A June Event

A June Event is the best in the business. My wife had a vision and June was able to put it together the day of the wedding. If there was a 6 star rating they would get it from me. They kept everything perfectly ORGANIZED AND TIMELY. Timely is key because as far as wedding planning goes, you don’t realize how fast things come! They are truly the best in this business and there’s a reason they’re consistently voted best wedding planners! My word of advice to anyone reading this, if you’re having a wedding, a party, a birthday, etc, hire A June Event and I promise you will not have a worry in the world!

These planners went above and beyond to make sure our daughter’s Charlevoix wedding was perfect. Their creativity, attention to detail and ability to think outside the box was so apparent. Our guests were raving! It was epic thanks to Lauren and June!

I hired A June Event as my wedding day coordinators. They went above and beyond. I received regular emails reminding me of important details I needed to complete on my end before the wedding. As the face of his brand, he was so humble, caring, and determined to make my wedding everything I ever wanted and more. His communication with the Banquet Hall, Florist, Photographer, and Live Band, ensured that everything went smooth. With over 500 people at my wedding, June made sure I never needed to worry about a single thing. A June Event is Professional. I started planning my 11/18 wedding in July of the same year. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know what I was doing. I found A June Event, sent an inquiry and set up a meeting. My first meeting with Lauren I knew she was the one for me. We started laying things out and I gave her my vision. Time flew in a blur of motion and being the micromanager that I am, worried constantly. But Lauren kept me in the loop every step of the way. When I missed a meeting with her and my florist, she happily FaceTimed me so I could approve of the centerpieces. The week leading up to my wedding blurred by quicker than the wedding itself. Lauren took my vision and turned it into more than I could have ever dreamed about. Mother Nature took a poop on Fall and gave us snow. Heated tent and no Fall colors brought me close to tears. But hey. That’s pure Michigan and Lauren rolled with it and still made my dream come true. People keep telling me this was “the wedding of the century” and how much of a fairytale wedding or hallmark wedding it was. There wasn’t a single hitch the day of. It couldn’t have gone more perfectly. Anyone I know getting married in my area will 100% always be referred to A June Event. Thank you Lauren and June for making this a night I won’t ever forget.

June and Lauren were so fantastic. I would recommend them a million times to anyone planning their wedding or any event. Any time I had a question I would call or email and they got back to me right away. They made me feel comfortable and at ease about every detail. When I would start to freak out I would email them and they always reassured me that everything was going to be perfect. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect and I owe so much of it to them! I don’t think I would have made it down the isle of it weren’t for Lauren calming my nerves and talking me through it. June and Lauren both had every minute and detail of the reception planned and helped everything go perfectly . I cannot thank June, Lauren and their team enough! June was by far THE best decision I made on my wedding day (aside from saying 'I do,' hah) Our day went seamlessly under June's supervision. He kept absolutely everyone at ease. He worked with me from start to finish ALWAYS checking up on me. He was solution focused and made everything so fun and exciting for me. He made me feel like anything is possible - there is no one in the business like June! June was the talk of the wedding and I was okay with that! Everyone who met him was so impressed as we were. Service is everything in this industry and he and his team exceeded our expectations! Even though no wedding could be perfect - ours was - and it was all thanks to A June Event. We know without a doubt that a June Event is the reason we can look back and remember how amazing and unforgettable our wedding day was.

Hi! I did not have a doubt in my mind when it came to using A June Event for my wedding process! Working with June made my wedding the fairytale I always dreamed of! There was not a single detail him and his team missed! I still have people tell me they wish they could be as calm as me as a bride, and I can only say to them, it’s because of June. My wedding was December 10th,2017! I’m a hairstylist and I heard so much greateback from my guest about how great “ A June Event” was! I never knew how amazing June and his team was until the day I went into his office! My now husband and I had met him, we were blown away! From the organization, to the professional business, and caring for us as if we were their own family! To myself as a bride that was one thing that truly mattered to me! That was just the beginning! Throughout my 8 1/2 month engagement period June and his staff were the most helpful and just a phone call away with a instant answer even a few minutes but never a call on hold or waiting. Anything I needed from A-Z they had a connect to everything! Now, the day of the wedding! June and his staff had everything down and organized months prior with details of how the day should go down! From 10am-9:30pm there was a schedule of how our day will go! The day of the schedule was PERFECT! Nothing went wrong and I promise I can say I was the most happiest! There’s not one complaint! Not one negative thing I can say! If you’re an organized person as I am and allow the professionals do the job YOU WILL BE HAPPY! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I had no idea what it took to produce a wedding, every vendor, every detail was handled by June & Lauren and executed perfectly. I couldn't have done it without them, and the night definitely would not have been as perfect as it was without their vision, determination, organization, and attention to detail. There's a reason they are rated the top event planners in the area, and with each event they keep proving it over and over. My wife and I will never have an event again without consulting with A June Event.

