People always talk about how stressful planning a wedding is, and I'm so grateful that was not my experience -- thanks to 3 Little Birds!
Our wedding was a whimsical, fantastical event, and from the very beginning, 3LB got the memo, and proceeded to NAIL it!
I had so much fun being creative with Jessica, and I'm happy to say my wedding-planning era will go down as a positive, exciting, and truly fun time, all because 3LB made it so easy. I truly could not have handled so many moving parts on my own (I wouldn't even know where to begin). Planning a wedding is no small feat, and Jess and her team truly have the knowledge, experience, network, and creativity to balance it all with grace, efficiency, and so much love.
The 3LB team went above and beyond to bring every piece of our vision to life in the most magical, seamless, and stress-free way imaginable. I'm beyond impressed by their work ethic, but even more grateful for their warmth and their genuine passion for what they do.
On the day of, my husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing Jess and her team had absolutely everything under control. Our guests are still raving about how incredible and deeply personal the experience was!

Jess and 3 Little Birds were unbelievable in helping my husband and I plan our wedding. Our original venue cancelled three months before our wedding date and Jess and her team made what was a very unpredictable and stressful time much more manageable. She was there every step of the way for us and was a massive help in keeping things on track as we booked a new venue and worked with existing vendors. When it came to planning our big day Jess was totally on top of all plans and we left every call and meeting with complete faith our wedding would be everything we dreamed. Jess is a true expert in all things wedding and event and a complete pro! We loved working with her and cannot recommend her and her team enough. On our actual wedding day, the day could not have gone smoother. Every rental we ordered was dropped off and assembled just as we had envisioned and Jess kept the night on schedule as we had the time of our lives.

We worked with Jessica and the team at 3LB for our wedding in October. We were married at Valentine in DTLA (who are also great and very organized) and used 3LB for rentals and planning. The most important thing for me was that I did not want to think about a single thing once the day of the wedding arrived. I wanted to enjoy the wedding as much as possible and because of 3LB and all of our amazing vendors, the entire event went off without a hitch. They were juggling a multitude of projects (beyond our wedding) but it didn't matter because they executed perfectly and we didn't worry about a thing during the event or after it all wrapped.
Three little birds event planning was the say-all for the total event.
I bought the day of package and utilize the rentals from them. I had so much email communication, I felt that I was constantly in theknow. Any changes I made, they were quick to accommodate and answer. The day of coordinator handled rehearsal the night before With flawlessness and the day of activities was executed on time and on schedule and even better than I could’ve imagined.
The accountability they take and contacting all the vendors ahead of time was just an added touch to ensure everything went according to plan. I owe a lot of the entire wedding to Three little birds, their entire team. From the checks and balances on the rental sheets from the installers to the ladies behind The communications, it was just flawless. 10/10 recommend without any doubt.
We found 3 Little Birds through our venue (Castle Green in Pasadena) and they were incredible every step of the way! We would have been so overwhelmed without Bre handling all of the final communications with our vendors in the last days of planning. She was so attentive and such a calming presence, both in the planning stages and on our wedding day. Everything went so smoothly, and we felt so taken care of and supported. Thank you 3LB for helping us having the most magical day!
Working with the 3 Little Birds team was an absolute dream. On the practical side, Jess was incredibly well organized and made sure that we all knew what was coming, when it needed to be done, and got us started with plenty of time to make it happen. I was a member of the bridal party and the officiant, so I worked with Jess very closely.
On the creative side, she and her vendors were INCRERDIBLE. They took the taste and preferences of the bride and groom and developed them into an event that was absolutely breathtaking. From the venue to the flowers to the catering to the schedule, it was all classy, fun and--I can't believe I'm going to say this--EASY! The bride and groom had a great wedding day. They didn't seem stressed at all. They focused on getting ready and taking photos and spending time with their loved ones: enjoying the magic of the day. That was possible because everything was so lovingly planned and thoughtfully and competently carried out.
I'm not exaggerating when I say that two guests at the wedding said it was the best they have ever been to. Jess is fun, kind and also tough when she needs to be. She and her team have my highest recommendation!
Jessica put on a wedding for and very much with my daughter and son in law at the Houdini Estate. It was pure magic from beginning to end. Jess was wonderful to deal with and took care of the smallest detail without a hitch. We could not have wished for anything more…other than cooler weather. This is a pro and a fun person.

