A Moment Forever

A Moment Forever met the contract terms & delivered correct items in good condition. But if I could do it again, I would pay more to work with another company because I found the behavior of the owner, Stacy, to be unprofessional.  After a misunderstanding with our wedding designer and me, Stacy badmouthed some of our other vendors on Facebook and via email, and suggested that that "the bride" [me] was a liar. The misunderstanding stemmed from changes we made to our linen selection and tables we cancelled after finding them cheaper from another company who we were already working with. The request for these changes happened prior to the finalization date in our contract. At a meeting with Stacy, our designer and I changed some linens. After, Stacy communicated that she was upset because she does event design herself; she continuously referred to our designer as being my "second designer." I was shocked because I told Stacy during our first conversation that we had a designer, and took photos of multiple linen options. Further, I had absolutely no idea Stacy offered design services; she and I had never discussed it, nor was it in our contract.  After a Facebook post where Stacy called our designer "tacky" for coming into her shop and "convincing" me to change all of her designs, I emailed Stacy to acknowledge a misunderstanding. I said that that the designer did not intend to step on Stacy's toes; they thought A Moment Forever was only a rental company because that's what I told them. I asked that we move forward amicably, but Stacy continued to write that the designer had "talked me out of" what we agreed to and exhibited "tacky" behavior.  Stacy also wrote that she was lied to because when I cancelled the tables, it sounded like I didn't need any at all, when I had actually reserved them elsewhere. I acknowledged that my email could have been worded more clearly & apologized, and didn't intend to mislead her. I stated firmly that the decision to work with another company was ours, not our designer's. Nevertheless, Stacy continued to accuse us of lying, and accused our designer receiving kickbacks from the other company (untrue).  Further, Stacy tried to convince me to cancel rentals with the other company by calling them "inexperienced," and stating they were probably going out of business soon. On our wedding day, she posted a Facebook Live video comparing her products to theirs and suggested their product was of poorer quality. I had declined to switch back to her tables because of contractual obligations with the other company, and she repeatedly stated publicly that our designer and this decision "cost the client [me] more money," even though I had told her it didn't. She even wrote this in the notes on my receipt! This entire situation was stressful, and I felt terrible for the negativity experienced by our other vendors. Our designer and I both tried several times to rectify the situation with Stacy, but she kept the tension going and mischaracterized events anyway.  I wish I had taken A Moment Forever's one-star reviews seriously when they said Stacy was difficult to work with. And, I wish I had spent more time on her company's Facebook page, because it seems this is frequent behavior: numerous posts bash other event companies, venue managers, and venues. While the items were satisfactory, it shouldn't have been such a headache to make standard changes to our rentals within the confines of our contract.

Overall we were so happy we booked a package with A Moment Forever. We booked chairs, napkins, linens, chargers and uplighting and it all turned out beautiful and matched our silver and plum / lavender palette perfectly. It was convenient that so much of our reception came from one vendor. Stacy was very accommodating and easy to work with!

We rented the sheer drapery to be hung along the outdoor Summerhouse pavilion. It was absolutely beautiful. The price was good, and we are happy with the result. I wish the emails to answer my questions were more clear and had faster and more professional responses, but in the end, the reception was beautiful. We are glad that we rented from A Moment Forever.

We met Stacy at a bridal show and set up a consultation from there. We were interested in renting chiavari chairs, but saw her demo and were very impressed with her linens and other decor she offered. When we went for our consultation, the table she had set couldn't have been more perfect if I picked it out myself. From the linens to the chargers and napkins. We did the diamond deluxe package, chiavari chairs, uplighting, crystal column for the dance floor, backdrop for our head table, and ceremony arch. Stacy was great to work with and always got back to us when we had questions before the wedding, even with it being one of her busiest times. Our venue was very basic with tables and not much else. I didn't get a chance to see everything transformed until I arrived for the ceremony. Everything looked perfect and absolutely beautiful. Thank you Stacy for helping make my wedding all that I dreamed of!

We were happy we chose A Moment Forever. The prices for their services are the best in the area. Not only are they affordable but the chairs, chargers, and linens are all well-maintained too! The team set up early for our event, sent us a picture of how it looked and checked to make sure we were happy. Stacy also added great design ideas to help make our vision come to reality.

Stacy was very flexible in finding a time to meet with me in the showroom. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Her team worked seamlessly on the day of our wedding to bring the chairs and take them away. Quality chairs at a reasonable price. I would recommend A Moment Forever to any couple looking to make their reception/ceremony space look more elegant.

