A Little Grace A Little Lace Event Coordinating is a business created for the love of celebrating love. I feel a strong connection to my couples as we discuss centerpieces, linen colors, table placements and the emotional ups and downs that come with planning a wedding.
I love my clients from the moment we hit it off, and in the end I feel that those caring feelings keep me driven to ensure I strive for the highest quality of detail management. Which is why having a little bit of grace is so special to me. Every person, every being, and every circumstance deserves to have light brought into their life and bringing peace on a wedding day is my way of sharing my love for life, positivity, and fun with you!

If you are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and caring wedding planner with an AMAZING personality, then look no further- Lacy is your gal. From the moment we had our initial phone conversation, we just knew that Lacy was the right fit for our wedding. We hired her as our Day of Coordinator, and from start to finish she absolutely rocked at making sure everything ran smoothly. We had a small wedding, with only 19 guests but you would be shocked to know how much goes into planning a wedding like this, even with it having such a small guest list. Lacy went over every single detail with me- and I am so glad she did because there were SO many things I did not even think of and if she had not made me aware of them, I have no doubt that our day would not have run as smoothly. Whenever I was feeling stressed, she would pick up on it immediately and give me the best advice and words of comfort. She is just so naturally sweet and kind, and it is absolutely genuine, I never once felt like she was putting on a show like how I have felt with vendors in the past. Our wedding day ran smoothly all thanks to Lacy; from setting up our decorations to interacting with and guiding guests so the day flowed seamlessly, I was never worried because I knew she was confident about her role and what needed to be done. At the beginning of our wedding planning process my husband and I both thought- why would we need a coordinator or wedding planner- we only have 19 guests. But if it was not for Lacy, I would not have been able to be as present the day of and feel well taken care of and stress free. All of my guests were raving about Lacy and how kind she was, how she ran everything so efficiently, and most of all how her passion for her job was just so palpable all day long. I will always look back on my big day with so many fond memories, and always be so thankful to Lacy for making our wedding day so truly amazing. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator for your small wedding (or large!), do not even hesitate, because Lacy is your girl, and you will be so happy you invested in her!!
I have had the privilege and the honor to be able to not only have a professional but a personal relationship with Lacy, the owner of A Little Grace a Little Lace. She gives all of her heart and soul to her clients. She has an amazing eye for detail and design, and is always full of love and positivity.
Lacy was absolutely a DREAM to work with! She is very experienced, super professional, and the perfect balance of sweet, supportive, and IN CHARGE. She has great vendor recommendations too. My friends and family during the wedding couldn't stop asking where I found her. She helped wrangle all of them in the firmest yet friendliest way and kept track of all the details of the set up, day of, and tear down. She TRULY went above and beyond for our special day and we couldn't have put on a big production 250 person wedding on our property without her. I highly recommend her!!
We hired Lacy for day-of coordination, and we are SO glad that we did! Leading up to the wedding Lacy would check in to see if we had any questions, and just knowing that she was keeping track of things put our minds at ease! Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to Lacy! We were extremely impressed with her professionalism, her sense of humor and how she kept things moving. Our families were free to have fun and enjoy the wedding thanks to Lacy! And they were so grateful for that. She is natural at what she does! She puts so much heart into her work. We were so lucky to have her!
Lacy was one of the most integral parts of our wedding planning and day-of execution. She was friendly, thoughtful and professional. During our planning talks, she would ask me questions about things I hadn't even considered, which was such a big help. As a type A who struggles to delegate, planning my DIY wedding was tough. But once I handed the reins to Lacy, I knew I was in good hands. She made our vision a reality. The day of the wedding went by so fast, and having Lacy there to manage vendors, help decorate, and keep the timeline moving was such a huge relief to my groom and me! We couldn't have done it without her!
TLDR: Lacy is amazing. Hire her. You will not regret your decision.
Lacy was the perfect mix of friend and coordinator throughout the year - she checked in on me periodically, got to know what I was up to when we talked, and talked me through any wedding planning anxieties I faced. She had it completely together with her timelines and spreadsheets, which totally soothed the Type A neurotic in me. She was thorough and informative with all our vendors and friends who helped out at the wedding. She was super accommodating - Husband and I were doing long distance for most of our engagement, neither of us near the PNW, so she had a lot to work around, but it worked out! And she is CREATIVE - I sent her an email of how I envisioned the ceremony/reception space to be decorated, and she somehow made everything look even more beautiful than I could have imagined it to be. She is absolutely the reason why I was not stressed at all on wedding day.
