At A Beautiful Day by Christina, we strive to make every wedding unique and a day that will be remembered and cherished. Every aspect of your day matters to us, from helping you find a vendor to setting up your personal decor and much more! By working with us, you can expect a high level of service. Our Wedding Coordination package includes help from start to finish. We offer guidance and help with choosing vendors who fit your personal style and budget, while keeping you on track throughout the planning process. We help with the design and execution of your event, create a timeline, and work with you on all of the logistics in order to make the day as seamless at possible, while handling logistical detail and being the point of contact with your vendors. We coordinate the ceremony rehearsal and are onsite all day of the event for setup, breakdown and coordination, help choose rentals and offer unlimited contact by text, email and Facetime/Zoom through the end of your event. We will attend the final walkthrough 30-45 days prior to your wedding day, so we have a clear understanding of how you envision your day and those all-important details. This package also includes help with transportation logistics along with hotel room block options. We offer suggestions for rehearsal dinner/welcome party options and are happy to offer guidance on pre and post wedding activities. She began her career as a wedding planner in Florida, helping destination brides have their dream wedding. Where do I even begin? I was a bride and Christina, Anna, and Melissa were super heroes during our wedding planning process and day of for our wedding 11/17/24. We booked their event coordination package where they come in the last two months and take over a lot of the admin duties to take stress off your plate, but they went above and beyond for us. We had a hiccup early on in wedding planning where we needed to go our separate ways with a vendor, and they managed to get us through that without much fuss or ruckus. Anna was such a joy to work with and was my biggest cheerleader throughout everything!! If I recommend anything post-wedding, it's this. It's so worth it. Thank you, Christina to your team, and Anna. We loved you guys.

Rachel and Alex helped ensure our wedding g was perfect. My husband and I had no idea what we were doing so they guided us every step of the way. During the ceremony they were super attentive to our wants and needs and even went out of their way to help our guests and everyone involved. Christina and Rachel were amazing to say the least. Rachel was our day of coordinator along with her husband, Alex. Christina also helped plan and was our officiator. On the day Rachel was on it, very attentive, and calm. She was the best- and had my back the whole day, just what a bride needs. Christina is such a lovely person and I was so glad to have someone that kind and caring perform the most special moment in our lives so far. She personalized our ceremony and got to know us as a couple. Her and Rachel were very quick to answer and always reminded me to just text them if I had a quick question, or to call. They also attend several meetings with our venue which was great to have support and guidance in. I couldn't recommend this company more!

I recently had the privilege of working with Casey Wise and her sister. Casey and Whitney were awesome to work with. Casey really helped me out a lot during the months leading up to my wedding. Communication was awesome. Professional and nice. There was a hiccup with the DJ the day of my wedding and casey and Whitney were on it. Whitney played the ceremony music on her phone. Then they were able to get a DJ last minute for the reception and they saved the day. They both helped me decorate and take everything down and pack it up. If it wasn’t for them I don’t know what I would have done. Thank you so much Casey and Whitney. You guys are the best!! I hope to work with you again in the future!!

I was called as a last-minute Dj for a wedding and when I arrived, the wedding planners came to me with all the information and had everything lined up and ready for me to be able to fall right into place. Casey and Whitney were the two coordinators that I had the pleasure of working with that day and they made it very seamless for me as a DJ that was called last minute. Upon arrival they already had music playing for the ceremony which was taking place, and they were very attentive to all the needs of the bride and groom throughout the night, making sure that every detail was in place. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their wedding services.

I can't say enough good things about working with this company! Our planner, Dawn Schultz, was absolutely incredible. She was organized, patient, she thought of EVERYTHING, and was overall an absolute pleasure to work alongside! She was willing to answer my late night texts, put together a really thoughtful timeline for the day, and day-of she handled absolutely ALL of the details and timing of the day. She also stayed until the venue closed to ensure all of our stuff was packed up and ready to go home, which was above and beyond the time limit she needed to be there! Christina made the wedding planning process so easy for me. I had very few must haves and didn’t know what to look for when selecting vendors. She helped me find all the vendors I needed to have the perfect wedding in just 6 months. Dawn was a phenomenal coordinator. We had our wedding on our farm so we didn’t have a venue staff to assist. She helped me make a lot of decisions about the day of flow and made sure everything was set up exactly how we had discussed. She made sure our wedding day was smooth, even with some super last minute changes! She also helped follow up with vendors on some minor issues post wedding while I was on my honeymoon. So pleased with how smooth wedding day was. We actually enjoyed the day and got to enjoy each quest. We did a lot of the planning ourselves as I love to plan. We just couldn’t coordinate day of. Christina and Anna made the day a huge success. Dawn was super helpful in coordinating the day and getting in touch with all of our other vendors to make sure the day went smoothly- and it sure did! She guided us on what to expect and got everyone where they needed to be. During all the photo taking, she even made sure she was there with water and food in between! (that definitely helped out for sure!). The setup looked beautiful and we can't wait to get our photos to show what a wonderful job she did. Christina and Jena did a wonderful job working with us on our wedding! When we brought Christina and Jena on board we had planned and lined up most vendors and what we were looking for was a day of coordinator who could execute things to perfection and catch anything which falls through the cracks on the wedding day. My husband and I were assigned Karleigh King from ‘A Beautiful Day By Christina’ as our Day-of-Wedding-Coordinator. Karleigh was so fabulous— she always was quick to respond to text messages, emails or requests to talk on the phone quickly. She also was great about offering new ideas while respectful to not make us feel like they were better than what we had suggested; rather, just another option. She was also always on time at scheduled meet-ups, and made sure to keep a log of running notes/to-do’s so that nothing would be forgotten. Ultimately, Karleigh helped to make sure everything was ready to go as planned by our wedding day and made sure it ran as smoothly as possible, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves, our friends and our family. While I was initially concerned that we did not have Christina as our personal wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding, "Dawn" ended up being worth her weight in gold! She walked us through the details of wedding planning step by step, always patient and thorough in her explanations, and was promptly responsive to my endless mother-of-the-bride questions. She took detailed notes of the many changes and updates we made, and communicated often with us and the vendors in the weeks and days leading up to the big day. We felt totally prepared after the rehearsal, even though it wasn't able to be held at the venue, and the day of the wedding went so smoothly. Dawn arrived at 11:00 AM to assist in set up of key areas and to welcome arriving vendors. Any time I had a question, concern, or request, she handled it. She even stayed AFTER the wedding (which didn't end until 11P!) to help us organize everything that needed to be packed up and taken home. My husband and I were able to enjoy our daughter's wedding day and our guests to the fullest thanks to Dawn's incredible attention to detail and genuine concern that the day go off without a hitch. We are so grateful she was with us through the entire wedding journey! I would recommend her and A Beautiful Day by Christina without reservation.

