t didn't even get captured! We only see from the right side of the venue. Nothing shooting from the left. We missed my husband saying his vows& any reactions he had! There was none of us walking down the aisle together being married. The reception video was ok. They did drop the video a few times &during the 1st dance so I was annoyed about that. There were poorly edited/stitched pieces when watching it all the way through.
We got our pictures back in May. Some were decent while others were horrid. The photographer took pictures of my MoH/sister while she was exposed! The buttons of her shirt came undone during the process of taking pictures &you can see her chest!!!!! When we seen the photos, she was very upset &couldn't understand why the photographer didn't tell her that they have become undone while we were taking pictures. I edited them myself so she was covered. The other issues we had were there were parts of the mass completely missed &pictures being extremely dark.
Lastly, we used them for the DJ. We sent in the songs and photos as were instructed. The DJ was very nice overall but there was an issue throughout the night where he only played pictures of my husband. We sent 3 files & noted when they were to be played- the mother/son dance(him&his family), throughout the night (the both of us growing up)& for the bouquet toss (me & my family bc no father/daughter dance). DJ agreed & he said he would play them when scheduled. Apparently he forgot. Multiple people went up there &explained to him that there was no pictures of the bride &her side of the family playing. He kept playing the show from the mother/son dance. It was corrected about an hour before we left for the night- mind you in that final hour was the bouquet toss as well. The owner knew about this issue and called us while we were ON OUR HONEYMOON!! Yes, he reached out but the timing was poorly throughout!! He asked us how we thought the night went. Because we were being thrown around so much with everything going on that day we had no clue about some of the issues happening so we said it was okay. For how many issued actually happened that day that we were told about by our families/friends WERE NOT OKAY.
The photographers/videographers themselves were contracted out but they were nice people & got along with the groups decently. The owner was okay but horrible at communicating with us by call, text & email. He blew us off twice when arranging meetings with him in person. We were already at his studio in Wilkes-Barre and he cancelled on us. Not even ten minutes before our meeting! We drove from over an hour away to have a meeting the least you can do is tell us earlier that you wouldn't be able to make it. Even reaching out months after the event to get our photos/videos was an issue for him. He blew us off at every opportunity he had. He said he would send them but wouldn't so we had to keep reaching out. It was a bother for him & I was getting nervous that something was going to happen. Even when I would reach out alone I would hear nothing but as soon as my husband reaches out with multiple attempts he would respond. I was so upset with this. I was scared to post a review before getting my photos & videos back in case he just deleted them on us & claimed there was another issue.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

Our package was only "x" amount, so he said, and they were still recovering from covid back logs, that we recieved our 2021 wedding video, not complete a year later. We were promised (and paid for) drone footage of the barn, they never took the footage, and later Nick said the weather was bad, he would not put his expensive equipment in the air. He also mentioned this was not part of the contract, yet I JUST FOUND the proof that this was. I never vocalized my disappointment, because well, I wanted to take the high road and move on. But watching the terrible quality of our video again, finally finding all the receipts that prove he did not supply all of our promised and paid for services, I am going to speak out. I have now started my own event planning business, which is focused on intimate events (like mine) who deserve to be treated the same as higher budget clients because of what this company did to us. No couple should be treated less than because they didn't choose this company for all their services. I will soon post the entire video on YOUTUBE so everyone can see what we were left with. ALL the flaws, all the terrible editing and all our missing drone footage. They didn't share it on their facebook because they know its not something they would even want potential clients to see. Thank you for destroying the one thing we went over budget for. We'll never forget you.

he services you desire to have. Communication with him was extremely unprofessional. He ignored me on multiple occasions, both before and after the wedding. I did not receive a contract until several months after I hired the group, even though I asked about it a few separate times. Details were not discussed until the week of the wedding, which was very stressful as the services I paid for included DJ, video, uplighting, photobooth and indoor fireworks. However, once I was finally connected to the individuals working the day of the wedding (Wednesday of wedding week), I felt at ease and things did run smoothly. As for the videography, it wasn't until after our wedding that I was informed it could take 10 months to get film back. For us, just the 1 minute teaser took 9 months, and it contained a frame of a venue that was not part of our day. Not only that, a teaser for a wedding 3 months AFTER ours was posted to 570's Facebook page long before we received anything. With all that being said, please know that the team we worked with on the day of our wedding was phenomenal - DJ Jay and cinematographer Kurt deserve special shout outs!

