Where do I begin…
Almost 10 years ago, my mother and I had taken a girls trip to the Montage- laguna beach. While there, we stumbled into the ball room where we stood in awe at what was at the time, one of the most beautiful wedding designs I had ever seen. My mother and I promptly asked the first person we saw who was designing this wedding and got a card for a “Natalie Good”. I pocketed the card and thought- one day! Fast forward 5 years I had met Matt(my now husband) and we were moving into together. I was cleaning my room at my parents house and came across Natalie’s card and put it in my purse. 3 months later, Matt proposed on a Saturday and the following Monday I called Natalie and booked her.
First and foremost, Natalie is an angel on this planet. Wedding planning is so stressful and I never had to worry about a single thing, she went above and beyond to make sure I was not stressed and happy. She is more than just our wedding planner and over the 3 years we planned my wedding (thanks covid…), she became my friend and someone who I adore ❤️
Second, when going down this road, I think trusting your planner/wedding team is extremely important to make sure the process is seamless and smooth. I can tell you that without a doubt, I trust Natalie and her team implicitly! I trusted them so much that I let them run free on the design for my wedding and I could not have been happier! Everything was perfect and so gorgeous- from the table design to the flowers, everything was flawless and it was so amazing to watch her vision come to life. It’s been 3 months and I am still getting calls and compliments from all of our guests and even friends of guests who weren’t there but saw pictures. She is insanely talented and has an unbelievable list of vendors that are just as talented. We even had a silent disco at our wedding and it was a hit!
Third, her team is awesome. The women who helped me specifically- Ellie, Kennedy, and Maddy- where next level professional and so helpful. There were nights where I would be up at midnight and text Ellie and she would always answer and talk me down. Kennedy and Maddy were running around on wedding day making sure I was hydrated and fed and happy.
Everything about A Good Affair is top notch and I could not be more grateful or fortunate to have had them design, plan and make our dream wedding a reality.
I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a team to take your wedding to the next level and who will be there every step of the way to make your dreams come true!

Going into wedding planning, we had no idea what to expect -- it all seemed really overwhelming. But after our first phone call with A Good Affair, I knew they would be a pleasure to work with and had the design ability to truly create something beautiful, unique, and personal for us. We're so grateful for A Good Affair and all of their help. I could call or text them anytime and they were always so positive and reassuring. My husband and I could not have asked for a more special day and it was largely thanks to A Good Affair. We still have friends telling us how beautiful our wedding was and how impressed they were with every single detail. We loved working with them -- they are truly the best!
We hired A Good Affair in 2019 to plan my daughter's 2020 wedding, of which due to the pandemic, their wedding date was postponed twice but their wedding finally happened in February 2022. Throughout this wedding planning venture, A Good Affair was the absolute best! Each time the wedding date was changed, A Good Affair contacted each of our vendors within minutes to confirm their availability for the changed wedding dates, which was such a huge weight lifted off of us. With A Good Affair's creativeness and expertise, they captured all of the design and decor details that my daughter wanted for her wedding ceremony and reception! When we saw how beautiful the ceremony lawn, cocktail patio area and reception ballroom looked, all of it was truly breathtaking. We are so grateful to the team at A Good Affair for all of their help, support, friendship and for providing my daughter with the wedding of her dreams! Where do I even begin! We loved the Good Affair team and they made our dreams come true! We got married during the uncertain times of the pandemic and they really made us feel like no matter what, our wedding would be the perfect, special day we dreamed of - and they did NOT disappoint! Every detail was thought of and it was the most magical day. They also had so many amazing vendors to partner with, so we knew we would be in good hands every step of the way. The day of our wedding went so smooth and Ellie was a dream - she was there by my side and helped with every tiny detail! Both of our families were so happy, and I know my mom, as mother of the bride, agrees the whole process was amazing! I can’t thank the team enough for turning our vision into the most PERFECT day. Because of Natalie and her team, our wedding was an absolute dream. Based from her previous work, I knew she was the perfect wedding planner to hire to help plan our special day. From the initial meeting to the wedding day, the process was easy and her team kept all of the details organized. My husband and I were one of the many couples who postponed and changed venues due to the pandemic. Despite the uncertainty and chaos, we never felt like our day would be anything less than what we imagined.
On the wedding day itself, her team managed every minute and detail perfectly. We never had to worry about where to go or when. We were able to 100% enjoy the day with absolutely no stress. Very few couples I know can say that about their wedding. We love to look back on our wedding day and talk about how fun, beautiful, stress free, and lovely the day was!
I can't say enough amazing things about Natalie and the entire AGA team! From start to finish, they were all professional, organized, helpful, enthusiastic and SO friendly. She really did make my wedding dreams come true and exceeded our expectations, especially when it came to the design and decor. We would hire them again in a second! 15/10 would recommend!

OKAY HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE LADIES!!!! Victoria was our wedding planner and OH MY GOSH was she so good in handling everything and even handled all my anxiety during Covid shutdowns and etc. She’s so good at what she does and super professional and so smooth with everything! LOVE LOVE HER. I swear I didn’t become a bridezilla because of her.
ALSO! NATALIE!!! Her mind and ideas are out of this world!! She designed our wedding and made all my wedding dreams come true and MORE! She is so fun to work with and so sweet!! I honestly could not ask for a better person to design my wedding. LOOOVEEE NATALIE!! HANDS DOWN NATALIE IS AMAZING! Also Ellie and Kimberly are absolute gems and so sweet!! Honestly, you cannot go wrong AT ALL by going with them for your wedding. If you want a smooth and fabulous wedding, just go to them. No regrets. They will see your vision and make it 1000x better :)

