The were great to work with for transportation for my wedding day! They were super professional and communication was great. They were texting me updates day of to let me know when they were on their way, the showed up on time, were very kind and reliable. My husband and I ordered the two Mercedes sprinter party buses for the bridal party transportation, and we also got a SUV to drive only us back home at the end of the night. The party buses and SUV were clean and spacious, and all the drivers were great. We were running late at the end of the night and the driver was very kind and allowed us to take our time.

We had a wonderful experience with A Plus Coach! It was really great to not have to worry about a single part of the transportation! Tony made scheduling easy, we booked a party bus for the groom and bridal party and an SUV for me and my mom to the venue. Both vehicles were early and texted upon arrival. The reception was at a restaurant, and we lost track of time and when I realized we were an hour past our pickup time I panicked for a second before realizing the bus was still there and the driver was not at all annoyed at us for going over our time. They were so professional and it was really great to not have to even think about the transportation on our big day!

I had a great experience. my wedding party and myself was treated with respect all times. I didn't have to worry about the limo they were on time. I even used there airport service to take my husband and I. I will always use A Plus Coach.

Awesome! They made sure my weeding day went perfect. They were very prompt. Made sure all the transportation details were taken care of. Our driver was excellent. Brittany and Anthony were a great team to work with!

What can I say but, WOW! This company went above and beyond what I have ever expected! The office staff contacted us several times before the wedding to be sure the details were perfect which gave my fiancé and I a piece of mind. The limousine was immaculate inside and out and our driver was amazing! When we came out of our ceremony, a red carpet was rolled out along with a chilled bottled of champagne ready for a toast! ABOVE AND BEYOND! I would highly recommend A Plus Coach to anyone that is looking for the perfect wedding transportation!

DO NOT USE!!!! I will never use this service ever again and will tell everyone I know to not use this company. This company almost ruined our entire wedding because their AC was BROKEN on a 70+ degree day and the driver made me and my bridal party completely uncomfortable with his behavior and his driving. He made all of us car sick and me, the bride, so car sick that I almost did not make it down the aisle. The service was so bad that we fired the driver on the spot after the ceremony and all found alternate transportation to the reception. I'm not usually one to write bad reviews but the other awful part about this experience was that they were completely unapologetic about the whole scenario when we called the next day - well, they "apologized" for the inconvenience after me, my mom, and my sister separately spoke to them about the issue - but there was no other action to make us feel like a satisfied customer. He informed us the AC was broken but defended the driver. They also blamed ME - that in the "drivers notes" he put "the bride seemed nervous". Yup .. I was nervous alright.. that this guy completely screwed up my entire ceremony by making me sick with his driving and with the way he was acting!! Also, multiple people came up to us stating that it seemed the driver was "on something" and that was acting completely erratically. So it was not just me that noticed something was off. NO money reimbursement was even offered except we received a free ride to the airport by a completely different driver - the ride would have only cost us about $80 if we didn't get it for free so I don't consider that even a dent of reimbursement compared what we went through. We only technically used half the service we paid for, even though it was our choice to fire the driver, the experience we had left us no choice BUT to not use the service anymore. I feel as though I cannot put into words how awful of an experience this was. And the fact that they don't even care makes it even worse.

Not only was the limo 40mins late to pick us up but the limo driver was rude and unapologetic. I had paid extra to arrive to my venue early which was wasted because we ended up being late! Made the rest of the afternoon very hectic instead of being relaxing.

We used A Plus Coach for our transportation before the wedding. LOVE them! So professional and attentive. They moved the bus and car around for us whenever we needed it. They were on time and ready to go. Booking service was easy to use. They were great, I would highly highly recommend.

Rates were pretty good but we ended up with an unexpectedly large limo, which would have been OK except the limo couldn't pull up to the front of the venues. Also the chauffeur didn't seem to know the way. The red carpet and champagne etc. were nice though.

A Plus was awesome they came on time they upgraded that day for no charge. When they called to say they were coming they offered an upgrade which they also did for our bachelorette party. They also helped our photographers with equipment and were very personable
