Jenn was outstanding - she created & re-created multiple invoices for us while we were constantly changing our minds. She was so patient with us and even invited us to the showroom to see all of the rentals in person. We actually used their transportation services as well to/from the church and the shuttle was nice, clean and spacious! I don't know what we would have done without Jenn! Everything was executed beautifully and to a T of what we asked. We rented tables, chairs, linen, chandelier, heat lamps, etc. and even when one of our heat lamps didn't work the day-of, she happily reimbursed us and the process was painless. Highly recommend!

re very easy to communicate and work with. They even visited our venue during a design meeting to make sure all the rental needs were met appropriately. We even requested a last minute change to the color of some of the table cloths, which Jen was able to accommodate. I highly recommend their company to anyone needing event rentals in southern California.
