Where do I even begin? I was a bride and Christina, Anna, and Melissa were super heroes during our wedding planning process and day of for our wedding 11/17/24. We booked their event coordination package where they come in the last two months and take over a lot of the admin duties to take stress off your plate, but they went above and beyond for us. We had a hiccup early on in wedding planning where we needed to go our separate ways with a vendor, and they managed to get us through that without much fuss or ruckus. Anna was such a joy to work with and was my biggest cheerleader throughout everything!! If I recommend anything post-wedding, it's this. It's so worth it. Thank you, Christina to your team, and Anna. We loved you guys.

I had the privilege of having Casey and Whitney as my wedding planners and i could not have asked for anything more! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED having them by my side and making my wedding as stress free as possible . I could not recommend any 2 other people to do as an amazing of a job as they did!!
Christina and Rachel were amazing to say the least. Rachel was our day of coordinator along with her husband, Alex. Christina also helped plan and was our officiator. On the day Rachel was on it, very attentive, and calm. She was the best- and had my back the whole day, just what a bride needs. Christina is such a lovely person and I was so glad to have someone that kind and caring perform the most special moment in our lives so far. She personalized our ceremony and got to know us as a couple. Her and Rachel were very quick to answer and always reminded me to just text them if I had a quick question, or to call. They also attend several meetings with our venue which was great to have support and guidance in. I couldn't recommend this company more!
I recently had the privilege of working with Casey Wise and her sister. Casey and Whitney were awesome to work with. Casey really helped me out a lot during the months leading up to my wedding. Communication was awesome. Professional and nice. There was a hiccup with the DJ the day of my wedding and casey and Whitney were on it. Whitney played the ceremony music on her phone. Then they were able to get a DJ last minute for the reception and they saved the day. They both helped me decorate and take everything down and pack it up. If it wasn’t for them I don’t know what I would have done. Thank you so much Casey and Whitney. You guys are the best!! I hope to work with you again in the future!!
I recently worked with Anna, and she was amazing! She was so organized and listened to all my needs and wants. I had such a great experience working with her.
I was called as a last-minute Dj for a wedding and when I arrived, the wedding planners came to me with all the information and had everything lined up and ready for me to be able to fall right into place. Casey and Whitney were the two coordinators that I had the pleasure of working with that day and they made it very seamless for me as a DJ that was called last minute. Upon arrival they already had music playing for the ceremony which was taking place, and they were very attentive to all the needs of the bride and groom throughout the night, making sure that every detail was in place. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their wedding services.

We felt confident in our ability to plan and execute everything for our special day, however, our venue required a day-of, month-of, our full-time coordinator. She works tirelessly to make sure all the details come together and makes sure we have everything we need the day of the wedding... chairs, possibly heaters, tent, etc...We love to work with her because her cueing for our musicians to play is made so easy simply because she is so prepared for everyone's entrance down the aisle. I can't say enough good things about working with this company! Our planner, Dawn Schultz, was absolutely incredible. She was organized, patient, she thought of EVERYTHING, and was overall an absolute pleasure to work alongside! She was willing to answer my late night texts, put together a really thoughtful timeline for the day, and day-of she handled absolutely ALL of the details and timing of the day. She also stayed until the venue closed to ensure all of our stuff was packed up and ready to go home, which was above and beyond the time limit she needed to be there! I was able to relax and enjoy the day knowing it was in really good hands. I am so grateful to have worked with this team! Dawn is the absolute best!

Christina made the wedding planning process so easy for me. I had very few must haves and didn’t know what to look for when selecting vendors. She helped me find all the vendors I needed to have the perfect wedding in just 6 months.
Dawn was a phenomenal coordinator. We had our wedding on our farm so we didn’t have a venue staff to assist. She helped me make a lot of decisions about the day of flow and made sure everything was set up exactly how we had discussed. She made sure our wedding day was smooth, even with some super last minute changes! She also helped follow up with vendors on some minor issues post wedding while I was on my honeymoon.

