We had an amazing experience with 2 Friends for day-of-coordination! Daniela was awesome to work with. She really went above and beyond to make sure that our complex wedding day went smoothly. We cannot thank her and 2 Friends enough!
Jen was flawless. She made our day perfect! She anticipated and solved problems before we even knew about them. She was so sweet and kind. She just totally took care of us! Knowing that she was so on top of it gave me the peace of mind to enjoy every second of my wedding day. We really could not have done this without her.
Slonne from 2friendsevents is an absolute must for your wedding! We got to work with her for our day of wedding coordinator and she was extremely helpful, thoughtful and on top of it the day of. She made our wedding turn out to be so beautiful and I would highly recommend her. She worked so hard to get the timeline perfected and made sure we were taken care of the day of the wedding. We used 2 Friends for our month of coordination for our wedding in Oakland and Carissa was amazing. She was so helpful and did a great job of coordinating many vendors. She helped with a walk through beforehand and got many of the vendors to come. She provided many helpful suggestions and steered us through some of the final planning hurdles. She did such a fantastic job day of and my wife and I were able to just really enjoy our day. We chose them for the competitive pricing and were so happy with the amazing job that Carissa did!
We were recommended 2 Friends Events by our venue and booking them was the easiest decision we made during our entire engagement. We did the partial wedding planning package and it was worth every cent. Nichole is incredibly knowledgeable, worked within our budget and had answers to any wedding-related question we threw at her. She is great at breaking down the timeline into buckets so that the entire wedding planning process feels manageable. She is plugged into the industry and knows many of the vendors, their quirks, and how best to work with them to ensure everything is as smooth as possible! She also has a catalog of very affordable rentable items of things you forget to think about (bathroom baskets, blankets, chargers, etc.) that take your wedding to the next level. We cannot recommend her enough!
Right from contacting 2 Friends to the completion of the event was smooth, professional and efficient. Nichole was very pleasant to work with - she listed the different packages and suggested what would be the most suitable for my needs. Carissa B. was assigned to the project and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was a delight to work with, going above and beyond the expectations. She thought of the tiniest details and had solutions for some complex logistics. I knew from fairly early on that I didn’t have to worry about anything because Carissa was going to solve any issue should any come up. The event went flawlessly. Many thanks to Carissa B. for the planning and the execution of the event, and to Nichole for making the process of engagement with her firm from beginning to the end easy and efficient.
We absolutely loved working with Nicole, our wedding planner, and Tanya, our day-of coordinator. They were both energetic, flexible, communicative, and super helpful in co-designing our vision. We picked them because we felt confident they could keep us on track throughout the process and make sure we focused on what mattered most to us, and they absolutely delivered. The last week was a breeze because of them, and the wedding day wouldn't have been the same without them.
Nichole was such a great support and I feel so lucky to have hired her. Having had some event planning experience myself, many people questioned why I would hire a wedding planner, and I have to say it was the best decision I could have made for my wedding. There were so many aspects I hadn't thought of that she was able to bring to the table. Having event experience even if it's with other peoples' weddings does not mean you can plan your own wedding. She gave me so much guidance and helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel when I was overwhelmed.
My personal flaw is actually seeing things through and tying up those final annoying details that I was procrastinating on. Nichole did not allow that to happen and was able to lift me up every time and get things done.
If you are considering getting a planner, the hype is real. Before even hiring her, she had already given me so much valuable advice that I decided to not look any further.

