I had found the perfect planners! The staff were very friendly. The decor was chic and crisp. I could feel the creativity. And, right, I was. I initially spoke with lovely Somer. After I shared my ideas with her, she selected two of the most kindest, sweetest, creative and AWESOME planners, BRYNN AND CHELSEA, to help me with my vision. They were always reaching out to me with ideas and suggestions. They always answered my texts, emails and phone calls. I KNEW that Brynn and Chelsea would make the event spectacular! The day of the shower finally arrived. The crew under the direction of Brynn and Chelsea turned the venue into an enchanted dreamland for all of my guests to see. It was drop dead GORGEOUS! Everything was perfect. From the flowers, to the table decorations, to the arrangement and placements of the props…it was stunning. My guests said that this was, hands down, the most beautiful and best shower that they have ever attended!!! Thank you a million times, A Charming Fete. You truly are top notch. And, a very special shout out to Brynn and Chelsea for making it all possible.

I was hesitant about hiring a planner and looking back on it I cannot even imagine how the day would have went on without her! After getting off the phone with Somer, I was anxious to receive pricing as many events I had seen on Instagram were luxury. Once I received pricing for month of and day of coordination, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the pricing was, very much in line with what I had seen through my search. I met with Maggie a month before the wedding to review my event, her endless connections and vendor recommendations set me at ease during the final month of prep. Day of wedding, Maggie and her team were show stopping! At every turn, Maggie was there to assist, calm and make sure all details were perfect. I had the most relaxing wedding day due to Maggie and her team. Every ask was greeted with a smile and I did not worry about one thing during my wedding. After the wedding, my mother in law said “If I would have know how great the team was, I would not have worried about anything these last few months”! I had no worries they would be great, but I had no idea how seamless they really made everything. I cannot recommend A Charming Fete more, they truly made my day special!

Charming Fete for while on instagram and I was so ready to work with them! Let me just say, BEST decision ever!! I got to work closely with Chelsea and Bella who paid special attention to design and what we wanted. The theme was Winter Wonderland...and the peoples reactions when they walked into the ballroom as I recall "This looks like its out of the Frozen Movie"!!! Honestly, everyone was raving about the party for weeks!!! They already talking about the 2020 christmas party! Chelsea and Bella co-ordinated everything flawlessly and worked with our company budget closely to get the best out of it! The centerpieces, the flowers, the lighting, the DJ... everything was beyond perfect! The dealt with all the vendors and were transparent with design and pricing. Other than these Ladies planning expertise, they really are the sweetest to work with! Thank you Chelsea, Bella and A Charming Fete!! ...Hope we can work together again soon!!

Maggie instantly became so much more than a planner and jumped into being the friend/therapist/problem solver than every bride NEEDS. She got to know our personalities and decision making style (which was mediocre, at best) and played to our weaknesses to ensure that we were making choices that we would love. I had a million last minute ideas, decided to make my own programs, add an extra hotel block, change table cloths etc. and Maggie MADE IT ALL HAPPEN. Like an actual fairy godmother. And then Lauren was the design lead and she delivered on bringing our very detailed vision to life, on steroids. We chose a completely bare industrial venue in Cleveland (The Madison) which required so many vendors and moving parts. We wanted a speakeasy-style bar and Lauren took it as far as it could go, dressing the bartenders in 1920s accessories. Her ability to understand the vibe of us as a couple and lean into our style while enhancing every detail beyond the scope of our imagination was magical. Lauren went so far beyond what she needed to do to make us feel covered across all angles, even attending our food tasting to make sure that the plating was right because food was so important to us. She also was so respectful of our budget and gave so many options to scale back in areas that were less important to us. Not enough good things to say about ACF. The entire event went so smoothly and the investment of a full service planner was worth every penny. If you are on the fence— do it!!!!!

Our wedding planner was Bella and she was exceptional! I cannot recommend her enough, she was very responsive to all my concerns and helped ease our frustrations. Our day was so smooth from set up to clean up. We had zero worries on our wedding day because Bella had made our Pinterest wedding a reality. Thanks Bella!!

