Amanda was truly the most incredible wedding planner. We were lucky enough to book Amanda a year before our wedding, and from the beginning she was a huge blessing. She coordinated all of our vendors right away, and always made us feel like a priority even though we were months away from the big day. She always responded quickly and was super organized throughout the process. I cannot recommend anyone more than Amanda. She was the most incredible human being and as a bride she took away all the stress and was always there to answer questions. She made our wedding day seamless. Melia was an incredible assistant to Amanda, and was the perfect person to work with Amanda. The two of them made our wedding day the best day of our lives. I wish I could have another wedding just to hire Amanda and her team again. If you don't book with Amanda you will regret it

Since the first time I reached out to Amanda she was extremely professional. We went for the "day of coordinator" package, what includes help and guidance through the months before the wedding day and complete coordination of the big day.
Communication was easy and very quick. She was extremely helpful and patient. On the wedding day she had everything under control, set up decorations and placed them back in boxes for us.
Anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator I would for sure recommend.
Their company is what you will absolutely get. "A perfect day" indeed. Amanda is such a pleasure to work with. She will listen and give recommendations when you need it. She was super all that we could ever ask for. Amanda was always on top of everything from the first meeting we had with her, to the menu tasting, and even the walk through of the venue. I was never worried because her notes were always on point and she took every single email we had and complied it to the most recent timeline. Amanda loves what she does, and it truly shows. Running around making sure everyone was in place, to looking for missing people, She really was superwoman in our eyes. OUR PERFECT DAY exceeded our expectations. We are going to miss planning with her because she was super organized, but it's time for another couple to have this great coordinator. We will miss you, Amanda!
Amanda was the best choice as our day of coordinator! She made the day absolutely perfect and stress free. She had amazing vendor recommendations and allowed the wedding planning process to be so easy. As the day of coordinator, she helped with everything from coordinating all the vendors, helping with setting up the tables and decor, the layout of the whole venue and ceremony, and more. I would absolutely recommend Amanda for anyone's wedding and can now look back on our wedding with so much happiness and joy.

Amanda is the absolute best. Her patience, kindness, and knowledge of the wedding industry were critical to the success of our wedding. She made sure to cover every topic in great detail, connected us to her top vendors, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. She made us feel heard, understood, and went above and beyond what was asked of her.Â
On the day of the wedding, there are a million things that need to take place for the event to run smoothly, and I didn't have to think about any of them because we were in such great hands with Amanda. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her.

Planning
Amanda and her team were so helpful during the planning of our wedding. I interviewed a couple different wedding coordinator / planners and Amanda immediately stuck out to me as someone who would be easy to work with and highly organized. Amanda offered recommendations for vendors and ideas for preparing for the big day.
Leading up to the wedding
Amandaâs reminders on where we should be in the planning process were excellent guides on planning our wedding over a two year period. With Covid we had a lot of crazy challenges to overcome. Amanda was always cool and collected offering the best advice on what to do. Amanda checked in often and was always available for a quick chat or text.
Also we did a walk-through of the venue a couple months before our big day and on the way to the venue my check engine light came on. Amanda helped us secure a place to take my car and they did a great job!
Last minute items
About a month before our wedding our caterer bailed on us due to covid. I was freaking out however again Amanda helped calm our nerves and gave us recommendations on what to do next. She even offered to call around to see who was available. With Amandaâs help we got it all back on track and a caterer lined up.
If the caterer bailing wasnât enough we had a lot of last minute cancellations and Amanda worked with us to redo our seating plans and other various items.
Lastly a couple days before the wedding the weather decided to shift and there was rain planned for our big day. Amanda again helped calm us and had great ideas on sourcing white umbrellas and helped us secure a tent.
Day of
The day of the wedding it rained most of the morning and even hailed. Amanda again was there with her team ready for anything that was thrown our way. Amanda and her team took care of everything and I didnât have to worry about any of the details (which is hard for me because I am a project manager) ď Everyone commented on how lovely everything was and how friendly and nice Amanda and her team were. Lastly Amanda had an issue with her car before the wedding and guess what you would have never known that, she didnât speak one word about it and it didnât impact her ability to do her job during the wedding. She was all smiles and ensured we had a great time.
After the wedding
Amanda and her team took care of everything and ensured the venue was cleaned up and everything was ready to be picked up.
Amanda and Emily â thank you for making our day so memorable and easy going. We highly recommend Amanda for your wedding planning. Sheâs cool, calm, collected and super professional.