Natalie and her team did a beautiful job planning and designing my daughters wedding during a difficult and unpredictable 2020! Natalie worked hard to get us the wedding we desired in spite of many restrictions. A beautiful and memorable day without the worries and responsibilities normally weighing heavily on the mother-of the-bride!
Was referred to Natalie and her team and never looked back!! I wanted to plan a wedding back in my hometown but because we were living abroad, a friend of mine highly recommended we find a wedding planner. Natalie and Ellie were so kind to me throughout the entire process and were able to cater to all our budgets, big or small! We were also able to incorporate our cat into the wedding details :)
The wedding was a dream come true to me and my guests still talk to me about it. Some say it is the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to in their lives and I only have AGA to thank for all the details! My husband and I will honestly miss the wedding planning days. Hiring A Good Affair was by far the best decision I made for our wedding. Of all the planners/designers I interviewed, Natalie was the most competent, talented, and trustworthy. And she delivered! Natalie is so talented and she designed for us a truly mind-blowing luxury dream wedding. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!
Natalie, Ellie, and the rest of the A-team took away all the stress of planning and literally took care of everything to make our engagement a truly blissful and fun experience. They handled every little detail, including venue coordination, rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, dealing with all the vendors, and keeping me calm during the emotional ups and downs. They were on top of everything during the months and weeks leading up to the big day in additional to making the day itself a seamless experience. These ladies are heaven sent, and are a truly sweet kind and caring team. Anyone would be lucky to have A Good Affair on their side.
We were lucky enough to get to work with Natalie, Ellie and Kimberly and couldn't more highly recommend them!!! They took our vision and created an absolute dream of a wedding, and were highly respectful of making sure all the different people in the process (parents, both bride/groom, siblings, etc) were included. They were also so flexible and kind - even when we decided NOT to sign the original venue contract we were looking at and instead change the state, location, guest count, budget, and move up the wedding by 6 months on a whim! Handling something like that with grace is so rare, let alone then still creating the most stunning experience. If you are looking for caring, talented, go-getters for your wedding planning team then you've found them in A Good Affair! As my mom says, we'll never have another big event without Natalie and her team!
Finding AGA was totally random but such a blessing! Just like many other brides, I would go on Instagram and follow some wedding pages to get ideas, and one of those pages was the AGA Instagram. I simply fell in love with how unique and elegant all of the weddings were. Not thinking much about it my now husband (Fernando) and I went on with looking at different locations of a destination wedding. After getting these a ton of cookie cutter packages from resorts/hotel’s event planners, we knew that we needed to get our own wedding planner. With a little hesitation we reached out to AGA, that’s located in California while we are located in Florida, but much to our surprise we got the sweetest and most willing to help response from Natalia and her team! So we set up a facetime appointment to go over details. Natalie totally got us as a couple and what we wanted right away, like she read our minds. At that moment we know that she was the perfect wedding planner for us. Not only did she create our perfect day but she also planned all of our other events that lead up to it. AGA took care of everything and anything for us, things that we didn’t even know of at the moment.. She helped us find our perfect location (Baha Mar- Rosewood). They took care of our Welcome Cocktails (Thursday), Beach BBQ on a Private Island (Friday), the wedding day (Saturday) and Goodbye Brunch (Sunday). My husband and I give Natalie and her team all the credit in the world, not only were they super professional but they were so sweet. The girls felt like family, you get to build such a friendship with them all you aren’t just another bride/ wedding! They were such a huge part of getting our special days done, which lead them to be such big part of our lives. And will forever hold a special place in our hearts! AGA didn’t just delivery a magazine perfect wedding but they gave us an unforgettable experience. I was so lucky to have worked with them, Natalie’s and her team are just design genius, they were able to take our little ideas and turn them into a dream. It wasn’t our dream perfect wedding. it was better than anything we could’ve dreamt of. I could go on, and on about them and it would still not do it justice. We are forever thankful for all their hard work. Only when you get the chance of being an AGA bride you will understand what an experience it is to work with them! And I look forward to doing any future events I might’ve have with them!

I am still amazed at the perfection of our wedding as my husband and I are no dream clients... we tend toward procrastination, indecisiveness, and are very casual. Natalie and the AGA team easily tackled our characteristics and produced an absolute dream of a day/evening. Thanks to AGA my entire day as a bride felt effortless.
Through the planning process Natalie referred us to our amazing photographer, cinematographers, dance instructor, hair and makeup artist, gown alteration specialist, and band -- ALL deserve a 5-STAR! When your planner is top notch so are her referrals!

