This meal is complemented by bespoke bar services, which feature a selection of wines, bourbons, and other liquors. p having it on November 6, 2021 and the sales and catering team was completely different from when we signed our contract. I was worried some of our agreement may fall through the cracks, but when we ended up in the hands of Veronica I was so relieved. She was on top of everything. Super professional, kind, willing to work with us to fulfill our vision. I always felt like we were on the same team, not like we were on different ends of the negotiating table. I come from the hospitality world so I am self admittedly a bit high maintenance at times and critical. I must have sent them 100's of e-mails. But I can't find one complaint. Pam and the banquets team were on top of everything, no request was too much or a bother. Every single team member wanted to help and make us happy. Our guests had a fantastic time and everyone said what a beautiful venue it was and how good the food was. We loved this spot in particular because it was so unique and we thought that reflected us better than the standard hotel ballroom. If you want to have a unique event and great hospitality is important to you, book at the 21c!

nd genuinely excited to be a part of making our experience wonderfully unique and memorable. The space is stunning and all of our guests commented how much they loved the venue - it was amazing to have so many different galleries available to us. The fact that 21c has an outstanding restaurant that catered the reception, and connections to literally the best wedding cake baker in Chicago made the wedding planning process exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. The corner suite was the perfect place to get ready and had everything we needed, including giant mirrors! The 21c staff helped keep us organized and on track throughout the day of our wedding - we loved working with them and would highly recommend getting married at the beautiful 21c Museum!