So pleased with how smooth wedding day was. We actually enjoyed the day and got to enjoy each quest. We did a lot of the planning ourselves as I love to plan. We just couldn’t coordinate day of. Christina and Anna made the day a huge success. From the time I hired them which was about 3 months prior to wedding all conversations we answered in a timely manner and contact with all vendors were fast. I actually got a beautiful day by Christina off the knot and the reviews were what sent me her way. After a short phone interview I knew she was the right one for the right price. Christina seemed to feel personally accountable for the success of our wedding. She was just as excited to see everything come together as we were. We wouldn't have been able to do it without Christina and Jena - they both went above and beyond to source our vendors, especially when we had difficulty securing a caterer for our date. Dawn was super helpful in coordinating the day and getting in touch with all of our other vendors to make sure the day went smoothly- and it sure did! She guided us on what to expect and got everyone where they needed to be. During all the photo taking, she even made sure she was there with water and food in between! (that definitely helped out for sure!). The setup looked beautiful and we can't wait to get our photos to show what a wonderful job she did. When we brought Christina and Jena on board we had planned and lined up most vendors and what we were looking for was a day of coordinator who could execute things to perfection and catch anything which falls through the cracks on the wedding day.
Jena did just that! She executed our timelines to perfection and went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect. Before the wedding, she was readily available for phone calls and we never felt like she was unavailable.

My husband and I were assigned Karleigh King from ‘A Beautiful Day By Christina’ as our Day-of-Wedding-Coordinator. Karleigh was so fabulous— she always was quick to respond to text messages, emails or requests to talk on the phone quickly. She also was great about offering new ideas while respectful to not make us feel like they were better than what we had suggested; rather, just another option. She was also always on time at scheduled meet-ups, and made sure to keep a log of running notes/to-do’s so that nothing would be forgotten. Ultimately, Karleigh helped to make sure everything was ready to go as planned by our wedding day and made sure it ran as smoothly as possible, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves, our friends and our family. We could not thank her enough, and recommend her services without hesitation!

While I was initially concerned that we did not have Christina as our personal wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding, "Dawn" ended up being worth her weight in gold! She walked us through the details of wedding planning step by step, always patient and thorough in her explanations, and was promptly responsive to my endless mother-of-the-bride questions. She took detailed notes of the many changes and updates we made, and communicated often with us and the vendors in the weeks and days leading up to the big day. We felt totally prepared after the rehearsal, even though it wasn't able to be held at the venue, and the day of the wedding went so smoothly. Dawn arrived at 11:00 AM to assist in set up of key areas and to welcome arriving vendors. Any time I had a question, concern, or request, she handled it. She even stayed AFTER the wedding (which didn't end until 11P!) to help us organize everything that needed to be packed up and taken home. My husband and I were able to enjoy our daughter's wedding day and our guests to the fullest thanks to Dawn's incredible attention to detail and genuine concern that the day go off without a hitch. We are so grateful she was with us through the entire wedding journey! I would recommend her and A Beautiful Day by Christina without reservation.
We hired Christina as our officiant and then realized she could also help with day of coordination, so we hired her for that as well! She did a wonderful job! Having her support on the wedding day was fantastic. It really allowed us to enjoy our wedding and not worry about any details. She was very responsive in advance, and easy to work with. Her skills at writing our ceremony and vows were top notch. We really valued her involvement in the whole event.

