It allowed my wife and I to focus where we needed to and not get overwhelmed with all the necessary details so we could have a life/enjoy our engagement while wedding planning. Lindsay has deep knowledge and experience in the wedding industry and has the ability to listen to who you are, what you are wanting, and make that vision come to life. My wife and I didn’t have a set plan of exactly what we wanted, but we knew the general “vibe” we wanted. Lindsay was very detailed, asked questions, brought us options and made the “vibe” a reality. Also, this was no small feat as the “vibe” entailed a non-traditional, destination wedding where one partner has a keen aesthetic eye and the other had some more “creative” requests for the day of. Lastly and certainly not least, Lindsay is simply an amazing human. While working with her, my wife and I could tell that she truly wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams and knew how to get us there. On the big day, I had a bit of nervous jitters but felt reassured when I saw Lindsay come around the corner with her trusty clipboard. She is truly a master of her craft and cares deeply that her clients have the best experience and best day. Lindsay was by far the best investment we made when planning our wedding!

I looked forward to each of my meetings with Lindsay— She is so genuinely kind and made me feel like I was her only client. She managed communication and coordination with all of my vendors, ensuring everyone knew what to do, where to be, what time to be there, and that there would be zero problems. Each of my other vendors absolutely adored Lindsay as much as I did, and the same was felt by everyone in my family and bridal party. I let Lindsay take control of most of the design work for my wedding. The last thing I wanted to do was spend time combing through options and deciding each detail (I’m a type B bride). I put my full trust in Lindsay to make the best design decisions for me and my space, all within my budget. She did an incredible job creating all my signage beautifully and spot-on with the vibe I was going for. I gave her little direction when it came to my florals other than I wanted it to look full. My jaw dropped when I saw the way she set up my ceremony and reception space. It was absolutely beautiful and felt like a magical flower wonderland. I can’t even count the number of people who commented on how amazing it looked. On the days leading up to my wedding she helped me de-stress, reassuring me that it would be perfect and that I had absolutely nothing to worry about other than focusing on the love between me and my groom. Her calm nature and positive personality was exactly what a bride needs while preparing for the biggest day of their life. On my wedding day, seeing her face immediately helped wash away some of the nerves I was feeling. She was there for me when I needed her by my side and yet at the same time was totally unseen working her magic like a wedding wizard. Lindsay managed the schedule so perfectly, I never once had to wonder if I was OK on time, or if I needed to do anything because I knew she had it covered. I received several compliments from everyone in my bridal party about how organized and brilliant Lindsay was. Me and my husband ended the best night of our lives smiling from ear to ear and full of gratitude for what Lindsay helped us accomplish. I continue to hear my now husband say “I can’t believe how perfect our wedding was.. it went off without a hitch!” So if you’ve made it to the end of my sappy review, I hope you don’t pass up the opportunity to work with Lindsay. ! They are truly incredible, and we are so lucky we chose Lindsay as our wedding coordinator. From the very first call, we knew this was our perfect match thanks to her blend of positivity, calm & collected vibes, and a "get stuff done" ability like no other. She brainstormed with me for months on minute details and never made me feel like I was crazy (even though we all know that as brides, we are sometimes a wee bit crazy). In the days leading up to the wedding, Lindsay did so much to calm my nerves: she helped me with floor plan layout, worked with our venue through some issues, saved us money on printing by recommending an awesome store and literally PICKED up the seating charts for us, saved us when we didn't have a stand for our welcome sign, and helped my horrific design skills in Canva by adjusting my design of our menus. These are all things that go so far and above the package we had booked, and it's because Lindsay just generally cares about doing great work and making sure her couples are confident, happy and calm. On the day of our wedding, holy moly! They worked our set up (in the rain) as if they were 10 people, Roman saved the day with lighting cigars when our butane was out, they put out metaphorical fires (and helped start literal fires when we needed fireplaces lit), and so much more. My husband and I are so happy that we found Lindsay and Roman, and it's crazy to think that one year ago, they were strangers to us and now are such close friends!

plan a 2-day multicultural wedding (one day being habesha!!) this past summer, and we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. The days went off without a hitch, or at least none that we noticed at the time (because of Lindsay!). Her positive, confident, and calm attitude has to be contagious. I instantly felt all the stress of planning this big day melt away as we talked for the first time, just weeks before the big day (yes, I am usually an "I can do it myself" person and put off asking for help). She thought of so many details we would have not considered had it not been for her and she always had a helpful suggestion that fit our style anywhere we asked for guidance - from songs, to timing of activities, to layout - you name it, she knows it. As an organization nerd myself, I loved how everything was kept in a shared spreadsheet for full visibility on what we still needed to do and the run of the day. As for our wedding day, things could not have run more smoothly. Lindsay and Román were there every step of the way, keeping things on schedule, working with our vendors, and anticipating needs. Though we did not have a DJ, she went out of her way to make sure we had a sound system to make announcements and toasts. Román even made a store run when we ran out of a popular drink! Plus he was quick to lend a hand (and a shoulder) to help one of my friends get the perfect hay bale picture. My husband and I and our guests had so much fun and were impressed with everything. It really was the day of our dreams come to life - without an ounce of stress! There is no way this wedding would have even been half as amazing without all the hard work and experience from Lindsay! Apparently there were a couple issues with some vendors being late and it was very windy but I had no idea because she handled everything for us! Even with a delayed start (due to other vendors) she got us right back on the timeline and was so on top of everything! I highly recommend her for all things coordination!