We were very pleased with the services provided from A Moment Forever. They provided our chiavari chairs, linens, napkins, chargers, up-lighting, and outdoor ceremony chairs. They had done my cousin's wedding about a year ago and we were so impressed with her work that we made an appointment with her shortly after for our upcoming wedding. We received a lot of compliments on the decor provided by Stacy and her team. The management at our hall even said how much they like seeing the chiavari chairs inside of their venue hall. They are very comfortable chairs, and in addition to the other items provided, really helped to make the event very elegant. Would recommend Stacy and A Moment Forever for any decorating needs!

I am so incredibly happy that I hired A Moment Forever for linens and a head table backdrop for our wedding! I had originally wanted black table cloths only... but after hearing some ideas and seeing pictures for some truly beautiful options - I couldn’t help myself. When I walked into the room on my wedding day and saw everything set up - I swear I almost cried! It was perfect. The champagne sequins on our head-table was STUNNING!!! A Moment Forever offered an exclusive variety of linens and the best pricing for chavari chairs for our formal luncheon. We took advantage of the Premium Package and added on the candles. Stacy is awesome to work with. She is knowledgeable and picks up on your vision quickly. They were on time for set up and pick up which removed most of the stress you can have with events. Hands down the best experience with an event decor company.

The chairs and linens were fantastic! Quality was clearly important to A moment forever with chairs in excellent condition without scraps or marks like many other company’s you see and the linens were to die for! I didn’t find any other linens of such beauty and quality at any other company I had looked at! Value was also top notch!

We used A Moment Forever for our chivari chairs. About a month and a half before our wedding, we booked them, which felt super late, and Stacey was amazing! She worked well with us and was able to get the chairs ready to go. The prices of the chairs were great, the quality of chairs were AWESOME and she had so many options! We wanted a sequined table overlay for our cake table, and Stacey had no problem arranging this for us. Stacey was effective and had quality prices. I highly recommend A Moment Forever!!

Of course kinda pricey but the headache of finding linen is worse ... the owner is quirky but super nice. They have a lot more then linen ... which is nice. They came and set up the items we rented and where there to take them at the end of the night.

Stacy and her team were amazing! We had such a great time working with them. I was speaking with her about the chivari chairs and chargers and asked if she also had a caramel apple and mini pie bar. What can I say about Stacy and her team! They went above and beyond for me and saved my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, my hall decided that they did not want to allow me to have the chair rentals I paid for. I was getting married while this whole thing went down and by the time I became aware of it, Stacy saved the day. She fought tooth and nail for me (her and her team!) to make sure I had the chairs I wanted. She was willing to even come out of pocket and get reimbursed later just so I didn’t have extra stress on my day. I cannot thank her enough and the chairs I rented from her were great quality. Beautiful wooden chivari chairs in great condition. Much preferred the gold color of the wood chairs over resin versions I had seen. Stacy took care of everything!

I loved everything about our table linens, back drop, and chairs. Stacy and her team were great at making sure everything was set up early in the morning and taking everything down after the reception so we didn’t have to worry about a thing!

A Moment Forever was great to work with. Their prices were great for a couple on a budget and the finished look was great. I was not there during set up, but everything looked great when my husband and I entered the room. Stacy was friendly and helpful when I worked with her. She certainly has a vision and is flexible! Overall, she was responsive, but sometimes you may need to reach out to her if you want to know some last minute details. (Makes sense as she has many customers!)

A Moment Forever worked diligently to make sure we had everything we needed to feel confident about our wedding details. They were very helpful with answering questions and giving suggestions. I hired A Moment of Forever for my wedding on 6/23/2018. My venue was a shell so I had to bring in all my vendors and Stacy was the only vendor that did not cause me any problems!! She was so wonderful, patient, and kind. Our wedding was FULL of drama, and Stacy was so understanding. She is so organized and dependable. I will recommend her to all my friends!!

A moment forever provided mahogany chivari chairs for our reception. You can’t beat their prices and to my knowledge they showed up on time to set them up. One of the chairs that a guest had was weightlifting unbalanced, however we ordered a few extra to be delivered just in case so we were able to swap it out. They looked beautiful in our reception space!

We used a Moment Forever for chiavari chairs because they had unbeatable prices. The chairs showed up on time, were in good condition, and the crew showed up promptly at the end of the reception to pick them up. What we paid them to do they did well. My issue is with our initial meeting with Stacy. When we found A Moment Forever, we were in search of chiavari chairs, hot pink table linens, and turquoise table runners. We looked through their website and they showed a huge selection of different fabrics and colors. When we called Stacy to set up a meeting, we told her what we were looking for and even sent an email with specific linens we wanted to see. When we showed up for our meeting she informed us that she had none of those linens and wouldn’t buy them because she’d likely never rent them out again. We were so disgusted with her false advertising that we wanted to not give them any business, but ultimately knew we’d never beat her chair prices.