Our vendors came up to us throughout the night to tell us how great she was at her job and how smoothly the wedding was going thanks to her. So you can take it from me, a first timer in the wedding industry, vs. vendors, who have worked countless weddings and know what a great coordinator looks like.
I only regret one thing - that I didn't hire her as a wedding planner. Honestly, if I could do this over again I would want her even more involved in my wedding (does that sound needy?) because I 100% know she would have aced it!
If you're even considering hiring a wedding coordinator, do it and do it with A Little Grace A Little Lace. Lacy was and is incredible. She does everything and more to make sure your day is perfect. She is extremely professional and has constant communication with you to ensure perfection. We had a few mishaps with vendors and our venue, and Lacy took care of all of it so we wouldn't be as stressed. She really goes above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Best of all, she is a genuinely great person who you NEED at your wedding.
It's pretty simple, hire Lacy. She was so amazing to work with and really has an eye for style and design. She was fun to be around and felt like I was working with an old friend. Her calming demeanor, professional conduct, yet relatable personality really made things go pretty smoothly when working with her. I HIGHLY recommend Lacy for your event planning and coordination, you will not be disappointed.
Let’s start by cutting to the chase: Hire Lacy, now – you will NOT regret it! I have to admit that I probably was not the most relaxed bride out there ;) …I definitely DID sweat all the small things, and I DID let the stress get to me, often. Yet, I ended up having the wedding of my dreams….and I sincerely attribute that to Lacy. From start to finish, Lacy was by my side on the crazy roller coaster that is wedding planning. She gave advice when asked, listened when I simply just needed to vent, offered support when I needed it most, and truly made me feel heard, respected, and taken care of. She pulled last minute day-saving miracles out of some magical coordinator boss-lady hat, worked her freaking tail off, and made every single member of my family feel cared for. I had a steep wish list and very high expectations, and she not only accomplished but smashed every single detail. Lacy gives 110% in everything that she does – she’s a quick and creative problem solver, just the perfect amount of sugar and spice, and an overall incredible human being. I promise you this (Bride/MOH/MOB – or whoever is reading this) if you hire Lacy, you’re signing up for the absolute best there is. She’s a class act and earns my family and I’s absolute highest recommendation.
My whole family can not recommend Lace highly enough. The help and personal counseling she gave us was a huge part of why my daughters dream vision came true. She works so hard and lets you know she is there for you no matter what. We had a huge, maybe over decorated wedding and Lace didn't flinch once. (Even late at night when we had to tear down the venue-she stayed till the bitter end.)
You absolutely need her to help you with this crazy process. This mother of the bride kinda feels like she is part of our family. (Hope she comes to our house for Thanksgiving!!)
Lacy was an absolute joy to work with. She took me on as a client 6 weeks before my wedding (my wedding planner pulled out due to health reasons) and she just ran with it. She was easy to communicate with, kept in contact with all my vendors, was organized, listened to my vision and helped bring it to life, kept me calm and on time as well as fixing my wedding dress seconds before walking down the aisle when my dad stepped on my train ripping it at the seat from hip to hip. She was incredible! I would definitely recommend her over and over to anyone looking for a wedding planner! Thank you Lacy from the bottom of my heart!

Our hearts are full of gratitude. My daughter's wedding exceeded our expectations and we owe so much to Lacy! Hiring Lacy was THE best decision we made. Lacy is incredibly caring and sincere. From the first phone conversation, I knew my search for the right coordinator was over. Before talking to Lacy we were overwhelmed and a bit lost. Lacy instantly made us feel confident and calm. Lacy’s communication from beginning to end was flawless and she was always available to us. She goes above and beyond, she is organized, creative and attentive to details and will strive to help you create the wedding you dream of. EVERYONE loved Lacy including the wedding party, the vendors and the guests. There are so many moving parts to a wedding. Lacy was the glue that kept it together. Thank you Lacy from the bottom of our hearts!
Lacy was an absolute life saver. Before we hired her I was so overwhelmed with everything we had to do! Lacy helped us out so much and definitely helped relieve my stress. She is also such a sweet genuine and lovely person to work with. She went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone that’s in need of a wedding coordinator!!
I am a vendor so I have a view as a bride and groom... Lacy is so organized and on top of everything! She is in contact with every person who is involved in the event from top to bottom.