We hired Carissa B as our month of coordinator and she was an absolute delight! Cannot recommend her enough. Her calm demeanor made us feel at ease right away. She helped us iron out all the key details at the site visit and crafted a timeline that made sense. The day of went flawlessly! She was also kind enough to store some of our items in her car before and after the day because the venue was a bit strict. We felt like she was on our team and helped us pull off the best day. Would highly recommend Carissa!
I was a mostly DIY bride with a tight budget, but I knew the value of having some help the day of the wedding to let me and my husband have a joyful, stress-free wedding day. The Wedding Assistant package provided just that! We worked with Marvina and Daniela, who together supported us through the seamless wedding day of my dreams! They handled day of communication with our vendors, helped keep us on time (and fed and hydrated!), and set up/took down all the decor. The decor looked even better than in I could have imagined and set up/tear down was an absolute breeze! But even better was the sense of calm and ease Marvina and Daniela gave us on our wedding day, and sweet touches like the extra polaroids they took of us lining up for and exiting our ceremony for our photo guest book. I would recommend 2 Friends Events to any Bay Area bride - it is 100% worth finding room in the budget to be able to relax and enjoy the day!
I came to 2 Friends Event because my original wedding coordinator had a family emergency and backed out a month before the wedding. I found 2 Friends Events on The Knot and was blown away by the amazing reviews. I chose to go with the month-of-coordination and was partnered with Carissa B. Carissa B was amazing every step of the way. She immediately took on the chaos from my other coordinator and she reassured me everything was going to work out great! Carissa B. was so easy to talk to, very professional and very experienced. As the days to the wedding got closer, Carissa B. was on top of coordinating with the vendors and working through a few last minute changes. On the day of the wedding Carissa B. made sure everything ran smoothly, the venue was set up and decorated amazingly and she always made sure to check on me. The entire day turned out better than I could have imagined and I owe a lot of that to Carissa B. I highly recommend 2 Friends Events and especially Carissa B!!!
We were incredibly fortunate to have Nichole from 2 Friends Event as our month-of wedding planner. From day one, she not only heard our vision but brought it to life in the most spectacular way. Nichole’s guidance was invaluable, and her calm and patient demeanor on the day of the wedding was a true blessing.
Nichole ensured that our wedding, which blended two cultures and religions (Indian and American), was a seamless and beautiful experience, and she was extremely organized and detail oriented. During the day of the wedding she made sure that everyone knew to come to her with questions, sparing the bride & groom from any unnecessary stress. At the end of the night she made sure everything was packed up and that all vendors were good to go.

We are so glad that we hired 2FriendsEvents! Nichole was such an invaluable help to us for our wedding. We hired her for month-of-coordination. We wanted to plan the wedding ourselves, but knew that we would need help on the actual day. I’m SO glad that we hired her for the month-of package. She responded promptly to emails (even with questions before the one-month mark!), came with us on our venue tour, and was EXTRAORDINARY in the two weeks leading up to the wedding. There were so many things that we hadn’t thought through - appetizer pacing, serving utensils, ceremony timing, etc. - that she swiftly, kindly, and expertly helped us figure out. On the day of the wedding, she handled it all. We got to enjoy a leisurely morning and our families got to relax, too! From the very beginning to the very end of the night (including cleanup long after we left), Nichole was on it. I can’t recommend 2FriendsEvents enough!
There is no question that choosing 2 Friends Events as our wedding planner was the best decision we made throughout the process. (And of course, we made a lot of other smart and delightful decisions thanks to the 2FE team!) From our first call through the week after our wedding, Nichole and her team provided us constant support, seamless logistics and research, and brought so much joy to the planning process. As our planner, Nichole listened, helped keep us focused on what we said was important to us, and was always five steps ahead with her proactivity and organization. And my goodness, did she bring our vision to life! Everything from it being colorful and vibrant to finding an ADA friendly venue to incorporating our dog and favorite beverage Spindrift to herding us all on the wedding day (no strong feat!). Last but not least, each person we interacted with was just kind and a good human being. When we had a family crisis the weeks leading up to the wedding, she immediately helped pull together contingency plans. We couldn't have been more grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you, Nichole and team! Trust us, you won't regret choosing 2 Friends Events.
Nichole was such an incredible partner throughout our wedding planning process. She was so kind and thoughtful and kept us calm when we felt stressed and overwhelmed. She advocated for us with other vendors and was incredibly responsive. The day of the wedding was a blur but we couldn’t have gotten through so smoothly without Nichole!
Patricia was amazing from start to finish. During our initial venue visit, she made an immediate impact helping us along with key decisions and overall timeline. She worked so closely with each of our vendors to make sure everything was ready for our wedding day. Day of, Patricia was organized, calm, and positive. Her excitement and positive attitude was so wonderful on our day, it truly felt like she was excited to be part of our celebration. Patricia always provided thorough and detailed information when requested and was so quick at responding to any of our emails, texts, calls. We could not thank Patricia enough for all of her help!
Can't rave enough about Melanie at 2 Friends Events!! She was so helpful and kept our wedding running smoothly. My ask of her was to help keep everything on time and get us to the dance floor as soon as possible. A very tough ask, I know. But she delivered and we had a stress-free all-smiles wedding because of her. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone getting married and planning a wedding!
Jen and 2 Friends Events were a lifesaver throughout my wedding. Both Nicole and Jen were so patient throughout the entire process, even after I misread the contract twice and had additional questions and ended up adjusting my contract. My partner and I were planning the whole thing on our own, and appreciated the detail they went into in our phone calls and timeline walkthroughs, as we were incredibly naive to wedding planning. Jen was a dream throughout the whole time. She anticipated our needs on the day-of, handling many of the details we didn't even think of at the time, like putting our "bride" and "groom" place-cards in a safe box after dinner, along with some other precious items from our ceremony. For what they offer, 2 Friends events is reasonably priced!! Save yourself the stress and go with them! I cannot imagine trying to have my wedding without the support and management of Jen, and 2 Friends Events in general. (Side note - We ended up hiring our bartender Elijah, through 2 Friends Events as well and he was excellent, we even got his recipes for our signature drinks afterwards!) Cannot rave enough about Jen and 2 Friends Events. If I could do it all over the exact same way, I absolutely would.
I was beyond thrilled with the day of coordination support we received from 2 Friends Events. We worked with Jessica and she went above and beyond in supporting us with our timeline, reception layout, table decor and everything. I couldn't imagine how we would have done this reception without her. She was meticulously organized and very helpful in laying out everything we should have for a seamless wedding and reception. Would highly recommend.
I found 2 Friends on the Knot. I was impressed by the high review and the comments. Patricia was our wedding planner for the final month. She’s extremely detail oriented and helped us to save money on many things. She also made multiple trips to return items we bought from Amazon that didn’t turn out okay. I’m extremely grateful for her help and the wedding was truly stunning and memorable.
Meeting Melanie from 2 Friends for a site walk-through was an inflection point for our planning experience that marked a sharp reduction in stress and increased confidence that we would pull it all off.

