21 Main Events at North Beach

We were lucky enough to stumble upon 21 Main for our destination wedding. Kayla, our coordinator, was fabulous from Day 1. I did not think things could go any more smoothly with planning until I met Dylan, our man of many hats, the day before the wedding. They never let us lift a finger and made us all feel so special the entire time. My bridal attendant was amazing! Our guests are still talking about the food, which was a dream come true, a week later. We had extremely picky eaters and they are still raving about everything from the cocktail hour to entrees. We can’t thank the staff enough for making our dream wedding come true ❤️🍾🌴

My fiancé and I were wanting to get married on a beach and have a reception at 21 main and it couldn’t have gone better! Everyone there is extremely informative and definitely enjoy doing their jobs. We are in out of state couple and they made the process so smooth so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing and truly enjoy our wedding day! Big shout to Dillion (the fire extinguisher, as he calls himself) and Kayla, who is always on point with the information about vendors and very communicative. Also my bridal server Yvanghn (I know I spelled that wrong) who was so personable and took such amazing care of my balchorettes in our bridal suite.

Looking back on the planning process and our wedding day itself we are so thankful we chose 21 Main for our venue. The staff are organized, kind, accommodating, and beyond attentive. Any problem that arose they were there to help, it took so much stress off our plate. Our day of coordinator, bridal attendant, and everyone working in the office behind the scenes were such a blessing. Their attentiveness to the big and small details allowed us to enjoy every moment during a day that goes by so fast. Our family and friends continue to talk about the venue and food. The food at cocktail hour and the reception went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to everyone at 21 Main who helped make our wedding day a day we will never forget.

This is a test - disregard

I planned my wedding here and the planning piece was exceptional. Great service, great organization, great communication. However, the day of my wedding was not as smooth. The day of coordinator was not organized, did not communicate with us about what was going on, and the food took over 2 hours when the coordinator kept saying “it’s coming”. For the money this venue costs, I would expect more the day of the best day of your life.

Now that my wedding has come and gone I am thrilled with my experience with 21 Main. The staff was courteous, informative, and accommodating. I didn't realize until about a week before the wedding how much they were working behind the scenes with my vendors to ensure a smooth, efficient and beautiful wedding day. The food was excellent, the space perfectly fit my 180 guests, the staff was patient and courteous. Aside from all that, the venue provides nearly everything necessary to create a beautiful wedding. From napkins to decorations to menus to candles, the venue provides all the small details making the planning process a lot less overwhelming.

When we got engaged, all we knew was that we wanted an oceanfront ceremony. We checked out a few places before we found 21 Main. As soon as we walked into that ballroom, and spoke with the team, we knew we had found the right venue. We wanted an under the sea theme with a hint of Disney’s The Little Mermaid (our first couple’s costume when we started dating.) Casey and her team remembered us by name the second we walked into the office and were so helpful with not only helping us plan but keeping us from panicking over things we couldn’t control. When our cake baker stopped answering us, they were right there to not only reach out to the company themselves, but also to offer other great options they had worked with before. 21 Main has an impressive list of preferred vendors they work closely with. They are with you every step of the way and ensure that everything goes smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with this amazing location! This fantastic team of ladies answered every single question, and bent over backwards to make sure that our vision came to life. They also have a gorgeous covered courtyard that you can use in case of inclement weather. (We actually used it for our cocktail hour.) Everything was gorgeous and set up just like I had envisioned it and more! Our families are still talking about how amazing our wedding was! Thank you 21 Main!

This venue was everything and even more for our special day. The venue itself is beautiful, the food is exceptional, and the staff is amazing. From the planning process and the quick responses to my countless emails to helping the wedding day run smoothly. They help to keep you on schedule with planning and wedding day set up/clean up. I can not recommend this venue enough!!