Natalie, Anna, and the rest of the AGA team were so amazing and made our wedding dreams come true! A Good Affair actually planned & designed my brother's wedding, which turned out to be so beautiful that I knew I wanted to work with them for my wedding. However, it was really important to me that our wedding had it's own feel and look. Natalie reassured me that each of their weddings are unique, matching each couple's personality and vision. I can't express enough how true this is. Our wedding was the most beautiful, magical day and night of our lives. Natalie brings to life your dream wedding and beyond. She is a truly talented event designer.
Anna was also so wonderful to work with! She dealt with most of the planning and coordination of the wedding. Since we live in Los Angeles with busy work schedules, it was difficult for us to meet in the OC. Anna would work with our schedules and meet us in LA when we had to go over details. If we ever had any questions or concerns, she was always accessible. Anna is so thorough and makes sure you don't have to worry about the many elements that go into putting a wedding production together. Our actual wedding day went by so smoothly and stress-free for us, and I know that it was all because of the hard work that the AGA team had put in. We are so thankful to A Good Affair for putting together the most wonderful day of our lives and for giving us such a beautiful start to our marriage!
Natalie and her team did a fabulous job setting up, organizing and making the night so memorable! Most of the guests that we have talked to said it was one of the most beautiful weddings that they have been to! We can't thank you enough for all of their hard work, dedication, organization, knowledge and design talent. They were the key to making our dream come true. From beginning to end, it has been a wonderful experience working with A Good Affair. Janel and Natalie did a SUPERB job! Janel was our planner and Natalie designed the venue. Working with Janel ensured we were on track with vendors and kept things practical with our budget. Janel was professional, attentive, and friendly. Although I’m NO Bridezilla, lol....Janel was quick to respond to my concerns even on nights and weekends. Janel even went out of her way to get aspirin for my ring bearer, which the mother truly appreciated. Janel amazed our guests on how organized and smooth our wedding was. Some guests used the words “perfect”, “flawless”, “GREAT Planner”, etc. to describe Janel and the wedding. From ceremony to reception, it was beautifully organized. We truly were guests to our own wedding!
Natalie was amazing with her designs. Natalie and I only met a few times to discuss the designs and budget. Knowing what my budget was, Natalie, still, was able to deliver my vision. Natalie left me speechless at mock-up, the day Natalie presented her designs, and was even more blown away on the day of the wedding! As for our guests, they were in shock with “WOW” as the only word they could utter. From the flowers, mirrored table, vases, candles, velvet table napkins, etc...guests were in awe. And the blush drapery, aaaaah....that was just awesome!
So, THANK YOU Janel and Natalie for the incredible experience! I enjoyed every minute of my dream wedding. And as days go by after the wedding, we continue to receive compliments from our guests. Words such as “once in a lifetime experience”, “the best wedding ever attended”-coming from the 50+ year old people, “amazing”, “gorgeous”, “exquisite”, “beautiful” were just some of the words used by our guests. It feels great to know that every single one of our guests enjoyed and left the wedding feeling special (the best gift we received). Thank you sooooo much from the bottom of our hearts!!
When I first met Natalie I knew she was going to be my wedding planner. She was actually the only planner I met with because I instantly connected with her outgoing, confident, take charge personality. It was evident in her work that she was a fabulous designer but I could definitely tell she was very passionate and experienced in what she does. I provided Natalie with two sentences of what I wanted and she created a vision board that perfectly displayed my dream wedding. With a whole weekend of events to plan, my parents and my husband's parents out of town, high expectations, vendor meetings, and the stress that comes along with planning a wedding, Natalie had her hands full and did not disappoint. She was definitely present every step of the way along with her amazing team. I was so impressed with the creative design, organization, and commitment to making this day so special for me and my husband. Her ability to multitask so many aspects of the wedding at once gave me the confidence to not stress. I did not have to worry about things not running on time or people/vendors showing up, and especially not the overall production that goes into planning such an over the top event. I was absolutely blown away and cried when I walked into the ballroom. It was beyond my dreams and the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to. Everyone continues to tell me how amazing and flawless the entire weekend went. It was truly a fairytale setting and the most special day of my life. I am so appreciative to A Good Affair for making my dreams come true. I recommend their team to everyone because they are the best of the best!
Erin Gershik & Natalie Good at A Good Affair - WOW AND THANK YOU! I don't know if there are other words to describe what these talented women were able to do for my VERY specific requests and VERY limited budget. I am so lucky to have come across them and to have had Erin by my side talking me through meltdowns and hiccups throughout the wedding process. I've now been married a year, and I can still honestly say that my wedding day was the best day of my life and so much of that was due to the hard work the AGA team put in to making my dream wedding come true. If you are looking for someone to put your faith in and will allow yourself to relinquish those bridal reins a bit, then look no further. These women know how to get shizzle done! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an incredible experience I will never forget!
I never realized there were so many things to think about in planning a wedding. At first it didn't seem that hard but once we got going I realized there was a lot more to it. Hiring A Good Affair was probably the best thing that we could have ever done. Natalie designed our wedding and thought of everything to make our wedding awesome. Our guests are still talking about all the details. On the day of our wedding Victoria took care of everything. She handled all of our setup as well as our crazy families and their millions of questions with absolute grace. She and her team made sure that my wife and I never had to worry about a thing and could enjoy our day. Victoria made our day so much easier down to the very end of the night. She was the last one there making sure everything was taken care of before she left. Our day was beyond a dream thanks to A Good Affair.
I've been following multiple wedding planning companies on social media for quite some time now and although there were many to choose from, A Good Affair was the one that stood out to me the most due to their personal touches and designs I had the opportunity to work with Victoria who I grew very close to after finding out that we had very similar personalities and taste.
From the moment Michael and I met with Victoria to discuss our wedding and idea, it was obvious how passionate she was when it came to planning and design. Being in the wedding industry myself as a wedding cake designer, I had pretty high expectations. And the way Victoria carried herself when it came to explaining the steps to a successful wedding, I saw how passionate she was and that made me feel so relieved and happy to know that I was in good hands.
Victoria stopped at nothing to make sure Michael and I had everything we wanted that was within our budget. She listened to my vision and my ideas, incorporated my feedback and provided additional options that I never even thought of. She dedicated two weeks to scope out venues for me and gave me "pros" and "cons" for each venue. I have to admit, I was pretty difficult with all the venues she showed me but it wasn't until the very last one that I fell head over heels for. Although, I was a bit hesitant to book this place because 70% of the venue was outdoors, Victoria painted a wonderful image in my head on the endless possibilities and how I could transform it into my DREAM venue by adding a chic white tent (to make it look like we were slightly indoors) and rose gold accents and that's where I was sold.
There were weeks that I would visit Michael in Las Vegas (since he works out there as a dentist) where Victoria would go out of her way to meet with my vendors on her own because she knew it was getting too stressful for me. It definitely helped out so much to know that she was always there for me when I needed without ever having to ask her.
On the day of the wedding, the entire day went exactly as planned based on her thorough timeline. Victoria made it so easy to follow since she color coordinated everything for us! She also had great assistants that were with me the entire day which made it less stressful and easy. Although I did make my own cake (yes, I know that's crazy) I had my staff deliver the cake earlier in the day and had it placed on the cake table before I arrived. Normally being a wedding cake vendor, I usually see everything before the bride and groom enters since I would have to setup the cake but Victoria MADE IT A PRIORITY to have her wonderful team take over so that my first look would be special and memorable when I walked in there for the first time. Tears started to roll down my face as my heart was filled with so much happiness!!! I've never seen Michael show so much emotion until our first look as he was just as overwhelmed as I was. We were so happy and thrilled with how everything turned out. Not once did I ever think my wedding could look this beautiful. From the small details to the tent layout, Victoria's vision was so beautifully executed, there were just no words.