Their creativity helped us fulfill our vision of showcasing the best of Cleveland to all of our out of town guests. Throughout the planning process, they managed a lot of high emotions and impossibly pleased all stakeholders to produce the perfect event. Our demanding expectations were beyond satisfied. Most importantly, they seamlessly managed the day of the wedding so that we (and our families) could enjoy the celebration. They juggled hair, make up, photography, videography, band, complicated shuttle schedules from different hotels, security, set up at the ceremony and reception sites, and countless other details so that we could focus on our guests and our party. Somer doubled as a last minute make up artist and did touch ups and hair fixes before we walked down the aisle. They are the consummate professionals and are always prepared with useful emergency supplies (we were so grateful for their double-sided tape and shout wipes). Throughout the day, they kept all of the vendors and bridal party on an efficient timeline and kept track of the bride and groom, family, and bridal party, who were spread out at different locations around the city for pictures and pre-ceremony events. They produced a flawless wedding!!

Bayarts had teamed up with Chelsea and A Charming Fete to manage all of the Bayarts weddings. The wedding turned out fantastic. Everything went as we had planned with Chelsea. All I had to do was enjoy the ceremony and the guest, everything went like clockwork. Even cleanup was taken care of. Almost everything was already in the cars and ready to go. Somer and her team truly made this day the best of our lives. She has a magical way of bringing a sense of calm to all those around her. She is incredibly professional, even when presented with some of the last minute-ness of my family and their unending modifications. My partner and I come from two very diverse backgrounds, both ethnically and financially and there was not one family member or culture that wasn’t represented during our special day. I never thought I wanted a large wedding until after my experience last weekend with Somer and her team- now I’m sad it’s over :) I cannot way enough just how incredible this experience was for us.

From that email to countless more over the next few months, Chelsea was wonderful to work with. She and Lauren from Bay Arts (who was also amazing!!) started carrying in the heaviest pieces (including cases of beer)). The day of the wedding wasn’t looking great weather wise and Chelsea made an executive decision to move our outdoor ceremony indoors. I was so thankful that she made this decision and called me to confirm. This took a lot of responsibility off of my plate and our ceremony turned out beautiful! Lastly, Chelsea was top knot on the day of our wedding. Everything we wanted to do was done on time and was executed the exact way We had envisioned. We truly appreciate all of the work Chelsea did for us and would recommend her 100%!

I always felt confident in my planning because these two ladies were always there to answer my phone calls, e-mails, texts, and keep me on track! The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. Maggie stayed with us all day to make sure things went smoothly while Lauren and 3 assistants helped to set up the venue. We are WOW-ed by how beautiful our reception hall was and the entire evening went so smoothly! We received endless compliments on our wedding for weeks after! I really cannot say enough about how calm and at ease I felt on my wedding day because of these two. They are so wonderful and I had fun planning with them and getting to know them as well! Being the mom of 3 daughters, I felt the need to learn everything I could about weddings and wedding planning so connecting with the best planners in Cleveland was the best decision I made. My daughter's work schedule made it very difficult for her to be present and engaged in every detail.. but for me, it was my full time job for the past year. I loved working with Somer & Lisa and somehow they managed to keep me calm and focused as we navigated through the hundreds of options from flowers, to table linens, to chairs, to place settings, to layouts, to invitations, to food, etc. etc. etc.!! They assisted us with every detail and decision. The amount of time and planning that goes in to this one weekend is unbelievable. With Somer & Lisa's experience, expertise, and connections, it all comes together beautifully. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony and tented reception. We had 2 plans in place... Plan A and Plan B for rain. Unfortunately for us, it was Plan B. Who would have thought on June 15th it would be a complete rain-out.. but this is CLE and you never know what to expect with the weather. Somer & Lisa made the transition from Plan A to Plan B seamless. Our guests were WOWed and in awe of our wedding - never knowing that we were in Plan B. I don't know what we would have done without Somer & Lisa and their team on this rainy day. Back to being a "momager" of 3 daughters... my thought (and sales pitch to my husband) was that we would make this one-time investment in wedding planners so that for our next 2 weddings, I could do it all myself. LOL!! You can bet that once we are asked again for a daughter's hand in marriage, the first call I will make is to Somer & Lisa at A Charming Fête!! XOXO

Their sense of design and imagination for how to transform a space is unparalleled. They planned the most epic and perfect wedding we could have imagined. They stressed about all the little details so we didn’t have to. They have relationships with so many vendors and seem to know exactly who to pick for each couple. We had a bit tighter of a budget than most, and Somer and Lisa were essential in helping us make our budget go as far as it possibly could. They negotiated pricing, found the best vendors and helped us figure out best places to splurge vs where we could go with a less expensive option. They were there with us ever step of the way and made sure everything went off without a hitch. I can honestly say we could not have done it without them. I would recommend Charming Fete to absolutely anyone planning a wedding (or other event)