My first officiant cancelled on us 16 days before the ceremony and we were panicked! Christina was available and even on such short notice. My daughter was recently married, and we decided to go with a wedding planner. I looked up reviews like I usually do and decided A Beautiful Day By Christina was the one. I met with Christina and Dawn and immediately felt like we had 2 professional and experienced ladies working with us. We had a lot of things taken care of as far as planning, but they were so inspiring and knowledgeable about things we had not dealt with before. Christina was helpful in the beginning stages of our collaboration as far as contacting the vendors to get their commitments, expectations and arrival times confirmed along with providing us with information in areas where we needed help. She and Dawn then came up with the timeline for wedding day and rehearsal. Dawn and her daughter were with us for rehearsal and wedding day and provided us so much help, guiding us through a very hectic couple days. Dawn led the rehearsal and helped set up the night before. She was also with us early the wedding day applying the finishing touches and making sure everybody had what they needed. I really do not know what I would have done without her! Dawn continually let me know that as the Mother of the Bride, I was to relax and that she had everything covered, and she really did! Dawn saved our wedding! If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is a great time, work with Dawn. She was personally and passionately involved in all aspects of the panning and execution process and we were so thankful to have her in our corner. Dawn hooked us up with great local connections to find an outstanding caterer at a good price, get or make yard games, find last minute flowers and decorations and more. She met with us at the venue several times to brainstorm, floor plan, and walk through our ceremony and reception. She helped us plan a detailed schedule for the rehearsal and wedding day that really fit with our vision. On the wedding day when our outdoor plans got rained out, Dawn worked with our friends and family to move everything inside, so we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day - and when the rain stopped just long enough, she moved the whole ceremony outside again, which is what my wife really wanted. During the whole day, Dawn kept things running smoothly and made sure everyone had a great time. She even sent us on our honeymoon with a doggie bag of left overs and wine. Dawn is kind, patient, organized, flexible, and works hard. We couldn't ask for a better wedding coordinator and we couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Dawn!

She and her assistant, Lyndsi, went above and beyond in every aspect of our weekend and we cannot thank them enough. My husband and I hired Christina as our day of coordinator and it was by far one of the best decisions that we made during the wedding planning process. We had done the majority of our wedding planning ourselves, but as we got closer to our wedding date we realized we needed someone to coordinate all of our details and vendors the day of our wedding and run our rehearsal to make sure our wedding party knew what to do during our ceremony. Kristy was such a pleasure to work with. She checked in with me throughout the whole process seeing if I needed any help, offered suggestions, and always answered any questions I had. She took my vision for my wedding day and how I wanted everything decorated and brought it to life! Everything looked better than I could have dreamed of! Even though Kristy was my main point of contact - Christina checked in with me often to see how everything was going. They were so sweet and having them help take care of the wedding day schedule, coordinating timelines with other vendors, decorating and cleanup helped so much. I highly recommend to any bride to use them as your wedding coordinator! You won't be disappointed!

When I first decided to hire a wedding planner, my mom was skeptical. After the fact, my mom agreed that it was money well spent. Christina and Kristy were fantastic! They were always available to answer any questions I had and once I had booked a vendor, they kept everything straight and coordinated the wedding day schedule. Christina was also our officiant and was able to help us have the ceremony that was perfect for us. It was the most perfect, stress-free day and it was all thanks to them.

Which I appreciated considering how overwhelming wedding planning can be. We absolutely loved working with Kristy and Christina for day-of coordination. They made us feel comfortable and like we were in capable hands from the moment we first met. We had a short time to set up so they were very hands on with helping decorate while keeping everyone on track with the timeline. Having them coordinate our wedding gave us, our families and our wedding party the freedom to relax and enjoy our big day. We absolutely recommend them for day-of coordination!

I cannot say enough good things about Christina and Kristy! They responded to my many questions in a timely manner, and went out of their way to make sure my wedding day was everything I had ever dreamed. With all her experience, Christina knew what questions to ask vendors to make sure I was getting the best deals in my contracts. Kristy helped me to visualize my wedding by creating the room layout when my venue manager failed to do so. During the wedding day, they both made sure that I was not bothered with questions from vendors, and that everything ran smoothly. It was honestly the best day ever and I'm so glad that I got to work with them!

Christina did a great job handling our wedding yesterday. She took the time to synchronize with all other vendors about a week or two prior to our event. This ensured everyone was on the same page regarding timelines and how things work the day of. Along with being our day of coordinator, Christina was also our officiant for the ceremony. She helped us come up with a beautiful ceremony, and allowed us to customize it to what we wanted. We definitely recommend her for any wedding event
