Stephanie and Lauren were both so helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Lauren especially stepped in seamlessly when she joined the team. I really appreciated how she offered to set up a meeting to make sure we picked up right where things left off & that we felt good going into the final stretch!
They were also SOOOO helpful with linens (I went over probably 5 different times to look at all the swatches LOL). On the day of Lauren & additional 5Eleven staff were always around if we had any questions. And on top of all of that, the space itself is absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop for the entire day.

anagement — created an unnecessarily stressful and disappointing experience surrounding what should have been one of the best days of our lives.
When we originally booked the venue, the first event manager confirmed that the courtyard would comfortably accommodate our guest count. After a management change, the new manager, Stephanie, expressed concerns and suggested we move the ceremony to the side lawn at no additional charge. We agreed to that arrangement.
Months later, we received an email stating that the side lawn would now be an extra $500 because she believed the courtyard would actually work. This price change was never added to any formal invoice. On November 3rd, we received our final invoice marked Paid in Full, with no mention of any outstanding balance — naturally, we assumed everything was squared away.
The real issue began the weekend of the wedding. Five minutes before our rehearsal, Stephanie abruptly insisted the $500 was due. My wife politely said that “now is not the time,” given the timing. The next day — wedding day — there was no venue representative present at any point to sort this out.
Then, 30 minutes before our reception ended, Stephanie reappeared, locked the bridal suite, and demanded payment. She even told guests that the bride and groom had an unpaid balance, which was unprofessional and humiliating. Worst of all, she took a photo of our credit card information without consent. At that point, the $500 was irrelevant — the way the situation was handled overshadowed an otherwise wonderful night.
The venue has beauty and potential, but the management’s lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for the couple on their wedding day is unacceptable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend hosting an event here until the staff and policies are significantly improved

I loved the bridal loft and the added perk of being able to order breakfast and lunch for delivery and setup so we didn't have to scramble for food while we got ready. Cailin was so helpful and easy to work with. We really appreciated how quickly she responded to our (many!) questions and was proactive in offering solutions for us. We used the in-house bar service which was so easy to set up and reasonably priced. And the location really can't be beat - it's right in downtown but away from all of the bars so we felt we had plenty of privacy even though we were outdoors. Thank you 5eleven for everything!

ationed. At the time, I worked with Gracie (who has since promoted) who gave me TWO facetime walkthroughs (once with me, the other with my family also on the call). The contract was self-explanatory, and Gracie made sure to address all questions and concerns I had about the day. As questions came up, I was able to easily communicate with her via their site portal, which housed our contract for easy reference, let me know how much more money I owed, and where I was able to effectively DM her. Given the 14-hour time difference, I was extremely thankful for that.
Once Gracie handed over the reins to Cailin, I knew I was still in good hands. She kept me on timeline and on task to ensure I didn't bust any deadlines. Even when they got a new chef and they had to make potential changes to my menu, she gave me the option to keep my original menu items if I wanted to. The pictures do not do this venue justice. The inside of the venue is much larger than I thought it would be, and the courtyard was perfect size for my ceremony (I had 60 total guests, including the wedding party). I think any more than 100-115 guests might get uncomfortably crowded, but we had plenty of room to move around and dance in the venue. The venue was spotless upon arrival, and the bridal loft was a dream. Highly recommend!

enue itself is gorgeous. If you are looking for a fun and historic venue this one is great. Having both the courtyard and indoor spaces was perfect! We had about 100 people and the venue still felt spacious. Gracey and the 5 Eleven team were professional, fun, and so easy to work with. We were planning everything from out of state and they made the whole process so easy. They answered all of our questions quickly and reached out at different points along the planning timeline to see if they could help us in any way. The day of Gracey was there to meet us early and was on site all day to ensure we had everything we needed and to make sure everything was running smoothly. We had set up cornhole for people to play and there was plenty of space and the string lights weren't in the way at all. The inside had plenty of space as well for dancing, bouquet toss, and garter toss. Aesthetically, it is also a great place for guests to take pictures, with the old brick, natural lighting, and beautiful courtyard outside. I really could not be happier with my venue. I miss it already!

There is a huge kitchen for the caterer, a sound system, space for a DJ and a dance floor, 4 bathrooms for guests and plenty of room inside and out for everyone. The courtyard is full of greenery and that is where we decided to have our ceremony. It was perfect. They provide chairs, tables and a list of vendors that you can hire for the event. Working with Autumn was such a pleasure! She is such a sweetheart. She was so patient with us and offered advice and assistance whenever we had questions. She was also available to show us the venue on multiple occasions so that we could plan. I give this place 5 starts because it is beautiful, clean, easy, it is right downtown, and the customer service was outstanding!

reat for wedding parties 100 and under I would say without being cramped. Mary offers great prices, including waiving the furniture fee for groups under 75 (which was what I ended up having). The courtyard was a beautiful location for our ceremony, and there was plenty of space inside to move it if we had gotten rained out. Mary even offered to give us the venue an hour earlier than planned for a small fee to give us more time for setup.
The only downside to the venue is the lack of bridal suite or a place to really get ready. It ended up not being a problem for us, as we had a hotel room to get ready in but it may prove inconvenient for some.
All in all, this was a beautiful place to get married and I wouldn't have changed a thing!