I truly had no idea that Natalie would guide me through not only the coordination but all design and details of every aspect of the wedding weekend. Erin and I actually met when we were in college and were able to reconnect through Facebook; when I get engaged, I knew immediately there was no one else I would trust my day to and she did not disappoint, thanks to her my wedding was perfection. I can’t say enough about how AMAZING Erin was throughout the whole process, she was always available to answer all my little questions, she was communicative, creative and passionate and helped everything stay on track. The day of, I was able to stay in the moment and not worry about all the little details around me; Erin took my vision and executed it perfectly, there literally wasn’t one thing I would have changed. She went above and beyond even (thankfully) convincing my husband that they needed props for his “It’s Tricky” dance with his groomsmen and went and got them props (day of!), something I previously tried to convince him of unsuccessfully; it was those little touches that truly made the day so memorable. So many guests have complimented me on how amazing everything was, calling out Erin specifically and how SPECTACULAR she was! As I look back on my wedding all I can think is that it was pure perfection and that couldn’t have been done without Erin. Thank you Erin & A Good Affair!
Hiring Anna of A Good Affair as my wedding planner/coordinator was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! I’ll be honest, I consider myself a pretty organized person who enjoys researching/planning and wondered if hiring a wedding coordinator was even necessary. The answer is HECK YES. No amount of research can replace the years of experience from a veteran wedding planner like Anna.
When shopping for wedding vendors, I would compile of list of vendors from my personal online research, reach a stand-still and then request vendor recommendations from Anna. Despite my extensive research, I went with one of Anna’s recommendations for almost every vendor. Not only was she able to cater her vendor recommendations so perfectly to my personal style, but Anna truly has such a sweet disposition.
Anna is kind, patient, responsive, and such a great listener! My husband and I live in Chicago so Anna would attend vendor meetings on my behalf. The feedback I received from my mom who would also attend was that Anna truly acted in the best interest on my behalf to make sure my vision would become a reality. In addition, Anna went above and beyond thinking of ways to personalize our wedding. One of my ‘visions’ for my wedding was to bring a little bit of Chicago back to our SoCal wedding. Keeping that in mind, Anna came up with appetizer/late night snack ideas like mini Chicago style hot dogs, mini Italian beef sandwiches, and mini deep dish pizzas- things clearly not on the caterer’s menu. To my surprise, the catering company entertained these ideas and we ended up going with mini Chicago style hot dogs to serve late night (these were AMAZING btw).
On the day of the wedding, Anna was my hero. She kept the entire wedding party on schedule while maintaining a calm temperament throughout the day. Before the grand entrance, I was having issues with the bustle on my wedding dress which made me super nervous that I would not be able to perform my first dance with my husband (our dance involved several turns/lifts) since we could not stop tripping over my dress as the bustle was originally tied. Nevertheless, once Anna showed up, she worked with one of my bridesmaids and fixed my bustle perfectly and totally saved the day!
After the wedding, Anna was so organized and made sure everything was packed nicely and neatly (even saving some late night snacks for later!) before we left the reception. She made the entire day flow flawlessly and stress-free. From the beginning stages of wedding planning to the actual day of event, Anna was truly invaluable.
Bottom Line: Hire A Good Affair for wedding planning services and request Anna if possible! You will not regret it!
The first thing you should know about A Good Affair is that they will be honest about the cost of a wedding. Learn this lesson early. Second, AGA will save you significant time by steering you towards reputable, and affordable vendors. Let me spare you some time by sharing my wedding planning experiences with you. The main lessons I learned are: (1) There is way too much going on for you to manage singlehandedly on your wedding day, and (2) even if you could ordinarily do some of the tasks yourself, there isn't enough time for you to also enjoy your wedding, so (3) you need a team that you can trust. Lastly and most importantly, (4) you can't buy good taste. You need to be born with it! --And Natalie's definitely got taste for miles!!
I was immediately impressed by these qualities about Natalie:
(1) Natalie was beyond qualified and experienced. Her portfolio has countless gorgeous pictures of weddings she's designed. She knows what she's doing and that has tons of experience. (2) She is confident. She in turn, instilled confidence in me that she could get the job done and be amazing at it. That was reassuring, esp. when I was frantic at times! (3) She's like a close girlfriend you can turn to, count on, and rely on. You can run ideas by her and she'll tell you honestly if it's a good or bad idea. She will make you look your best! (4) She's very responsive. She answered tons of emails, questions, calls, etc. at all hours. (5) She will work within your budget. She will give you multiple options and choices. She will also stretch your dollar and make the important things stand out. We were offered multiple discounts from vendors through her. (6) She is well-connected with the vendors. (7) She was organized. On your wedding day, her team is a well-oiled machine. You need something last-minute? They've got it covered. Her team is on top of the schedule and will help everyone stay on track. They are constantly multitasking and you can trust your day in their hands. (8) She and her team are consummate professionals. (9) She is trustworthy. It got to a point where I trusted her judgment better than anyone else's! (10) She's got great taste and style. You cannot buy this! You have to be born with this! Natalie has an eye for beautiful and gorgeous things. She even has an artistic background and knows how to make a vision a reality.
I can't say it enough: You can’t buy good taste! You can trust Natalie's design aesthetic. You can trust that she will elevate not one, but ALL of your ideas, and somehow create something far more breathtaking, stunning, gorgeous, enchanting, and magical than you could ever dream of yourself! The guests at our 200+ wedding were literally blown away by our wedding. Like jawdrop and awe! Even now, to this very day, we still get told that our wedding was the most luxurious and stunning wedding our guests had ever seen! Even strangers (friends of friends) still comment to us that they saw our wedding somehow through friends’ social media and were amazed! Natalie did that! She designed that! She magically elevated our ideas and transformed them into something greater!

