The venue is so beautiful--the exposed brick, the view of the arch, the river views, the industrial fixtures--all felt simultaneously vintage and modern. The blank slate of the VUE room yields a wedding that is only limited by your imagination. And speaking of imagination, Meredith had a way of running with my vision and taking it up notches beyond what I had in mind. Also importantly, the food was good! I was nervous about that, as we couldn't do a tasting until after we booked the venue, but our guests were happy and so were we! Also, we had a fairly small wedding, with ceremony and reception in the same space separated by room dividers, and we would not have had it any other way. The team was patient and accommodating in ways that I would not have anticipated needing. Our day was beautiful and full of love, and I am forever grateful to the team at 612 North for the part they played in making our wedding happen.

ng package and had less than 50 guests. At no time did the venue treat us any differently than they would have with 200+ guest wedding. We were able to customize almost every little detail and honestly, we were able to do a lot more customization than we were expecting. The venue itself is amazing. It's the perfect place for a wedding and many of our guests were in awe of the space and views of the Arch. The food was amazing and so tasty. We probably could've spent the entire 4 hours just grazing on the food. We hired an outside coordinator to help organize the ceremony and reception, and 612 North worked so well alongside her. We can't thank Meredith enough for her quick responses to our endless questions. She's a great person, and made the whole process so much easier for us. We would highly recommend 612North for everyone, no matter how big or small your guest list is. It's worth it.

The team is professional and considerate, organized to the best they could be (the staff changed a lot while we were preparing for our big day, making some details get a little lost - nothing major - but if I hadn't reiterated one or two things I think they would have been forgotten), and flexible to last minute changes. The food was delicious, the wait and bar staff very engaging and kind. I want to comment that my sister in law, who is a new, nursing mother, was treated so kindly by the organizers - they gave her a private room in which to nurse while waiting for the ceremony to begin. I felt like that was above and beyond good service and it left a very positive impression.

event space is wonderful. The views are wonderful. And the staff was on point!!! We cruise through the wedding and on to the cocktail hour. We were able to get pictures in while the guest snacked on cheese, crackers, fruit and delicious drinks. Everything went off so smoothly (the staff made sure they hit the time marks...meaning the toast, the dances and the cutting of the cake) It isn't often that I get to say the food at the wedding was good. But no one had any complaints about the food that was served. I really and truly would like to thank the staff there. I don't know all of the ladies that were there and helped but your team was very helpful and professional. As the mother of the bride, from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. (that's also extended to the people serving the food and bussing the tables and the bartender) Everyone was so polite and professional. We could not have asked for a more perfect evening. Please keep up the good work. I will be recommending you to other people wishing to have that same kind of experience.

d the contract to have the wedding here up to our wedding we had 3 different wedding coordinators. I will say they all were responsive but you don't want people quitting in the middle of your wedding planning. We booked 1.5 years in advanced and we were told we might have the space available for rehearsal. Wedding was on a Saturday so the rehearsal needed to be on a Friday. Of course they had an event on the Friday before our wedding so our rehearsal had to be at noon on Friday which means all wedding party people have to be there Friday morning or Thursday night. The staff for the day of the wedding was a joke. They were maybe college aged kids who were wildly inappropriate and loud. For example, one would scream loudly while serving food to the point a few guests came up to me and asked what was happening. Another staff member kicked a chair in while walking past it into the table and startled some guests. Day of the wedding - state of the venue: We were allowed to be at the venue at 1:30 p for our 5p wedding. When we arrived the floors were still dirty from the previous night's event. The bathrooms were not clean and there was no toilet paper to be found. I, and many of the family members helping setup, asked for the floors to be cleaned and toilet paper which kept getting pushed off. The bridal suite was dirty and glittery to the point nobody could sit down. Worse yet there was a LEAKING PIPE in the bridal suite which dripped briefly on my wife's veil. For the cocktail hour downstairs, there was another pipe dripping on guests. Food and drink service: we had multiple people complain the bar was out of 7-Up at the very start of the cocktail hour and that they had ran out the previous night. We had a donut wall and some of the donuts were meant to be on plates in front of the wall because they had no holes. The staff shoved them on wall pegs which was pretty gross looking. We had the food station option which is buffet style. I guess the people in charge of releasing tables let people go back for seconds before everyone was feed resulting in one table telling me they weren't able to eat food. We had ordered up lighting for the cocktail hour and the reception which was not setup. I texted the wedding coordinator as soon as I saw this and she didn't respond, however they did give me a gift card to Kimchi guys to make up for the cost. Our wedding cake top was either lost or cut up because the next day we went back and they didn't have it and gave us chocolate cake (we only had vanilla). The toilet paper was constantly out during the reception and I had to ask a staff member to please replenish the supply. Summary: the view and setup is nice but the staff is not what you want on your wedding day. They are unprofessional (maybe not the wedding coordinator) and grossly unprepared to be around formal dinner parties. They may be understaffed which could have caused some issues? I would not recommend hiring them for wedding coordination services. Not sure if that's even an option but I wouldn't recommend anyone using them as your supporting cast for your wedding day.

