501 Union

501 Union provided us with a memorable, elegant venue to host our wedding in the city we love. In addition to being conveniently accessible for us as Prospect Heights locals and our New York-based friends and family, 501 Union also provided our out-of-town visitors with the perfect taste of Brooklyn cool. We hoped to show our guests the world-class aesthetics and attention to detail that New York City is known for, while also throwing the kind of bangers-only dance party we fell in love with at popular clubs and intimate house parties in the early days of our relationship. The dark-wood and brass-fixtures look of the venue reassured us that it would feel elegant and classic. But the eclectic and eye-catching wallpapers added a delicate, subtly classy eccentricity that really made the pasty feel unique. For example, the green-and-silver leaf pattern in the cocktail lounge made a great background for pictures and the silver textured waves in the main room came alive with flashes of light and colored reflections when we turned down the lights for dancing! We also found many of our vendors through 501 Union’s recommended vendors list and were largely satisfied with the recommendations made and the standards to which 501 holds those vendors it recommends as partners. It greatly reassured us to have a team of disparate vendors who nevertheless knew each other and how to work within the given space. The staff at 501 Union were super helpful throughout the process as well. From their hardworking bartenders amazing hustle during the actual wedding, to our venue contact Abby’s prompt and consistent responses throughout the process. Occasionally another vendor would miss a meeting or drop a ball, but Abby was consistently pitch-perfect professional the entire time we worked together, which provided us with a much-needed sense of stability throughout the process.

10/10! The venue is absolutely stunning and very well-kept. You don’t need to do much decorating if you’re a minimalist, like me. It also has so many in-house options which makes things easier. I also love that we were able to bring in an outside caterer. Many venues did not allow this. All of the staff were so friendly and professional, especially Andrea. From the very beginning, she was so communicative & accommodating. I would def recommend having an event there. My wedding was absolutely perfect & stunning!!! Thank you so much 501 Union!!!!

Absolutely loved this venue. This was the first venue we toured and we knew that we had to book it. They were kind and accommodating from start to finish. They were the perfect space for our food truck wedding with around 110 guests. The staff were professional and helped the day go seamlessly. Would 100% book again!

We had such an amazing experience working with 501 Union for our wedding. Andrea was our main point person, she was super responsive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We got married in early March of 2024 at 501 Union. The space is a total show-stopper and several of our guests raved about the space throughout our wedding. We love the whole space, but if we had to shout out a few of our favorite things they would be the farm tables, the disco ball, their two bars, and the light fixtures! Now I want to shout out their staff - seriously everyone who worked at our wedding from 501 were so sweet. Also, we chose vendors recommended by or who partner with 501 and we loved every single one of them.

Words can't express the gratitude I have for 501 Union and its staff. It is a universe - starting- with most importantly the space - it is truly perfectly designed for a seamlessly transitioned evening, yet flexible for different vibes or sizes. Every space has a character distinct from one another yet cohesive in style and current in every season. The amenities are just right - large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and a cute bridal suite. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and reliable. A true Brooklyn gem!

We had a December wedding and had the best experience ever. Andrea could not have been more prompt or helpful with all of our questions. The event space was transformed to be exactly what we wanted - an intimate, romantic, Brooklyn vibe. We were worried about December since it wasn’t our first choice season. But it actually added to the spaces beauty. We had 108 people and although I think you can fit up to 160 or something, if you want dancing I think the max would be around 120/130. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The great part of 501 is it has its own character. It’s beautiful by itself so when you add flowers it really shines. Plus they have their own greenery already for you to play off of! The only slightly annoying thing (which happens with every non hotel venue probably) is that you can bring anything into the space until the day of if they have another event the night before. We figured it out but just another logistical nuance. You are required a planner and to bring in vendors for mostly everything except the bar. Our wedding was perfect and the space was so special. Highly recommend.

501 Union was AMAZING. Just had my 1/6/24 wedding there and could not have better things to say. Everyone was so impressed by the venue! The atrium, lounge and reception space are all so cohesive but allow a canvas to create the wedding of my dreams. I have been told by multiple guests that they are truly impressed by the venue the beautiful setting it provided for the wedding day. Working with the team at 501 Union was very smooth. My sales manager responded promptly to emails and answered my many questions. The bar staff and day of staff were fantastic!! Most vendors I worked with also had nothing but great experiences at 501 Union so definitely recommend this venue to all!

