Alexis is a super organized, friendly, and communicative planner. Even though she was hired for day-of services, Alexis made contact and helped take over planning well before the day of the wedding. She reached out to all of our vendors, held calls/meetings with the venue, came to our final walk through and orchestrated our rehearsal!
On the day of the event, Alexis and her assistant, Kayla (I believe) were life savers. They made the day go over smoothly free of any hiccups. From setting up decorations, to managing the timeline, to cleaning up- the A-List team was there making sure everything went according to plan. As a super Type-A bride myself, it can be difficult to release control, but after meeting Alexis I knew I could trust her with every detail of our wedding day.
An extra special kudos goes out to Alexis because our wedding was on NYE ending at 1:00 AM. She was there from set-up to break down and made sure all decorations/personal items were organized into the correct vehicles. I didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day and she was there to answer any questions I had. A-List events is well worth the investment and I highly recommend choosing them for your wedding planning needs! THANK YOU!!

Alexis was fantastic to work with. She always gave us as many options as she could and she never pressured us to move in a certain direction. It was Always 100% our decision and we loved that. She is very responsive and very supportive. There is no way we could’ve done our wedding without her
Alexis is amazing!! She truly made our wedding day perfect and without her we wouldn’t have been able to do it. She handled all the vendor stress and all the decorations for us. If I did it all over again I would 1000% hire Alexis for it all!
A List Events is incredible! My husband and I hired Alexis as a day-of-coordinator and she went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Alexis regularly checked in with us, helped us create a timeline, printed out beautiful posters/signage for our wedding, as well as provided her own tea lights to ensure each table looked extra beautiful. She accomplished everything with flexibility and aplomb. We cannot thank her enough!
If you are considering a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator, I assure you, look no further. Alexis Earl of A List events is your girl. I recently worked with Alexis for my wedding on August 28, 2021. Initially, I had not considered using a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator because I am an extremely hands on individual. However, after speaking with my venue manager I realized that a day-of-coordinator would be essential. After an extensive and unsuccessful search, I stumbled upon the A List Events page on The Knot. I read the glittering reviews and decided to reach out to Alexis. Given that I planned my wedding during the pandemic, we had a phone meeting. Even though we weren’t able to meet face to face, I knew immediately that she would be a great person to work with. Aside from her calm and professional demeanor, she knew what she was talking about. It was clear that she had experience in the field and was extremely comfortable with all aspects of wedding planning. Although I worked with Alexis as my day-of-coordinator, her support and services extended far beyond the day of. She reached out monthly to check in and see how my planning process was and to offer assistance if needed. However, she really jumped in and took control about a month prior to my wedding. After organizing the walkthrough with all my vendors, Alexis ensured that everyone was on the same page and that all final details were taken care of. It was a huge stress relief for me, which meant the world as a healthcare provider in this crazy pandemic. Most importantly though, Alexis provided me with the most flawless and stress-free wedding day a girl could ask for. When people ask me how my wedding went, I can only say perfect because it truly did. I credit that to Alexis and her team entirely. She brought my vision to life in all the ways that I hoped and dreamed. It was a truly incredible day and I am so thankful. Working with Alexis and her team was a genuinely wonderful experience and I would work with her again if I could.

Alexis was THE BEST day of coordinator for our March wedding. She thought of questions and items that we didn't even think to remember (i.e. kids plate menus, time for the 2 of us after the ceremony, etc.). She was organized, creative, and had our full trust. Even when we had a slight hiccup with a late officiant, she handled what could have been a stressful situation with poise and professionalism. As a bride I was able to have a stress-free day because I knew Alexis was on it. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator look no further than A-List Events!
A List Events was my first time hiring a coordinator for anything. Typically, I'm more of a do it yourself type person but since this was such a large event, I decided to hire someone.I can't say I wasn't nervous. The service I received was impeccable. I was able to work directly with the other. Alexis did everything from helping to find vendors, make center pieces and everything in-between. On the day of, I did not become aware of any mishaps until I spoke with Alexis after the event. She handled everything. I was so impressed that I hired her to coordinate a baby shower the following year.
Alexis was my wedding coordinator and she was thee best!!! I initially thought I could plan it all on my own, being that it was going to be a small and intimate ceremony. I was wrong!!!! Alexis and I met at just the RIGHT time and she took my vision and made it a reality! She was so patient with me in EVERY aspect of preparing! She understood what I wanted and how I wanted it! She added to the theme that I already had in mind! She worked really hard on my wedding and for that I will ALWAYS be grateful! If you are looking for a coordinator, Alexis is your woman! If you are looking to have a coordinator, a friend, and some serious bridal support she is definitely the woman you want to put her magic into your special day!
Alexa was a life saver the day of my wedding! She was detail oriented and made sure that I didn’t have to worry about anything once the day started. She was especially wonderful when I started having a few dress malfunctions and made sure I could continue enjoying the day/evening with no worries! I’d definitely recommend her services.