Highly recommend using 3 Little Birds for any event and especially an event at the Houdini Estate. Jess, Dustin, Bree, and the rest of their team made every dream for my wife and I’s nontraditional, gay wedding come true. You can really tell this whole team loves weddings and seeing their clients happy. It was such a joy sharing the excitement for our wedding and feeling the same energy returned by Jess and her whole staff.
In addition to their expert event planning services, their one stop shop rental business has everything you could ever want for an event and more. It really helped us visually plan every detail for our wedding. It also made last minute rental needs possible. During our wedding, the evening had set in cooler than expected, so we requested heat lamps. Within minutes Jess and her team had dozens of heat lamps at our reception with no time lost on our tight wedding day schedule.
We would absolutely work with 3 Little Birds again!
Our wedding reception was perfect and couldn't have been any more beautiful thanks to the stunning farm tables, runners and specialty water goblets. The team at 3 Little Birds went out of their way to find exactly what we envisioned to create the table settings for our special day.
I found 3LB browsing on Instagram and boy am I so glad I did! My husband and I planned our own wedding. No coordinator or planner at all. In other words, lots of emails back and forth with 3LB. Sarah and Jessica were responsive, helpful, PATIENT, and so nice. As for the day of team who came to set up and take down...AMAZING. Again, the entire team was so nice and helpful and friendly. Our wedding was beautiful and went 100% smoothly. Thank you 3LB!!
I found Three Little Birds after an online search for event rental companies in Los Angeles and reading all of their positive reviews on this platform. From the moment I reached to them, through the selection and ordering process, through the delivery/setup/breakdown, I felt special! My questions were always answered with kindness and the whole team has such a great customer service orientation. I rented tables, chairs, chair pads, and runners for a birthday part at my home, and everything turned out so beautifully! They made my event more elegant and comfortable than I ever could have done on my own. They have a great catalog and a friendly, on time delivery team, so I will for sure use them for all of my future events, and send all my friends and colleagues their way. I cannot say it enough, I would have never been able to plan my wedding without Jessica! She helped me from start to finish. She helped with all my vendors made sure everything got done and worked tirelessly on keeping me in budget. I don’t even know where I’d start if I didn’t hire them. Prep and rentals for the wedding were a breeze as Jessica is able to handle all of that for you and has an extensive supply of rentals (at great prices)! The wedding day - we can’t thank her and Dustin enough. They stayed on top of every detail and kept our day going - I did not have to do a thing which was perfect. Even after the wedding she is helping me get everything done! They are sweet, positive and made sure we had the wedding just the way we want (which can become tricky with everyone’s comments and requests). She took all the stress off me which is the best gift you can give a bride. My husband and I highly highly recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you so much for making our wedding a dream come true and helping me do the least work possible! I can’t wait to have more life milestones to call 3 little birds for help!
Jessica was FANTASTIC! Especially on the day/week of, when emotions were running high. Her company handled the planning, day of coordination, rentals, and staffing. 3LB was recommended by my venue, the Houdini Estate, and I’m so glad I went with them. You need someone who knows that venue and interacts with the people at Houdini often. She literally did such a great job that my father asked for her phone number the day after the wedding to call her and thank her (this was from a man who initially did not understand what a planner/coordinator did!). Everything on the day of was absolute perfection, everything came together perfectly. You literally cannot do this venue without a good planner, there is no way. Even with a planner, since the venue is stand-alone, you will still be doing a lot of decision-making, so prepare for major decision-making fatigue. The attention to detail was so apparent on our wedding day, the vision was executed flawlessly. I cannot stress enough how perfect the day of the wedding was, and how much of that I owe to Jessica. She handled literally everything leading up to the day of the event, if there were last-minute issues, I know nothing about them cause she was in complete control of all the moving pieces.
Jessica and 3 Little Birds helped my plan my wedding recently at The Castle Green in Pasadena. They were so on it, very communicative, and worked with us to make sure all the little details we were hoping for happened. I had complete confidence that they had everything under control, and the night went smoothly and stress free.