Our only regret is not meeting Melanie sooner. We had so many questions leading up to our wedding. Melanie helped put us at ease with her clear communication and organization. She was able to give us the direction we needed to pull together the final days of preparation and was instrumental in setting up our venue for the event. She and Jamie were incredible with their management of our vendors and our wedding party. They were very respectful and never intrusive and allowed the event to have some more “organic” moments, even if it meant slightly modifying our agenda. We are so grateful for our experience and could not have asked for a better coordinator.
I cannot say enough things about 2 Friends Events! First, as our wedding planner, Nichole was BEYOND AMAZING. We are a relatively young couple and had a vision for our wedding but did not know how to execute it. She listened, gave us options, helped sort out any doubts, and planned everything around the wishes we shared with her. She is very organized and friendly, so we never felt worried. Any time that we felt worried, she would ease us and reassure us :)
Chrystal, the in-house florist, works magic! Again, we had a vision but not many ways to describe it. We gave her colors and the feeling we wanted, and SHE DELIVERED. Our flower arrangements were gorgeous and exceeded our expectations! Especially my bouquet!
Last but certainly not least, I want to praise the day-of coordination team. We had someone from the team make an exclusive drive to pick up our cake (2 Friends Events to the rescue!). While Nichole and another team member took care of the reception, Asya and Daniela were with us at the ceremony. Daniela was so sweet in helping me with my dress and calming my nerves before I walked down the aisle! And Asya! She was fantastic!!! We were so nervous and gave her a quick overview of the ceremony beforehand (probably not a very useful one). Yet, she paid attention and outdid herself in helping us during the ceremony to make everything work out! She even took a few photos with our phones so we could have those immediately to share with our family.
My now husband and I will 100% recommend working with 2 Friends Events. Do not miss out on having the greatest team for your wedding day!
Nichole is beyond amazing!!! We got married in August 2022 and she arranged the perfect day for us. From the first moment we met Nichole, to the frequent planing sessions (that she organized around our hectic schedules), to the actual day of, Nichole was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is kind, fun, and incredibly organized (her design slide deck in the early stages of planning and her day of spreadsheet are the best). Nichole took our visions for the wedding and brought them to life in an even better fashion than we could have imagined. We were honestly in awe when we saw how beautifully our venue was decorated! She also made sure that both of us (and our families) were able to be fully present on the wedding day without any concerns. Definitely the best day of our lives.
We hired Nichole for our wedding coordinator. This was the best experience. She was available anytime we emailed, texted or phoned her. If unable to answer immediately, she sends a text letting you know when she will contact you.
Her on-site visit was reassuring- she knew the layout of our ceremony and reception perfectly. We looked forward to our phone calls to review her master list. This kept us on track- knowing what was “done” and what needed to be “done”.
The best part about using 2F was handing all of our vendors off to Nichole a month before the wedding. She contacted them, got the contracts, and was the contact liaison between them. Awesome!
Nichole ran the rehearsal. Day of the ceremony Nichole was awesome!!! She handled All of the vendors, the band, tables, chairs, wedding cake, EVERYTHING! When the wedding was over, I came to my room and everything was boxed and neatly organized. Even the brides veil was there. 2F was our best decision!
We had a great experience using 2 Friends Events for our wedding. We utilized their month-of coordination services, which allowed the days leading up to the wedding to be smooth and easy for us. We onboarded with 2 Friends with Patricia as our coordinator, however due to some unforeseen scheduling conflicts they reassigned us to Carissa about a month out from the wedding. While that was a bit stressful at first, since we had never met Carissa, she took up the planning with ease and supported us through the wedding day which went off without a hitch!
I can’t say enough about how amazing Patricia is! She is cool, calm and collected! She was so organized and paid attention to every detail from the flowers to the cake, and I loved that she always had a smile. She is so much fun and a wonderful coordinator! Can’t wait for our next event! Thank you Patricia for being an Ace!
Jen was our month-of coordinator for our wedding in July 2022. After a bit of an issue with our previous coordinator I had to scramble about 4 months before our wedding to find a new day-of/month-of coordinator for our wedding. I had handled most of the planning already but I knew I needed someone to step up that day and run the show while I couldn't. Insert Nichole from 2Friends who was mid-planning my coworkers May 2022 wedding.
Nichole responded quickly via email and answered my million questions (did I mention I was scrambling at this point?!). When we spoke over the phone I felt very confident in her expertise and knew in my heart I wanted to hire 2Friends. I did some due diligence and talked with a couple other vendors but in my heart I trusted Nichole and knew her team would do a great job.
Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with the last month before our wedding. She was a great communicator and allowed me to send her marathon text messages whenever a thought would strike me. She gave great advice and I really appreciated all the planning documents she had me fill out and the master she owned for me. That helped me realize the things I had overlooked and also calmed me down with the realization that I was more on top of everything than I thought.
She reached out the all my vendors and made sure they were going to show up on time and knew what to do. She ran our rehearsal like a champ which wasn't the easiest due to our 3.5 year old flower girl and on the day of the wedding literally everything went smoothly. EVERYTHING.
Every time I saw Jen the day of the wedding, she would let me know we were on time or ahead of schedule. I don't know what sort of magic she worked but she was a rockstar at staying behind the scenes, solving problems, and then also appearing right when we were needed somewhere and gently moving us to the next task. I never felt rushed from her, and I think I only got one super minor question all day from her which was such a blessing. I had literally nothing to decide that day, I just got to enjoy!!

