Mark and his Team are the absolute top professionals. From the start of our fist meeting, he saw our vision, listened to our concerns, and gave us great ideals that we had not though of. His wedding planning app was a great time saver. To be honest, the planning app was fun for me and Taylor. We both are geeks and love new technology. On our wedding day, Mark and his Team arrived at our venue early, and let us know when he was leaving. He also shared his location with me, so I would not worry. We both thought that was over and above our expectations. For the ceremony, this was completely flawless. All of our music was perfect, and everyone said that they heard every word of our vows. Our reception was beyond AMAZING. All of the formalities were exactly how we planned, and Mark kept the floor packed the entire night. We had the best experience with Mark and his Team, and it truly was our best decision out of all of our vendors. We believe our wedding day would not have been the success it was without him. A Big Ticket Sound Experience was absolutely fantastic! Our DJ (Mark Hardin) was extremely professional, organized, and thoughtful in his approach to DJing our wedding. Our planning and setup were exceptionally smooth, and the experience was awesome. Mark had very tasteful transitions for all the wedding traditions (toasts, first dance, etc.) and had everyone on the grooving on the dance floor all night. He was great at reading the vibe and playing just the right songs to make everyone want to dance. Some highlights of our experience The planning: - We had a very well-organized intro to Big Ticket and a very well explained outline of the packages, costs, and experiences The Organization: - The App Mark gave us access to was so easy to use and great for making sure we had the right songs selected for each moment (processional, first dance, mother-son dance etc.) It was also so useful for sharing our favorite songs that we wanted to hear. - We had another call prior to our wedding to confirm the final items and Mark made sure to call out any items we might have missed The Experience: - We had fantastic microphone setups so that everyone could hear clearly (while outside) with minimally invasive mics. - Our ceremony and cocktail hour music was exactly what we wanted and set the mood perfectly - The Reception Music/Dance floor vibe is a HUGE thing to us, and our families and Mark absolutely delivered! Everyone was on the dance floor from the minute we opened (with Marks fantastic opener) until the very end. My mom and multiple family members remarked at how great our DJ was and all had so much fun. - Mark went above and beyond to make sure our celebration was the best. We appreciate the time and effort he put forth to help make our big day so great.

Mark Hardin with The Big Ticket Sound Experience deserves more than 5 stars in our book. He DJ'd our wedding back in 1999. He did a phenomenal job! We felt honored he was able to DJ our son's wedding 5 years ago, and just DJ'd our 25 years anniversary! again a phenomenal job. He has always been so professional, organized, and has always made it fun and makes us all feel special. He is our go to for events. I would highly recommend him.

Mark was absolutely the best DJ! His level of customization from beginning to end was top level, bar none. Very personable and made our night all the more special. If we were to have another event, we would hire Mark again in a heartbeat. The man can really work a turntable!

When it comes to events, the fun factor is what you remember. It is so true when they say you get what you pay for. Big Ticket Sound Experience was hands down the star of our event. They were easy to communicate with, helpful with all planning, and provided sleek professional equipment. My guest LOVED the interactive life-sized photo booth, texting pictures in to see them on the big screen and also using the QR code for song request. The DJ was helpful ensuring that the ceremony went well, music was played at the right times and everything was just perfect! I am a planner and I didn't have to worry about any of it the day of, because I knew Big Ticket Sound Experience had it all taken care of! No one will remember the food you served, what the desert was, what people were wearing... but they will remember how much fun they had! If you want to ensure your guest have an event of a life time then booking them is a must! I could not recommend them anymore as they will not disappoint!

Working with Mark was the best decision I made! He was so helpful and kind. He was the perfect MC. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me ironing out all the details I missed. The picture wall he offers is 1,000,000% worth it. I saw it for the first time when I was doing my first dance and the emotions I felt seeing the walk down the aisle and my guests points of view was priceless. The DJ, Mark, was amazing! He provided us with a great planning website that really helped me put the wedding together. During the wedding, he was willing to work with our Spotify playlists for each part of the reception. He made it fun and lively. He also helped keep the wedding on schedule, as I had no wedding coordinator. He was easy to work with and very responsive to inquiries.

Working with A Big Ticket Sound Experience for our wedding was such a pleasant and reassuring experience. Mark and Demetre are professionals who have been in the DJ’ing business for decades, which was incredibly helpful seeing that we did not have a lot of wedding experiences behind us. From the initial “get to know you” zoom meeting with Mark, to the check-in phone calls with Demetre (where he listened and gently suggested tweaks for a smooth-running wedding) we would highly recommend this DJ vendor to anyone who wants to work with flexible, kind, responsive, and quality DJ’s. Even though there were a couple itinerary changes on the big day, Demetre rolled with it. Overall, they both did an amazing job and played such vital roles in making our wedding special and intimate. It’s a 10/10 for us!!

Mark was a last minute booking after my DJ I had booked for my wedding cancelled and I couldn’t have been happier with the way the event turned out. One week prior to my family event, Mr. Mark Hardin came to the rescue! The timing of his availability was not only perfect but his presentation of services, set-up and emceeing skills exceeded my expectations and my family's expectations as well. He is very professional, his music set-up is very sleek, modern and clean-looking and he was simply amazing to work with. Our event was "on the fly" which had some changes but he handled it all very naturally and calmly, not showing any stress whatsoever. It helped a lot that he was very familiar with the Sacramento venue and super efficient with taking care of his part of the party. He's very intuitive with keeping the party timeline running smoothly by sticking to the plan or will make sure to check with you on song approvals. My dad rarely makes comments especially about parties but he happily said "Everyone really enjoyed the party, dancing and even the DJ did a great job!" If that's a win in my dad's book, then we highly recommend hiring Mark for your memorable event!

We had DJ Demetre host our wedding in our back yard. Now our wedding was not conventional, as we’re not convention people, but he rolled with the punches and helped us along every step of the way. We hired Mark to DJ our daughter’s wedding a couple weeks ago. He did a fantastic job hosting and keeping the energy up. The dance floor always had people on it. Our nephew worked with Mark to surprise our daughter by doing a karaoke style serenade of the Backstreet Boys for her. There was plenty laughter, excitement, and a fun filled night. Mark is so easy to work with leading up to the big day. He listens to what you want, provides options when you aren’t sure what you want, and then delivers. Mark has been so incredible through the whole wedding process. He was the DJ/MC for our daughter's wedding. I have never been to an event that has been so seamless and timely with everything. We have had continued calls for many days complimenting us on the wedding. Mark goes above and beyond. He even showed up for the rehearsal ceremony and had some great constructive ideas. There was never any stress or anything to worry about. He created a QR code at the reception where people could upload their photos from their phones and he would display them on his screen instantly. Lights and sound were amazing. Thank you Mark. Mark was wonderful. He has good suggestions on order and song choice. He is also a wonderful MC and kept the party moving along. He's easy to work with and will do his best to accommodate your song choices.

He did a GREAT job. He kept things flowing without being too intrusive. He was very entertaining without being obnoxious. He spent a lot of time with us and wanted to make sure he played everything we wanted. He even made us a CD of all specific songs we wanted played. He was very good at reading the guests with what genre of music people responded to and played more of that genre. I couldn't have been happier with our choice!