I cannot even *begin* to describe how absolutely happy we are/were with Jessica and her entire team. If you skip the rest of this review, please just trust that you could not make a better choice than hiring 3LB for your event; ESPECIALLY at Houdini. 10/10, A+++
My husband and I got married yesterday (9/17) at the Houdini estate and honestly, I regret not hiring 3LB for the full duration planning. We only paid for day-of coordination, but also did our rentals with their team, and they exceeded every possible expectation. They took the time to understand who we were and our vision for the event (and sometimes lack of vision) and showed us tons options, and took over where we needed help with the decision making. Visiting that office and having our final timeline meeting with Jessica gave me so much peace and serenity during the most stressful few months of my life - again, I wish we had hired them for more!!!
Everyone had a fantastic attitude - kind, helpful, and clearly invested in each individual wedding, and the couples getting married. They were easy to get a hold of and answered every stupid question we had. I made a handful of panicked calls to Jessica and it was magic - every time I spoke with her, my stress evaporated. Kate as well was just fantastic - shout out to her explaining to us how napkins work and holding our hands through that initial process hahaha.
Day of was just...easy. We DIY'd a few things and they grabbed our boxes and I don't think I lifted a single finger all day. The peace of mind knowing that team had our back was PRICELESS. Jessica even artfully handled a wild mother-in-law trying to claim a seat she wasn't entitled to for the ceremony, hahaha. She probably deserves a Purple Heart for that one.
If you're still reading this very long review - I literally cannot recommend 3LB enough. I wish I could hire Jessica to run my life for me lmao. This team is absolute gold and I know they will have your backs like they had ours!!!
I was connected to 3LB through my planner (Jamison & Tania events) to source outdoor chairs for our wedding at the Riviera Mansion. Communication with the team was amazing. They were quick to respond to any adjustments and offered suggestions on seating types and to ensure a positive guest experience. While my experience was limited to chairs only I can only imagine how great they are for other items as well!
As a planner it is so important to have a VIP list of amazing vendors I can count on. Working with 3LB was amazing. They handled my last minute changes with grace and over delivered. Their delivery team was prompt and professional (if you've ever planned a large event you know that is NOT always the case). They handled a difficult load in situation and helped problem solve some unexpected challenges. I also love that they have their full catalogue (with pricing!) available on their website. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event and would trust them with any of my couples' special days.

Bre really made our entire wedding! We worked with her for our day of wedding coordination, but she did so much more than that. Weeks out, she reached out to gather details, got vendors on the same page, was incredibly communicative, and filled in any blanks that we had (welcome signs that were needed, order of events, tea light rentals, etc). She was incredibly helpful on the day of and kept everything running smoothly and was always at least three steps ahead of everything. The evening ran so smoothly and was absolutely perfect. I'll be honest: I was BLOWN AWAY by this incredible team. For years (thanks covid) I was stressed about the logistics of how my very DIY-decor wedding would come together, and Jessica, Kate, Bre, Dustin and Neveah made everything look soooo easy the day of (by busting their asses off). They were so understanding when we had to reschedule, and right from the initial meeting, Jessica brought up some excellent points for us to ponder, which made us super prepared. Kate led us on a wonderful rehearsal AND was the person who got me through being emotional before I walked down the aisle (thanks girl), and Bre was a beast and ran my flowers to me before the first look which I'd nearly forgotten about and kept us on track THE WHOLE DAY, even giving me drinks throughout the night ☺️, and Dustin drove the van full of our wedding stuff to site and Neveah made sure everything was exactly where it should be during set up! Everyone was professional yet kind and I was so, so, SO happy to have them all there. I'm sure there was a thousand things happening behind the scenes, and I was BLISSFULLY unaware of them, because they just had everything under control. - meaning I actually got to enjoy myself and be in the moment!! The entire wedding went PERFECTLY - and I know it was all thanks to them.

Jessica from Three Little Birds coordinated our wedding with spectacular results. She has the right kind of energy to make sure everything moves on time which we needed on a day like this! She also suggested many additional items to enhance the venue décor further, but we never felt pressured to. The experience was perfect for what we needed. She was punctual, knowledgeable, and in high spirits on our special day. We couldn’t imagine everything going off without a hitch now without her and her team. This company was SO easy to work with! I changed my order about 5 times and they were so kind and thorough the whole time. The communication was very clear and the items were delivered and picked up on time. The delivery/pick up teams were so nice and sweet and very efficient! I would definitely recommend them!
Our wedding was held at my mother's which meant that we didn’t have the luxury of having the venue take care of every tiny detail. The last thing we wanted was to be putting out fires on the big day.