We used the DIY Day of Coordination package with 2 Friends Events and we were SO happy with how everything turned out. Jen was so thorough in ensuring she understood our vision for the day and helping me think through all the small details of the timeline. Jen and her assistant took such great care of our whole bridal party & family throughout the day and made sure everything went smoothly- including details I hadn't thought of like collecting the cards & gifts that people brought for us and setting them in a safe place to be picked up the following day.
We also hired Chrystal for our floral arrangements, which turned out so beautiful and exactly like the Pinterest photos I'd sent her (actually probably better!).
We cannot recommend 2FE enough!
Honestly, Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle multiple vendors, last minute surprises and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. My husband and I arrived before anyone else and watched as she seamlessly made sure that everything was done as planned. Her presence was barely noticeable except when needed and then she would almost magically appear anticipating the need. I am so impressed with her skills and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my closest friends and family.
I was so lucky to have Patricia as my month of coordinator. Patricia was a life saver! She was organized, handled all vendor communication, was so helpful during the walk through and made the day come to life exactly as pictured. In true fashion, there were some minor changes/obstacles and Patricia handled them like a pro only coming to me if absolutely needed. When I needed support or guidance she was always there. I couldn’t imagine my planning experience or day without her. I beyond highly recommend. Patricia we miss you already and are so grateful to have had you on our team!
I was so fortunate to have found Nichole and her team and have Asya as our coordinator, along with her assistant Daniela. Asya was so sweet and made sure to check in with me several times in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She helped prepare a timeline and kept everything running smoothly the day of the wedding. She even came up with last minute suggestions that really made the event feel seamless. At the end of the night, she helped my parents pack everything up and even returned to my house the next day to deliver a few extra things. Highly recommend this team for any wedding planning needs!
So happy to have had Asya as my daughter’s wedding coordinator. We worked with Asya the month prior to wedding as she helped to create a timeline as well as attend to the many details needed to pull off a seamless wedding.
Both Asya, and her wonderful (day of assistant)Daniela, were so pleasant to work with. They have a take charge attitude while maintaining a cheerful disposition. Just the personality you need for the big day. They can fulfill all your wedding day needs while working with venues and staff who aren’t always on top of things, or, who are just plain difficult to deal with.
At the end of a long night of celebration, it was such a relief to find that the two of them had packed up our car with all the wedding extras and supplies. Saved us a trip back to the venue the following day.
The day after the wedding Asya shared with us all the beautiful photos and videos that she had captured of our daughters perfect wedding day! Couldn’t be happier with the outcome thanks to these two wonderful young women!
As a baker supplying the cake and a guest, I had the pleasure of working with Patricia at a beautiful wedding at the Brazilian Room in Berkeley. She was calm and collected throughout the entirety of the evening and worked seamlessly with all vendors including caterers, florist, photographers, and videographers to help everything come together without a hitch. I highly recommend Patricia to help you plan your big day!
We are so fortunate to have had Asya as our day-of wedding assistant! She checked in with us regularly during the week before the wedding, staying on top of each piece of our wedding timeline, thinking of important details we’d overlooked in our planning, and finding the perfect mix of making sure everything was how we wanted it while also taking initiative to take care of things herself. She was amazing during the wedding day itself, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently and making sure our other vendors (and guests!) knew the plan and had everything they needed. She managed to blend seamlessly into the event while also always being nearby whenever we needed anything. We could truly just enjoy ourselves and focus on the day itself knowing that all the logistics of the wedding were in her capable hands.
Beyond her professionalism and efficiency, what really sets Asya apart is her thoughtfulness and caring. From the first time we spoke with her, it was immediately clear how much she truly cared about making our wedding beautiful, comfortable, and memorable down to the last detail. We also trusted her to help my wife’s disabled parent and sister get settled back in their hotel after the wedding, and she took special care of them both throughout the event even amidst her many other tasks. They both spoke very warmly of her the next day, as did my parents, whom she helped pack up and transport leftovers and supplies at the end of the night. Asya even sent us a sweet note the morning after the wedding with several lovely pictures that she’d somehow found time to take during the event.
We would recommend Asya to anyone and trust her with any kind of event planning or coordination. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our special day perfect!
We worked with Candie as our day-of assistant and she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went smoothly. We were so thankful to have her there to handle both pre-planned and ad hoc tasks, and she was always ready and able to help in any way. She helped take a lot of the logistical burden off of us, and was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Candie!