In true 2020 fashion, my husband and I had to plan and replan our wedding three times. We hired Amanda to assist us in planning and replanning our San Luis Obispo wedding while we were living in Newport Beach. She was so flexible and understanding with all the different location changes due to the pandemic. Amanda truly, like I said in the review title, goes above and beyond to ensure your wedding day exceeds expectations. Leading up to the event, she was more than willing to attend site visits⌠meet the rental company at the site while we were in Orange CountyâŚand even formulate a master event timeline document detailing our wedding vision and vendor needs. She has great relationships with the local vendors; which further proves her professionalism is recognized in the SLO County wedding community. Amanda is a pleasure to work with and Iâm so thankful for her orchestrating and creating the most perfect COVID-19 friendly, micro-wedding.
Amanda and her assistant, Emily, were super easy to work with and everything went nice and smooth on our big day. She had great communication and asked all the right questions to make sure everything was taken care of. We grateful for all Amandaâs help and recommend her to anyone having a wedding on the central coast!
Do yourself a favor and hire Amanda!! I promise you will not be disappointed. She made our day and the year a half of planning seamless! If We could rate her 8 stars we would. She pulled off our wedding without a hitch and if there was one we didnât know one bit about it. She is direct and efficient in her planning and goes above and beyond to make everything perfect! Amanda was the best decision we made when we were planning our wedding. I live in Orange County and she helped us do so much to plan our wedding in Paso Robles. The thing that impressed us most about Amanda was throughout the entire planning process after any conversation - whether it was email, phone call, or a vendor meeting, she immediately sent out an updated itinerary with every single detail up to date. I would mention a small design detail I would want to include, like a picture of my grandma in the cocktail hour, and she would immediately add it to the itinerary, and she saw to it that all our decorations were placed exactly how I envisioned them. Amanda works really freaking hard and does a great job coordinating so many vendors' schedules to flow smoothly. None of us (me, my mom, etc..) worried about a single thing on the wedding day because we trusted her and she doesn't mess around. While my husband (eek!) and I were taking our photos, she was making sure that the photographer was on schedule, the caterers were filling water glasses and getting salads ready to roll out, making sure the Champagne was at the right temp, saving everything that was affected by the wind, getting me a snack, and honestly, probably solving world hunger she does so much and keeps a cool, level, calm energy the whole time. She helped us make decisions the whole planning process, was always responsive and easy to get a hold of, and always come through with execution. She's the best! <3
Amanda did the most amazing job planning our wedding at HorseTail Ranch in Creston, CA. This was a small wedding of 20 people and the date was set two months before the event, so there wasn't too much time to get everything organized. Neither one of us (the groom or the bride) had ever visited the wedding location and were also not able to go there before the wedding, so we relied heavily on Amanda to visit the site, coordinate everything with the owner and the caretaker there as well as make judgement calls on what would work and what not and think of other options. Amanda provided recommendations for every service we needed, including catering, equipment rental, hair+makeup, wedding officiant and we were extremely happy with all of them. On the day of the wedding, Amanda was there all day to make sure things ran smoothly and she even had Tide To Go on hand to quickly remove some stains from my wedding dress. Thanks to Amanda our wedding day was really stress free for us and the guests were extremely happy as well. We would highly recommend her services.