We rented chiavari chairs. Best price I was able to find and the chairs were in great shape. Overall a good experience.

We were super impressed by the quality of the chiavari chairs we rented for our wedding ceremony and reception! Our mahogany chairs were beautiful, and A Moment Forever's pricing is very competitive. We are so happy we went through with renting chiavari chairs- it really elevated the style and feel of our day! Stacy was very flexible and easy to work with. We had two different sites for our ceremony and reception, and the chair delivery process and set-up was seamless!

My husband and I worked with Stacy for our wedding in Detroit on 7/29. She was amazing and the chairs and linens looked wonderful. She was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues at all. I cannot say enough good things about A Moment forever and Stacy! They supplied our wedding with Chairs, Linens & the Detroit Station. The Hall looked absolutely Beautiful and I had so many compliments from all of our guests. But the number one hit was the Detroit Station! Since our wedding was in Detroit it only seemed fitting but Never did I imagine just how much people would love it. The floats, the Fudge, the pickles & nuts, the Faygo and Better Made Chips!! everyone was able get something and take a little home! Stacy came up to me in the night to make sure my husband and I had a chance to stop by the table. I cannot tell you how thankful i was for that. Being so busy you tend to miss out on a lot of things you planned. So i was able to take a moment and enjoy with my new husband the fabulous treats! My husband and I worked with Stacy for our wedding. We rented chair and bought our invitations from A Moment Forever. Stacy was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with, not to mention the best priced AND BEST QUALITY chiavari chairs, without a doubt in my mind. Everything was absolutely perfect, not a stain on a single cushion and not a single knick in paint, they look brand new. It's actually nice to see a wedding vendor who isn't price gouging. The first instance when I was planning our wedding of least expensive actually being the best quality! I would recommend them to anybody for any event.

Stacy and her team did a great job. We rented linens, chairs, chargers, and candles. Everything was set up perfectly and on time. Great prices. (When booking I did not think to confirm that A Moment Forever and my venue had the same rules as far as delivery timing. Everything worked well for me with delivery the morning of the wedding. If you plan to set up early or your venue needs linens early, I would make sure everyone agrees on the delivery plan before booking).

Stacy was such an angel to work with!!! I had changed my colors and numbers a million times and she was always on top of it!!! A moment forever is by far the best wedding vendor out there! Stacy and her staff are wonderful to work with and did an amazing job setting up our wedding. The chivari chairs were in perfect condition! I had a picture in my head how I wanted our wedding to look and they nailed it! Also, the draping was amazing! We had tunnel draping at the entrance and beautiful backdrop draping behind the head table. HIGHLY recommend a moment forever for all your wedding needs!

Stacy is awesome! There were some last minute changes to our table linens and she was so accommodating it wasn't even an issue! She was so sweet and kind and seriously is great at her job. I found her because she is one of the few who carries Mahogany Chiavari (Which are soo beautiful). Her team set them up for our ceremony and then during cocktail hour put them at all the tables. Such a seamless transition it was amazing! Two thumbs up!

As a bride, you always have an idea in your mind of what your day will look like, but it's not always something you can verbalize or draw yourself. When I had my consultation with Stacey, and she literally put together our table in front of us, all I could say was "That's it! That's what was in my head!". Stacey was a recommendation from my wedding coordinator (Ashley Lynch - Festoons and Flourishes). I have zero regrets about using Stacey for our wedding! We rented Chivari chairs, linens, napkins, sashes and chargers. All of her materials and rentals are excellent quality! The chairs looked brand new, even though they had been used so many times, and linens were pressed, clean and the colors were true to what we had hoped. My only wish was that communication was a little easier, there were a couple of times it took her more than several days to get back to us or we had a hard time finding her to pay one of our payments, but in terms of the actual decor and wedding itself she was spot on!

My wedding was July 16th 2026 at the Dearborn Hills Golf Course. From the moment I called for a quote until the moment I booked for my wedding Stacy was extremely nice and professional. The chairs were exactly what I was looking for and at the best price I could find. I also order gold chargers to match the decorations. Delivery came on time and pick up was on time as well. When I started looking, I was disappointed because I could not afford the cost of chiavari chairs, but then I came across A Moment Forever when I was looking for chair covers. I was so excited! Stacy even agreed to add on our chargers and our draping later when we had a better idea of our budget. She was very patient with all of the changes we went through within our 2 year engagement.