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Nichole (owner), Candie (my day of planner), and the amazing team at 2 Friends Events. We were referred to Nichole by another wedding planner in the business who couldn't accommodate our needs at the moment but recommended 2 Friends very highly. That was the beginning and it was an easy, breezy, beautiful experience from that point forward. Nichole dove in head first to support us before we had made the decision to sign a contract, leveraging her connections and communicating transparently and kindly. After we made the decision to go with a day of wedding planner, Nichole connected us to Candie, who showed up welcoming, caring, and organized from day 1. The "day of planner" package seems like it would only be day of, still Candie made incredible use of our introductory, one month, and one week out calls. While we had never met, I went in to my wedding as the bride knowing I could attend and enjoy and trusting Candie would help everything run smoothly. We had a large gathering of 150+ of our family and friends (~30 kids under 10) at a local brewery we love. Candie was there early to make sure everyone was communicating, she set up the boxes of decor and logistical items I had a friend drop off that morning, and she just brought our whole venue to life as our wedding instead of just a lovely brewery restaurant. By the time we showed up (early for the party but an hour later than we'd expected due to photos), Candie had everything in control. She walked up and quietly introduced herself, showed us how everything was going (flawlessly), and asked what we needed. I think she asked me a grand total of 5 easy yes/no questions the whole night, and other than that, she was helping my mom run kid treasure hunts we planned, making sure the kitchen and the DJ were on the same page, and more. Basically I am not equipped to fully review all that Candie did because she did it so seamlessly behind the scenes. Truly, my now husband and I were just able to attend our wedding as happy guests of honor instead of lifting a finger to do something on our big day. Candie was kind, smart, confident, and a pleasure to work with. I literally felt sad on my honeymoon I didn't have another reason to interact with her again! This review will have to suffice! Thank you Candie, Nichole, and 2 Friends events for making our big day a roaring success.
Nichole is the best there is and deserves all of the stars. I have a very demanding job and Nichole made wedding planning an absolute breeze. I literally could not have pulled off such an incredible weekend without her. She worked around my schedule, gave stellar vendor recommendations, offered sage advice, stuck to our budget, and eliminated so much of the stress I've seen my other friends contend with for their weddings. all. If you choose to get married, I highly recommend including a wedding planner in your budget as the return on investment is very high, and if you get married anywhere near the Bay Area, I whole heartedly recommend Nichole and 2 Friends Events.

