Katie and her team planned not one, but TWO of my dream weddings! She was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. From day 1, she helped me bring my ideas for my dream wedding to life and stopped in and took control when I didn't know what I wanted. She had wonderful vendor recommendations and took care of all of the communication and logistics for me. When my wedding was unexpectedly postponed less than a month out due to COVID, she flawlessly planned a mini ceremony and celebration for us in less than 2 weeks and my family is still raving about it to this day! For our big wedding, it was everything I dreamed it would be and on the day of, her team was there to help me every step of the way. I couldn't have done it without Katie and her team, and would highly recommend anyone who wants a perfect wedding or event hire her!

I had my wedding at The Breakers this April and Katie + her team made all my dreams come to life. She is honest, adaptable, organized, detail orientated and beyond creative. Many curve balls were thrown our way due to the pandemic/possibility of having to postpone but Katie and her team adapted every step of the way and encouraged us to forge forward. She recommended the most AMAZING vendors including; hair/makeup, photographer, videographer, day of detail designer, invitation printer, floral/decor and the most incredible band that our guest will never forget. Katie listens to what the couple wants and makes it happen while staying in the budget. Her team really shined the last few weeks leading up to the wedding working tirelessly putting together day of details, welcome bags, arranging last minute florals for the rehearsal dinner and fielding calls/questions from our guests. Our reception was absolutely breathtaking due to her creativity and attention to detail. We along with our guests will never forget the “Wedding of the Century” all thanks to Katie and The Breakers. I would recommend Katie’s team in a heartbeat to anyone planning a wedding or special event in South Florida!!

I had my wedding this past March and turned to Katie for advice and planning after a friend recommended her. Not only is she incredibly organized and detail oriented, but she is CREATIVE. I held the wedding at my own farm, which is not a traditional venue, but she transformed the place into an inviting space that guests are still talking about weeks later. The words “best wedding I’ve ever been to” were uttered. She has connections with local vendors that I would not have known about, and was thrilled to support. She knew the rental company contacts by first name. She knew the DJ coordinator by first name. She even took it upon herself to hire a videographer and pay for it, just in case I wanted it afterwards. If you need help planning a wedding in any way, or for me the entire thing- she is your girl. Her team is phenomenal and I won’t ever forget the day she created for me and my husband. Truly an asset from start to finish.

It is so hard to write this because I don't know where to begin. Katie at 59 and BlueBell was the reason our wedding happened. She handled everything and anything, including some things that she just fixed the day of that I didn't even know were a problem until after. She came up with a brilliant timeline, she handled the decor, she managed all the vendors so I didn't have to, she made sure the chairs we rented were there on time and set up, she handled the FLOWERS, the rehearsal, the ceremony, the exit, she kept our photographer on time, and honestly so much more ahead of time. I literally don't know what I would have done if we had not hired her. But thankfully we did. She is so knowledgeable and had us more prepared than I thought possible. She was always available when we had issues and really put us at ease. We also got Boozie BlueBell through her and it was adorable and awesome. Check out the instagram if you get a chance. Its really cute and serves a bunch of different kinds of alcohol. I will ALWAYS recommend her to any friends that get engaged. Best decision I have made since agreeing to marry my partner!

Katie gets the job done. Period. End of discussion. And that's what I LOVED about having her has my wedding planner. She's one of the best in the industry down here in South Florida. If you dream it or you want it, she finds a way to make it happen! My husband and I absolutely loved working with Katie. By the end of our time working together (which honestly makes me sad), it felt like we had become close friends. She was there for us during all the hecticness of COVID, and talking us off the ledge when we were thinking of changing everything last minute... We ended up keeping our plans (and so happy we did), but even if we had decided to push our wedding, she was ready to rock-n-roll in whatever direction we decided. She's creative and has an eye for wedding reception decor... I'll never forget going with her to meet with our florist, and her ideas were amazing! She just brought everything to life right before our eyes. Our wedding day ran so smoothly, and I don't think that would have happened without her. We had a large wedding party, with the ceremony being at one venue and the reception being at another, and everything was perfect! I also remember walking into our reception, and my jaw hitting the floor... It was out of a movie. Might I also add that she has connections everywhere and can save the day in a million different ways? I had a major dress malfunction 5 days before our wedding (AKA: my first seamstress made my dress sooooo uneven), and she was able to get me in to see her seamstress who made it fit perfectly! Had I not had Katie as my "Ace" in my pocket, I'm not sure how that would have unfolded. Katie and her team are truly the best - Highly highly recommend. I cannot wait to use her for fun parties and events in the future!

