Absolutely fabulous to work with!

We did the Dream Planning Package and it was by far the best investment we made in our wedding. Steven and his team were there through the entire planning process, helping us stay on track and helping with all the issues that arose through out. The day of was absolutely amazing! Our wedding was at 3:30 and the wedding before us was still in the venue at 2!! Steven and his team handled everything and pulled off getting everything set up in the little time they had. Honestly we wouldn't have been able to pull it off with out them. The Dj and Videographer were also amazing! We had so many complements from our guest on the music and they even played some games, it was so much fun!! I HIGHLY recommend using their services to make your day beautiful and as stress free as possible.

402 did some draping for my ceremony and backdrop with lighting for my wedding at the players club on 8/26 and the staff was very professional and everything was reasonably prices and best of all everything looked great and it helped tie everything together for my entire day!

We worked with 402 Event Services for lighting decorations in our ceremony and reception spaces, and could not have been happier with how everything turned out. They were super responsive and easy to work with. From our initial conversation through the wedding weekend itself, it was as smooth and simple as we could have hoped. Steven was respectful of our budget and wishes, and planned beautiful touches for the space without wasting our time creating a design beyond our reach. Steven and Kelsie were both fantastic to work with! They were quick with responses and had an answer for everything we wanted to know. Our backdrop looked great on our wedding day and was exactly what we asked for! Kelsie, our coordinator, was so organized and did a great job contacting our vendors and handling all of the day of stresses, so we didn't have to. Hiring 402 Events made our wedding so much more relaxing and enjoyable and we could not be more thankful!

We hired 402 events for "day of" wedding planning/coordination. We are so happy that we did! I spent a year planning my wedding and I was so relived to have 402 events' help leading up to the big day. Steven and Kelsie were extremely helpful, kind, and charismatic. Any texts, emails or other communications that we sent them was replied to very quickly. They were always there to answer any questions that we had. Steve actually saved us thousands of dollars with one of our vendors because of his knowledge and connections. I am not sure what we would have done if we didn’t have Kelsie there on the big day! She went above and beyond anytime she could, and was invaluable to us. I had a couple of major dress snafus, and she came up with a plan to fix it and it worked wonderfully!! She was ready for anything, and never looked panicked or worried, she kept my stress at bay and made it more fun! Kelsie was also very professional to all the other vendors, and incredibly nice to everyone as well. She also anticipated our needs and thought of things I never would have. It turned out beautifully and we have no issues at all with any of the services provided. We are extremely satisfied with their business, and we are very appreciative and happy we found them! We will be hiring them again in the future if ever needed!

Steven was wonderful to work with. He really took the time to listen to my needs for my wedding even though I wanted something simple. We were incredibly pleased with how the decor turned out! It was thoughtfully executed, and the little touches made the ambience of the room really come together. The linens looked incredible in photos. I also really appreciated your professionalism, affordability, and follow-up. They worked directly with my venue, which took a lot off of my shoulders so I did not have to worry. Thank you for making it such an effortless process!

Our day of wedding coordinator was Bre. She was AMAZING. She was there the entire time and took away every worry I had of something going wrong. She had two private meetings with us and was always organized, professional and super nice. Steve, the owner, was also easy to work with! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a coordinator.

402 Events did an amazing job on our wedding day! They provided uplighting and ceiling drapery that added a huge visual impact to our venue at a much lower cost than purchasing more decor. They even hung up an extra decoration for us that we purchased last minute. They were professional and responsive and I would absolutely recommend them.

Steven did a great job with my wedding! Our meetings to talk about designs were great and I felt like he listened to what I wanted. The final design turned out so great! It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted our special day to look like!

She met with us prior to the wedding to go over our details and provided valuable feedbacks and guidances on stuff we did not notice. She is just so wonderful to work with, and we are so thankful to have her there on our big day. We hired 402 for day-of coordination, and we commented after that it was the best decision we made and money we spent (and it was very affordable)! Bre from 402 was a LIFESAVER the day of my wedding, truly. She worked with our family friend to decorate everything even more beautifully than I could have hoped for, and she kept everything running so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about a thing. She handled everything calmly, professionally, and with a smile on her face. She was there with everything I needed before I could even ask or know I needed it - with a glass of wine for me post-ceremony; with my toss bouquet when our photographers asked me to toss my bridal bouquet in photos; there to make sure our flower girls made it down the aisle...and so much that I'm sure I didn't even know about because she's that good :) Steven from 402 was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator.

We were beyond impressed with the videography services before our wedding, and our wedding day was no different. Perry and Bryant at Inner Soul Images (through 402 Services) were so welcoming and accommodating, so we felt super comfortable with them. To make things even better, they were both SO fun! Perry made our love story interview a blast, and Bryant was great to be around and helped our day go smoothly. The quality of the service we received for the rate we paid was above and beyond what we ever expected. I wouldn't have changed anything about our videography experience! Steven was also great to work with. He was awesome about communicating with us and making sure all of our questions were answered. Steven and his crew made the whole process so easy! We are so grateful for this experience with 402 Event Services!

He was very easy to work with from the initial contact to the follow-up call after the event. Stephen and his team were extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. Stephen used his creative vision to deal with certain challenges the banquet facility presented. And, we were more than satisfied after the installation was complete. The ceiling drapery and lighted backdrops were absolutely breathtaking making the wedding day everything and more than we had hoped it would be. Wow. What can I say about this event service! I used them for my wedding and they were absolutely STUNNING! I wanted a big light canopy as seen in a pinterest picture and Steven and his team executed this PERFECTLY! I can not express how amazing my wedding was with this. They were early to set up, and took care of everything. I could not have imagined my night being any more beautiful!! I highly recommend them to ANY person needing lights! Thank you everyone you made my wedding day absolutely amazing!!!!