We did her Partial Planning package for our wedding at the Haven at Tomales. She was an unbelievably helpful resource throughout the process, at every stage of the game. Though we weren’t doing full planning with her, she was very available for calls and emails as we did the early planning. She was an incredible resource - her extensive experience meant she’d seen it all before and knew what worked and what didn’t. She was so helpful with helping us navigate vendors and reading over contracts to make sure we weren’t missing anything. I particularly appreciated that she helped us be budget conscious - she did a great job of helping us figure out what was worth spending money on and what wasn’t. She did all of this with a positive attitude and without ever making us feel judged.
As great as she was in planning, she was even better at the rehearsal and wedding itself! She managed both with incredible efficiency. At the rehearsal, her instructions were super clear and she kept everyone on the same page. She ran the wedding itself with mastery, allowing us to just focus on the moment itself. She and her assistant handled whatever unexpected wrinkles came up with ease. The wedding ended up going just shockingly smoothly, and we even kept to her detailed schedule all night, making the event so much more fun and relaxing. All night, my bride and I were saying to one another how grateful we were to have her.
You will just not go wrong with Nichole. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
I had the pleasure of working with Patricia at the amazing venue of Heather Farms in Walnut Creek. Patricia is super thorough keeps the day going and didn’t skip a beat. Even when small things would arise she tackled it with absolutely no problem and figured it out. I would 100% recommend hiring Patricia for your wedding day.
We were assigned with Candie Rapo and couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Our wedding was pretty untraditional and we had to sub out every vendor, which was prone to scope gaps. Candie not only played quarterback with the vendors, but with our volunteer friends & family as well. We had a lot of instructions and details, and she was able to execute them flawlessly while us bride and groom had to do our thing. She even managed and buffered the venue manager who we had a conflict earlier that week. The best part was her super friendly attitude and ability to make everyone feel calm. We’d recommend Candie and 2 Friends Event for anyone throwing a wedding, or giant party for that matter.
My wife and I were married in April 2021 after having to post-pone our wedding (originally scheduled for April 2020). To say that Nichole was amazing would be an understatement. Nichole re-booked our venue, all of our vendors, arranged new contracts, communicated with everyone, and essentially re-planned our entire wedding. She did it all without a single complaint. Nichole made herself available to chat about even the smallest details throughout the planning process, and was continuously willing to work with us to help make our dream wedding come true.

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Patricia Torres last Fall for our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was amazing! She went above and beyond in the planning process to make sure we had everything we needed once the day came. Any bumps in the road on the day of the wedding she was able to deal with, which took a lot of stress out of our hands. She is very well organized and has a great personality to work with and will make sure things get completed. You're not going to find anyone better for her price and it was the best decision we made during the planning of our wedding!

I cannot recommend Patricia more as your coordinator! I don’t even know where to begin. She always advocated for what me and my wife wanted despite all the opinions coming from both sides of our families. She was more than a coordinator, she was like customer service! She made everyone feel heard and really eased some tensions. She was very organized and kept us on track. It was so nice to just show up to our wedding and see everything you wanted come true! All the details executed to a T. You definitely can put your wedding in Patricia’s more than capable hands!
Having a wedding coordinator was the best decision ever! I’m used to planning events on my own and many of my friends and family were ready to help out but I didn’t want to work my own wedding and I didn’t want them too either. Working with Patricia was so easy. She also gave me good ideas and asked me questions that I didn’t even think of! She took care of everything and worked so well with other vendors. If there was a problem, I didn’t know because everything was so perfect to me!
I am the mother of the groom. I am writing this review because if you, your son, or anyone you know is getting married you need Patricia. They are other people out there that are in this business, however, if you want the person treats your wedding day as if it were hers, you want Patricia. She remembers the little things make your day extra special. She ensures that you don’t have a care in the world. It is obvious that she loves doing this, it’s not just a job. She is passionate about it, and it shows in her work on your special day. You will continue to smile long after the wedding, especially when you remember the little things. More importantly, you wife will smile.
I was super happy to have Patricia as our wedding day coordinator! She knew exactly what to do during rehearsal and the day of our wedding she managed everything so gracefully. Honestly it was such a relief to know everything was going to be taken care of and I could just have fun at my wedding and not worry about every little thing. I thought it was going to be hard managing my big family and everyone in our wedding party but she had it all under control! Everyone loved her!
I have been in the wedding industry in the past and knew that I was going to need someone who would be able to execute all of our plans on our wedding day. I was VERY picky when deciding on our wedding vendors so I knew it was going to take some work. I called a few places but when I had “interviewed” Patricia I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. I immediately felt so comfortable with her and it felt like we had been friends forever. I am very controlling and had to know every detail. She was fantastic! She was very organized and so responsive. She was always there to help answer any questions and she replies so quickly! I felt like I was the only bride she was working with - which I knew wasn’t the case. Having her there that day was the best decision because my only focus was having fun! She handled everything with grace and was super calm. If you ever hear that coordination services aren’t necessary for your wedding date- TRUST ME - that is NOT TRUE! Coordination is not a want, it’s a NEED.

