Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with 24/7 events. They gave us the wrong write up and estimate multiple times because they kept forgetting what we discussed and making ...
errors. Their team was incredibly rude and it was shocking how many questions they were unable to answer about their own products. The worst part of all, was that they charged us $5,000.00 for a HEATED tent, then the heaters for the entire thing were broken so our guests were freezing, and they refused to give us a refund for them. When we tried to get a refund for the defective heathers, they then also then claimed that there were multiple missing plates, glasses, and utensils they had to charge us for, even though nobody reached out about them for the two weeks were asking for the refund. I would never recommend them to a friend. Incredibly disappointing and felt like a scam.
We rented from 24/7 Events for our wedding and loved all the items. Our venue only provided some of the tables and enough chairs for dinner, so we rented everything else from 24/7 ...
from the linens to each and every glass, plates, forks, and all our cocktail furniture. We also rented heat lamps for the outdoor patio and so glad that we did. We changed our rental order a ton of times leading up to the wedding and they were so gracious about updating it each time.
24/7 Events provided all rentals needed for our wedding in December 2017. Specifically, we worked with Jennifer Ortiz and wow - we have such incredible things to say about Jenn! ...
She's extremely responsive and organized, and has a great relationship with our venue, Newhall Mansion, so I knew we would choose them for our needs. Jenn was outstanding - she created & re-created multiple invoices for us while we were constantly changing our minds. She was so patient with us and even invited us to the showroom to see all of the rentals in person. We actually used their transportation services as well to/from the church and the shuttle was nice, clean and spacious! I don't know what we would have done without Jenn! Everything was executed beautifully and to a T of what we asked. We rented tables, chairs, linen, chandelier, heat lamps, etc. and even when one of our heat lamps didn't work the day-of, she happily reimbursed us and the process was painless. Highly recommend!
My wife and I used 24/7 Events for our wedding in Long Beach on 7/15/2016, and they were great! Everything we rented arrived timely and exactly as promised. Their prices were ver...
y reasonable, especially given the quality. Jen and her team were very easy to communicate and work with. They even visited our venue during a design meeting to make sure all the rental needs were met appropriately.
We even requested a last minute change to the color of some of the table cloths, which Jen was able to accommodate.
I highly recommend their company to anyone needing event rentals in southern California.
We used 24/7 Events (formally known as A-1 Rentals) for our wedding at the Newhall Mansion and was FANTASTIC!!! I'm attaching a link to our same day edit as proof! The chandeliers,...
the staging, and the best of all was THE BAND! I'm still getting complements from people saying that was the best wedding band they've ever heard!! Robbie, Jennifer, and Mario were all a pleasure to work with!

I hired 247 Events for draping, runners and a specific design I wanted created for the dance floor at our wedding. The most important element was creating my vision for the dance ...
which involved lanterns in varying sizes, shapes and colors. When I saw it, it was perfect! The draping was perfect too. I couldn't have asked for anything better. They are great!
No words can describe how helpful and amazing Jen and the A-1 team was to make my dream wedding come true!
I wanted chandeliers for my outdoor wedding and they delivered! They mad...
e our wedding like something out of a fairytale.
They were so organized and helpful and the price is good too.
We will definitely use them again for future events!
