Made my dream come true and helped make my day perfect. I almost cried when I got to the church and saw the bouquet. omeone else to do the decor while I got ready was a hard pass off for me, but I did not need to worry with them! The bouquets, arbor, cake cascade, table runners and centerpieces all looked PHENOMENAL! I would recommend them over and over again!

appointment incase I was a no-show - completely understandable. My appointment time came and the florist was a NO SHOW! I rescheduled for the only weekday I could do it and was assured a compensation for my troubles. Upon my new appointment I laid out my budget but the florist still gave me a quote that was twice as much (I'm only doing bridal party flowers and am not picky), the compensation I was offered for wasting my time during the weekend was one free boutineere ($20 of the original $1100 quote). They have beautiful work and a great online tool for setting up bouquets and pricing but man oh man that was a lot of hassle to be disappointed twice.

She would not do any decorations not floral nor do any cleanup unless paid more. Honestly, I think I should have gone with another florist I spoke with who would have done more for less.

Also, they have a new software that shows you pictures of what your arrangements will look similar to based on the flowers you have chosen. Definitely a huge help for someone like me. However, I was very disappointed to find out the day of the wedding they left out a specific flower I requested for the groom's boutonniere and my bouquet. I also reached out to Shelby following the wedding to ask about preserving my flowers and never received a response back, which was also disappointing.

Peonies are my favorite flowers, and she assured us she had a great contact from whom she always got peonies, and that it wouldn’t be a problem (my mom even asked her point blank in our first meeting what would happen if there were a problem with getting the peonies in March, and Melissa assured us there wouldn’t be a problem). A day before the wedding, I got an email from Melissa that the peonies she received were tiny, and wouldn’t work for the bouquet I wanted. I was honestly shocked that if she had such a “great contact”, that she wouldn’t find out until the day before that the peonies were not good quality. She offered several alternative flowers, but they weren’t even close to what I was looking for. I did several hours of research calling different florists, and my amazing husband drove an hour to a flower shop quite a ways away that said they had white peonies of a decent size, and he dropped them off with Melissa. She reimbursed him for the flowers, which was kind of her, but not enough. She should have done that research instead of a bride before her wedding day. I wasn’t going to leave a review at all until I reviewed the footage from the ceremony. I noticed that my now husband never got the flowers that we had paid for, which he was supposed to give to our mothers and grandmothers during the ceremony. I was very disappointed that this piece of our floral order was completely missed. On top of that, my bridesmaids’ bouquets had the completely wrong shade of pink flower (I brought a swatch to the meeting with Melissa, so this was surprising).

stars is there were just a feeewww things that weren't completely perfect. Our mothers and grandmothers were supposed to have corsages, but they had boutonnieres instead. We didn't want that for the sake of their lovely dresses, but it wasn't the end of the world. I also wanted ribbon tails on my bouquet, and dropped off hand-dyed silk ribbons for it. My bouquet was dropped off at the church with the ribbons still in their packaging, not attached. My coordinator made them into tails and did a great job, so that also wasn't the end of the world. I was otherwise THRILLED with our bouquets and the arrangements at my reception. I would certainly recommend this company, especially considering how well they will work within a budget!

And then those beautiful bridesmaids bouquets and not to mention how stunning Devin’s was too. I’m enjoying a couple bouquets now in my home and still can’t believe how you did everything beyond our expectations. I could go on and on but I just had to tell you that it sure is nice to find people that really care about what they are doing for a living.