If you’re thinking about hiring Katie, do it. It was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. She handles everything from the small details to the big stuff. She is professional, gets things done in a timely manor and has beautiful creative vision to bring your wedding day all together. if you’re on the fence about whether to hire a wedding planner or not...don’t waste any more time deciding! even if you love to plan things, you need the guidance and experience of a seasoned pro like Katie! she will handle all of those stressful and mysterious details like timeline, who shows up when, etc. If there’s any issues with vendors, she will fight for you to make it right! Katie has a wonderful database of vendors as well.

It was a real pleasure to work with Katie. Katie is an absolute asset to the wedding planning process. The vendors that Katie has connections with and recommend were amazing, particularly the florist, DJ, and photographers. Normally on wedding day, the mother of the bride would be very stressed and frantic but not with Katie. I was able to relax with my daughter all morning and afternoon as my daughter and the rest of the wedding party got ready instead of stressing. This is because Katie handled everything the day of wedding, from making sure vendors were arriving on time to ensuring our personal wedding touches, like the guest book and pictures of the couples, were in place and looking great. Words can’t express the gratitude that is have for Katie and her team at 59andbluebell! Not only was she with me every step of the way, she was professional, connected, had wonderful ideas, and most importantly knew how to balance and please all of the personalities involved in my planning process! My wedding was held at the Four Seasons Palm Beach where she assisted me in picking the perfect vendors and coronated every detail flawlessly while keeping us all grounded. I could not recommend a better planner, wish for a better experience, or could picture my day/planning process without her! She knows how make a bride not only feel special, but relaxed because you know that you are in the best hands!

Katie and her team helped to make our wedding a perfectly smooth and wonderful process! 5.0 Hands down, best money spent!!! Katie was a joy to work with! She is very professional, prompt in responding, happy to answer any and all questions, and just a vast resource for anything wedding related. Our florist went MIA a week before the wedding, and Katie told us “not to worry”, she would find us another. She did find us another, and the flowers were gorgeous! We honestly would not have known what to do. Do not hesitate to work with Katie. She is a godsend, and you will be so glad you did.

Katie and her crew made our day so unbelievably effortless. I could not imagine anyone being a better coordinator. She seemed more like a friend by the end of the experience. Like a best friend. Katie and her team were AMAZING throughout the entire planning process. Katie was always super responsive and there for me whenever I needed a sounding board. She always made me feel like I was her first priority. On our wedding day, Katie and her assistant Tate made sure everything went perfectly and that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. I know most will say that their wedding planner was the greatest but we seriously have no words and know there is not a single planner that comes close to comparing to Katie and 59 and Bluebell. She was without a doubt the best decision we made when planning our wedding. From the first phone conversation with Katie our minds were at ease. Katie went above and beyond and way past duties of a typical planner to give us the wedding of our dreams and we are forever grateful. Not only is she incredibly talented, organized, professional, and the most on-it person ever, she is so genuine and down to earth, which makes any stress feel like a breeze. She made planning so much fun and became a great friend through the process. We knew with Katie our wedding weekend was going to be nothing short of amazing, but had no idea it would be as incredible as it was, and that is 100% thanks to Katie. Katie and her team were amazing! I used her for month of coordination and it was so worth it! She always knew how to reassure me everything was going to be fine-and it was. She was always there for me when I needed to go over detailed information and she decorated the reception room to the T! Katie makes it a point to keep the bride and groom happy throughout the night. She brought us our own appetizer tray during photos and would personally refill our champagne glasses all night. Highly recommend!!

Katie and her team were amazing beyond words throughout the whole process! As someone who plans events and knows all the things that can go wrong on event days, I never once was worried or stressed that Katie and her team wouldn't be able to make sure everything was perfect! First of all I don't even know where to start with how amazing Katie was. She was the only person to call me back immediately. I was planning a wedding within 3 months and she immediately showed up at my house the night after speaking to me (Talk about customer service). Everything from there on was like I was working with my best friend on the wedding of my dreams. She learned my style quickly, guided me, helped me and picked perfectly on EVERYTHING for my wedding. She has become a friend and someone who I will use for any event in the future. She was nothing short of amazing. Two days before my wedding the Venue tried to cancel my wedding due to weather conditions. Not only did Katie handle it with grace she also kept me from knowing about the impeding disaster and handled the whole thing while wearing a dress and rain boots in the pouring rain. She was hands down the best investment I made in the my wedding and allowed it to be the perfect day. AMAZING PLANNER & AMAZING WOMEN!!!!!!!