My first officiant cancelled on us 16 days before the ceremony and we were panicked! Christina was available and even on such short notice. We had already customized our ceremony and she was completely agreeable to use it as we had designed. She was very professional and readily available with questions or concerns. My daughter was recently married, and we decided to go with a wedding planner. I looked up reviews like I usually do and decided A Beautiful Day By Christina was the one. I met with Christina and Dawn and immediately felt like we had 2 professional and experienced ladies working with us. We had a lot of things taken care of as far as planning, but they were so inspiring and knowledgeable about things we had not dealt with before. Christina was helpful in the beginning stages of our collaboration as far as contacting the vendors to get their commitments, expectations and arrival times confirmed along with providing us with information in areas where we needed help. She and Dawn then came up with the timeline for wedding day and rehearsal. Dawn and her daughter were with us for rehearsal and wedding day and provided us so much help, guiding us through a very hectic couple days. Dawn led the rehearsal and helped set up the night before. She was also with us early the wedding day applying the finishing touches and making sure everybody had what they needed. I really do not know what I would have done without her! Dawn continually let me know that as the Mother of the Bride, I was to relax and that she had everything covered, and she really did! I cannot thank Dawn and Christina enough for making my daughter's day so special!!
Dawn saved our wedding! If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is a great time, work with Dawn. She was personally and passionately involved in all aspects of the panning and execution process and we were so thankful to have her in our corner. Dawn hooked us up with great local connections to find an outstanding caterer at a good price, get or make yard games, find last minute flowers and decorations and more. She met with us at the venue several times to brainstorm, floor plan, and walk through our ceremony and reception. She helped us plan a detailed schedule for the rehearsal and wedding day that really fit with our vision. On the wedding day when our outdoor plans got rained out, Dawn worked with our friends and family to move everything inside, so we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day - and when the rain stopped just long enough, she moved the whole ceremony outside again, which is what my wife really wanted. During the whole day, Dawn kept things running smoothly and made sure everyone had a great time. She even sent us on our honeymoon with a doggie bag of left overs and wine. Dawn is kind, patient, organized, flexible, and works hard. We couldn't ask for a better wedding coordinator and we couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Dawn!
Christina has been such a wonderful asset as we've been planning a wedding during a pandemic! I relied on her opinion and feedback so much before we made the decision to postpone. I was emailing her regularly and she was always so quick to respond with positivity, optimism and support! We even set up an evening call to talk through my "pro-con" list and she patiently walked with me through all of my concerns. She has been incredibly supportive during this process and we are looking forward to continuing to work with her as we plan our postponed wedding next year!

She and her assistant, Lyndsi, went above and beyond in every aspect of our weekend and we cannot thank them enough. My husband and I hired Christina as our day of coordinator and it was by far one of the best decisions that we made during the wedding planning process. We had done the majority of our wedding planning ourselves, but as we got closer to our wedding date we realized we needed someone to coordinate all of our details and vendors the day of our wedding and run our rehearsal to make sure our wedding party knew what to do during our ceremony. Not only did Christina and her assistant Kristy do the above mentioned, they went over and beyond in the couple months leading up to our big day. They recommended vendors for things we had not booked yet as well as helped with several issues that we had with our venue and caterer. She will truly be the best advocate for you during your wedding planning and on your wedding day. Our wedding day definitely wouldn’t have ran as smoothly as it did if I hadn’t hired Christina and Kristy!
We hired A Beautiful Day by Christina as our Day of Wedding Coordinator! Christina (herself) was not available for our wedding date but her right hand girl (Kristy) was! Kristy was such a pleasure to work with. She checked in with me throughout the whole process seeing if I needed any help, offered suggestions, and always answered any questions I had. She took my vision for my wedding day and how I wanted everything decorated and brought it to life! Everything looked better than I could have dreamed of! Even though Kristy was my main point of contact - Christina checked in with me often to see how everything was going. They were so sweet and having them help take care of the wedding day schedule, coordinating timelines with other vendors, decorating and cleanup helped so much. When I first decided to hire a wedding planner, my mom was skeptical. After the fact, my mom agreed that it was money well spent. Christina and Kristy were fantastic! They were always available to answer any questions I had and once I had booked a vendor, they kept everything straight and coordinated the wedding day schedule. I cannot say enough good things about Christina and Kristy! They responded to my many questions in a timely manner, and went out of their way to make sure my wedding day was everything I had ever dreamed. With all her experience, Christina knew what questions to ask vendors to make sure I was getting the best deals in my contracts. Kristy helped me to visualize my wedding by creating the room layout when my venue manager failed to do so. Christina did a great job handling our wedding yesterday. She took the time to synchronize with all other vendors about a week or two prior to our event. This ensured everyone was on the same page regarding timelines and how things work the day of.