501 Union is an AMAZING space to get married! The team was professional, courteous and catered toward our every need. From inquiry to the day of the wedding, it felt like we were smooth sailing. They have clearly done this a few times and it felt like no request was too big for them. The venue itself is proper NYC! Great views in a quaint neighborhood, with an indoor space that's large, but still comfortable. Whether you go grand with the designs or keep it minimal, you will have a space that your family and friends will keep talking about!

501 was absolutely the perfect venue for our wedding. The event coordinator, Andrea, was a joy to work with, as well as the day/night of manager. Every single one of our vendors were extremely happy when we told them we had booked 501, as their staff makes it extremely easy for outside vendors to be accommodated. The space is beautiful, and it really was a dream venue! My only notes are the getting ready bridal suite has extremely dim lighting so it wasn't great for getting ready. However, we all got ready in the front lounge which was perfectly fine and less cramped. Everything else was a 10/10! Thanks so much, 501!

Absolutely perfect venue for a wedding. The space is beautiful. The staff is wonderful. We worked with Andrea from the open house until the day of the event and she was an absolute dream to work with - patient, kind, and professional. The staff who worked our event was also incredibly helpful, organized, and so friendly. We could not have been more pleased. 501 Union is a beautiful and unique space. The vibe is both vintage and modern and the space and building are well maintained. The best part is that not much decorating is needed. It's such an impressive space that you don't need to do much to make it look elegant.

501 Union was a wonderful venue that worked so well with us! After a very unlikely circumstance knocked our first venue out of contention, 501 Union was very quick to work with us and make sure the ball was rolling for our big day. Special shout out to Abby who was such a pleasure to work with, always responded quickly and made everything easier for us. The staff on the big day were also so helpful, so responsive, and contributed to the fun vibe of the day. Their referrals to were top notch - their preferred vendor for staffing, Parties N All, were awesome on the day of. Overall, it was a great experience made smooth by 501 Union and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We held our wedding at 501 Union and couldn't be happier. What a gorgeous space and an incredible team. We had a food truck wedding and the space was perfect for bringing our vendors in. We love that there are distinct areas to the venue with their own unique feeling -- it helped create a great flow to the evening and gave our guests different areas to explore or to find a quiet space as they needed. We worked with Abby throughout our process and she and the entire 501 Union team were so helpful and made for an easy experience and a fantastic wedding. The venue is so classy and we and our guests absolutely loved it. We can't say enough good things about 501 Union or our experience.

501 Union is beautiful. The care the staff took with beyond what we ever could imagine and the space is absolutely gorgeous. Unlike other spaces, you don't need to bring anything in to make this venue beautiful. It already is. Every moment is special, every photo beautiful, and every memory more than you could have imagined!

Working with 501 Union was a seamless experience. We were stuck between this venue and their sister venue, The Green Building and honestly either would've been beautiful. We ultimately went with the 501 Union because we loved the atmosphere of the place and knew it would be gorgeous without us having to decorate too much. The staff was accommodating, friendly and responsive. We worked with Abby for the majority of our planning and she was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. Our wedding day went very smoothly thanks in large part to them and we had many compliments from our guests about how beautiful it was. Highly recommend!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and didn’t need much for it to feel special. The ability to go to so many open houses was extremely convenient and helped with planning along the way. The team was easy to communicate with prior to the wedding and the bartenders were great the day of. The bar packages are a little confusing, so I’d make sure to ask several clarifying questions to ensure you are able to have exactly what you need. We received our security deposit back promptly.

The crew at 501 Union is impeccable. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and attentive. Andrea was our point of contact she went above and beyond to make our day absolute perfection. On the day of, everyone was incredible. We got rave reviews from our guests, especially in regards to the bartenders. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous and doesn’t need a lot of treatment (something to consider when budgeting).

My now-wife and I looked around at many different venues, before choosing 501 Union for our wedding on September 12th. We loved everything about the venue, from the ambiance, the chic styling and design, to the staff that really helped make our wedding happen, but most of all, Andrea, who really went truly above and beyond to make our wedding day picture perfect! I truly can't say enough good things about Andrea. We couldn't have asked for a better venue manager and we're forever grateful to her for making our wedding even better than we hoped!

