I started my event planning career in 2004 in New York City, planning everything from large scale fundraising walks to cocktail parties to intimate dinners. My company was launched in 2016 as a side hustle and after working with countless happy couples, we have taken the business full time in 2022! My demeanor is relaxed and silly while still being organized and on top of everything. I call my style "things I like" - it ranges from classic & minimalist to bohemian & eclectic. I don’t believe in the words “have to” and “should” when it comes to weddings. It’s your day - let’s do you!

Lindsay was an absolute dream come true for our wedding! Her organization was impeccable, and her planning checklist kept us on track throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding, making what could have been a stressful process surprisingly painless. She thought of every detail, even the ones we completely overlooked, ensuring our wedding was flawless.
On the day itself, Lindsay was a true superhero. She coordinated with all our vendors, ensuring the venue had everything they needed and that everything ran smoothly. Lindsay is amazing! She coordinated my daughter's wedding at the LINE and the rehearsal dinner event at Quince Lakehouse. We are so grateful for her many talents and her calm reassuring presence. She is professional, conscientious, organized, supportive, detail oriented and down to earth. Lindsay was wonderful to work with; she went above and beyond what I expected. She is a good communicator and responds to requests/questions in a timely manner. She provided suggestions and recommendations from prior experiences and did the research. This was very helpful especially because the venue was not local. She is very detailed and organized and kept us informed on what needed to be done and when. At the event, she noticed the servers were behind in filling the champagne glasses so she stepped in to help - very much appreciated !!!

Lindsay is so personable, easy to talk to, organized, and fun! She made the day absolutely seamless and I felt so prepared going into our wedding day. We truly didn’t need to lift a finger the day of! It was magical. I absolutely recommend Lindsay. Once we chose our venue we felt overwhelmed with all of the planning and logistics. We brought in Lindsay and she helped guide us through the process by putting a framework and timeline to everything. We were able build up to the wedding day with Lindsay's guidance and we felt completely prepared. Having her on our side let us enjoy the wedding planning, and most importantly we loved our big day. Lindsay isn't only a great planner but now we have great friends for life with her and Roman.

Lindsay is THE BEST! Our wedding wouldn’t be what it was without her. She was there to answer any questions I had and help me nail down the small things to bring my vision to life. She stayed calm under pressure, made decisions when needed and took action quickly. Due to some high winds we knicked our sparkler exit. She was quick to think of another option and gathered up the glow sticks from the dance floor. It was perfect!
I would recommend Lindsay to anyone getting married! She’s not only an amazing coordinator, but now a friend. Thank you for making our day PERFECT!

I got married in November '23, and Lindsay and Roman with 22 Weddings were so much to us: life savers, friends, problem solvers, hype ctew, and magicians during our wedding weekend! They are truly incredible, and we are so lucky we chose Lindsay as our wedding coordinator. From the very first call, we knew this was our perfect match thanks to her blend of positivity, calm & collected vibes, and a "get stuff done" ability like no other. She brainstormed with me for months on minute details and never made me feel like I was crazy (even though we all know that as brides, we are sometimes a wee bit crazy). In the days leading up to the wedding, Lindsay did so much to calm my nerves: she helped me with floor plan layout, worked with our venue through some issues, saved us money on printing by recommending an awesome store and literally PICKED up the seating charts for us, saved us when we didn't have a stand for our welcome sign, and helped my horrific design skills in Canva by adjusting my design of our menus. These are all things that go so far and above the package we had booked, and it's because Lindsay just generally cares about doing great work and making sure her couples are confident, happy and calm. On the day of our wedding, holy moly! They worked our set up (in the rain) as if they were 10 people, Roman saved the day with lighting cigars when our butane was out, they put out metaphorical fires (and helped start literal fires when we needed fireplaces lit), and so much more. My husband and I are so happy that we found Lindsay and Roman, and it's crazy to think that one year ago, they were strangers to us and now are such close friends!

