Our wedding reception was at the Red Barn (same owners), so we got all our rentals from them. Easy to work with, great communication, great prices - amazing!
Great selections, great communication, and great service! 5 Star Rental helped our wedding reception vision come to life. They also provided great suggestions to make our sweetheart table look so elegant but also remain in our budget. I really appreciated the variety of options they gave to help us stay within our budget. They also did such a great job at setting up the linens and napkins exactly how I wanted them at the reception. We are very happy with their services!
We used 5 Star Rental for our linens at our wedding and were very impressed! They were the first vendor there setting up and seemed to knock it out so quickly. We had no issues and they were very attentive, flexible, and accommodating in the planning process. Would definitely recommend them!
The people at 5 star rental were so kind and responsive to our vision/what we needed! They spent so much time helping us pick out everything we needed and were fairly affordable! Drop off was easy and returning them the Monday afterwards was easy! Everything looked beautiful and was clean/timely! I would definitely use them for all out future events!
I rented our table linens, chargers, and napkins from 5 star. They were great with allowing me to make constant changes all the way up to my wedding. The only reason it is receiving 4 stars instead of 5 is some of the chargers were chipped that I received and I was not expecting to have that. I was expecting them to all be in great condition. We were able to hide most of them with the napkin on top but that was the only downside.
I highly recommend 5 Star Rental!! We used them for our wedding at The Springs and 5 Star Rental was helpful and knew the table sizes from the venue to help us with our linens. 5 Star was professional, responsive, flexible, and great to work with. They have a wide selection of inventory to make your dream wedding become a reality!
5 Star Rental was there as soon as the gates opened the morning of to start setting up what they had to deliver! Their customer service was amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone! Truly felt like my wedding was in great hands and being taken care of properly! Thank you 5 Star Team!
They were very active in communication with me. They were great at making sure I had everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. They called and were like hey you know your venue provides this right? They look out for you more than making money. Very pleased!
Showed up on time for set up & break down. Worked hard to make sure everything was in the correct locations even made recommendations based on their knowledge! Highly recommend!
I needed napkins for my wedding and reached out to 5 Star Rentals super last minute (like a week in advance), and luckily they had the color I needed! I heard back from them super quickly and had my linens reserved on the same day I reached out. I avoided extra fees by having the napkins picked up and dropped off by a family member, so it was pretty affordable. They even fold the napkins for you, and give you options of different folds, which I really appreciated!
We used 5 star Rentals for our wedding on September 8th. We were referred to their services last-minute by our wedding venue, The Grove, due to rainy weather that required us to bring our ceremony indoors. We rented the pipe drapes with twinkle lighting which turned out absolutely beautiful as a backdrop for our ceremony. Sarah and Sasha made the rental process SO unbelievably easy and quick and they had no issues making things happen for us so last-minute. They were very affordable which was perfect because we were at the end of our budget as we ended up setting up the services the day before our wedding. 5 Star Rental delivered superb services and accommodated us at a time that could have been super stressful for us, but they made it THAT much easier. You will not be disappointed with this vendor! Great job guys :)
Everything was set up perfect! The parking guys and all the workers did an excellent job.
The setup and everything was nice, but the string lights we ordered with the tent didn’t work. They also told us they were to arrive between 9am and 9:30am for setup of the structure tent, but didn’t show up until 11am and didn’t alert us that they had added a drop off before hand. It’s not that serious but communication could be better.
5 Star Rental was a great vendor to work with. Not only did they have a great assortment of items available for rental (and the exact color linens I looked everywhere for!), they were very accommodating and flexible with the many changes we made during the wedding planning process. On our wedding day, they showed up with everything we ordered at the scheduled time and set up exactly as we wanted. Due to some miscommunication with the venue, we ended up not needing a few items that we had ordered from 5 Star and they were very understanding, took the items back, and even refunded us for these unused items. Great company to work with and I'd use them again!
I rented 10 cross back chairs and a generator. I almost paid more for the delivery fee, the pick up fee, and the after hours fee then my items that I rented. I understand you have to pay for those things to be dropped off but we paid $30 for the delivery, $30 for the pick up fee and theres a $50 after hours fee if they have to be picked up after 5pm. They could have picked them up at 6:30 but they said it was after hours. They said the only way around the $50 after hours fee was to leave it at the venue and they could pick up the next day, but there was a wedding so that wasn't possible. It rained so we were not even able to use the generator or chairs as we had to move the wedding indoors. They came at 6:30 to pick up the generator but didn't come for the chairs and so they came back out after 11. I'm sure they chairs and the generator would have been fine, so this review is solely off of the extra fee's they charge. I wish I would have had more time to shop around to avoid those extra fees or they had an option for you to pick up and drop off.
5 Star was great. We rented chairs and a small tent from them, plus delivery, setup, and tear down. They were on time (early in fact), very professional, very nice when I spoke with them over the phone. They came and took the items that night after the wedding was over (per my venues instructions) which was an extra fee that I didn't like but understandable. I watched the gentleman setting them up for a little while that morning, and he continually would set back to make sure that everything was lined up perfectly which I really appreciated. Would recommend. Thanks 5 Star!
Used 5 star rental for tents for my outside ceremony.
Tent quality was good. Working with them over the phone was a breeze and they seemed to be knowledgeable with the venue I was using and how the tent setup should be done.
Rental cost was comparable to other rentals. They had quite a few fees listed in their contract.
Setup was done early. However, staff used for breakdown walked through my reception rather than walking around the outside. Staff who walked into the reception were dressed in raggy t-shirts and shorts. They also stopped by the bar and asked for water.
I am not opposed to giving bottled water, but I would have liked it to be done more discretely. My guests did comment about seeing them.