My husband and I just had our wedding at 501 Union and the entire experience was an absolute DREAM. The venue speaks for itself and doesn't need much adornment which is such a great selling point. There are so many stylish places to take photos and the lighting (even on a dreary day like ours!) was phenomenal. On top of this, our point of contact Abby and her team were incredible to work with -- super responsive, super knowledgable and super nice. They were buttoned up and kept all the details straight and even let my bridesmaids, MOB and MOG get ready in the lounge area! Our bar contact, James and his staff were also fantastic. We live in Texas so couldn't attend a cocktail tasting so he held one for us over Zoom - told us what ingredients to buy, taught us how to mix, it was so fun and now we know how to make our wedding cocktails :) We also got tons of compliments on the speed and level of service from the bar throughout the wedding. Thank you SO much to the entire 501 Union team!! Cannot recommend this venue or this staff highly enough!

I had my dream wedding February 2022 at 501 Union. First of all the venue is not only beautiful, but it is so spacious and you can decorate and design the spaces as you please. You can bring in many of your own vendors too. On top of that, my point of contact and the entire staff were so accommodating and my wedding day went smoothly. If you are looking to book this venue, do it now! This place is the best. I 1000% recommend 501 union for your wedding.

Our wedding at 501 Union was simply perfect. From the time we booked them to the event a year later they were wonderful to work with and very communicative, even through some personnel changes. The staff on-site for our wedding took great care of our guests and were very friendly. The venue itself is stunning on its own with a beautiful atrium, modern bar and large open dining and dancing hall. We did both our ceremony and reception in the space. Highly recommend this versatile venue.

I've been an event planner for almost 12 years now. My clients were looking for a venue for 12/31/21 in the middle of October of 2021. Therefore, we did not have much time to shop around before making a decision. Angelica at 501 Union was incredibly responsive and informative. If she wasn't sure of an answer she always got back to me with a timely response once she found out options. We worked with Andrea and Ares the night of the wedding. What a team! Andrea went above and beyond to check vaccine cards and ensure safety and cleanliness of the event space. She answered all my questions and offered help whenever she could. Ares was so incredibly helpful even though my requests were completely out of his job scope. He helped me hook up an extra camera and launch a virtual ceremony for guests who could not attend. He helped me troubleshoot with lighting and equipment. I am so pleased my clients chose this venue and my clients were thrilled with the ambience and beverage packages at the venue. Pthe bartenders were responsive and willing to work with the specialty cocktails my clients requested. Parking was easy in the neighborhood, and as a Brooklyn native, I know this is a luxury! The venue was incredibly accommodating to my clients, myself and all vendors. I've never worked with such professional and helpful people. I would recommend this venue to any couple getting married, corporate group or non profit event. The space is modern and fun yet professional. It was love at first sight. As soon as I walked into 501 Union - after running around brooklyn and long island city in search of the perfect venue - I fell in love. I knew we had to get married here. It truly was a dream wedding for us, and we have to thank the 501 Union team who helped us achieve our vision. What was important for us when it came to our venue: 1) Overall vibe of the place. We were looking for "romantic," "moody," "chic," vibe - and this place was it! Especially because our wedding was in December, the venue helped turn our wedding into an intimate, cozy, romantic, beautiful ceremony. We decorated with flowers and many candles. The space was convenient for our guests, because the cocktail hour, the ceremony, and the main dining area were all in one place. Our guests commented how easy it was for them to move around the space throughout the night. 2) The flexibility to really design and play around the space to our liking. So I guess this really depends on what kind of a bride you are - but I didn't want everything to be "set up" for me. I wanted to be able work with the space to create the vibe/mood that I envisioned. 501 Union is so versatile. You can leave the door to the atrium open during the warmer season, bring in food trucks, have the ceremony in the main room, the atrium, play around with different types of decorations to really change the feel of the space, and we loved that (although it was.. a lotttt of work - but I'm a bit neurotic like that) - we could truly turn this place into a wedding venue that reflected who we were as a couple. 3) The People we'd be working with. We worked with Angelica (the venue manager) throughout our planning process, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was punctual, organized, kind, professional, and understanding. When I was interviewing vendors, one of the questions I'd ask each one of them was "We are considering 501 Union as our venue - have you worked at that venue, are you familiar?" and every single vendor I had spoken with would say that the 501 union team is the best - and that they truly love working with them. Trust me, the PEOPLE you'll be working with during this process will make EVERY difference. From first meeting, to the final walk through, from the set up in the morning, to the clean up in the evening - absolutely incredible experience with them. Ohhh my husband and I truly miss our day. My partner and I got married here on 12/11/21 and couldn’t have been happier with the venue. It was always my dream wedding venue, so to actually have my event there was crazy. Angelica made the process super easy, fun and exciting during the planning process. Andrea, our day of contact, made sure everything was flawless and worked in perfect harmony with our wedding planners, Arch Events, which made everything stress free. The bar team was super fast and professional throughout the whole evening. Our featured cocktail, a passion fruit margarita, was a huge hit and super tasty. 10s across the board!

