g and through the wedding day was severely lacking and not up to the expectations that I was told to expect. - The communication and follow through from the 3LE team during the planning stages was sporadic at best leaving me completely unsure which vendors they were coordinating with and if any of them were even confirmed. This took multiple calls and emails to Rina to finally get confirmation. She just kept telling me not to worry, instead of providing info. - Only 2 weeks before the event I was informed Rina (who’s the only one we had been able to talk to in advance) was not the person who will be at our event the day of. This was a big concern, but we were told Rina would handle the transition of all the info to the day of coordinators. - The day of the event, it was very obvious that the two coordinators were unaware of things Rina and I had previously discussed. - The coordinators didn’t coordinate the bridal party and guests well on the day of the event so there was a lot of confusion. I had to keep sending guests to go find a coordinator to get questions answered that the bridal party needed. Additionally, one coordinator Jordan got a very unprofessional attitude with the bridal party while we were just trying to get an update on the broken ac that they were supposed to keep us updated on. All in all, I’m grateful I got to marry my best friend that day, but I would highly recommend using someone else to coordinate your wedding as they are not well organized and add only more stress to your planning.

hey are a godsend. They are worth the price (which I honestly think they need to charge more for their services)! If you’re on the fence about getting a planner, DO IT!! Even if your venue has a coordinator, having your own planner is well worth the day of assurance. Rina (who is the lead coordinator) is a little curt and does most of the communication leading up to the wedding. She knows what she is doing and clearly has done this a lot. Our team of 3 executed everything well for the day of. We chose the lowest tier planning and coordination and that is really all you should need to have a smooth wedding. They will give you check lists to make sure you stay on track. I didn’t need any hand holding for the planning part, so you may consider higher tiers if you need help choosing vendors. They offer rentals as well - we rented linens, our sweetheart loveseat, and dinnerware. They have additional rentals (upgraded chargers, furniture such as signs, etc). She also put out all of my DIY items (at no additional charge). I cannot recommend them enough!

became introduced to 3LE and Rina through a vendor fair, and immediately became interested thanks to their vendor package system which saved us literally thousands of dollars! Within merely weeks of working together, our venue closed down without warning, leaving us stranded. Rina immediately jumped to our aid and quickly set us up with other venues which kindly held dates for us. Thanks to her quick work and connections, an event-ending disaster was rescued within 2 weeks! Truly, we would not have had a wedding if not for her. This praise is not only deserved due to a single act of rescue, though. Rina met with us frequently over the next 8 months, generously accommodating our schedule to meet in person or via zoom. She worked with us to identify our perfect plate, charger, linen, and utensil combination from her large storehouse of samples. She has an easy system for scheduling tastings with a select group of preferred caterers in small batches, which prevented the process from becoming overwhelming. In fact, the baker we decided to go with was Laura, who actually works with Rina in 3LE and generously served as our month-of coordinator! We could not get enough of her cake flavors, particularly the unique chocolate passionfruit, and her selection of side desserts (ask for the cheesecake shooters!). Rina even recommended the wonderful Charles Jackson to be our officiant, a man who truly made the day lovely and memorable. That is not to say 3LE had to keep every vendor within their system. Rina was very pleased to work with a photographer, Alex Cross, who we were interested in, and coordinated with us to ensure the photography payments we made to her were properly allocates to Alex. Her system took a LOT of stress off of us, as we simply made scheduled payments to her, and she distributed the funds amongst the different vendors as needed. Furthermore, she regularly went over the master timeline with us and shared it with all vendors to ensure smooth operations from beginning to end. As our month-of coordinator, Laura was truly incredible. She was flexible and made calls with us well outside typical office hours to truly ensure the event details and cake designs were to our satisfaction. She met with us at the event space with the florist to test that everything could be arranged properly, and she and Rina provided easy online seating charts tailored to the venue so we could sort and update the seating chart at our leisure. She even helped us when, with only a week or two to spare, we wanted to extend the celebration an extra hour! Even night of she remained flexible, helping us adjust the location of certain event pieces and addressing a small conflict with the bar scheduling. We truly cannot thank 3LE enough. We are so grateful we picked them to help us with our special day, and are so glad Laura was able to be there. You are the best and we love you!

rything feel so smooth and stress free. As for the wedding day, Laura and the rest of the ladies made it feel nearly perfect to say the least! I had a few personal items in hand and honestly went in that morning feeling a bit of pressure not knowing that Laura would take it all out of my hands! Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy my day, completely relaxed and knowing that they would made my vision come to life. I can’t share my gratitude enough, we are so pleased to have had them be a part of our wedding planning process and most importantly, our special day.