She helped us plan a 2-day multicultural wedding (one day being habesha!!) this past summer, and we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Working with 22 Weddings & Events was the best decision we made (right next to saying yes to getting married of course!). Talk about a company that goes above and beyond, this team did it and did it with a smile. We were fortunate to work with the Chief Chaos Coordinator extraordinaire- Lindsay. It is clear that Lindsay loves what she does and cares about ensuring that people have an amazing experience that is uniquely theirs- plus she is dang good at it! Thanks to her excellent organizational skills everything was seamless from our first meeting to discuss our vision to the entire wedding day. Her positive, confident, and calm attitude has to be contagious. I instantly felt all the stress of planning this big day melt away as we talked for the first time, just weeks before the big day (yes, I am usually an "I can do it myself" person and put off asking for help). She thought of so many details we would have not considered had it not been for her and she always had a helpful suggestion that fit our style anywhere we asked for guidance - from songs, to timing of activities, to layout - you name it, she knows it.
As an organization nerd myself, I loved how everything was kept in a shared spreadsheet for full visibility on what we still needed to do and the run of the day.
As for our wedding day, things could not have run more smoothly. Lindsay and Román were there every step of the way, keeping things on schedule, working with our vendors, and anticipating needs. Though we did not have a DJ, she went out of her way to make sure we had a sound system to make announcements and toasts. Román even made a store run when we ran out of a popular drink! Plus he was quick to lend a hand (and a shoulder) to help one of my friends get the perfect hay bale picture.
My husband and I and our guests had so much fun and were impressed with everything. It really was the day of our dreams come to life - without an ounce of stress! There is no way this wedding would have even been half as amazing without all the hard work and experience from Lindsay! If you're getting married or planning a big event, hiring 22 Weddings & Events is a decision you will be forever grateful for.

Lindsay and 22 Weddings are the absolute best. I truly can't say enough good things about them. We hired Lindsay for my daughter's May 2023 wedding after seeing what an amazing job she did at my son's October 2022 wedding: both came off without a hitch, thanks to Lindsay. She is cool, calm, friendly, unflappable and very professional - and she makes everything move along (apparently) seamlessly. When we hired her, my daughter and her fiancé already had the big items covered (venue, band, dress) but Lindsay still added immense value with her detailed knowledge about every aspect of the process (things like printing, rentals, sources, vendor coordination, band meal requirements, etc.). She helped us keep on budget, went above and beyond at every step, and became a friend in the process. On a scale of 1-100, Lindsay gets 100.

If I had questions about anything during the wedding planning process, she was always available with assistance, suggestions, or answers. Lindsay was the absolute BEST coordinator I could have ever asked for! She was super helpful throughout the entire planning process from start to finish. We had a wedding weekend in Fredericksburg, TX and she was able to be on site the day before for rehearsal and prep for the wedding. Day of she didn't miss a beat and made me feel so comfortable the entire day. Apparently there were a couple issues with some vendors being late and it was very windy but I had no idea because she handled everything for us! Even with a delayed start (due to other vendors) she got us right back on the timeline and was so on top of everything! I highly recommend her for all things coordination!

We hired Lindsay and Roman as our "Day of Coordinators" for our small Austin, TX wedding. We had the BEST experience with both of them. Even though a small wedding, there are still a LOT of moving parts which requires the experience of a professional.
Lindsay and Roman really stepped up and impressed us all. They made the entire day stress free, made sure all logistics were taken care of and on time, and weren't afraid to get their hands dirty to make the night perfect. They were patient, kind, professional, and took the initiative to make sure there was a happy bride and overall successful wedding day/night.
I would recommend both Lindsay and Roman for any size wedding! We would not have had such a smooth and worry-free night without their professional help. Great experience throughout the whole process!

Lindsay at 22 Weddings is truly the best! Right from our first meeting she was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and so kind. Most importantly she was very patient as we were truly clueless in the wedding planning process. She gave great recommendations and advice on vendors. I hired Lindsay to plan a special, milestone birthday celebration for me, and she truly delivered beyond my imagination! Lindsay did such an amazing job starting from conceptualizing the theme and vibe of the party to using her network of vendors and contacts and securing contracts closer to the date of the event. Lindsay is very detail-oriented, super helpful and so easy to get a hold of. She would get the general idea from me on what I wanted and then go research the options and come back with amazing ideas to pick from. She was so creative in coming up with the theme colors of the party, designing the invitations to mail out to the guests as well as the centerpieces that she single-handedly brainstormed and laid out on the tables at the party. All my guests complimented me on the amazing vibe and smooth execution of the party, and Lindsay had everything to do with it. She is truly an amazing event organizer, and I highly recommend her for any special event needs you might have!

We hired Lindsay about a month prior to our wedding date (thank goodness she could fit us in her schedule). She helped us plan our final details in the month leading up to our wedding. We were planning from out of state and she was flexible with her hours to meet with us on zoom considering the time change and asked all the important questions. For day-of coordination, she coordinated all of our vendors and LITERALLY gave us the most worry-free and smooth day. She and her assistant were lovely to work with. Lindsay was our wedding coordinator back in May 2016 in Austin, TX. Other than marrying my husband, hiring her for the big day was one of the best decisions I made. Your wedding day is chaotic, and you need someone you trust like Lindsay to coordinate all the major milestones that you would normally forget or rather not deal with. From cueing the alter music, cutting the cake, handling belligerent guests, gathering groups for pictures, passing out champagne for toasts, and on, she kept us organized and on track. We all had a wonderful time and made beautiful memories thanks to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a day-of planner!