Without 3 Little Birds wedding coordinators, the wedding could have easily become a disaster situation but instead, it ended up being one of the best weddings our guests have ever attended.
There were so many situations that came up during our wedding day that they quickly and professionally handled, but one stands out above the rest. About an hour prior to the ceremony, we got word that our bartender would not be coming because he thought the event was canceled. This is obviously a nightmare situation as the open bar with our signature drinks is a crucial aspect of the reception.
Dustin, Kate, and Heather immediately filled in as impromptu bartenders and undoubtedly saved the day. This was not something that was part of their job description prior to the wedding and they stepped up to fill the role without hesitation. Our guests had no idea that they weren’t the actual bartenders who were hired for the event. They did absolutely amazing and deserve all the credit in the world.

3 little birds was so helpful and responsive and has a great inventory. They were always so patient and friendly when I contacted them repeatedly to make updates to our quote. The reception decor exceeded expectations!
We hired Three Little Birds for chairs, table cloths, and a few other miscellaneous items for our wedding in early June. Working with them from the start was very easy. They were very responsive, price matched quotes from other rental companies, and were super flexible whenever I wanted to add on or change items on our contract. Our items were delivered on time and set up perfectly. The only small hiccup we had was the napkin color we had ordered ended up being different from the color received but Jessica was quick to refund us for the napkin rental and easy to work with. I would definitely work with Three Little Birds again!
3 Little Birds sets the standard for customer service. Jessica, Bre, and Kate were professional, thorough, prompt, and transparent in all communications and interactions. Bre was absolutely phenomenal throughout the planning process and perfectly captured our intentions for our wedding day. She and Kate had exceptional attention to detail, were prepared for everything, and executed to perfection. They delivered exactly the wedding day we envisioned. We felt that we received tremendous value for what we paid. We would gladly hire the 3 Little Birds team for a future event and recommend them a hundred times over.

At the beginning of our wedding planning process, we had no intention of hiring a professional wedding planner. We then picked a venue who required a planner, and so had to go and find one. Hiring Jessica and 3LB was hands-down the best decision we made throughout the entire process. During the months leading up to the event, our friends and family would ask us how wedding planning was going, what they could do to help alleviate our stress, etc. Every time, we told them it was going great and we had no stress: we had Jessica!
Jessica helped us find all of our other vendors and negotiate those contracts. In the lead-up to the wedding, she put together an incredibly detailed day-of timeline that coordinated all of the necessary moving parts. She worked with us to make the wedding day ours, and offered helpful suggestions based on her long experience.
On the big day, Jessica and Dustin kept everything running smoothly. Neither we nor the wedding party had to worry about a thing. Jessica and Dustin handled everything and let us enjoy the day rather than stress about who had to be doing what when and where. To top it off, at the end of a very long evening, after we had left the venue, Jessica found an item we accidentally left behind and then drove to our hotel to drop it off. Multiple guests commented to us about how smoothly everything went and how impressed they were with Jessica based on watching her orchestrate our day.

I cannot say enough great things about Jessica and 3 Little Birds!! They are amazing at what they do and I wish everyone had a Jessica to help them plan their wedding. She coordinated everything and worked with my husband and my busy schedule, all the while helping us plan a wedding in three months. She explained things and brought things to our attention we would have never known/thought about. She was so positive and good spirited and even my other vendors commented on how cool and collected she was, even when we were a bit off schedule. 3 Little Birds is incredible!! 3 Little Birds is an amazing rental company. As a wedding coordinator I have worked with many, many vendors and it is always a joy to work with people who are kind and responsive. Their paperwork was on time and correct and they were very responsive to all of my communications. All of the rentals were so beautiful, and they really helped to set the mood for the party. Not only that, but every single person delivering and picking up was so kind and helpful. From helping me set up florals when the florist wasn't able to enter the building to quickly and efficiently setting up and packing up, they were a pleasure to work, and I hope to do so again in the future.
3LB was amazing and made our wedding event stress free! They were very specific and detailed about everything to make sure our wedding day was the way we envisioned it. We loved our day of Coordinator Bre, she literally goes above and beyond! She goes out of her way to make sure the Bride & Groom feel special. We loved Bre!