Overall, I really loved my experience with A Good Affair. We worked mostly with Janel. She was very professional, responsive, and really friendly. Janel was with us on the day of to help things run smoothly as well. Natalie created a beautiful design for our dessert table and the table settings were exactly as I had pictured. I have to say, I wasn't a very involved bride--which is why I wanted to hire planners. Of course, I was excited to be married but the actual planning of a wedding day was not my thing. I did send a few photos to A Good Affair giving them ideas of what my vision was and during our mock-up I told them what I liked and didn't like. From those simple interactions, they nailed what I imagined! I really cannot say enough how beautiful they made our day and how easy Janel was to work with each day. My only draw backs were that my husbands one request was a specific type of beer be served, which I mentioned multiple times, and we didn't even have enough for him to get one. Not a huge deal, but I wanted him to have that since it was his only recommendation. Also, we never saw our flowers again. I left my bridal bouquet in the Bridal suite and it was never brought back with the rest of my stuff which disappointed me. All in all, I would highly recommend A Good Affair as they made wedding planning enjoyable and gave us a perfect day!
A Good Affair was recommended by Terranea Resort from their preferred vendors list. After inquiring with a few other event planners we decided to go with A Good Affair. Having to plan a California wedding while living on the East Coast was not an easy task. Although, A Good Affair assisted in a smooth planning process, our initial wedding planner assigned to us left the company in the middle of the planning process, which was both disappointing and inconvenient. However, our wedding was reassigned to Anna Nguyen who remained professional throughout the planning process. Anna executed her day-of-duties (e.g. coordinating vendor deliveries/arrivals/pickups, providing timelines, etc.!), which was pivotal in making our big day appear seamless. Anna was honest and forthcoming in interactions regarding staying within budget and having realistic expectations. She has a bubbly personality and was a pleasure to work with along with her assistance that she brought to the wedding. Anna allowed me (the Bride) to communicate my vision and be heard, which was important when vendor meetings were set up. Additionally, Anna was prompt with email responses and communication. A Good Affair maintains a strong alliance with the most reputable vendors across Orange County and Los Angeles. By knowing this it provided a sense of security when entering into contracts trusting these people would be reliable and deliver. If you want the best, hire the best. Your wedding will not only be a good affair, but an affair you will remember for a lifetime!
My husband and I interviewed 3 wedding planners before choosing Anna at A Good Affair. Anna is very professional and handled our entire planning process with complete dedication and grace. She has a design background and impeccable taste, which enabled her to fully grasp our vision and execute it to perfection on our wedding day.
We had quite a few hurdles during our planning process that were out of Anna’s control, but she made it her priority to correct the issues promptly. An example of this is our original venue called and unexpectedly canceled on us just two months before our wedding. Within a week, Anna found and secured a new and even better venue for our wedding.
Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. Not one thing went wrong. The team Anna pulled together (and vendors she recommended that we hired) worked together beautifully. We were able to relax and enjoy our day completely while Anna and team set up the ceremony and reception areas executing our vision exactly how we pictured it. It was an absolute pleasure working with Natalie and the rest of the A Good Affair team to plan my dream wedding. I believe that planning your wedding can be a very enjoyable experience with little stress if you have the right help (A Good Affair).
I was the type of bride that did not have a clue about what I wanted my wedding to be like. The only thing I really knew was that I wanted it to be beautiful and a fun experience. As Natalie got to know my husband and I better she developed a better understanding about our style and how best to reflect that. On the rare occasion that she presented something to me that I did not care for, I felt completely comfortable letting her know because of how well she would respond.
A Good Affair had a very organized and strategic approach to planning a wedding. After finding the venue, our first priority was getting contracts with our desired venders and then we moved on to planning what it would look like. I enjoyed the process of choosing my vendors (all of which I absolutely loved). Natalie would send me a list of options they thought I would like and I could just pick which one I liked the best. They were always happy to send me more options if I needed.
Something else that I think is very unique about AGA is how you have the opportunity to work with the entire team. I would constantly get emails from different team members that were just checking in on me to see if there was anything that I needed (and they would always respond to whatever my needs were).
There is not one thing I would have changed about my wedding day. Although I knew what the ceremony/reception were going to look like, my jaw still dropped when I saw how beautiful it looked (my mother even started crying)!
Natalie and her team are also extremely considerate about your budget. She was always very upfront with what things would cost and would work with you when you felt uncomfortable with an expense.

Jayme was my all star wedding planner and Natalie was the incredible designer and we could not have gotten more lucky when we found A Good Affair! Throughout the year of planning/engagement Jayme was incredibly responsive (email, texts calls, you name it!), helpful, positive, fun and so easy to work with. Her passion for planning and all things wedding is immediately apparent when you work with her and helps to keep the process fun rather than stressful. From her amazing vendor recommendations (she recommended all of the best vendors!) to building a detailed timeline for the day of to being there for you every step of the way on your big day to getting to know you/your groom so well that she anticipates what you're going to decide - she's unbelievably talented! About a month before the wedding, I still felt at complete ease and remember talking to her to see if I should be more stressed than I was because everybody I knew that had gotten married was in a frantic mess one month out. She laughed at me and calmly said that's exactly why I hired her. I wasn't stressed at all during the planning process or on the day of. It is so worth it to get a professional like Jayme on your team and I recommend her without any reservations!
When it came to designing our big day, Natalie took our vision and executed it to beyond perfection! Everything Natalie touches turns to gold. If you're thinking you don't need someone to design your wedding, you'll want to reconsider when you see the unique/original tablescapes and layouts that Natalie comes up with. She was also a huge help when it came to managing stress and saves you so much time. For example, I met with our florist once at the mock up which is pretty much unheard of. Natalie takes charge of drafting up the invoice, calling out all the little details that will look good with the design, and comes to the mock up with you to ensure it looks exactly how you want it to look. This probably saved me a months worth of work and research! Also, a month away from our wedding, our guest count was larger than we expected and we ended up having to swap where we were planning to do cocktails with where we were planning to do dinner. While this would send anybody into a mild panic, Natalie came up with a genius and gorgeous design to make it work better than our original plan. The Country Club members kept coming up to her and her team during set up to say what an unbelievable wedding design it was and how they'd never seen anything like it in 30 years of membership! She dreams outside of the box and is worth every penny.

Thanks to the professionalism and creativity of A Good Affair Events - my daughter's wedding was a splendid storybook dream come true. Natalie and Jayme were able to capture the vision that my daughter and I imagined for the event and make it a reality. Having them as planners and assistants gave us both the freedom to enjoy the process and the day without a care for what needed to be done or what mishaps and bumps in the road happened along the way. A Good Affair handled every issue with professionalism and loving care.. Their services and the recommended vendors came at a cost, but money well spent - I would plan to spend at least 25% more than what you think you will spend - that being said - I would definetely recommend their services. They are a trustworthy company that you can invest in. My daughters wedding was an event to treasure for a lifetime, and I am happy that every family member was able to enjoy the magical day.
Anna did an unbelievable job for our wedding. She was flexible, kind, and helpful from start to finish. She was our day of coordinator and I can't imagine getting through the day without her. She made it effortless and I am forever grateful.

I wrote my original thank you to the wedding planners, Anna & Natalie, way too soon. We continue to receive a flood of compliments from countless guests. The biggest compliment was that our guests never saw anything like this before! BINGO! I heard from an Armenian that it was refreshing to not have the typical traditional Armenian wedding. The food with the Armenian twists was new and exciting for everyone. They reinvented the wheel to everyone's delight. I heard from so many people how much they ate!
The design of the room was exquisite. Natalie, you nailed it with the layout. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I never expected so many bouquets but it filled the room with joy. Anna ran all the details with the precision of a little Napoleon. I did not worry about anything. If there were snags, I did not see them.

