Amanda promised “Hands-on implementation leading up to event as well as day of, beginning 30 days out. Detailed communication with all vendors and venue coordinator leading up to and the day of. Curate exhaustive Weekend Itinerary to include rehearsal and day of.” It was a challenge to get a hold of Amanda and even harder to receive a wedding day timeline from her. 38 days before the wedding she confirmed that she would be creating a timeline, communicating with vendors, and confirming details with vendors – none of which happened. I followed up 22 days before the wedding, to which she said I would have a timeline by the next day, which once again did not happen. I reached out again three days later to ask advice about floral delivery times, a question she did not answer until after the deadline of confirming the delivery time with the florist. 8 days before the wedding and several unanswered emails later, Amanda finally sent me a draft timeline, and apologized but did not have any reasoning behind her lack of communication with me or having zero communication with any vendors. Most of the timeline was incorrect due to her lack of participation with any details leading up to the wedding. Day of, Amanda showed up and did a nice job; however, the stress that I went through having to plan, coordinate, and create a timeline while having a coordinator who had already been paid and I was not sure would even show up for the wedding, was not worth it.

As a venue owner, I've had the chance to work with Amanda on several events this fall. She's easy to communicate with, she's very creative and energetic, she did an amazing job coordinating all the vendors...