Very attentive to detail and what you want at your wedding. Bree and Dustin were our coordinators and we were amazed at the work they did. They went above and beyond to make our wedding go smoothly. For our unity ceremony we forgot bread for our pb&j and they went out of their way to get us some. We would Love to hire them for any other event we have .
A huge thank you to Jessica for being such a huge asset in our wedding planning efforts! Every couple has unique needs for ceremony or reception items and we certainly had plenty of those and all roads seemed to lead back to 3 Little Birds.
The beautiful birchwood chuppah that we rented for our ceremony fit the setting perfectly and will be a major part of the visuals from our big day.

THE moment I contacted Jessica, i knew I found the right company! I was referred to her by my wonderful caterer! Planning a wedding can be beyond stressful. I knew going with someone who knew the ins and outs of the venue would be a big help but Jessica and 3 Little Birds exceeded expectations and were so helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure everything for the day was taken care of minute by minute. We had multiple guests even comment on how smoothly and seamlessly things ran on the day which I think says a lot, and that was all thanks to Jessica and her team. Jess made my wedding planning experience so easy! We even had to reschedule our wedding THREE times due to covid, and constantly change our plans, and it was still easy as pie. She helped me find awesome vendors that fit our specific vision and never tired during constant re-planning and date changes. The fact that she has her own rental company made the decoration so easy and it was so nice not needing to find another vendor for all that stuff. Then on the day of she assigned us the most amazing coordinators that helped decorate, herd guests, bring us drinks or whatever we needed, and even sewed a bridesmaid into her dress when her zipper broke! We didn't have to worry about a thing, we just sat back and enjoyed the ride and everything just magically happened around us. I couldn't have done it without them!
I’ve never worked with a more joyful or hardworking person in my life than Jessica at 3LittleBirds. In 3 1/2 short months, Jessica put together a completely reimagined wedding for my daughter - beautiful and perfect beyond anything we ever dreamed. We came to her after our original wedding date and venue had been cancelled for a second time because of the pandemic…. and Jessica sprang into action, introducing us to fantastic new vendors and guiding us through choices. She had lovely, artistic design suggestions, made endless calls and follow up calls on our behalf, thought of every tiny detail and made sure every tiny detail was executed perfectly - from the order of the processional to how the napkins were folded. She tracked every penny of the budget and kept an impeccably organized schedule for everything else. Her company took care of our complicated rental order so I didn’t have to spend one second trying to figure out our needs. Best of all, Jessica responded to every single question and concern with the same joyful and positive, “No worries! I’ve got it!,” answer. From our very first phone call, she put this Mother of the Bride at complete ease. Going into the wedding day, we all were completely relaxed knowing that Jessica and her team were in charge of every minute of the wedding timeline. It was a zero stress wedding because of Jessica. She made it as fun as she made it beautiful. We all had the happiest day of our lives because of how lovingly, joyfully and professionally Jessica and everyone at 3LittleBirds did their job.
jessica was great in the lead up to the wedding day, ensuring we had everything ready to go, making sure all details were discussed agreed upon and documented, managing vendor contracts, etc. On the day of she was a rockstar, ensuring everything ran without a uhitch, and ensuring we didn’t need to be involved or worry about anything other than enjoying our wedding. definitely recommend!
3LB provided day of coordination and rental services for a wedding, which was postponed a year after our original date due to the pandemic. Throughout the process, Jessica and her team were very professional and accomodating. During our timeline planning call, she went through every single detail (including many we hadn't thought of), made some great suggestions for our ceremony/reception, understood exactly what kind of event we were aiming for, and helped us put together a meaningful and special event. My wife and I were immediately put at ease after our call and felt like we were in good hands.
On the day of our wedding, Jessica and Dustin made sure everything happened without a hitch (or if there were snags that we weren't aware of, they were able to resolve them right away). It was nice to have peace of mind at our wedding, and even better to have someone as genuine and thoughtful as Jessica working the event. Despite a busy and chaotic wedding season, 3LB was able to answer all of our questions and accomodate our requests.
All of their rental items were great, including the beautiful arch for our ceremony and the lawn games for cocktail hour. I can't recommend 3LB enough.
I've hosted over 2,000 guests on Airbnb and have planned multiple ~200-person birthday parties. But quickly realized that planning a wedding is a completely different beast. It required the Wedding Planners of the Gods! And for us, that was Jessica and the 3 Little Birds Event Planning team. As avid hosts ourselves, these guys are top-tier and are the MOST competent in the industry.
