding was scheduled for December 17th, 2016 at a privately owned venue. On December 11th we were told that we could no longer use this location. Of course we were scrambling to find an alternative venue to house 250 guests. 15 Acres was one of the venues I called on Monday morning. Even though their Reception Hall was not quite finished they were willing to do what it took to make my daughter's wedding a reality for that coming weekend. Can you imagine the service you will get when the facility is up and running in full force? The grounds and reception hall are going to be breath taking when all is finished this January. Brides you really need to go check out 15 Acres. Stephanie and her daughter Ariel are amazing! They will do what it takes to make your day perfect!