As mother of the bride (who has married off 4 daughters) I can say with experience the staff and vendors we worked with at 501 Union were stellar professionals and worked closely with us to create the wedding my daughter and her fiancé envisioned. When we arrived to the venue on the day of the wedding our breath was taken away by how perfect and beautiful it was. Staff were very attentive to us and our guests all night long and the event unfolded smoothly and flawlessly. Bravo 501 Union!

501 Union is considered on of the best venues in Brooklyn for a reason. Our experience working with them was clear, professional, and low-stress from start to finish. Their beautiful space easily accommodated our 127 guests, and we barely had to do anything in terms of décor because of how effortlessly cool the venue is. Every staff member we worked with, from Celina our wedding coordinator to the bar staff (shout out Audrey) were incredible and we genuinely enjoyed having them with us on our day. If you want your event to run like a well-oiled machine, go with 501 Union. You won't be disappointed.

The 501 Union Staff was so understanding, gracious, and transparent throughout the entire process of rescheduling our wedding from July 2020 to May 2021. The venue itself is gorgeous and is 1 of the main reasons we chose this space. We loved the flow of the spaces, as it worked well with our vision for our wedding day. The staff provides enough support so you can enjoy your wedding day like you are supposed to.

I had a friend that got married at 501 Union in 2017 and I feel in love right then. I was single at the time but thought, if I were to get married, this would be the venue. The venue is gorgeous. The natural greenery (which they have a gardener for) is stunning. I love flowers but was actually able to save a little when it came to the arrangements given what was already in the venue. Not only was the venue beautiful, but the service was amazing! One of the most important things to us was great cocktails (we work in the industry). 501 Union did everytihng in their power to accommodate brands, create delicious cocktails, and make sure we had the time of our lives. Everything was easy and communication felt seamless (despite Covid!) I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect industrial chic venue with phenomenal cocktails, wonderful service, and beautiful greenery.

This venue is absolutely amazing!!! They were so easy to work with. Our original wedding date was May 2, 2020, but we rescheduled due to COVID. They were so kind in working with us, and the new date worked out even better. The space is gorgeous and it was a perfect night!

There are better options for your wedding in NYC. We originally chose 501 Union because it was one of the only spaces available that could fit a large enough wedding, and that's basically it. The flow from room to room is a bit awkward in terms of crowd control, bride entrance, and vendor turnover. There's pretty much only 1 room available for cocktail hour, which is the small bar right at the entrance of the building, the bridal suite is tiny and won't be enough to accommodate multiple people getting ready at the same time. The atrium space, which most couples choose for their ceremony, is pretty but the lack of AC in the summer was a serious concern for us. We took a look at other venues eventually and got creative with our seating arrangements and decided the "blehness" of 501 Union just wasn't worth it. We forfeited a $4,000 deposit, and will end up even (or even save $) at our new venue by purchasing our own alcohol, please don't make the same mistake as us.

TLDR; As someone who booked this venue & then backed out of it, beware the bar package, non-refundable deposit of $4K+ (even over a year out), lack of A/C, and partly covered skylight. We felt pressured into booking this venue early on in our planning process as the dates appeared to be booking up fast (1.5 years in advance) - it was such a mistake. 501 Union charges an exorbitant fee for their bar package, which is required. Upon taking a closer look into other NYC venues (including ones we thought initially would be out of our price range) we realized we'd actually be saving money by eating the cost of the non-refundable deposit & going with a different venue. To that end, 501 Union charged us $4000 for the deposit (for comparison, The Foundry, the venue we switched to, only charges $500 for a non refundable deposit). When we inquired about getting our deposit back and reminded them they still had over 1 year to re-book our Saturday date in August, the representative told us it was non-refundable and that $$$ is used to pay staff. Strange feature to bake into your business model and speaks volumes about how frequently this occurs/the management team's values if it's part of their revenue stream. If you're considering 501 Union, we would highly recommend checking out other venues in Queens, Brooklyn, maybe even Manhattan (no AC in the atrium??? AND the beautiful atrium skylight they feature in all their social media posts is now partly covered).

