beyond my expectations with helping to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of. She is also thoughtful and very kind so we really felt that she cared about making our wedding dreams come true.
Run don't walk to Kelly Sugano and her team!! Our Hawaiian wedding was originally scheduled for 2020, but due to COVID, it got postponed until 2022. From that first phone call wa...
y back in 2019, Kelly was on top of everything. Through the years, she has become a close friend. She truly cares about the people she works with, and takes so much pride in her work! Evan and I could never thank her enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!
I cannot say enough wonderful and amazing accolades about Kelly Sugano and her team! She is extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to making your wedding day as stress-free as po...
ssible. Our wedding was a destination wedding so it would have been difficult to manage if I did not have Kelly to help me maneuver the VERY complex world of wedding planning! She is very well-known and admired in her industry with good reason. She will do her best to give her best recommendations while trying to save you money where possible (knowing how expensive weddings can be!). Our wedding was truly "perfect"; in large part to her hard work in making it so. I am eternally grateful that she was available to help plan our wedding & I have already recommended her to another friend who may have her wedding in Hawaii!
I recommend her HIGHLY without any reservations!
Kelly and her team were outstanding from our first phone call through
the wedding. We hired her for just the day of planning and because of

ssful part of our entire
wedding planning process. We planned our wedding from the east coast
which could have stressful, but Kelly and her team helped walk us
through the process. Kelly and her team went above and beyond to make
sure every contingency was accounted for and she knew our intent from
the appearance of the table decorations to making sure our family
members were ready to give their toasts.
When her team arrived on our wedding day, they came in full force and
ensured the reception room looked beautiful, the ceremony site was set
up to our specifications, and they even quickly steamed my dress right
before the ceremony. Using headsets, they perfectly timed the
ceremony. They are extremely meticulous and detail-oriented so that
we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day. They kept
everything running so smoothly.
The team struck the perfect balance of anticipating our needs while
staying in the background and not being intrusive. I cannot give a
higher recommendation for her and our team. Our entire family
continues to comment on how impressed they were with her team.
Kelly and her team are amazing. I am so thankful we were able to work with them for our big day. It truly was a perfect day. She was able to customize a package for us so we weren'...
t paying for services that we didn't need which made it much more affordable for us. She was a big help from the very beginning. Creating a timeline, helpful ideas, and so much more. When our wedding day came she was so awesome even when I was a bit annoyed she handled everything so I could relax and enjoy it. I cant tell you how happy I am that we decided to hire her. Only that if you are wondering if you really need her services and is it worth it, I would say it is absolutely worth it and you will not regret hiring a perfect day. Especially if you are planning your wedding from another state like we were. I highly recommend her and I am truly grateful for all of her help.
Kelly, Julia and the rest of the team at A Perfect Day are absolutely on point and wonderful! I consider myself pretty organized and detail oriented so I knew our wedding coordina...
tor needed to be equally, if not more, organized in order for me to feel confident and at ease. As soon as I met with Kelly for a consultation, I knew it was an awesome match! We booked them for for "day of" coordination, but they really do so much more. Throughout the planning process, which spanned about a year, she was quick to respond to all of my questions (and I had a lot of them) and she gave really helpful suggestions, tips, and reminders along the way. In addition, unlike some of the other coordinators we considered, Kelly didn't have restrictions on how often we could meet with her, how we contacted her (email vs. phone vs. in person), etc.
On the day of the wedding, I was completely at ease (well, other than normal wedding day jitters) and I didn’t spend more than a minute worrying about any of the details. There was always someone from the team with us if we needed any help with anything - both the bride side and the groom side. The whole day went so smoothly and perfectly. I can’t imagine how we would have survived without Kelly and her team there! They truly are the best!
I did not use them but I did have a consulation with them. They are very professional with what they provide but very expensive at the same time. Like my quote for a day of coordin...
ator was $4700 which only included day of assistance and couple e-mails but no meetings. I felt that I could not pay for something like that with only that much service provided. So I went with other guys, best money spent on this ENTIRE wedding.
I wasn't really sure whether or not I wanted a coordinator when I started interviewing them. They seemed really expensive and didn't seem to add value to the process. However, wo...
rking with Kelly Sugano and her staff at A Perfect Day totally changed my mind. She was utterly professional when she and my mom met her for our first consultation, had a thank-you email out to us literally less than one hour after we left containing her suggestions for florists, musicians and venues. We only retained her for day-of services, but she still guarantees to respond to any of your questions within 24 hours of receipt and unlimited phone calls, emails and advice about anything. I even emailed her on the 4th of July to ask her a question and she responded! On the day of the wedding, she and her staff of 3 arrived at the crack of dawn to interface with my vendors. The program went off without a hitch and she even had tissue ready in case I started crying during our thank-you speeches. I can't thank Kelly enough for helping to make my day perfect!
We were getting married in April and met Kelly in January. We got our quote not too long after and sat on it. We didn't get back to her until March and she was still able to make o...

Kelly and her staff made my wedding day bliss! With all of the chaos and craziness she took care of EVERYTHING! I had to do no thinking that day...I just did what she told me to ...
do and go where she told me to go. Its nice to not worry about the schedule on your wedding day. This was the best thing for anyone who is getting married. It gives your family time to enjoy your wedding without having to coordinate anything! It was wedding bliss!
There are several coordinators at the company but I worked with the owner Kelly Sugano. SO organized SO easy to work with SO on top of things. Because of her and her team I ...
