This company's professionalism is unmatched in the wedding planning business. Apart from their expertise in coordination, they have such a confident and reassuring attitude that made me feel so much more at ease. Everything went so smoothly and the 44th & Luxe team went above and beyond to make sure it did. Colleen and Janey were our day-of team and they thought of everything and more to make our big day truly memorable. They helped tremendously with venue decorations and we got so many compliments from guests. It was clear the team was extremely experienced and could help me with anything and everything I needed help with. They were always available and enthusiastic about meetings and making sure we check everything off the list. Throughout our COVID rescheduling and request for a change in services, 44th & Luxe were super amenable and professional in handling everything flawlessly. I would say if you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, do it- you will save yourself a lot of stress. You can't go wrong with hiring 44th & Luxe as your wedding coordinator!
Where do I begin? Heidi was incredibly organized and beyond helpful to make sure my husband and I were on track. Even after a postponement, she reached out to check in on us multiple times! The day of team was incredibly prompt and so friendly! At the end of the night they packed up things in my parents car and they were blown away how much the women helped out! The team

If you're a wedding planner and you need someone to handle your own special day, who do you call? The answer is 44th & Luxe Events!!!! Heidi managed our destination wedding fabulously. There is no one else this wedding planner bride would have called to handle her day. She traveled all the way from Arizona to conduct my wedding in Pigeon Forge, TN! I am so grateful to her for coordinating all my wild design ideas and making them a reality. If I could give 44th & Luxe more stars, I would!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Heidi, Colleen, and Heidi!!! From Arizona, Heidi #1 made sure every little detail was taken care of. On the day if the wedding, Colleen and Heidi #2 made the day go smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing!! They even cleaned up after my daughter’s dog when he threw up!!!
Hiring Heidi was hands down the best decision ever! We planned our wedding in Cincy from California and needed someone local to help us with the final details and the endless coordination emails that were vital to our day running smoothly. Day of, all of our vendors were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there and everything was exactly what we had discussed with them and what we expected. Out of all the weddings I've been in none of them had hired planners, and I truly believe Heidi and her team made all the difference having them on our side early on!
Hire Heidi ASAP! As an OCD bride planning from out-of-town, I knew early on I needed an experienced wedding planner, more detailed than I am, with unending patience, professionalism & poise. Heidi was that and so much more! She came highly recommended by our former venue coordinator, and I truly thank God that we found her and she was available for our day! From the first time Heidi and I spoke, I was impressed by her warmth and professionalism. She is amazingly personable and a true joy to work with. She cared about the little details that were important to my husband and I. Her efforts and attention to detail greatly exceeded our extremely high expectations. We could not have asked for better service than what she provided. I had the utmost confidence in Heidi & was truly at ease the month leading up to our wedding knowing she was in constant contact with our vendors, crossing every T and dotting every I. She was also flexible to add on our rehearsal brunch planning & set-up just two weeks prior. Heidi was quick to respond via text/email, she advocated for me with our venue when issues arose & she and her team seamlessly executed our vision on our wedding day with amazing judgement, and class. Heidi was gracious enough to hold our million & one decor items the weekend of our wedding, she returned our rental items to vendors for us since we were immediately leaving town, and she even hand-delivered the important items to us the morning after to our hotel room. Not once did my husband and I feel stressed the day-of, even with schedule changes & a downpour 10min prior to the start of our outdoor ceremomy. Heidi actually made sure that I had no idea it was raining! Our bridal party & family are still complimenting her & raving about our beautiful & flawless day. Heidi was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding and I absolutely recommend her to any and everyone who inquires.

I love Heidi! We hired 44th and Luxe for "day of planning" but she was so much more. She and her assistants were so great to work with and I felt so taken care. Cross your fingers that they are available on your big day, because you will hit the lottery if you work with 44th & Luxe planning your wedding! Heidi was truly a dream to work with: responsive, thorough, and all around wonderful . Heidi made the weeks leading up to my wedding a breeze, coordinating with all my vendors, and ensuring I didn't forget any details (she really kept on me to make sure my vision played out). Even better, my wedding day was 100% stress free...seriously, I didn't stress about a single thing because she was there. Outside of the man I married, hiring Heidi was the best decision I made on my wedding day!
My husband originally worked with Heidi through his work. Due to the unexpected, Heidi was needed at the last minute to jump in and pull off a very large and important 2-day business event with hundreds of people coming in from around the country and she did so without a hitch. Based on her performance, we knew she could handle the craziness of our families, schedules, and us :)
I travel weekly for work and Heidi was very accommodating of this. We scheduled video conference calls during the week and in-person meetings on the weekends. She created comprehensive and collaborative timelines, checklists, and budgets using online file-sharing services so we could participate in all the details we wanted to be involved with, review the others, and see updates real-time. She helped us stay on track and on budget which eased the stresses of planning a wedding and politely told us when we needed to focus on a certain to-do or deadline.
As luck would have it, the remnants of a tropical storm were bearing down on us for our wedding day, but Heidi took it all in stride and was immediately proactive. Heidi organized and held “emergency” meetings with all affected vendors to coordinate not just a plan B, but also a plan C to deal with the severe weather we were facing. She reviewed the options with us to get our buy-in and then went to work preparing for all contingencies.
Her support on our wedding day was great! Chaos could have ensued with the high winds, flash floods and constant downpour, but Heidi took care of it so that we could enjoy the day and not worry about what we could not control. Heidi also brought along an assistant, Chelsea, and we loved her extra help with the groomsmen while Heidi was with the bridal party. She even held our dog during some photos. All in all, our vendors and family spoke just as highly of Heidi as we did. They’d recommend her just as much as us!