Katie at 59 & Bluebell was nothing short of a dream come true. I originally decided to plan my wedding all on my own, and halfway through, I realized I bit off more than I could chew. I NEEDED help. I reached out to Katie and within minutes we had a meeting on the books. We met for a casual lunch, and the relief was immediate. She was calm and collected when I threw 5000 things that I had only half planned. "I got this", she said. Right then, I knew I had made the right decision. Fast forward 6 months or so, and my wedding day dreams became a reality. She helped make my vision come alive, and it was the most beautiful day I had ever been a part of. I felt like a guest at my own wedding because everything from arrival to departure was seamless. I can only imagine what would have happened had we not had the extra beauty and brains on deck. If you're lucky, you might even gain a life long friend out of the deal, just like I did. The only way I could ever repay her for the memories she helped make is to write this review, and share her God given talents with the world. If you're looking for someone to help plan your wedding from the get go, the month of, or even the DAY OF, don't hesitate to call her. You won't regret it.

Katie and her team are the absolute best and I can’t say enough great things about them. She was professional, on top of everything and I didn’t worry about one thing on our wedding day, as I knew she had it under control. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect.

I wish I could give Katie more than 5 stars. She was, by far, the best decision (besides getting married) my husband and I made for our wedding. We hired her over a year out from our wedding as just a “month of coordinator” but she was consistently in contact with us throughout the planning process. Even in the middle of planning her own wedding she answered all of my emails and texts promptly. She worked with our budget and I never felt like she was pushing any “extras” on us (which seems to be a thing in the wedding industry). The day of the wedding I never heard of any issues. I was able to relax and enjoy my time getting ready. Katie made sure my husband and I ate our meals at the wedding and was always there when we needed her. I would hire her a million times over! Katie with 59 & Blue Bell was an absolute GEM! She provided so much insight during the entire wedding planning process and such incredible service throughout the whole day of! She was a voice of reason and experience, and was able to guide us through the many decisions that led up to the big day. At the wedding, she was a bride's best friend. She handled any and all questions from my vendors, and put out many many "fires" before I knew anything was wrong (I'm talking... cake was delivered to the wrong venue and the bartending service didn't bring any cups type of fires). All the while, she maintained control of the event, her poise, and of course a smile! Safe to say she was the MVP - I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding!

My number one tip to all newly-engaged brides: hire a planner. My second tip: make sure it’s 59 & Bluebell. As my husband and I have been saying since the moment we started working with 59 & Bluebell, Katie is world class. I can’t fully put into words how amazing our experience was, other than to say it was like a breath of fresh air. We planned our Charleston elopement in under 5 months and Katie took such a huge weight off of our shoulders and made our entire day go so flawlessly. You can fully trust her to see your vision and go above and beyond to create the most magical event. She kept us organized and made the entire experience so special, and I seriously cannot imagine our day without her.

Katie was absolutely great helping me to plan our wedding in four short months (got married in May). She was a wonderful sounding board with everything from etiquette questions to what type of design we should use for our table numbers. I still had to do a lot of the work to pull it all together, but her job was to make sure I was staying on track by providing guidance and tips along the way. The day of our wedding was when I felt the most help - Katie and Ainslie were able to communicate with the hotel about all the little details, including letting us push the indoor/outdoor decision point to later in the afternoon (everything was set up indoors at 10am - but the rain passed and it turned out to be a perfect evening!) I wasn't stressed at all on the day of the wedding. Thank you both for all the help! My apologies for such a late posting :)

Katie was amazing to work with. Any issue I had, question or task I had for her...she got it done no questions asked! The ideas she has are amazing. I am forever grateful for her hard work. As I pulled up to walk down the isle at my outdoor wedding it started to pour. Katie was on point watching the weather radar, wiping down 100 chairs , and calling me at the same Time telling me about a 10 minute window we had to get this ceremony done outside. My husband and I were lucky enough to have the help of Katie from 59 & Bluebell to make our dream wedding a reality. At our first meeting with Katie she asked what our dream wedding would be. After explaining what I could, Katie suggested our wedding venue, which we had never heard of before. Once we visited it we fell in love. Katie helped us with all of the details from finding a photographer, a caterer, and DJ, to helping us with a wedding timeline and rentals. On the day of, we did not have to worry about one single thing, Katie and her team took care of everything! We could not have had the perfect wedding we wanted if we didn't have her.
