We didn't want to break the bank with our florals, so we got quotes from a few different florists and theirs was the most budget-friendly, which was amazing. And they're super flexible when it comes to working with your venue and determining your floral needs.
The cherry on top is that they let us return the vases and pedestals anytime the week after the wedding, so we didn't have to rush to get it to them the next day, which was nice.

They also were so accommodating and thoughtful through our COVID postponement. le for paying $2,000 on the spot. At that point I was pissed and called my venue to set up plastic flowers because I was ready to tell this vendor off. My husband then managed to calm me down and email the vendor. She then wanted to charge extra for delivery which she NEVER mentioned before and extra for picking up vases. It was utter none sense. THEN while dropping off the vases and candles she decides to tell us if we can’t find one candle and a box she is charging us $20. If it weren’t for my husband being there I would have told her off again. Do NOT go with this vendor unless you have money to throw away and arent on a budget. Be prepared for pop-up charges!!!!!

for our clients. With that being said, I just want to clarify a few things within your review. It appears that the contract was not read before you signed it when booking with us, which may have caused some confusion leading up to and after your wedding. We did not make a change at any point to your contract after it was signed as we are not able to do so without you accepting the changes. When you asked us to split your payments, the system we use to collect payments made a change to a due date on the final payment, but the contract was always clear in that final payment is due a month before the wedding. Also, we did not ask that you pay the remainder of your balance on the spot. As per my email to you on February 21st, we were willing to work with you on that payment, even though the contract had been breached at that point.
As it relates to the delivery, as your date approached, you made us aware that the ceremony was happening at a different location from the reception - something that was not communicated to us when the contract was signed and therefore delivery to a 2nd location was not included in your contract. Furthermore, you asked that we deliver to your church at 9 AM and then to the reception at 2 PM. While we always want to go above and beyond for our clients, we can not accommodate a delivery that will take our team over 6 hours for the same price we charge for a one location delivery that will take approximately 2 hours. When we were first made aware of this 2nd location for the delivery, we gave you several options of which there was no additional fee, including delivery to 2 separate locations for no additional fee as you were able to change the timing of when the deliveries could take place. Furthermore, your contract stated that breakdown was not included within the contract. Items not included within a contract that are requested do come with an additional fee to accommodate the staffing needed for the service.
When the items were returned to us after the wedding, a few of the items were missing, including the boxes that we left to package up the vases and candles. We sent pictures to your fiancé on the day of the wedding (whom we were advised was the appropriate contact on the date of the wedding) with the items that needed to be returned. As outlined in our contract that was signed, all items not returned are subject to a replacement fee.
Again, I am so sorry we did not live up to your expectations in terms of our service, but I am thrilled to hear that you though the flowers were beautiful!

ly ended up placing the blooms on the cake. When we first arrived to deliver, the cake was not on site so we left a vase of blooms on the cake table for the bakery to use when the cake got delivered. We came back a few hours later to check on things after delivering the bouquets to the church, we noticed that the cake had been delivered, but the blooms were not used to decorate the cake so I ended up adding them to the cake myself. I am just a little confused about this - was there a 2nd cake that your mom ended up adding flowers to? Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback for us! I am not sure what color you would have wanted in your bouquet as you told us you wanted an ivory/cream bouquet and the pictures you sent as inspiration were all ivory. I am sorry you were disappointed that the boutonnieres were not uniformed in size. As flowers are a natural and living item, we aren't able to control when one bloom is slightly larger or smaller than another. We always try to pick blooms that are as similar in size as possible, and felt those that we provided were, so I am confused on this comment. I have sent you an email and would love to connect to figure out what we could have done different.
