I got married last week and A&S did our Valentine's themed wedding. I was nervous because I know how busy florists can be at that time. There's just not enough I can say about ho...
w beautiful all our flowers came out. My bouquet was so gorgeous, more than I ever could have imagined. My bridesmaids bouquets were perfect, as were the usher's bootineers and our parent's flowers. I also ordered a runner for the church which they put crystals on, it was amazing. The table arrangements at the reception took our breath away. All night we got complimented and asked who did the flowers. I cannot say enough good things about this place, thank you Ann and staff.
I recently got married and A and S Whitestone did a spectacular job. The entire process was very simple, they took care of everything. The day of my wedding when I saw my bouquet a...
nd centerpieces I was stunned. They were exactly like I imagined. I could not of been happier. I definitely would recommend A & S and look forward to working with them again.
My husband and I got married a few weeks ago and one of the things that made the night perfect was the floral arrangements from A & S Whitestone. I used them for our engagement par...
ty and bridal shower and each time they did not disappoint. I received constant questions on who did the centerpieces. The staff there was incredible to work with. They quickly answered numerous phone calls, emails and was extremely knowledgeable and offered great suggestions that made our day extra special. I would happily recommend them again and again!
I can’t say enough about this place

every budget. The staff besides knowledgeable are very patient . I knew from jump that I was going to pick A&S from the minute I saw their displayed at a showcase and they did not disappoint . Thank you guys so much for being part of my special day . Mrs. Ann special thanks to you, and good luck with your wonderful business I’m so grateful you guys were around for my special day .
Groom of the bride, we got married on 7-14-17, the bride confirmed 4 times(2 times in person) with A&S which bouquet she had chose to go with her bridesmaids flowers. The day comes...
, A&S deliver the wrong bouquet without confirming the flowers with the bride. The bouquet also looks like its been dragged through the mud and stepped on. The bridesmaids call A&S frantic that they need the right bouquet to be delivered, and A&S rep(woman) yelled at the bridesmaids claiming this was all the brides fault and mistake. They then demanded a credit card to charge ANOTHER $150 dollars and if not they wouldn't deliver the correct one. The bridesmaids agreed being put in that horrible situation. A&S proceed to deliver the correct bouquet, but not until AFTER my wife walked down the aisle. A&S also demanded their original wrong bouquet back. Now a few days after the wedding, they have fought a disputed CC chargeback from the bridesmaid, and told my wife she will be receiving NO refund even though A&S is fully at fault and basically put a HUGE dent into our otherwise nice wedding day. HORRIBLE customer service, and this is coming from a hotel customer service manager. We will be going to the better business bureau since A&S is showing no concern or compassion for their wrong doing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Brides beware! Paid for 2 bouquets I couldn't even use and was yelled at as well as my bridesmaids! On top of it quality is disgusting! Poor customer service is one thing but you d...
on't EVER yell at a bride, ever
A and S wrapped the favors for my party and the favors looked perfect. Very classy and elegant! It was worth the money because we couldn't have done such a good job by ourselves an...
d we were able to save a lot of crucial time.
I originally planned to do my own flowers. I went into A&S to get floral supplies. The person in charge of arrangements asked what I was planning to make she offered to work withi...
n my very small budget. She did 9 table arrangements, two bouquets, one corsage and two boutonnieres. My requirements were simply to use yellow and white, and Gerber daisies in my bouquet. We picked them up the day before (delivery would have been significantly extra). Everything was packed to fit in our trunk. THe only complaint i had was that the roses used on the table arrangements were a little brown on the edges. I plucked some off myself when I brought them to the venue. My guests said they didn't notice this. They may have been being polite. I was satisfied for the price I paid.
My flowers were beautiful and lasted all day. I was slightly disappointed in their lack of detail. There were items specified in my contract that were not followed, ie brooch on bo...
