618 EVENTS can produce a tailor-made occasion since they understand every wedding is unique to the bride and groom. They are currently offering a Day-Of Package and Full Service Planning.
With the Day-Of package, you can receive assistance with vendor recommendations and planning questions, along with their custom wedding planning timeline for you to use. Two months prior they will join you at the ceremony and reception venues for an in-person walk through. One week prior they will contact all your vendors to ensure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed. Onsite coordination, timeline creation, and cleanup are also included. This company is committed to flawlessly organizing your happily ever after.
Full Service Planning includes consistent meetings with you to ensure complete and flawless planning. With a locally researched based planning timeline, 618 EVENTS will keep you on task and help make decisions as easy as slicing your wedding cake. They also handle all vendor communication to relieve you from your busy schedule. Of course, day of execution is included in this package.

From our initial zoom consult, it was clear that Maggie was REQUIRED for our wedding day! Not only is she incredibly organized but also genuinely passionate about creating a memorable event specific to us. She started us off with a outstanding list of recommended vendors and guided us through every step during the last couple weeks leading up to the big event. She took my indecisiveness and turned in turn offered valuable suggestions that followed my vision for the overall wedding.
On the day of, Maggie and her teammate handled all the logistics seamlessly. They allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day without any worry. Maggie was a true rock star during the wedding week! She fielded all of my concerns, questions, and unexpected issues with grace and composure.

s so bubbly, enthusiastic, and friendly that you can’t help but be excited to work with her. As we booked vendors, her recommendations and input were invaluable. I loved the spreadsheets she shared with us to help keep track of vendors, timelines, and other important notes, it was so organized and professional. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Maggie contacted all of our vendors to confirm timelines and make sure everyone was on the same page. Having her handle this step took so much off of our plate and was such a help! We had the pleasure of having both Maggie and Kylie assisting on the day of. Our wedding was outdoors at a private home, so we had lots of work and set-up to do that day. From the moment they arrived, they worked tirelessly to make sure everything looked exactly as it should, and their attention to detail was perfect. I was able to spend a stress-free day getting ready with my bridesmaids and enjoying myself. We had an unexpected issue with the shuttle we hired, and Maggie and Kylie were on top of it immediately. was several hours late delivering our cupcakes for dessert table, but Kylie was on them and I didn't even know about it until they were on their way! I appreciated how she kept everything and everyone moving according to the timeline so I didn't need to think about it. Our venue had several rooms and an outdoor area we used, but she kept people moving to the right place at the right time. One guest said "this is the most chill wedding I've ever been to" and I know that was because Kylie was coordinating like mad in the background so we could all be relaxed and enjoy the big day! 618 Events helped me with the planning and recommended fantastic vendors from food to DJ. They even gave me a spreadsheet that was super helpful with budgeting and staying on track with all the planning. 618 Events saved me about $1,000 by reviewing my orders and vendors I had booked. For example they noticed I didn't need the florist to help with room flip since Kylie and venue staff could do it, and we didn't need to rent furniture because the venue had similar for free. Kylie also did a great job with the "partial room flip" from ceremony to reception. Highly recommend Kylie, Maggie and 618 Events!