Having a wedding planner is one of the best decisions you can make for your wedding! A Good Affair was professional and has the cutest office! Jayme was our amazing planner! She was the perfect bit of extra help that greatly relieved me (the bride) of many of the last minute duties leading up to the wedding. I used Jayme Vainer for my Day of Wedding Coordinator, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Jayme was simply amazing to work with! I met with Jayme weeks prior to the wedding and we went through everything that was going to happen that day. That night she sent me over a mock timeline that she had created based on her meetings with all our vendors. Jayme should up to our wedding rehearsal walked the whole bridal party through what was going to happen tomorrow and then met with me in my bridal suite to go over all our decorations so she knew exactly where everything should be. I am a DJ and have worked with many event planners. Most are just ok to not very good. The usually just make it look nice. This team (and I emphasize team) of people were amazing from start to finish. The made the venue look amazing and coordinated things so well all night. There was never a let down. I would highly recommend them!
Natalie Good of A Good Affair is the quintessential event planner, the planner that everyone deserves. As the mother of the bride, I wanted someone who could deliver what my daughter and her fiancée wanted, but also provide a process that help us create memories before the wedding itself. Natalie provided this beyond our expectations. We looked forward to every vendor and planning meeting, knowing it would be fun and filled with laughter. She presented us with vendor options, then navigated their selection and handled the contracts. When obstacles arose, as they always do, she had the uncanny ability to seamlessly and calming immediately envision and create an alternative even more incredible, all with grace, compassion and patience. We particularly appreciated her accessibility and detailed timelines. Her story boards are everything – we still talk about the chills we got when we first saw it. Her attention to the slightest detail is impressive, absolute perfection! Our jaws dropped when we first saw the ceremony and reception sites, and we heard countless times from our guests that they had never seen décor as beautiful and unique. There were no glitches (at least none that we knew of), which left us free to spend time with our guests and be in the moment. Perhaps the best endorsement came from my husband who, when he watched all that Natalie did unfold, said he was surprised that her fee wasn’t much higher – how often do you hear that from the father of the bride?!! I asked my daughter and new son-in-law at the end of the night if there was anything they would have changed, and they said not a thing, it was everything they’d hoped for and more. As I told Natalie the day after the wedding, I had only one regret: that I didn’t have another daughter so we could do this all over again. There are not sufficient words to express how much I appreciate and love Natalie. Anyone planning a wedding should give themselves the gift of Natalie and the team of A Good Affair.
Natalie was an absolute dream to have plan our wedding. My husband and I were both still in school, and we had wanted someone to take the planning completely off our hands, and she did just that.
For reasons unrelated to A Good Affair, we had decided to postpone our planning so that we could reevaluate what we truly wanted in a wedding, so it could be the most enjoyable experience for us. Natalie was kind enough to allow us to contact her when we had figured everything out, so as we didn’t have to forfeit our deposit. This went a long way with us, it was such a relief in such a stressful time to know that she would be there for us.
When we returned later in the year, we had drastically changed our plans to a TINY (14 people including b&g) wedding in Hawaii.
Natalie embraced this and really ran with it.
Through the whole planning process, she was easy to contact, and if not Natalie herself, her girls were always fast at responding.
Our wedding was absolutely incredible. She pulled together all these vendors without going there (no taste tests… nothing) and designed an event that was so personal and intimate, it was everything we could have asked for and more.
I would not hesitate to hire Natalie and A Good Affair again for future events (ahem... baby shower? Vow renewal?). They made the wedding week (and months of planning) such a fun experience, I want to do it all over again!

We hired Kristin as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding. After meeting with Kristin, we knew she was exactly what we wanted in a coordinator. She made us feel really comfortable and accommodated our every need and desires for the wedding. We knew we wanted to hire a day of coordinator to help relieve the stress and allow us to enjoy every minute of our wedding, and she did exactly that!! What makes Kristin such a great coordinator is that she is capable of making adjustments on the fly and not letting anyone but herself know that something did not go exactly as planned. She is organized, efficient, and accommodating (not only to the bride/groom but all important parties of the wedding). I highly recommend Kristin to every bride and groom! From the moment I met with Anna to the very end of our wedding reception, I was so happy that I chose her to help me with my special day. Anna was beyond great with answering questions I had and helping with vendors. She made it so easy on me to write her a short email and I always knew that I would have an answer back right away. With her dealing with myself and my mom throughout the process my husband wasn't too sure on how much she would help since he saw us doing a lot of the planning. But the night of our reception he said how happy he was with Anna and all her hard work. From the rehearsal night the night before the wedding to the wedding day, everyone was telling me how on top of everything Anna was. My wedding party and in laws were so happy that she gave each of them a timeline of how everything was going to go on the wedding day. Not sure how much time we were going to have to dance and party due to how the timeline looked, in the end everyone was so happy. I had a lot of compliments from my wedding party that got to see how Anna worked, to my guest that didn't see....I had a lot of comments on how awesomely smooth and well ran our wedding day was. I couldn't thank Anna for executing everything to making the night go so well, to making all my décor I had brought look the way I had pictured it to turn out. I couldn't imagine our wedding day as great as it was without Anna and her assistant! She's amazing!!!!
Jayme is an ALL STAR! I can't tell you how amazing Jayme is... you have to have her coordinate your wedding. She helped me with my day of and everything went perfect. Everyone loved working with her and she is such a positive joy to be around. She has incredible attention to details and works so hard to make everything perfect. She really put herself into everything she did, finding vendors for us within our budget, visiting private properties for us (which were far away), taking pictures and videos so we could have a good look of the venue. This review is a long time in the making... I met Natalie in November of 2012, almost two years before our wedding was going to take place. She likes to say I'm her longest lasting client & I probably am. I met Natalie at Bridal event in 2012 we were both working. I fell in love with her booth and tablescape and wanted to go introduce myself. Once we started talking, we realized how much we had in common... like our love of gold, Michael Kors, & anything that sparkled! After Christmas we decided to have an actual meeting with my mom. We thought we would go down to spend a little time looking at her work and go from there. Two hours later.... mom and I both knew we couldn't do this without her! She first started this journey by planning an exquisite engagement party for our family and friends. It took 5 months, crazy amounts of emails, & a kick butt planner. Once that was done, the work began. We worked with Natalie and her team for months to make sure everything was just perfect. There were design meetings and florist meetings and cake meetings and decor meetings. It was almost like Natalie jumped in my head and knew exactly what I would want and what I wouldn't want. When it came time for our big day, I knew everything would be handled and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Our wedding day was completely perfect and if anything went wrong, we didn't know about it. I absolutely loved having the ability to work with Natalie and her team for our engagement party and our wedding. They made everything easy and I knew they wanted us to have our Fairy tale Wedding.
Words cannot describe how awesome Natalie is. From the very first telephone call, we just had a good feeling about her. Natalie never pressured us and was genuinely trying to give us information so we can make an informed decision. One thing that definitely set Natalie apart from all the other planners is the design service she provides. In addition to planning and coordinating, Natalie was instrumental in the design process. We had several design meetings with her where we brainstormed ideas together so she can get a sense of our likes and dislikes. She put together a beautiful and elegant proposal and we felt like she really understood. From colors, patterns, themes, entertainment, flowers, and etc, Natalie was there to help us from the initial design all the way to execution. Natalie and her team were so good at helping us narrow down vendors that fit our style and budget. We lived a bit far away so they were able to coordinate with all our vendors to make the most of our visits. On the day of the wedding, Natalie and her team took care of everything…I MEAN EVERYTHING!! From setting up to taking everything down, they did all the work. They took care of the timeline and coordinated with all the vendors, leaving us time to enjoy every moment of the wedding. I can’t imagine it to be any more stress free. Picking Natalie was definitely the best decision we made and I have to say she is worth every penny. Natalie and her team put together a dream come true wedding for us and it could not have been more perfect. We are eternally grateful for all the hard work AGA put into making our dream wedding into a reality!
Natalie and team are truly great. I interviewed a lot of planners before I decided upon A Good Affair. Natalie was so ready to take the challenge of planning my complicated wedding in under 2 months (wedding, reception, and after-party all at the same venue but in different spaces with different decor and 200+ guests--not the simplest undertaking!). Her "can do" attitude made me instantly sure that I could rely on her.
She was so good about balancing my design and aesthetic choices with my budget and with her industry knowledge. She made everything that we wanted happen. My husband was really involved, too, and she was great at navigating the multiple opinions and priorities. Her team was professional, organized, and communicative. I honestly could not have done it without them!
The great thing about Natalie is that she is able to maintain so much professionalism without losing any warmth (which is sooo needed during the sometimes stressful planning process). She was our day-of organizer as well, and our entire day went without a hiccup. She was able to negotiate messy family dynamics and unexpected bumps with grace and without us even knowing they had happened!
All in all, I cannot recommend Natalie and team enough. They are awesome!!!