Not only is she professional, she just knows how to ensure you feel so calm in your wedding day. She was my sisters day of…. So a few years after that I knew she had to be mine… she drove down to Santa Barbara for us…. She just made sure my day went off without a hitch…. Even when things did have hiccups, I knew Nothing!!! And when I had to go down 50 stairs, she talked me threw them!!!

Planning a wedding is hard. Planning a wedding in an untraditional venue with untraditional vendors in a pandemic during peak fire season is VERY hard. As a result, I am SO glad we brought on Patricia Torres. Though the wedding was small, it ended up being pretty complex. It required a lot of keeping track of moving parts, and Patricia nailed it.
Ahead of the day, she made sure to get to know us and what we wanted, and to learn about our families and everyone involved in the wedding.
And when the wedding came, everything went exactly as we had hoped it would, from table set-up to the ceremony to dinner service and speeches to late-night pizza. It could not have gone any smoother. At the reception Patricia was organized, super detail-oriented, on top of things and always easy to find if needed. And I very much appreciate that she made sure the groom and I ate dinner! Not all couples are so lucky.
I cannot recommend her enough, especially for untraditional events like ours. She really made it a perfect, low-stress day for us!
Jen from 2 friends events was wonderful! After 3 date changes due to COVID, we needed to bring someone in who could help us put all of the pieces together, give us recommendations, and coordinate our day. She was calm, very organized, and had a very warm and inviting demeanor that made her awesome to work with. Because of her expertise and experience in the wedding industry, she was able to recommend a lot of vendors who turned out to be great as well. Jen was also great at giving her thoughts, but allowing my fiancé and I to share our wants and vision for the day. If you are looking for someone to take your wedding planning by the reigns and truly help you plan the most magical day, Jen is your girl!
Can I just say I had absolutely no worries that our wedding would turn out beautifully? My now wife worked with Patricia to coordinate all the details to a T - all I really had to do was show up…and do whatever she told me to do!. My wife enjoyed the planning process and was less stressed about all the little details. There were some things we missed when planning but Patricia was on top of it all, didn’t skip a beat. She even helped the photographer gather our family members for pics quickly so we can be on our way to the reception. But I can’t thank Patricia enough for being by our side and holding our hands through it all. I got to focus on marrying my best friend and celebrating with family and friends - not worrying about a broken ice cream freezer and figuring out what to do with our desserts lol we didn’t even know about that!! We’d refer her to all our friends and family so they too can experience the wedding they’ve always hoped for!

Nichole at 2 Friends Events is a rockstar! Due to Covid, we had to postpone our first wedding and Nichole was with us every step of the way helping reschedule all vendors and accommodations. Her positive attitude and organizational skills really helped us get through such a crazy time and kept us looking forward to our special day. She took my big dream and turned it into a reality and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. She made our wedding day so seamless and easy and we really got to just relax, slow down, and enjoy our day without thinking about details. Chrystal who did the flowers did absolutely amazing, the floral arrangements were better than I could have ever imagined. 10/10 would recommend, well worth the cost, and your wedding will be the most dreamy and romantic day thanks to them!

She exceeded our expectations and provided stress relief that we had prior to working with Patricia. From start to finish she was truly impeccable. She asked us questions we didn't even think of, was very responsive, prepared and professional. She confirmed with all of our vendors, attended meetings with us and was always available, even after hours.
On the day of our wedding, she made sure we had zero worries from wrangling family for photos, to arranging decor, checking in on us, keeping us on schedule and even taking pictures and sending them to us after.

Patricia is great at what she does! She took a load off my family when planning my wedding, down to the day. Entrusting her with the rehearsals and communicating with the vendors was a great decision! The day came out beautifully and she coordinated everything amazingly. She listens to your exact requests and makes sure it all comes out exactly like you want it.
As one would imagine, having a wedding during a pandemic would make for a stressful situation, let alone the beginning of the pandemic. We hired Patricia Torres as our planner/coordinator and she made the best of a stressful situation.
When word first went around that there was a pandemic, we went on business as usual (everything was planned and paid for already). As it got closer to the date, we were inevitably forced to cancel and Patricia made the situation so stress free. She contacted all the vendors and was able to get all our money back. She made that stressful part very stress free. Then later in the year, we decided to elope in Joshua Tree. When we first told her our idea she went right to work (with 2 weeks notice)She made our quick elopement fun and stress free. She basically said “I got this”. The only thing we had to do was have fun. She made our special day perfect. Highly recommend her versatile services.
My nephew got married back in May 2021 and Patricia was hired to coordinate the event. She and her team did exceedingly well. Patrica is hardworking and extremely creative. She is so calm and collected. She can make any super nervous bride, or moms, aunties and the whole entourage calm and relax. She is also a lot of fun to work with! We’ve worked with Patricia Torres on a couple smaller events the last few years and she has always made things go smoothly and beautifully. When my son proposed to his fiancé back in February and decided on a May wedding, I knew I had to hire Patricia ( I would’ve hired her regardless even if we had years to plan!). We worked with Nichole on our wedding, first when we thought we'd have a regular wedding, and then when we pivoted to a covid-safe plan. She was wonderful to work with. She had a ton of ideas, was flexible when the whole world kind of blew up and we needed to keep finding new plans, and was organized and kept things moving at all times.