We booked our wedding with 21 Main Events in August 2019. We originally planned to get married in October 2020 but postponed due to COVID to August 2021. Casey, Maria, and the entire 21 Main team were so helpful with postponing our wedding and talking through every single question and detail we needed. Maria helped us with the timeline, menu, and logistics of our wedding. Leslie was our day of coordinator and was helped by Kat, our bridal attendant. Leslie met with us the day before to ensure 21 Main captured all of our details to make our day as perfect as possible! Our menu was fantastic and it is something that our guests continue to talk about to this day! Without Leslie and Kat I’m not sure what I would have done. They were not only there to make sure our wedding went on but quickly became shoulders to lean on. I am forever grateful for the support and comfort I received from Leslie and the entire 21 Main Events team. This group is full of high quality, attention to detail, and friendly staff EVER! I would not have changed a single thing this team helped me with. Thank you Casey, Maria, Leslie, Kat, & the team! You made our day the best it could be. If you are considering 21 Main Events, I would just say this “stop looking and secure your date now!” I’m a very deliberative person who researches everything. So, I’m here to tell you, there is nothing left to research – book 21 Main Events! (nope, I don’t work there or have any other connections – just passionate about good service & quality). We can’t say enough about the entire crew at 21 Main Events. From our first meeting with Casey, we knew this was the right place for our dream wedding. They really got to know us and were able to implement our vision. From a 2020 “Covid reschedule” to the detail-oriented requests, this cohesive TEAM delivered! Our guests are literally still talking about the incredible weekend over a month later. I’ll try to summarize our journey as best I can: - DAY 1: Touring the venue, understanding their experience philosophy “UNSURPASSED HOSPITALITY” and asking us lots of questions about us and our vision. - PLANNING: Friendly, detailed communication. Their experience drives conversations about every detail – most of which I would have never even thought of. They also have a comprehensive list of vendors. I was so happy with all of their recommendations! (Floral, DJ, Photographer, Officiant) - RE-PLANNING: When our wedding was faced with the issues surround the pandemic, the TEAM worked with us on pivoting – providing us with options. We were so happy with how the wedding was coming together, we changed up our rehearsal dinner at the last minute and used 21 Main for our welcome party for all of our out of town guests. - EXECUTION: The most friendly staff, incredible food and yes – they delivered on unsurpassed hospitality and service. Leslie and Kat were there for every detail the day of the wedding. Thanks Casey and Team!

Overall, great day-of experience! Leslie and Alex ran the show and were fantastic. The food at 21 Main is top tier. They were flexible and willing to work with us in cost when the date we wanted wasn’t available. The only con I had with the venue is that they are listed as an event/wedding planner online and sometimes will say that when you are booking the place. They aren’t full wedding planners, they are coordinators. So if you need a planner, get a separate one! They’re coordination was wonderful once I realized what they meant!

We originally went with a different venue (Ocean Club at Grande Dunes) because of their available Saturday dates and ocean view. However, about six months prior to our wedding date, Ocean Club announced they would be implementing strict COVID restrictions for all weddings (including no dance floor?!), so we were thankfully able to get our deposit back. Some of our families and friends had already booked flights and rental houses/condos/hotels, so we felt as though we needed to make that weekend work somehow. My first call was to 21 Main to see if they had any openings, and thankfully they did on that Sunday. The universe has a funny way of working… because the end result was better than anything I could’ve imagined at the first venue. The staff was AMAZING. Samantha and Brianne helped me so much throughout the whole planning process, and they were lighting fast at responding to emails, or answering the phone to help answer whatever silly question I had. (I could say nowhere near the same thing about Ocean Club.) Leslie was truly unbelievable on our actual wedding day… running around doing EVERYTHING, while also being just the sweetest, kindest, and calmest person. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was. The space was also beautiful. I believed we could show up without any decorations or additions of our own and it would still be one of the most perfectly exquisite scenes, which it was! I truly don’t have enough good things to say about 21 Main. If you are getting married in the Myrtle Beach area… GO HERE!!! *****Also worth mentioning - the "Samantha" mentioned in all of the glowing Ocean Club The Knot reviews works here now :) She is fantastic!!!