Hiring Christina and her team was one of the best decisions that I made. She was very detailed oriented, handled all situations in a professional and prompt manner and was extremely cooperative . I could not have been more pleased.

Christina and Kristy were AMAZING in helping me plan my wedding. Having to plan a wedding from halfway across the country was super stressful, but Christina was there to help alleviate any stress I had. She always responded super timely. A couple of days before the wedding, our transportation had a hiccup. Christina worked on a solution with the company prior to telling me, so once I was informed of the situation the issue had already been resolved!! On the day of my wedding, they were exactly on time if not early, and helped everything run smoothly. If any issues arose, they handled it without throwing it at me which was much needed. I honestly cannot imagine the day of my wedding without Christina and Kristy there.

I can't possibly describe how much of a big help Christina and her team was for us. Not only was she so cooperative and went out of her way to help us with our plans, she even helped shift everything around on the fly at the last minute when the weather became a bit uncooperative. On top of that, anything that came up during the ceremony was handled wonderfully and without a trace of trouble. She delivered wonderfully in making sure everything was organized, completed efficiently and I couldn't have been any happier to have had her. Our wedding day, even despite the rainy conclusion was still a beautiful day completed by Christina. I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding planner, you can't go wrong choosing Christina. She goes above and beyond to make your day not just special, but complete and fulfilling and I am proud to have met her and for her to have helped make my wedding so wonderful.

Christina and Maria made our special day so perfectly wonderful. My husband and I are a military family currently living overseas in Japan and both Maria and Christina helped plan our day from afar. They are extremely detail oriented and took into consideration every thing we hoped and wished for on our big day. I didn't need to worry about a single thing the day of-- they took care of the decor, arrangements and seating our guests! I couldn't have picked a better officiant or planner for our wedding!
Christina and her awesome assistant Maria were lovely to work with. Technically, A Beautiful Day by Christina provided us with Day-of wedding coordination. However, their services extended beyond that; Christina made herself available to answer questions and provide advice months ahead of time and they both spent extra hours helping to set up our *very* detailed reception decor the day before the wedding. The week prior, I must have texted Maria a hundred times with last minute questions and requests; she handled every single one with poise and enthusiasm and was a constant source of reassurance. As the bride, I could trust that everything would be handled as needed on the wedding day, and the ability to have that confidence was truly priceless.

I cannot imagine what my wedding would have been like without the help of A Beautiful Day By Christina. We used her services as both our Day-Of Coordinator and our Officiant. I always thought it would be stressful deciding on a wedding ceremony but Christina made it so easy by showing us examples of past ceremonies and ways to make them unique to us. Christina and her assistant Maria were both present on our wedding day and they made sure everything ran very smoothly. We were able to relax and have fun without having to worry about making sure the right music was playing or when it was time to dance or cut the cake or any of the other little details. Christina and Maria were also helpful with contacting the vendors leading up to the wedding day. I will recommend A Beautiful Day By Christina to all my friends when they get married!
I first found Christina when I began my wedding planning process a year and a half ago. Over that time frame, she made wedding planning so so so easy and fun! She was available practically 24/7 for etiquette questions, stressful moments, and was there for me when our initial reception venue canceled on us. She contacted all my vendors for me, and as a graduating senior from UNC, this help was so appreciated. She was also able to corral my many many relatives at the rehearsal and make the rehearsal go smoothly, and we felt prepared for the big day! During the ceremony, she kept me relaxed and took care of everything. During the reception, she came to my rescue when red wine was spilled on my wedding dress, and helped us with a quick and quiet getaway. I love Christina and highly recommend her to any other couples! She's also very reasonably priced for the area and recommended the best vendors for hair, DJ, makeup, and videography. Booking with Christina also ensures a discount on beautiful paper goods for the wedding through Carlson Craft. My husband and I had gorgeous wedding invitations and shower invitations thanks to her!
We hired Christina for our day-of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. Starting months before the wedding, she was available for any questions I had, big or small. She even looked over the contracts of our other vendors to make sure we weren't being taken advantage of. She did a planning meeting months ahead of time to make sure we had all the big stuff squared away and help us pick out the best place to set up the ceremony and reception. On the day of the wedding, she set everything up and organized the wedding party for the ceremony. She also coordinated with the DJ to make the reception go smoothly. She is also an ordained minister if you need one. We already had an officiant, but Christina wrote a beautiful ceremony and vows for us at no additional charge. She went above and beyond in every way, and our day was absolutely perfect thanks to her! Highly highly recommend here!
Christina was beyond amazing! My wedding planner got the rehearsal day mixed up and didn't show. Luckily for us, Christina was there. She took charge and did way more than what was asked of her. If it wasn't for her, I would've completely lost it. We are truly grateful to have her as our officiant.