Do yourself a favor and hire Heidi immediately! Heidi helped to make our special day run perfectly, and if anything did go wrong, I didn't know about it. I pride myself on being organized and anticipating things, but Heidi has a leg up on me! She was in constant contact with everyone, to crossed her t's and dotted her i's twice! she was so througho and made sure that everything I wanted on my wedding day happened. She was very helpful with getting in contact with the vendors, making sure everyone knew everything going on and keeping the timeline. We had enough time in our day to make it not stressful and extremely seemless. I will never be able to thank Heidi enough for the load she took off on me the week and day of the wedding. She made it so that my husband and I could enjoy the day to its fullist! I seriously can't say enough good thing, you won't regret hiring her!
I recently worked with Heidi on an incredible wedding. As a representative from a venue, I work with many planners in Cincy, and I can honestly say that Heidi is one of the best! I was shocked by her attention to detail and how organized she was! I recommend her to all brides and grooms looking for an amazing planner!
Hiring 44th & Luxe as my day-of coordinator was without a doubt the best decision I made for my wedding! Heidi took the time to get to know me and my groom and fully understand our vision for the day and the things that mattered most to us. From that very first meeting until the last dance of the night, she made it her priority to fully bring that vision to life flawlessly! In the weeks leading up to our big day she made my life so easy and stress-free with detailed packing lists, timelines and clear communication. She even took a trip to our house to pick up all the wedding decor and accessories and then two days after the wedding brought it all back, neatly packaged. She blew me away with how quick she was to respond to emails and texts. Her experience and advice was also incredibly helpful, she was straightforward with me when it came to the places where she thought we could save some money and where it made more sense to invest. I felt she had my back 100%. And on top of all that, she is an absolute joy of a person! She's sweet, funny and caring - she enhanced our getting ready room with her bubbly personality. My family and friends adored having her around on the big day also - many of them made a point to tell me "that Heidi is amazing!" They are right and I highly recommend hiring her to ensure your wedding day is as special and stress-free as can be!
Heidi and her team were amazing to work with on our wedding day! My fiance and I (plus my parents and entire wedding party) cannot speak highly enough of Heidi and her team. Heidi is extremely professional while still making the process fun! I asked a lot of questions closer to the wedding, and Heidi always got back to me quickly with thorough responses. She had great advice for the wedding day, from what time to start getting ready all the way down to which family members to include in pictures. Her team was so supportive on wedding day, and handled any task that I asked with a smile on their faces. I think at one point one team member was even asked to make a man-bun (which looked great!). Having Heidi and her team there to ensure things ran smoothly took such a weight off my shoulders, they were so reliable and fantastic to work with. If you are looking for a coordinator - look no further! Book Heidi and team immediately!
Heidi and her team were absolutely amazing! From the very first meeting we had with her, it was evident Heidi was detail-oriented, organized, kind-hearted and had an excellent sense of taste. My now-husband and I were indecisive about various wedding elements, but there was never any doubt that we wanted (and needed) Heidi to organize our wedding.
We fell in love with the Little Red Schoolhouse in Indian Hill for our wedding venue. It was a very special space, but it required separate coordination with all of the vendors (rentals, caterer, flowers, musicians, cake, chalkboard artist, etc.) and we were so, so thankful to have Heidi with us every step of the way, helping to keep us sane and to ensure no detail was lost in the process.
On the day of the wedding, I really don’t know what we would have done without Heidi and her team. Heidi truly took care of everything—she contacted all of our vendors and ensured they were where they needed to be at the time they needed to be there, she helped to set up our guest tables and they looked even better than I had hoped, she ensured our wedding cake was perfect, she made sure the grounds and the chairs were how we wanted them and sprinkled flower petals on the aisle, she coordinated with our wedding party (and with me) to make sure we were all on time, she handled tipping for all of our vendors, and, at the end of the night, she broke down all of the decorations and ensured they were properly organized for pick-up. Also, we had a mini-emergency during our wedding where we lost power and Heidi totally saved the day. It was such a non-event because of her quick response that most of the guests didn't even notice.
Because of Heidi and her team, my husband and I were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day. I highly recommend her to help with your wedding— you will be hard-pressed to find anyone better.
If you’re considering hiring 44th & Luxe Events to plan your wedding, DO IT!! Heidi was the best coordinator to work with. She thought of every little detail, and made sure everything leading up to the day and the day of went perfectly. She reached out to all my other vendors to confirm wedding day details. She went above and beyond to make sure that everyone knew what was going on, and made it known that if anyone needed anything, they needed to contact her and not my husband or I. She thought of things that never would have occurred to me, and had a wedding day emergency kit to fix any issue that came up. She was kind, considerate and extremely focused on making sure my husband an I had the best day of our lives, and thanks to her-we did! The best decision I made throughout this whole process was trusting Heidi and 44th & Luxe Events to plan the day!
Heidi was amazing! She was there with us from Day One until our big day! Heidi was very detailed and specific. At the same time, she was very warm and accommodating to our families, friends, and guests! We could not have asked for a better person to coordinate our wedding! We truly were able to enjoy every second of our glorious day!
We used 44th & Luxe Events as the wedding coordinator for my daughter’s recent wedding. Heidi and her staff were a pleasure to work with and made the wedding planning so much less stressful than it would have been. Heidi was incredibly organized, was on top of everything and kept everything moving smoothly during the planning, the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding. There were a few problems during the reception, but she solved each of them tactfully but with authority. Heidi is a consummate professional and is also a genuinely nice person. Hiring Heidi and her team was the best wedding decision my husband and I made. 44th & Luxe Events exceeded our expectations on so many levels. I usually like to do everything myself but I wanted to enjoy the day, as well as my family, without stressing. When I first spoke with Heidi we instantly clicked she listened to all of my ideas and helped me with suggestions throughout the process . My only regret was not allowing her to plan the whole thing!