For context, we hired 3 Little Birds for the the month-of coordination and as our rental provider. We had 4 months to plan an "Alice in Wonderland" themed wedding for 80 guests at Hidden Garden LA. It was in a residential area so everything had to be brought in (headaches) and guest parking got a little complex. There were many moving parts, but their team were able to navigate, connect, and bring synergy to the challenges.
REAL masters at their craft aren't just knowledgeable and experienced, but are able to adapt to ANY situation - with the proper response. That's what makes 3LB special. If there were any moments of drama, you won't ever know about them. POOF! Be gone! Last minute cake toppers or guests? Jessica's on it. She execute with precision and grace and is BOSS when called for, and we REALLY appreciated that.
Jessica isn't just confident and omniscient when it comes to planning weddings. She's genuinely a passionate person with an incredible story. It's about character and personality. She actually CARES about your big day - and will do everything they can to keep it magical. Her work ethic, meticulousness, and no-nonsense approach cannot be understated. She also didn't try to upsell us. In contrast, she made sure we were getting the most out of our budget. It's obvious Jessica is adept at the art of organization - and gets a high from helping people when she can. We felt she simply loves the challenge of bringing your vision into fruition - and beyond. Sometimes she was even more enthusiastic than we were! Always a good sign.
Out of all the wedding expenses, we thought it was best spent with 3 Little Birds. From the comprehensive timeline, vendor hand-off, and high quality rentals (some looked new). To her valet recommendation and helping us load everything after the event. Her team was always smiling and just took care of business. Needless to say, they overdelivered and far exceeded our expectations.
We were stress-free, at ease, and felt completely taken care of. And that level of peace of mind is PRICELESS. I kept thinking throughout the wedding "Jessica's a miracle in so many ways. This day couldn't have gone this smoothly without her." We got our fairytale wedding in spades - and we owe it to 3 Little Birds. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and going beyond the call of duty to make this night so PERFECT. Jessica (and her team) is nothing short of amazing, and I will never go to another planner for any event that requires one. She was super enjoyable to work with, and she was on top of EVERYTHING.
I can be pretty gnarly with micro-managing when I have a specific vision in mind. That said, I literally had to do NOTHING on my wedding day. Nothing! She and her team set up all the decor beautifully, they followed my every request, she was supportive, she walked us through everything, she made sure the vendors got their meals, she made sure everyone and everything was on time down to the second, and because she was so on it, it was one of the most relaxing days of our lives. I’ve never actually heard of that happening before. We were able to just enjoy our day with each other and our loved ones.
Additionally, she worked with us through two postponements in 2020, and followed our venue’s COVID testing requirements without a fuss.
You will not regret booking with her, and I will be directing any future brides I know to her.

I can not say enough great things about my experience with 3 Little Birds as my coordinator and rental provider. While trying to plan for a wedding in this crazy year was a whirlwind of changing requirements and precautions, 3 Little Birds really came through for us when we needed to re-evaluate our plans. In the end, our day ran smooth and beautifully in no small part due to their expertise. Jessica was very communicative, had all the right questions to ask so that it was clear how we wanted the day to go, and even helped us scramble to find a new venue and last minute vendors within a month of the wedding. When I was beside myself with stress and concern, they helped me stay in gear and guide us through the process. What was meant to be a 150 person full day wedding ended up being downsized to a 20 person "social distanced" brunch and honestly I feel zero FOMO about what could have been. In the end I married my best friend and celebrated the day safely with close family and friends. All of my vendors pulled through wonderfully which I also credit to the 3LB team for creating a comprehensive timeline for everyone involved. I'm forever grateful to 3LB for coordinating a day I can look back on with joy.
3 Little Birds was an amazing rental company to work with for our micro-wedding. As we and our planner developed our wedding plans and layout, made changes to our vision, and then made more changes and item swaps and additions and subtractions as we fine-tuned our plans over the course of several months, 3 Little Birds was always super responsive with making suggestions and adjusting our quote. The items were promptly delivered and set up on the wedding day and everything looked gorgeous – even better than expected from browsing the inventory. Jessica and Dustin, the two primary planners and owners, as well as all of their staff and other planners are hospitable, friendly, accommodating, and above all, extremely experienced.