went seamlessly. The only issue I had with them is that the communication was very, very poor. In paying for a vendor, a certain level of promptness and attention is expected. Although everything did turn out perfectly, the lack of communication added stress.
Initially, it took 2 months for the contract to be sent over the year before we got married. On top of that, Nick had told me that he would call to discuss wedding details prior to our event when I had texted him one month out, inquiring about questions I had. Long story short, he never called and then told me he thought I was calling him. His text to me said, "I will call you at such and such time." When we did speak, one month out, he told me he had about 9 events before mine and that the discussion I wanted to have was "more of a 2 weeks out kind of thing." The payment was due two weeks out, so I just waited. Two weeks out came along, I had heard nothing. I asked him in an e-mail, text message, and finally a phone call the day the payment was due to please send me an invoice so that I could make our payment on time. Phone calls work best when communicating with Nick I learned. On top of that, even though the contract had different ways of online payment, he had me send a check from Virginia, the day the payment was due. That was kind of scary.
Ultimately, the DJ we had the day of, Jay, was great and he even figured out how to add my Kululu QR code photos on a projector to be displayed throughout the wedding. I did meet Nick on the day of as well and he was very nice. I had no issues or concerns the day of and everything went seamlessly. I don't think another DJ could have done a better job, I just wish the communication had been a little bit better throughout the process. Making plans 4 days before the wedding when traveling from a different state was a bit unnecessary and ridiculous.

We didn’t know our DJ until we were actually at the reception but we were able to customize our song list and submit a must play/do not play list, which was super important to us! The DJ was fantastic and the music gave us the vibe we wanted. Our videographers were so nice and super great as well. They seemed like they were really capturing everything without being too in your face. The lighting effects were awesome and our name illuminated on our tent ceiling really added to the atmosphere. The photo booth was a hit with our guests as well and super fun! The only cons (why I’m subtracting a star) were the communication was poor throughout the planning process and I truly didn’t know what to expect in terms of who our DJ and videographer was. I was told this prior but still got recommendations from multiple people for them. It was still slightly nerve wracking leading up to the date. Luckily, they provided us with amazing people and work, I just wish the communication was better throughout the whole process. Overall, I’m so happy we went with 570 Events and we’re so grateful for how much they added to making our day so special!

ing teeth. The week before my wedding I had to reach out to even find what information he needs from me such as songs as I wasn’t to sure what he needed. The conversation with him had be a bit worried as he seemed all over the place. Luckily the day of my wedding everything went quite smoothly. I did love my DJ, dance floor, up lighting and photo booth. Also, I had video done by then as well. The video people were great the day of and really showed great professionalism as well as the whole crew the day of. However, the professionalism with Nick is incredibly horrific. It would take days for a response no exact date of when I will be getting my video. He would say checking then never get back to me and would have to send another follow up and this happens for months after my wedding. When it came time to getting my teaser I was so happy with my teaser which I was happy for waiting. He said right after your wedding video will be soon. I said great. Someone I know had a wedding the same day got their wedding video a week later. I got mine a month or so after. My video was good but not as good as the teaser as that left me with high expectations. Leading up to getting my video he told me it would be uploaded the night of my follow up text with him. That night didn’t receive it. Sent him a follow up next day no response. Sent him another follow up that night nothing. The next day I wake up with the video in my email and no response to my texts. Still not follow up after that asking how I liked my video. I felt like I was a burden to this man who runs a company and I spent a great deal of money using his services. He really at this point needs and assistant as everyone has the same issue getting in contact with him. Would I recommend them I would maybe only recommend dj and photo booth. Get your video elsewhere and spend the extra money as you will be waiting forever for it and for a response from nick. As a bride it was the most inconvenient thing dealing with him and I wanted to pull my hair out. If you can deal with that then go for it otherwise they only got 3 stars because of his employees are great but he isn’t.

he owner, Nick, is very hard. I chased him for days at times for certain things. And I didn’t hear from him about our wedding day details until the Tuesday before our wedding. Also, I was severely disappointed in what songs were played at that wedding because the company asks for a ‘Must Play’ list and they only played about 5 or 6 songs my husband and I picked out of about 20 songs that we wanted to hear at our wedding.

(no bad language, a different entrance, etc.). He also did a great job reading our guests and knowing what kind of music they would like. We received so much positive feedback after the wedding and a lot of it was directed at the music. Joel was great to work with so if you need a DJ, I would absolutely recommend Joel from 570 Events.
We also used 570 Events for our photo booth. The photo booth was a huge hit at our wedding as it was very unique and different than your typical looking photo booth. We had the long mirror photo booth that printed out photos or sent them right to your phone. This is the second family wedding that we used 570 Events for their photo booth.