I felt like I could barely describe how exactly I wanted everything to look, but somehow Lauren got it and made it better than I could have ever dreamed. It was truly a fairy tale. Erica, as our coordinator, could not have been more wonderful and helpful, especially on the actual wedding day. Anything that we needed or anything that wasn't completely perfect was taken care of efficiently and seamlessly. Not only did these two give me the wedding of my dreams, but they did so graciously. We never once saw them get impatient or annoyed with anyone or any vendors. They are extremely talented and professional individuals. I could go on forever about them and what an utter dream our wedding was because of them but I will stop here. I feel like I can't even do the justice with just my words. We cannot thank them enough and will sing their praises to anyone who asks.

for sure and I would be lying if we didn't question if it was worth it a few times during the process but, I feel our experience may have been a little different than most. We started off with our planner Lauren and about halfway through planning our wedding she reached out to us telling us that she was leaving the company and set us up with our new planner Erica. I was a little in shock because when you have been working with one person for 6 months and basically planned out your entire design with them it's scary putting all of that in the hands of someone you don't know yet. I will say that everything on their end was handled seamlessly Lisa was very involved with the transition and made sure that nothing fell through the cracks. Erica also welcomed us with open arms and ready to hit the ground running with getting up to speed with our wedding! I would give Erica herself 5 stars she was amazing she had the kindest heart but she does not mess around when it comes to paying attention to every detail and caught things that we would've never caught. The weeks leading up to our big day I was so calm because Erica was so on it, I didn't have to worry about a thing! The night of our rehearsal she told me she read through every single email to make sure she didn't miss a thing (there were 100's of emails!!!) The day of I was getting a little overwhelmed while getting ready with people asking me questions and when Erica showed up I was immediately relieved to see her beautiful smiling face and knew all was well again! Now being on the other side I would say it was 100% worth it to hire a wedding planner and my husband agrees. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the little hiccup in the middle but I am thankful because everything happens for a reason. Even though Erica was a wedding planner thrown into our wedding halfway through she was amazing, and I feel I left this whole experience with a new friend!

Lauren was an absolute dream to work with - she listened to my wishlist, got me the perfect venue (which I never would have found on my own), and put together an incredible team of top-notch vendors. She was there for vendor meetings, always had great ideas and advice on design elements, and kept things organized and moving smoothly. Plus she was just fun to be around - I always felt like she was as excited for my wedding day as I was which was pretty cool. Day of the wedding...I didn't have to worry about a thing! Lauren coordinated with all the vendors, oversaw the entire set-up process, dealt with any issues that arose, directed the flow of events, etc, etc. When my fiance/husband and I saw the space transformed, we were just blown away - it was so stunning! I can't recommend A Charming Fete and Lauren enough - they made our wedding day stress-free and simply amazing!

On the day of the wedding, Erica and her team pulled off the wedding flawlessly. The design was everything we hoped for and more. I cannot state enough how amazing A Charming Fête is at their jobs and it is easy to see why they are one of the premier wedding planners in Ohio. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had a vision of this beautiful head table floating floral arrangement that, in short, the florist completely forgot about on the day of. Additionally, the florist brought wilted flowers and a substantially smaller quantity of flowers than I had ordered. Somer & Lisa wanted my dreams to come true, so without hesitation (and without me knowing this at the time) they went and bought out flowers from various locations, and made a trip to home depot to build a last minute head table piece so that i would not be let down. To top it off, they sent me the most beautiful bouquet of roses when I got home from my honeymoon to resemble the flowers that I should've had on my big day! Beyond this story- they were there for bridesmaid dress shopping, at my request. They navigated through all of my awful family drama. From food tasting, to make up touch ups, they literally did.it.all. They even got all of the items for my hotel bags and assembled them all! I could go on for days. They are the sweetest, classiest, hardest working women you'll ever meet... and they genuinely care!! They truly are THE BEST <3