From start to finish, 501 Union absolutely made our wedding what it was. With two large families not used to big cities coming in from out of town, they were blown away by the beauty, comfort and ease within the space. Everyone on both sides is still raving about how much they loved the venue! I knew I didn't want a raw venue space because I didn't want to have to bring in a whole army of vendors. 501 Union offered the flexibility of a raw space, without needing to add lighting, a sound system, draping, or even tables and chairs! (We did upgrade to the farm tables and that was worth it for us, however.) Being able to come in the morning of and relax and get ready with my bridal party as we got our hair and make up done and set out decorations was one of my favorite memories. Also--air conditioning, which was a requirement for us in the summer--but so much natural light and greenery in the space you don't feel caged in like a hotel ballroom. The number 1 biggest asset of 501 Union for us was the flow of the space. The layout with the cocktail lounge meant no awkward flow or crowding from ceremony to reception as chairs got moved over, and at the end of the night when the older folks wanted to have quieter conversation they could escape to the lounge and let the dance party rage. It's a totally unique space that start to finish made the day incredibly easy and special. And the wallpaper made the perfect photo booth background! The staff is also great, and so kind and pleasant to deal with. Bridget was a dream. Also really appreciated the in-house bar staff and found the drink packages to be really fairly priced. So grateful to 501 Union for doing the most in making our wedding day more fun and less stress than I ever imagined!

We couldn't be happier after having our wedding there on 3/15/19 and we are still so in love with the space. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and it doesn't need a lot of extra work/decorations at all if you don't want to do it. Our guests were awed by how unique the venue is and we got awesome photos in and around the space. We worked with Celina throughout the planning process and she was super responsive and accommodating. They even let us pick up some stuff the next day, which was so helpful. We can't recommend this venue enough!

As a wedding photographer, I get to work at a a lot of wedding venues in the city and surrounding areas, and I have to say that 501 Union is a truly a dream!! First of all, the space itself is absolutely stunning and has incredible light. It's like a candy store for photography, and even if your wedding day is plagued with terrible weather and you end up taking all of your photos indoors... your photos will still be stunning! That's a pretty awesome guarantee. As a wedding vendor, I get to see what goes on behind the scenes, and I have to say that the staff at 501 Union was incredibly helpful and easy throughout the entire day. When I asked for a minor lighting adjustment that I thought would improve the photography, it was *no problem* at all! The staff made me feel valued, and they really provided a pleasant experience for not only the guests but for everyone that was working within the space. (I can tell you, that isn't always the case!) I would absolutely recommend getting married in this stunning venue!!!

When we were looking for venues, 501 was the first place we found that we absolutely fell in love with. We tried looking at other venues to see what else was out there, but the simple fact is there is nothing like 501. The space is perfect, the staff is warm and welcoming, the cocktails are delicious and bartenders are really talented. The space and flow of the venue was totally perfect for our wedding. We had our ceremony in the courtyard and cocktails in the lounge and then the reception in the main hall. Everything was perfect.

I fell in love with this space as soon as I saw it - huge marble bars, funky furniture in the cocktail lounge, garden room ("garden" used very loosely - this is Brooklyn after all, so essentially it's a concrete floor with an optional open top roof and some plants and vines running down 1 wall), spacious main room, plenty of bathrooms (NO waiting), and a big bridal suite. We had 100 people and I think it was perfect for this amount. Less might have seemed a bit empty and more than 25 more might have been crowded. The bar package must be done through the venue - honestly I didn't do research on bar packages for this reason so it may be fair, but felt pricey. Top shelf stuff though - all very good, great selection. Day-of the staff was pleasant, the bar tenders were great. Honestly I didn't notice the other staff as our wedding coordinator took charge. During the booking of the venue I did notice it was hard to get a hold of the main point of contact. We set up the "final walk through" easily, but the woman seemed a little out of it while we were there. My husband went to the venue the day before to drop off things for the DJ equipment (we did this ourselves) and he encountered someone that was VERY rude when he was trying to get things set up (the person we coordinated with was out sick that day). Maybe a miscommunication about him being there, but it was still unpleasant. On the day-of the sound system went down and we (our coordinator and my husband) had to take charge and had it up within 20 minutes of cocktail hour, thank god. Overall, the space is beautiful - doesn't feel like the staff goes above and beyond for anything, or seem to be concerned about the fact that it's your 1 special day. 100% hire a wedding coordinator to do that and make this place work because the space is amazing.