Christina made sure my daughter's wedding day was a beautiful experience for everyone. From the early planning stages she made herself available by phone, email, and direct meetings. She provided realistic advice and opinions when asked, and I really appreciate this about her. She didn't just throw sunshine and daisies our way, she really delivered. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the event. On the Big Day, she stayed until the very last detail was completed. Her services were worth every cent.

Christina arranged for a photographer on short notice and we were so pleased with her work. She also had a backup officiant on-call when ours was injured the morning of the wedding. Christina was wonderful to work with. She was always available by phone or email when needed. Christina was willing to meet me and my mother before my wedding to go over details and arrangements. (We flew in to see location and set up appointments). Everything was wonderful regarding the wedding, except the wind. :)
Our wedding was on April 17, 2010 at the Tradewinds Resort and we hired Christina early on to help us with all of the planning. That was the smartest move we made. She was wonderful right from the beginning and was there for us every step of the way all the way to the end of the reception. She went with us to help pick out flowers and decide on cakes but she never tried to sway us, she just sat with us, gave suggestions and helped us remember to ask the right questions of the vendors. We received so many compliments on our ceremony and reception and I told everyone that it was all because of Christina. We loved her!!
Christina Mathews, was amazing!!! Not only did she have to deal with my wife's and I's schedule and non communication due to our jobs, she had to put this together in just a few months. Christina was amazing...I can't say enough about the services she provided for us. I'm a last minute person and really didn't want to do a wedding and wouldn't have if it hadn't been for my husband’s daughter. I contacted Christina about a month before the planned date and she was able to arrange everything. I just found what I wanted online and sent her pictures of everything and she was able to make it happen. We used her to find the location of the wedding, hair and makeup, cake, flowers and pastor. She did all the work at very reasonable rate, she is worth so much more than what she charges! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get married in the St. Pete/Tampa area...she is simply wonderful!!!

Coming from the UK where wedding 'planners' are not the norm, I cannot begin to describe how much of a difference Christina made to the planning and preparation of our beach wedding on Anna Maria Island. We wanted something fairly low key, as it is a second marriage for both of us, and it was an absolutely perfect day. Christina organized EVERYTHING, even down to her choosing the flowers for my bouquet (by my request), and they were beautiful! She made the whole process painless, and completely effortless on our part... I found Christina to be prompt with her responses (mostly conducted via email), and extremely helpful. She provided us with contacts for flowers, wedding cakes, and hair and make-up, which trying to organize this from 4,500 miles away is no mean feat, but I instantly trusted Christina to make our day wonderful, and it was, and she did.
If you are from the UK, and are thinking of coming to the US to get married, don't hesitate to contact Christina, the whole process is a piece of cake, and would thoroughly and utterly recommend it! It was fabulous, as was Christina!!!