As a caterer, it is rare to find a planning partner with whom you work very well and on whom you can rely to manage all of the details so you can focus on your job and the tasks you have been hired to handle. I have been working with them for the past 4 years as my exclusive planning team and they have the same great relationship with all of the vendors they work with. To that point, they always have a long list of experienced vendors in every price point who do a stellar job and contribute to a successful event under the orchestration of Three Little Birds. In fact, I have seen them organize a laundry list of needs and vendors while masterfully managing everything from a very tight budget to an all-out extravaganza with a six-figure cost.
If their planning skills and vendor list is not enough, they also have a rental arm that compares to most any dedicated rental company in the entire area. They have a large inventory and will work to acquire new items that fit your taste and need if there is something specific that you simply must have on your special day. The pricing is extremely competitive and the care with which the items are delivered, set-up, and picked up is far superior to any other rental operation I have worked with, ever.
In short, Three Little Birds is a class act who has the skills, know-how, and customer service orientation for which I, as an industry professional, am always on the hunt. I have worked with them daily for the past almost half of a decade and know I will continue to do so for the next decades as they continue to grow and offer even more services to more very happy clients.
Jess and her team at 3 Little Birds made planning a wedding during the pandemic as stress-free as possible. We contracted 3LB for month-off coordination services in 2019, before the world turned upside down. As we entered planning in 2020, our wedding rollercoaster included guest cancellations, catering restrictions, and most distressing of all: the loss of our venue (which is still currently closed for private events). Despite all the hurdles, Jess walked us through our options.
Our final month of planning included a super comprehensive timeline walkthrough, vendor hand-off (Jess took over managing and communicating with vendors), and taking the occasional panic-text from me. The day-of, I can very confidently say that we felt zero nerves or fears in terms of the event details; we knew they had everything handled! Finally, post-ceremony, when we got a chance to see the set-up, we were BLOWN AWAY. Every single detail was transformed into a vision we didn’t even know we had! 3LB took our ideas and inspiration and created a beautiful reality. At the end of the night, the 3LB team waved their magic wand and began event tear down on time, and again, left us without worry. They consolidated our items, and boxed them right back up for us.
Our wedding (10/17/20) was 26 people total, and didn’t feel “small” or tight. 3LB created a completely intimate atmosphere that we fell in love with! I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am that we chose to move forward with Jess and her team. Every bride/groom is different, and for us and our needs, 3LB was the PERFECT fit.

Where do I even start with this review...? Amazing, extraordinary, more that we could have ever imagined, stress free, helpful, thoughtful, caring and just plain wonderful! We worked with Jessica and 3 Little Birds for about a year and a half and through it all Jessica was the best! If you are looking for a wedding planner who is uber organized, patient, resourceful, responsive and understanding look no further! I know our wedding would not have been even close to what it was without Jessica and her team.
Throughout the entire process Jessica kept us on schedule, didn't make us feel overwhelmed by booking one vendor at a time, and helped us keep track of our budget by sending us updated budget trackers. Jessica saved our wedding! We hired her after having to fire our previous planner who was a terrible fit. She was immediately attentive to our needs and understood exactly what we were looking for. We hired her because she was super familiar with Orcutt Ranch, a total DIY venue. She is highly responsive and resourceful. She handled everything from communication with the vendors, to the rehearsal, to the actual day of coordination. She was incredibly respectful of our budget and delivered the most beautiful wedding without breaking the bank. In the days leading up to the wedding, we had some uncharacteristic rain and cold in the forecast. Jess came up with a backup plan in less than 48 hours and saved the wedding once again by organizing tents and heating lamps! When we arrived on wedding day, we were overcome with joy and my wife even cried when she saw how beautiful everything looked. Jess and her husband are a dream team, everything ran flawlessly on the day of despite a downpour. She ran the event with professionalism and expertise. We felt so cared for, Jess gave us total piece of mind. Oh and did we mention she did all of this while being 6 months pregnant?!? Jess is super LGBTQ friendly and will make your wedding one for the ages. We give her our highest possible recommendation.

Jessica and Dustin go above and beyond to ensure everything for your wedding goes as planned...setting up the ceremony, cocktail, and reception area, coordinating with vendors during the wedding, and ensuring the timeline is met even if uncontrollable issues arise.