I’m a type A person that makes the to-do list, loves organization and likes to control things. I was planning our wedding in the midst of a hectic football season. Though I’m that person that likes control, I knew I needed to find planners, because it just wasn’t logistically possible for me to plan on my own since I was out of town. Lisa and Somer instantly calmed any fears or concerns that I had. Both are approachable, honest and very organized. I wanted planners to spearhead my “vision” and do their thing so to speak. They did that and more. We scheduled weekly phone calls, direct emails back and forth and texts. I know they had other several weddings before us, but we never felt like we weren’t a priority. They were ALWAYS there for us. During the planning process, life got extremely hectic with some career changes and moves, Lisa and Somer didn’t skip a beat. They constantly kept me in the loop. My(now) husband and I view these two ladies as close friends and family. I understand that our situation is unique and may differ from others, but rest assure that they are there to help you plan your wedding even when life gets crazy. As a bride, you want to see options. You want to be reassured that you are making the right decision. Lisa and Somer provided me with several options for vendors and pricing throughout the entire process. I loved the mood boards they created for every aspect of the wedding. You also want to make sure that your hard-earned money is being spent the right way (Amen!). Lisa and Somer were on top of all it. I cannot stress enough how helpful their organization and transparency were. Also, not every vendor is right for every wedding. These ladies sought out the florist, photographer, band, production company, linens etc. that fit best with the style & budget of my wedding. A Charming Fete is extremely well-connected with several vendors nationally and in Ohio. I incorporated both at my wedding because of them. I entered my wedding day, so relaxed. Why? Because the planning was done. By done, I mean we walked through the entire day serval times, talked about what was expected and what I didn’t want etc. My wedding day was long (Catholic Mass) and very hot, throughout the entire day, the entire A Charming Fete team was there hands-on to help in any way possible. The execution and communication were seamless. Our wedding day was unique because we had an after-party, which added more to everyone’s plate from planning to execution. Once again, they showed how talented they were and the after-party was everything and more! I whole heartily believe that A Charming Fete is THE best wedding planner in Ohio and among the top in the country. These two amazing women get to know you and your family, they find out what’s important and help in any way they can. They value you and your spouse, they value your trust. They are there to make YOUR day, truly yours.

Lauren Hibbard went above and beyond for us during the entire planning process and wedding day. She was truly invaluable and our dream wedding would not have happened without her. I was set on having an outdoor wedding and when the Cleveland summer thunderstorms became a threat, she transformed our venue into a rain plan that was better than the original. Lauren and her team of vendors worked hard all morning and afternoon while I could get ready for the wedding stress -free (minus checking the rain forecast continuously). She also stayed past 1 am breaking down and bringing my belongings used in the reception to my parents' hotel room. I could go on for days about the value of having great wedding planners like Lauren and A Charming Fete. Basically, if you want to have the wedding of your dreams that guests will rave about for months, you should work with A Charming Fete!

Throughout the month before my wedding she thought of every detail that I had overlooked or didn't think of, and came to meetings with me, asked the right questions, and told me I could text her/contact her 24/7. The wedding day she was everywhere taking care of problems, coordinating and anticipating the needs of my husband and I, our parents, the wedding party and the vendors. Afterwards, everyone in the wedding couldn't stop raving about her and how on top of it she was. My wedding day was so stress free thanks to Jenny!

She went above and beyond to relieve tasks from my parents/family -- such as picking up desserts from our freezer the morning of and bringing them to the venue, and tearing down at the end of the night. "Little things" like this saved us from extra wedding stress and allowed us to enjoy the day without worrying about decorations, vendors, or timelines. She was always there when we needed her and our day ran flawlessly (at least, to me and my guests it did -- and that's what matters!). r venue was difficult to work with (the Old Courthouse) and required that we bring in all of our own vendors. Erica handled the high level of coordination flawlessly. She recommended the most fabulous vendors, handled the complicated logistics, and helped to make our wedding unique and beautiful. On our wedding day, we had several potential problems (wrong beer delivered, rowdy guest broke a glass door, a whole family attended that did not RSVP...). Erica handled each potential crisis with ease, with zero concern to me and zero interruption to the festivities. Erica and the Charming Fete team are a dream. If you're looking for the best wedding planner, look no further!

She helped us come up with a vision for our wedding, and the day was absolutely stunning and totally exceeded our expectations! She knew exactly which vendors to suggest based on the look we were going for and our budget, and helped make all of our vendor appointments (and came to many of them as well), and continued to communicate with all of our vendors up until the day of our wedding to assure everything went smoothly. isa, Somer, and Tiffany are beyond professional and always responded within minutes of my texts/emails. Tiffany even responded within seconds! I was never in the dark and always knew exactly what was going on throughout the planning process. The team read my mind and knew my vision better than I did! They use the best vendors and have an incredible network. Being out of town, I wasn't able to meet some of our vendors until our reception. I trusted Charming Fete to select top notch vendors and they delivered! Many of my guests commented on how well my wedding flowed and how seamless everything was. I was totally stress free on my wedding day because I knew I had the best of the best supporting me and making sure everything was going to plan. I couldn't imagine getting married without Charming Fete. They're truly remarkable and I know our friendship will continue for many years to come.
