Darian did so much to make our day as easy for us as possible!! She was so fun & great to get along with. She made sure our ideas were incorporated but was also honest on the logistics and if we needed to make some changes to go more smoothly. She did so much behind the scenes leading up to the day that by the day of the wedding I hardly had to do a thing! If you want someone to pay attention to you, make your wants happen, take the pressure of you, enjoy your day as much as you, interact with your vendors & guests, then I couldn’t recommend Darian any more if I tried!! She was the absolute best coordinator I could’ve asked for. From day 1 she made she I always felt prioritized and always kept me on track!! Our day wouldn’t have been so perfect without her!

Darian was AMAZING! She was very easy to talk to from the start and has the knowledge and expertise needed to make sure I felt confident about all the intricacies of planning a wedding and reception. She was on the phone with me whenever I needed to just talk and answer questions. She was very communicative and was great at talking with my other vendors and editing her “day-of” timeline as needed to fit their schedules. She was very confident in what she needed to make happen at our rehearsal and guided us while answering questions from the bridal party too. She was such a great leader and delegator to our wedding party—our venue would not let us decorate the reception hall and ceremony site until noon. She had the reception hall and ceremony site planned, and delegated to our bridal party everything that needed to happen and because of her amazing management they made it happen in just a couple hours. My husband and I did not have to be involved in any of the day of decorating! There was even an issue with the venue not setting something up in time, and she fixed it very quickly and made sure the stress of that issue did not get back to me as I was getting ready. Honestly I am still not quite sure what happened specifically, I just know about it now because some of the bridesmaids had mentioned to me (after the wedding) that something happened and Darian was AWESOME and handled it! She was never demanding, but came prepared with a plan and good suggestions. Wow, I could go on and on. I would recommend her to ANYONE who is getting married! Hire her now!

Darian was THE BEST, I repeat, THE BEST. She helped with timeline curation, vendor management, decor set-up, ensuring small details are all-set, and coordination of the actual ceremony/reception. I was able to take in the day and enjoy it because I knew I could trust her to handle all the craziness and busyness of the wedding day! Between family, friends, my husband/I, and other vendors, I know everyone enjoyed working with her. If you are in need of someone who can help on your big day, she’s your person 🤍🫶🏻.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for finding D. She was the fairy godmother that I ( Cinderella) needed to get ready for the ball. She ensures every little detail is thought about and brought to a bride’s attention creating less havoc and chaos day of. She hustles and keeps a timeline moving, all with a smile on her face. She’s sweet, funny and became my wedding therapist when I was so overwhelmed I wanted to give up planning a wedding. Something EVERY BRIDE could use. She executed my design vision and decorated the reception venue to a tee and also maneuvered handling some difficult vendors. For someone who has not had 10+ years of experience, she sure acted like she did! I give my highest recommendation for Darian because she made some very stressful moments in the wedding planning process possible. Also, DAY OF coordination, SUPER NECESSARY. For all those brides who think you can do it all, please do not. You will lose out on spending time with your loved ones while having to maneuver vendors.