Nichole is a superwoman! We hired her as a full time wedding planner to help with everything from start to finish. Throughout the whole planning process, Nichole worked efficiently and professionally. Our original date was 6/20/20 and we postponed to 6/19/21. The whole process of postponing was so stressful but Nichole came up with solutions to all of our problems with ease and put so much of her time, energy, and love into making sure we got the wedding we originally planned for (as close as we could with the circumstances). She was a person I could easily talk to and she listened to me whenever I had questions or got overwhelmed. Nichole brought so much fun and happiness to the wedding planning process. She went above and beyond to help us navigate tricky family dynamics and was always extremely respectful to all of us. She has an amazing network of vendors in the Bay Area and is very thoughtful in her planning. 2 Friends Event were life saving! I hired them for month of coordination and my team, Melanie and Jamie, were so easy and fun to work with! Melanie was flexible with last minute changes and they were both very supportive and helpful during the rehearsal when our venue was being challenging to work with. They brought my wedding visions to life and were very responsive and happy to help!
Nichole was a dream wedding planner. From our first phone call, I felt so much more relaxed and confident about our plans. She is super efficient, organized, and on-the-ball. When we did the site visits, Nichole was brimming with creative ideas and I could tell she felt energized by the challenge of putting on a spectacular wedding, something that would overwhelm most people (myself included). She was just so enthusiastic, energetic, present, friendly and helpful. She worked wonderfully with our vendors and had really great ideas to contribute. Honestly, she is the best. Look no further. You will be thankful to have her steady and warm presence with you during the planning and coordinating process.
We loved working with Nichole for our wedding because she was always so positive and upbeat, very responsive and available whenever we needed her, and she truly loved every part of the planning process. We shared the same level of excitement in planning out all of the design details, and I truly felt like she was my partner in the whole process.
We had to reschedule our wedding twice because of COVID, and ended up completely changing course with only 7 weeks to pull together a wedding. We went from a 175-person wedding at a resort in Napa to 19 family members at my childhood home. Not only did Nichole help to change all of our contracts, but she also identified new vendors that we needed for catering, rentals, and more.
Throughout the whole process of rescheduling, Nichole was there for us. She checked in to make sure we were ok, and gave us the space we needed to decide how we wanted to move forward with our wedding. She was so patient, supportive, and helped guide us toward the right plan for us. Even though there was so much unknown with COVID restrictions and what that meant for the wedding, we navigated it together and Nichole helped me feel comfortable with every decision.
Nichole ended up planning two weddings for us, and never complained once. She always brought her A-game, and had a lot of unique and fun ideas that added a special touch to our wedding. I can’t imagine going through the wedding planning process without her! Day of, everything ran so smoothly and Nichole handled it all like the professional that she is.

We worked with Jen for day of coordination in October 2019 for our wedding at Villa Montalvo in Saratoga. From the beginning, finding a coordinator was my most stressful decision. I'd had negative experiences at friends' weddings in the past and as an anxious person by nature, it was so important that I work with someone that I clicked with. Jen was that! She was as hands on or hands off as we wanted her to be and was always ready with advice or suggestions based on her experience. When we found out that the power to our venue was going to be turned off by PG&E just 24 hours before the event. Jen was all over it - she already had reached out to the venue and our vendors to see what options were available, listened to my panic, consistently reassured me and made the solution my husband and I came up with happen without a hitch.

We purchased the complete wedding package (totally worth the money!) and our wedding has been postponed due to COVID-19. We can't speak about the day of coordination as that's been postponed, but we can speak to all the other details that make up the planning process.... Nichole is AMAZING. We loved working with her BEFORE all the chaos around COVID hit (all the planning had been seamless and stress-free), but now during it, we love her even more. She is the definition of graceful under pressure. She has also been a huge morale cheerleader for us as we slowly had to make peace with the sudden change of plans. She has taken care of everything for us, from changing contracts to renegotiating the terms and canceling appointments that we had planned. She is also very level headed and gives you honest and direct feedback. Which during a crisis, you need someone who is going to get stuff done and not tip-toe around what they think you want to hear, but what is best for you overall. We absolutely love working with her and can not recommend her services enough. Silver lining to all of this - we get to work with her for another year. :)
