A Formal Limousine

Pros: vehicle was clean and modern. Tom got us to the venue in a timely fashion and safely. He had umbrellas for us to get in and out of the vehicle due to the rain. Cons: his customer service skills are extremely lacking. The first time I spoke with him I wasn’t impressed but his price was a lot more reasonable for a one way transfer than other limo companies I had looked into. Tip to future brides...pay the extra. He reminded me multiple times about how he had a prom to do after my drop off so it was crucial I was on time. Which yes we know we had to be on time, but the way he said it was extremely rude. This is my day too no need to keep reminding me about your prom pick up!! Most times I called him he acted like I was doing him a disservice. He even yelled at my bridal party when we got to the venue because we were playing music. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book with him nor will I ever again in the future. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra for a more friendly driver!

We booked A-Formal Limousine for our wedding. If you’re looking for a truly authentic, high-class, friendly, and professional company - then book with A-Formal. Tom (our wonderful driver) showed up with the stunning Rolls Royce earlier than scheduled at my parents house the morning of the wedding, greeted my mom and me with an umbrella (rain for good luck) to escort us out, and drove us down to our little white chapel. The car was immaculately clean and Tom made us feel like royalty. After my husband and I got married, Tom drove us to our reception. He treated us with chilled champagne and wonderful conversation on the ride there. He took pictures with us and the car at the reception and that beautiful Rolls Royce was the star of the show! Tom - thank you for making our special day even more perfect. You are a true professional and a great person.

Most limo companies won’t do a one way transfer for a wedding and we had no need for four hours of limo service since the ceremony and reception were in the same location. A Formal offered three hours of service (the shortest window I could find) and at a reasonable rate. Tom was easy to book with over the phone, quick to respond to emails and provided a smooth ride in a Lincoln crossover limo. However, his customer service skills left much to be desired. He came across as aggravated the last few times we spoke on the phone and actually had me in tears after one particular call (the services were already paid for at this point). His attitude during the short time we were waiting at the venue was terrible and this was during the point of the day when I was the most nervous. It’s unfortunate that I had such an unpleasant experience since the vehicle was beautiful (minus not having any interior mirrors or regular lights) and the services were so affordable.