The ladies at 21 Main were absolutely amazing to work with from the very first day we met them! They helped keep things organized throughout the planning process and made the day of our wedding seamless and stress-free for everyone! They handled all of the vendors, set up, timing, etc! We did our rehearsal and reception through them and the food and staff were incredible and we couldn't have gotten more compliments on the staff, venue itself, and execution of our entire wedding. It was absolutely perfect, thanks to this team!

21 Main was the best place to have a wedding! We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19 and they were so easy to work with through it all. They helped us by getting in touch with all of our other vendors and they even were willing to work with us on the number of people that we said we would have. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very knowledgeable and they will give you exactly what you want in a wedding. We really felt cared about on our day. As a bride, I felt so pampered and on cloud 9 all day. Thank you so much to 21 Main for making our wedding day perfect.

There were a few bumps in the road but the day of the wedding could not have went better. I was so impressed with my own wedding! Cayce, Samantha, Leslie, and everyone else on the team made sure my wedding went smoothly. They were all understanding, accommodating, and professional. Overall a beautiful venue with expert team members. Also the wait staff were so impressive, they made me and my husband feel like royalty! Me and my husband had no idea how to plan a wedding but 21 Main does. The food was to die for! Everything just went perfect, it was the best day in my entire life!

Absolutely LOVED getting married at 21 Main. Not only was the venue itself beautiful, but the staff was absolutely amazing. My husband and I could not have asked for anything more. It was clear all of the women in the office cared about making our day absolutely PERFECT and they succeeded. They catered to us during the entire wedding planning process and made everything so easy. All we had to do was show up! I can't imagine recommending anywhere other than 21 Main for coordinating your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and/or reception!

The staff at 21 Main went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our vision came to life on our wedding day. Everyone in the office was wonderful to work with. It was always fun to come in and visit to discuss our wedding details, we miss them all! We built up a great relationship with the ladies in the office that we asked Casey to be our wedding officiant and she made the day even more special. The venue and the food was perfect for our all our guests, everyone of them said they had a great time and that it was top notch service. They had a fantastic list of vendors for all aspects of our wedding and they were superb to work with. The day of the wedding everything came to life, we didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of us. Would recommend anyone interested in having a wedding in North Myrtle Beach to come to this great facility where everything you need is all in one place!

Booking our courtyard ceremony and reception here was the best choice we could have made! The food, the service and the ease of planning was something incomparable to anything I’ve seen at other vendors near and far. The preferred vendor list made our event run as smoothly as possible and we loved how easy it was to see exactly how much we owed to the penny without extra fees such as per item fees or staffing fees. Leslie was an incredible Maitre D and went above and beyond to help us decorate and execute our event. If anything went wrong, we sure didn’t know about it! Richie was an amazing chef and everyone to this day raves about the quality and taste of our food. We could have lived off of the hor d'oeuvres, and the cheesecake was amazing! The food never ended and no one left hungry. The staff in the events office was always responding so quickly and I loved that they were open 7 days a week to answer all our questions. The covered outdoor courtyard was beautiful and the twinkle lights made for stunning photos. We will recommend this venue to anyone looking for a seamless event with amazing food and minimal planning stress!

We got married on August 9, 2019. All of the ladies who work the office are fantastic! We spent 8 months planning the wedding and really felt like we became part of the 21 Main Events family by the end of it. The wedding was phenomenal. The venue is not only gorgeous, but the food is outstanding, and the staff was professional and accommodating. The courtyard area to get married in was extremely convenient and very well decorated. Our guests keep talking about how impressive the cocktail hour was. We had an overwhelmingly amount of people tell us of how this was the best wedding that they had ever been to. The staff kept up on the room and made sure that unnecessary plates and glasses were removed. Everyone loved the twins! They truly seemed happy to be there and were such a delight. We used this venue for my bachelorette party which we did at the Cinzia spa. This was an amazing experience! We also used 21 Main Events to host our rehearsal dinner. We were in the Blu room in the towers which oversees the marsh and the ocean. Our guests were highly impressed with the scenery and the food. We will recommend this venue to everyone we know. This venue made everything go seemlessly and could not have been more easy to work with and accommodating.