I could not have asked for a better team to stick by my side, they are amazing crew to work with they will stick by you until the minute its over will check on you all day and night to make your life so much easier and i appreciated having them there and being apart of my special day that they have made so much better, i have to admit without them i think i would of panicked plenty of times and more :) June, Lauren, Michelle I love you guys so much and cant thank you enough for your help in making my day worry and stress free.

June and Laura were great to work with! They were always available for questions and met with me several times to make sure I was scheduling and booking vendors for our wedding on time. They have a great list of vendors they work with. The week of the wedding we met to finalize everything and after that I had nothing left to worry about. The day of the wedding they handled everything at my venue so I didn't have to worry and I could enjoy our special day. If anything wrong happened, their team handled it! They were wonderful to work with!

Our wedding day would not have been the same if it weren't for June and Lauren being at our sides the entire day of our wedding! June and his team were highly professional and organized to the "T" when it came to details and planning our day. I highly recommend them for any type of event!

I have witnessed A June Event handle several different types of events, including weddings. The weddings I have seen them plan, have been the most beautiful, stress free weddings. Not only are the brides stress-free, but the bridesmaids are as well! They make sure the venue looks just right, the guests are in their proper seats, and the bride is as happy as can be. I have worked with Jamal and Lauren as a vendor for the past year for several events. I have seen what they have done for all different kind of events, from communion parties to weddings, and they are simply the best event planners out there. They work well together as a team and do whatever they can to make sure that their clients' big day is exactly what they wanted. Lauren and June are the best! We are in the middle of planning our wedding with A June Event, and we could not be happier that we chose them. Not only are they friendly, warm, organized, and committed, all of the vendors they work with are equally as talented. We have just had our food tasting, and could not be more excited to see how the rest of the wedding planning continues! We are having an outdoor reception, which involves much more planning then I had anticipated, and I could not be any more thankful for the guidance from Lauren and June. They listen to the aspects of the wedding we find most important, and have countless, creative ideas to enhance our plans. Not only am I using A June Event for my wedding, but I have been to a wedding planned by them as well. It was a large wedding, and was planned beautifully. Where I thought the space would be cramped, I had plenty of room, and the decorations were magnificent. All of the details were flawless, down to the individual table linens on each table. There were no mishaps throughout the evening, which are always to be expected. The event flowed continuously, without any awkward pauses. The bride was beaming the whole evening, and I can only hope to be half as happy as she was on her special day!

June and Lauren are beyond amazing, they helped me plan my engagement party this past May and I was just the happiest girl! they were on top of everything and made me feel like my day was the most important day therefore I was stress free. I'm very picky and have a vision in mind for what I want and what they excelled at is that my vision became THIER vision and if they thought something would not look good they told me and I appreciated that. Now they are planning my wedding next year and although its months from now, they keep in touch and send me ideas or advice to make sure everything is going as it should. they are professional, unreal, have an extraordinary vision and taste and were a pleasure to work with! ❤️

Let me start by saying I'm a very detail oriented person and when my mind is set on a design or idea it's next to impossible to talk me out of it. Because of this I like to do most designing and decorating myself and don't tend to ask for help. With that a June event was hired for my "surprise" engagement party. It was definitely a surprise and when I was greeted by all my friends and family and saw the gorgeous room decor that was personalized to my exact taste, I was ecstatic. There was not one thing from floor to ceiling, food to the style and decoration of the cake, that I would have changed if I had input and done it myself. Everything was perfect! With that, I hired a June event to help me plan my destination wedding. Both Jamal and Lauren have catered to every need, question and opinion I've had. My wedding isn't for another 7 months and they treat me as though it's in less than one month. I know they have other clients but I'm treated as if I'm the only one. I trust their style and input and I know they won't OK something unless it's to their standards. I know they want everything to go smooth and be as gorgeous as if it was one of their own weddings. I would highly recommend a June event to anyone. Jamal and Lauren will take your event to the next level, free you of any worries and go above and beyond any expectations you may have.

I hired A June for an event a year ago, and I just hired them for my wedding. For my event that I held, they were always available when I needed a question answered, or to discuss fine details. I never had to stress with these guys, they had EVERYTHING under control. Down to the little details of flower arranging. I promise you, after my first experience with them, I wouldn't ever hire another planner for any event. I'm SO excited for them to help me plan my wedding. They are so professional and organized.