Amanda helped us make our day absolutely perfect! We planned the wedding while living in another state, but Amanda was always patient with us and organized an efficient schedule of meetings when we were in town. Stop researching and just book Amanda...she is awesome! We live in LA so we wanted a Paso Robles planner despite what several LA based planners said ... we knew to go local and so glad we did! Amanda is not only extremely talented and easy to work, with she is also highly respected in the industry. Their reassurance affirmed my choice but it was not long until I quickly learned for myself that I made the best choice possible with Amanda. I consider myself pretty party savvy but Amanda's assistance was invaluable. Her ideas, sueggestions and knowledge were impressive. I had her number on my favorites list and would call and/or text very frequently and she was always so responsive!! She made me feel special and was always so pleasant. I had so much detail involved in my wedding and being a little bit of a control freak, I had to trust her to set up everything on the day of wedding as I had envisioned and WOW she exceeded my expectations!!!! Truly blew me away!!! My husband and I were amazed and I cried as I walked through the venue seeing how Amanda and her team brought my vision to life but then they totally improved on it too!!! So not only was the entire planning process so enjoyable, smooth and painless with Amanda's help, but I couldn't believe how she executed the wedding on the day of...no issues and everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect!!! It is unfair to say all that needs to be said about Amanda and keep it briefâŚbut weâll try. Amanda is a God-send and the best part is, we get to call her our friend now. We were planning our Central Coast California wedding from our home in Chicago. We had a very clear vision for our rehearsal/dinner, ceremony, reception and even a wine-testing tour for 30 of our 60+ guests. Amanda always said âhereâs howâ, she never said âyou canâtâ. Amanda has a variety of key traits: the kindest personality, attentive listening, great recommendations, a superb reputation with the best vendors, and top it all off with flawless execution. Despite having the kindest personality, she can be firm when necessary. It is obvious that Amanda commands respect throughout the Central Coast wedding industry because she treats everyone with respectâŚshe practices the âGolden Ruleâ and that is priceless. We could write a novel about all the ways Amanda helped us and made things happen. In the end, a bride-and-groom donât want to worry about the detailsâŚwe NEVER had to worry with Amanda. Almost every one of our 60+ guests stated that this was the âbest wedding everâ. Yes, we had a vision, but Amanda made it happen and we know she worked hard to do that. Amanda, this isnât nearly enough butâŚTHANK YOU!!
Amanda helped us plan our wedding in Templeton, CA while we were living in Brooklyn, NY. Trying to plan a wedding from the opposite coast looked to be an impossible task, but after we brought Amanda on we knew we were in capable, stress-destroying hands. Amanda was incredibly patient while we asked no fewer than a thousand questions at all times of day and night. She remained positive and helpful even when we were overwhelmed and frazzled. Her haggling ability and relationships with local vendors got us so many special discounts that she practically paid for herself. Our wedding was also at a private residence, meaning every little detail had to be taken into consideration. We're talking rentals, signage, tablescapes, bathrooms, dumpster, late-night food, itinerary, setup and breakdown, and more. The wedding itself ran smoothly, and seemingly effortlessly, and we continue to get so many compliments from the friends and family members that attended our special day. We would recommend Amanda to anyone we know getting married in the area.
Amanda was an excellent month of wedding planner! She flawlessly coordinated our wedding in San Francisco and saw to it that no stone was unturned. She helped me remain organized as a bride and provided suggestions and referrals for when I needed direction. She helped organize all of our vendors and served as the ultimate go-to person the week of our wedding. She is sweet, hard-working, and very thorough. I highly recommend her!

Amanda was an absolute doll - best decision we made booking A Perfect Day! She answered my million questions with such patience and offered valuable advice during the planning process. Week of, she jumped in fully taking over all correspondence, which I can't recommend enough, being the point person for all vendors helping to keep me sane! On the day of, she was an angel - such a calming presence, perfectly executing everything I had planned over the year leading up to the wedding. Amanda is seriously AMAZING! She is personable, knowledgeable, organized and so so helpful! From my first phone conversation with her, I was put at ease and knew she would make our big day perfect. When I contacted Amanda, we already had the majority of our vendors set and had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the day to go, but she helped our vision come alive. She had lists and questions that we hadnât even thought of. She responded to all of my emails and questions immediately and provided so much advice to make our day run smoothly. And as for the day, her and her assistant, Emily, made it so we didnât have to think about anything. Iâm Type-A and organized and had the timeline all lined out in my head, but as soon as I started getting ready, time escaped me and the day became a whirlwind of excitement. Amanda and Emily made it so I didnât have to worry about what time it was or who was supposed to be where â everything just happened, and that is putting it SO simply, because what they do is nothing short of amazing. No amount of organization from the bride & groom and family members can replace the help of a coordinator on the day of the wedding â there is so much going on the day of that having someone there whose job it is to coordinate the logistics is invaluable. Amanda knew my venue like the back of her hand and has such a great rapport with vendors. There is no way everything would have happened so seamlessly without Amandaâs help. And Iâm not sure how many brides want to keep in touch with their wedding coordinator after their wedding, but with Amanda you will, because throughout the process she will become like a friend!
Amanda did our day of wedding coordination AND she added special detailed touches that I never thought of, like bathroom baskets filled with travel sized anythings anyone would need. (We had a pretty remote location and That Tide Pen sure came in handy for my dress too!) it's the little things and the details you'll never know about until later, that make choosing A Perfect Day a wise investment! Not to mention how cool, sweet, and professional Amanda is!! She's the best!!