and was very responsive whenever we had questions and was so accommodating any time we changed our minds about some detail. We met with Madison about 2 months out from the wedding to finalize the day of plan and details and all the information she provided and documentation helped ease our minds that everything was in order and ready to go. We had our ceremony in VUE, cocktail hour in ARC and reception in VUE. The space was beautiful for each event and their team was great at flipping the space quickly. We had a plated dinner and the food was delicious and served very quickly. The bartenders were also great and there was never too long of a line at the bar from what my friends told me since I never had to wait in line thanks to our personal captains always ensuring I had whatever I needed. We also used 612’s Mirror Me photo booth and had them make our late-night snack of toasted raviolis and a chicken tender station, and both were a huge hit with our guests! While wedding planning is always going to be a little stressful in my opinion, Madison and the team at 612 North helped make the process as smooth as possible and I highly recommend them!

the staff was nothing but helpful. The coordinators are available no matter the time or day. They provide you with their personal number and offer virtual meetings. The space made accommodations for a private tasting for myself and my husband that worked around our schedule because we were not able to attend the group tasting. The food was amazing. The view is gorgeous and beyond anything you could imagine. You are in direct view of the arch that make for great pictures. I'm grateful and appreciative for the staff hard work because they were truly dedicated to making my special day everything I could imagine. 2020 and it just about broke our hearts, but 612North worked with us. Even though we cancelled last minute, they did everything they could in their power to help us reschedule. Madison is amazing and even though I sent her about a thousand emails with different questions each time, she was always quick to answer and very patient with us. The night of our reception was very hectic, but Madison did everything in her power to keep us in the loop and ensure that everything ran smoothly. Which it did and we can't thank them enough for giving us the night we have waited so long for!

venue set the tone for the entire wedding weekend. Madison helped us plan the perfect night for 65 guests. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member then took the elevators up to the beautifully lit room. The ambiance is spectacular even with minimal added decor. The bar tender was on it, the food was incredible and they special ordered champagne and gooey butter cake per our request. They had TVs for the slide show and microphones for the speeches. Truly could not have been easier. Thank you again Madison for throwing us the most memorable rehearsal dinner!!

Madison and the rest of the 612 staff were happy to accommodate every little detail and family tradition that we wanted to help make our day special. COVID wedding planning was extremely stressful, but Madison helped make things as smooth as possible, keeping us up-to-date with changing guidelines and constantly communicating and checking in on us. All of the staff wore masks, tables were spaced 6ft apart, and temperatures were taken at check-in, helping everyone to feel as safe as possible to enjoy the night! I would highly recommend 612 North to anyone looking to plan an event in the St. Louis area!

She truly seemed to care about all aspects of our day, and most importantly, she fully delivered on all of her promises. We felt like we could really trust her. Once the wedding was over, we were actually sad that we wouldn't be communicating with her weekly/daily. None of this would have been possible however without Christina at 612. She was our assigned event coordinator and contact person and was worth choosing the venue alone! Seriously, she was born to do what she’s does. Every crazy thought, question, or panicked changes I need to make, she made sure to address and make happen. The week leading up to the wedding we had what felt like almost half our guest list decide not to come due to the ever changing world we are living in and she made sure that stress was not on me with any accompanying changes that needed made. Then there’s the food and drinks, just delicious and can you say hefty portion sizes! You’re guests won’t go hungry I promise you that :). She is so thoughtful and pays attention to every little detail. We even pulled off having dueling pianos for our entertainment at the reception and it made our dreams come true. I'm thankful for both Christina and the venue's flexibility when we proposed some out of the ordinary requests! We received so many compliments on our wedding ceremony, the DELICIOUS food at the reception, and the excellent handling of safety measures during a time when everyone is trying so hard to stay healthy. Christina and her team are to thank for all of that, and I couldn't have asked for anything more for our wedding day.

was devastated. 612 worked with me to figure it out and were so accommodating. I went from a 150 person wedding to 35 and with my smaller guest list the space still felt so amazing. I would recommend this venue for all your events. I got so many compliments about the food and how awesome the space was. 5/5 stars for sure- I would give more if I could!