As soon as I met Natalie, I knew we were a great fit. She was experienced and highly professional, yet sweet and easy to get along with. Since I live in Madrid and was marrying a Spaniard I knew my wedding would be a little tricky! However, the cultural differences, language barriers, and living across the Atlantic didn’t seem to phase Natalie one bit. She embraced it and ran with it.
Natalie and her team, including Jennifer and Anna, were extremely organized, emailing me checklists every month. Natalie assured me that during my short visits to California we would accomplish a lot, and she was right! I always had appointments lined up and got to share those experiences with my parents too. It was really nice saving so much time and energy not having to look for venders because we trusted Natalie, her experience, and that her venders were top notch.
Natalie made an extra effort for our Spanish guests. We wanted a typical American wedding, but with a splash of Spain. Natalie thought of Spanish props for the photo booth, so I got flamenco aprons, castanets, fans, etc. along with surfer/American props. Everyone LOVED the idea! We had Spanish alcohol and Fanta, and arranged for transportation. Our wedding was bilingual and Natalie’s team handed out translations of the speeches. Natalie’s effort kept everyone happy and in communication!
For the decor, Natalie came up with the term “rustic elegance” which really captured our vision, especially at Rancho Las Lomas. She crafted an amazing idea board and later searched high and low to find the decor. If something was unavailable or too costly, she continued brainstorming and searching until she succeeded. The woman is not only an artist, but extremely perseverant! She was even able to incorporate the stunning chandeliers I wanted so badly after running into restrictions at our venue. If there’s a will, there’s a way!
However, what I am most grateful for and forever will be is the supportive, kind, and dedicated friend Natalie was when my mother unexpectedly passed away three months before the wedding. It was a complete shock and absolutely devastating. Natalie came to the funeral too. I wasn’t sure I even wanted get married at that point. However, as time passed, I thought about what my mother would have wanted for me. I knew she wanted me to have the beautiful wedding she had so happily been helping me plan with Natalie. When Natalie asked me what I wanted to do, I mustered up all my strength and decided to go full speed ahead. I’m so glad I did, too.
My wedding day was absolutely incredible. Thanks to AGA, the day went off without a hitch. I loved Natalie’s idea of releasing monarch butterflies in memory of my mother because I felt like she was there too. The guests kept telling me it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever seen, and it was true! It was even more beautiful that I could have ever imagined. I knew my mother would have been so proud. Natalie went above and beyond to make all those months of scheming and dreaming together a reality. It’s something Alejandro and I will always treasure. Thank you Natalie! We love you!!!
Jennifer Chen from A Good Affair is amazing! I'd recommend single people to get married just to get a chance to work with her. I absolutely love her. I got the basic package from AGA and I pretty much only had to do the fun parts of wedding planning. It was fantastic. She took care of things that I didn't even think of before I even asked about them. Everything especially magically got done and fell into place right before the wedding (about a month before), so unlike many brides I wasn't stressed at all. About anything. Any problems I was having with people were often taken care of before I knew about it, and the ones I knew about she just completely took care of. She has a really good feel for people, so everyone she thought we would like, we loved instantly. A few people I found that she didn't think we would like, we absolutely hated so she was spot on every time. Also she probably saved us ~ $2,000 with various vendor discounts. Our wedding was pretty small (~70 people ~45K) so the bigger your wedding the larger the discounts would be. The people she pointed us towards were also all in our price range so I could actually pick what I liked best and didn't really have to worry too much about making sure I can afford it etc. Our wedding came out absolutely amazing and everyone was super impressed. I highly recommend Jennifer. Seriously the best money I spent out of the whole wedding.
Also, if you're a no bs kind of person (like me) she is great at communicating / dealing with you. Most other people we talked to were very "floofie". As soon as she met me and my fiancé (both scientists) she saw that we weren't really feeling the "love story" approach and right away switched gears from the touchie-feelie crap to get down to business. This is something on one else could do. She was therefore also a great interpreter between us and the more touchie-feelie vendors.

Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure everything was under control and was always a phone call, text or email away, even on her days off. At my most anxious times, she put me at ease, reassuring that everything will work out perfectly (which it did), and for that, I am forever grateful! The best decision I made was working with Jennifer and A Good Affair!
Working with Jennifer from A Good Affair was an amazing experience. She made everything seem so easy and less complicated, even though it really wasn’t. I especially liked how organized and detail-oriented she was. I had complete faith that she wouldn’t miss not one small detail and that everything would go perfectly and look amazing. Jennifer always kept in touch to make sure I was doing ok and had everything under control. She was always willing to help and responded to all her emails, which is nice. Jennifer was very personable and easy to talk to, so I felt very comfortable working with her. My wife and I got married back in Sept 2012 at the Hilton in Huntington Beach and as part of the package, we lucked out and got Jennifer from A Good Affair.
She is superb. Our wedding was obviously not her first rodeo, so she knew all the ins and outs for us to think about. She had things planned down to the minute and worked with us so closely and attentively. Everything went as smoothly as possible and we had the wedding of our lives.
I don't know how we could have gotten things done without her. The icing on the cake was how nice and personable she was throughout the whole process.
As part of our wedding package we received a wedding planner for the 30 days before the wedding and the day of the wedding. I called them all and then while visting the Waterfront met Natalie, I knew then that she was the one. Her and her team were so very helpful even before my 30 days and kept everything the day of the wedding including Me from getting out of hand even when the DJ didnt charge his laptop and there was no music.

Natalie Good and her brilliant team at A Good Affair knocked our wedding out of the ballpark. It truly was magazine worthy. No detail was overlooked, and the most important thing was that she listened to us. If we didn't like something she had suggested, there was never an awkward feeling in the room… she just scrapped the idea and we moved on… usually to something more spectacular that she suggested! Being that we live in New York, it was difficult for us to get down to Laguna Beach where our wedding took place, so we did quite a bit of planning through Skype, phone calls and emails. So to potential clients that live elsewhere, don't count Natalie's team out. She was with us every step of the way. Our best advice to potential brides and grooms thinking about hiring Natalie's team - do it! You will not be disappointed. She created a masterpiece of a wedding, and she can do it for you, too!
Kristin, at A Good Affair, was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't be happier that she was assigned to our wedding beucase it couldn't have been any better. Her personality, attitude, sense of urgency, and organization are best in class. Everyting was in place - every part of our say. I am very type A and like to be in control of what I have planned and as we got closer to the wedding I was so at ease that she was all over it and I felt like she was one step ahead of me. When the day came...I felt that way but even more so...having never been a bride before she knew all of the little things that mattered to make the day perfect!! You have to use A Good Affair!
Ask yourself a few questions: Are you smart enough to know you can't have a GREAT wedding without some professional help? Do you want your wedding to be classy and stylish as sh*t? How many wedding-related vendors do YOU know? If you answered yes, hell yes, and almost none...then you probably need a wedding planner. So you should probably choose the best, and Natalie Good is hands-down the BEST. She knows every venue and vendor in Orange County and even up into LA and beyond. She gets great deals from reliable and professional vendors, all vetted and trusted so you don't have to guess or worry up to and including your wedding day. And value? Natalie slashed our venue/catering quote in half and more than paid for her fee in doing so! Our lives and schedules carried on as normal throughout the process because we didn't have to meet with any excess vendors...and this is just the peripheral stuff. The real reason you want Natalie is her wedding design. She can adapt to any style, but if you just let her be the true pro that she is, you'll get a wedding that is classy and stunning. All of your guests will have a blast and leave very impressed. Natalie also has a bold personality, perfect for helping you get what you want but also necessary for putting you in check when you decide you want a petting zoo at your wedding. I could go on and on about how much she did for us, but it comes down to this: the bride will be madly in love with everything she does, but she is really a groom's best friend because her full repertoire of skills allowed me to get away with doing as little as possible and still have an outstanding event that was the best time of my life.
Natalie and her team at A Good Affair helped us plan and execute the most special wedding that we could have ever dreamed of. The planning process was a breeze. She always listened to our needs. Being in the business for years, she was excellent at suggesting details (specifically with our wedding, she told us to use cherry blossom trees that MADE the ceremony space and reception area come alive)! She also works with the best vendors in the area. What I'm saying is, just trust that Natalie is going to deliver something truly remarkable that guests won't be able to stop talking about for months, and memories that will last forever. She even timed our ceremony to end at sunset! She will be with you every step of the way. Being clients that live in NYC, we only made it to Orange County twice in 7 months, and planned the entire event over the phone. She will hold your hand, calm you down, and DELIVER! Not only that, we didn't hire a videographer for our special day, and at the last second her assistant volunteered to videotape our ceremony (thank goodness)! But how nice was that? Expect a positive, professional attitude from her entire team. I could really tell they were invested in making our day special. We both couldn't be happier and more thankful to Natalie and her team, and we fully recommend A Good Affair to plan your wedding!

I can not thank them enough for their passion and friendship throughout the planning process. They are an amazingly talented design team that knows how to take a bride's vision and take it to the next level. They brought so many ideas to the table that I would have never thought of. And they made sure every little detail was taken care of. I truly could not imagine how I would have survived planning without them!
This is a long overdue review as the first one I wrote did not seem to go through... Natalie and the A Good Affair team are absolutely wonderful! I thought I could plan our wedding myself, but being in grad school and trying to plan a 250 person wedding started to take its toll on me (and my mom)! A friend suggested I contact Natalie Good, and boy am I glad I did. She was amazing at helping us find vendors and made sure that the day was absolutely perfect. We had an amazing wedding and I could not have done it without Natalie and Jen and the rest of the team! Natalie has built so many great relationships with so many wonderful vendors. She is organized, honest, and efficient. I will be recommending A Good Affair to everyone I know who gets engaged. Natalie, thank you for reassuring me and helping me to be a little less stressed throughout the wedding process. We had such a wonderful time working with Jennifer Chen from A Good Affair! Our wedding was October 2013 and we hired Jennifer for her coordinating services and she was such a huge help throughout the wedding planning process. She helped us find all of our vendors and attended every vendor meeting with us. All of her vendors were amazing! We couldn't have been happier.
As the bride, I would get stressed and nervous about the wedding but whenever I talked to Jennifer or emailed her, she always had everything under control and I didn't have to worry. She is very professional and responds to questions and concerns very speedily. (Which is important as a stressed out bride haha)