All of the guests even a month later have been talking about how amazing this wedding was. They went above and beyond to make everything easy for us and help to make the day beautiful. The food was so amazing and the venue was fantastic. We were supposed to have it on the beach but it ended up raining that day and they worked to get everything moved to the courtyard seamlessly. I highly recommend them.

Best wedding ever. My guests have not stopped raving about it. To the food, the beautiful cocktail hour, the music, everything. We truly had the best day of our lives. Casey and team were awesome and a pleasure to work with all year. We and all of my guests are from the North and weddings up their can be very extravagant and they still felt that at 21 Main. Thanks to everyone that worked on this wedding, you made it great!!!

It's hard to write a review that does justice to how fabulous a 21 Main wedding is, and the expertise and caring demonstrated by everyone who worked with us. Casey saved us lots of missteps through great suggestions and by advising us on costs for the full gamut of vendors, helping us to recognize the bride's priorities and to align our budget with those. The food and service were phenomenal. 21 Main was extremely flexible, accommodating vegans, food allergies, cocktail preferences and fussy-eater kids. Our guests raved about the quality, and the food just kept on coming (we're BIG eaters)! Notably, 21 Main isn't one of those venues that charges by the piece during the cocktail hour - lucky for us! Their package includes more than adequate staffing, including an extraordinary Maitre D', bridal attendant, expert & friendly waiters & barmen, and planning support. The ceremony area and reception room are spacious and beautiful. At every wedding, unexpected complications can occur, and ours was no exception. What was exceptional, though, was how the wonderful folks at 21 Main worked through solutions on the fly that ensured a great day, and no drama or stress. For example, when our outside vendor delivered a wedding cake that had flipped over & smashed, 21 Main not only jumped in to ensure it was beautifully reconstructed, they did so quickly, and without us having a second's anxiety about it. When our weather turned suddenly quite hot, they transitioned part of our cocktail hour indoors, allowing our guests to enjoy that great food in air-conditioned comfort. When during the reception, some guests needed a lift back to North Beach Plantation Towers, Curtiss our Maitre' D hopped in to drive them! From beginning to end, 21 Main knocked themselves out to ensure we had easy, well thought out planning; a lovely, heartfelt ceremony; a gorgeous venue; cocktail and reception food & drinks that were beyond impressive; and an absolute blast of a party. We had absolutely no headaches, heartaches or hiccups. As Casey said, "Our job is to find a way to 'yes', and to help you get the wedding you want." At 1st blush, 21 Main looked a little pricier than a couple of places we looked at, but in the end, they saved us a lot of $$. We are so glad we chose 21 Main, and so thankful to Casey, Curtiss and everyone there for making this such a wonderful event.

We got married at 21 Main Events at North Beach on Saturday May 12, 2018 and it was absolutely amazing! Planning a wedding can be stressful and, even more so when it's out of state. From day 1 when we walked into the office we had an immediate connection with Casey and John. Casey, as well as Kristy and Holly, were incredible and so helpful throughout our entire planning process. We took Casey's recommendations on ALL of our vendors and our wedding day was absolutely perfect! The venue is gorgeous, the food was amazing (and plentiful) and the staff is remarkable. Curtis was our maitre d and Haley was my bridal attendent! They were both amazing and made sure all of our needs were taken care of and ensured our wedding went off without a hitch. We loved Casey so much that we asked her to officiate our wedding and all of our guests loved how lighthearted and personal our ceremony was. We truly consider the staff at 21 Main (especially Casey, Curtis, Haley, Kristy, and Holly) our friends and are looking forward to keeping in touch with all of them! Love you all!! My husband and I just had a wedding at this venue on the beach. It was absolutely amazing. The staff is so well organized that all you have to do is show up. On a day where so many things can go wrong, they all made me feel like everything was going to be fine. My husband was very happy with the venue and all of our guests had a blast. The food was amazing, and the mashed potatoes were all anyone could talk about! This was an amazing day!