We basically settled on 501 Union after walking inside of it. The venue is stunning and there's very little decor needed to make the space your own. Claire was our event point of contact and always answered emails and questions ASAP. The day was even more perfect than we could have imagined. Just do you know, if you do choose this venue, you have to go with their drink packages. This didn't bother us, however, because the drinks were very good and the bartenders were incredible and kind, so we enjoyed not having to coordinate the bar details for our wedding. We had food trucks as the food for our wedding and it worked out pretty perfectly with how 501 Union is... even though it was roughly 40 degrees, you never felt cold, even with the door open. It was great and so much fun. 10/10 would absolutely choose 501 Union if we had to do it all over again... which thankfully, we don't!

We had out wedding here in March and couldn't have been happier. We worked with Claire from the very beginning and she answered every question I had very timely and thoughtfully. She was there from the first visit through final walk through 2 weeks before the big day. The venue is absolutely stunning, I love the freedom to bring in own vendors and set the floor plan. Really gives you the ability to customize your wedding exactly how you want it. No cookie-cutter wedding factory here! The separate spaces makes the wedding flow amazing from the ceremony in the beautiful courtyard to cocktail hour in the bar area ( where we also loved taking pictures beforehand). Myself and bridal party got to 501 Union at 10:00 AM and spent the day getting ready in the bridal suite. We did our first look at the Gawanus canal. Our family and friends raved about the venue space. Couldn't have been happier.

501 Union was the perfect venue for our Brooklyn wedding. We loved everyone we worked with, especially Jen. This venue is gorgeous and needs very little decor. I highly recommend using this space for your wedding or private event as for the price and location it can not be beat! 501 Union is a gorgeous venue and the perfect setting for our June wedding! If you're looking for something a bit different that has a chic 1920s vibe, then this is the place for you. It has a much different feel than the Green Building across the street (more of an "urban barn" look). Our wedding here was a blast and our guests loved the venue and can't stop raving about how unique and cool the space was. I love that it has three totally separate spaces so it feels quite large: the gorgeous ceremony space (which can be open-air, and has nice greenery and lights hanging from the back wall), the stylish cocktail lounge room and the beautiful reception area. The bathrooms are also very nice and there's a private bridal suite and bathroom in the back (I especially loved having the privacy once in a while). It IS expensive and you have to bring in all the vendors yourself (including a day of coordinator), but it's worth it to have such a unique and personalized wedding.

My husband and I were just married at 501 Union in October. The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff (especially Claire Mahler, who was with us from the day we booked 501) is unfailingly professional and helpful. We were so unbelievably thrilled with the entire experience- my bridesmaids and I got ready at the venue and basically made it our home-base until late that night. 501 is pricey, but overall was well worth it.

We just had our wedding here over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was stunning. The venue itself is beautiful, but the staff is also very helpful, organized and friendly. Tracy was our contact, and she was great throughout the process. On the day of, the staff was helpful and friendly. The maitre d in particular made sure that my husband and my needs were met throughout the evening. The whole entire thing was absolutely fantastic.

501 Union was a pleasure to work with leading up to and during our wedding. Our contact responded to our questions quickly, offered recommendations for items when asked, and everything was ready, in good condition, and clean on the day of our event. This is a beautiful space with the square footage and amenities that are very difficult to find in NYC. There are 3 distinct areas for your use (one space is open air) and they allow the use of food trucks which was a great perk for us. Though certainly not the most affordable venue we saw and bare bones (rentals, catering, decor,etc. by others), what we received in terms of space for the price far out weighed other venues we saw. The only reason I give it 4 stars on value as opposed to 5 is because I understand the cost has been significantly raised for the upcoming years which may price it out of many budgets.
