A & S Whitestone Nursery

I recently got married and A and S Whitestone did a spectacular job. The entire process was very simple, they took care of everything. The day of my wedding when I saw my bouquet and centerpieces I was stunned. They were exactly like I imagined. I could not of been happier. I definitely would recommend A & S and look forward to working with them again.

My husband and I got married a few weeks ago and one of the things that made the night perfect was the floral arrangements from A & S Whitestone. I used them for our engagement party and bridal shower and each time they did not disappoint. I received constant questions on who did the centerpieces. The staff there was incredible to work with. They quickly answered numerous phone calls, emails and was extremely knowledgeable and offered great suggestions that made our day extra special. I would happily recommend them again and again!

I can’t say enough about this place I just love what they have to offer. If you are a bride to be searching for a florist he search stops here. There is something fir everyone and every budget. The staff besides knowledgeable are very patient . I knew from jump that I was going to pick A&S from the minute I saw their displayed at a showcase and they did not disappoint . Groom of the bride, we got married on 7-14-17, the bride confirmed 4 times(2 times in person) with A&S which bouquet she had chose to go with her bridesmaids flowers. The day comes, A&S deliver the wrong bouquet without confirming the flowers with the bride. The bouquet also looks like its been dragged through the mud and stepped on. The bridesmaids call A&S frantic that they need the right bouquet to be delivered, and A&S rep(woman) yelled at the bridesmaids claiming this was all the brides fault and mistake. They then demanded a credit card to charge ANOTHER $150 dollars and if not they wouldn't deliver the correct one. The bridesmaids agreed being put in that horrible situation. A&S proceed to deliver the correct bouquet, but not until AFTER my wife walked down the aisle. A&S also demanded their original wrong bouquet back. Now a few days after the wedding, they have fought a disputed CC chargeback from the bridesmaid, and told my wife she will be receiving NO refund even though A&S is fully at fault and basically put a HUGE dent into our otherwise nice wedding day. HORRIBLE customer service, and this is coming from a hotel customer service manager. We will be going to the better business bureau since A&S is showing no concern or compassion for their wrong doing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