Where do I start, from the planning phase in 2017 through our wedding day on 4-14-2018 the staff has been amazing. Cassie is simply the sweetest and the most patience wedding manager I ever know. She knows her "brides". From the hospitality and understand the budget and the emotions that is involve. From the Wedding ceremony through the reception, she understood the importance. I could not have done this without her staff and her continuous support and understand. I recommend every bride/groom if you want a destination beach wedding to talk with 21 Main Events at North Beach first. Love you guys John, Cassie, Hollie, Steve (the bar drinks was amazing) and Chef (OMG) the food was amazing. My guests are still talking about the food from the cocktail hour and the reception. I cannot thank 21 Main enough on how wonderful the staff was and all the helped they put into our big day. Everything turned out better then we ever expected!!! The staff was phenomenal and very helpful throughout the whole wedding planning down to the day of! Strongly recommend this venue. It’s a little pricey but totally worth it!

Great venue, good service, very nice staff. The staff that is there for the bride always had water for me. The staff would go and get anything that I was in need before and during the ceremony. Overall very pleased how they handled our special day.

My wedding turned out just the way I wanted. They people were extremely kind and friendly and met all our needs. The appoint you a bride attendant who does anything and everything you possibly could need!! I just love them if I did it over I wouldn't hesitate to pick them again!!

I enjoyed every step of the planning process with Casey and Carrie. They were always there with friendly and fast responses to any questions or concerns. The food at the reception was all anyone could talk about for days afterward. It was amazing, especially for buffet style food. The bridal suite is exquisite and all of the attendants were wonderful. The venue itself was breathtaking, especially in the evening hours. All and all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them anytime to anyone.

I do not even know where to begin to explain how wonderful my wedding was! From the beginning Casey & John were so wonderful and helpful in planning every detail. I do not live in North Myrtle Beach (although my parents do), and they helped make planning from afar easy. Casey is so calm and helps with any concern you may have. I would not want anyone else helping with my planning. My bridemaids and I got ready in the beautiful bridal suite and were whisked away to get us to the beach on time for the ceremony. They had everything set up and looking beautiful. Throughout the day my bridal atendant checked on us to see if there was anything we needed (like champagne!) to help us get ready. The reception was beautiful! The food was delicious. This was one of the main reasons I picked this venue-the food! If you are a foodie this is the place for you. Sushi at the cocktail hour amongst other delicious goodies. This was great for everyone while we were finishing up pictures on the beach. I have people posting pictures of the food on facebook-seriously it was that good! Everyone has been raving it was the best Mahi Mahi or Pork Chop they had ever had. They make everything so easy for you in dropping off your decorations and packing up everything at the end of the night. They packed up some leftover for me and my groom :) We just polished those off last night and it was still delicious. Any idea I had, they accomodated. Even allowing us to ride our bicycles through the ballroom when we left. I cannot say enough things about having a bridal attendant either. My bridesmaids kept saying-what do we do she's doing everything! The entire day was just wonderful. It could not have been better!! My dad has called me every day to let me know what a great time his friends had too-this is big praise coming from him! You cannot go wrong with booking at North Beach Plantation and Events at North Beach!

This venue was beautiful and gave the guests the feel of a real "destination wedding" without having to leave the U.S. It came with event staff to help with everything the day of the event and they assisted with planning as needed. The food was amazing, and they offer SO many options. My guests raved about the sushi at cocktail hour! It was a bit pricey but they make it worth it if you can fit it in your budget.

My husband and I had an amazing beach wedding at north beach plantation. Maryann who was in charge for the event was perfect and great to work with. Jonathan who was our matradee was excellent and Kristen our bridal attendant was wonderful. The food was amazing prepared by chef Lou Petrozza.
